Helpful and friendly


Nathan went above and beyond what we would have expected. He found us exactly what we were looking for and got it ready for us much sooner than we expected. I felt like he cared about my situation. It's very rare to find customer service like this. He called to check I was happy with the car. From start to finish the team have been wonderful.

We had really poor service with Renault Solihull. Renault Wolverhampton's excellent handling of the situation is the only reason we have remained customers with Renault.


Sue was very helpful and understood our requirements from the outset. She helped us identify the best vehicle for us, arranged a courtesy car for the time between handing over our vehicle on the scrappage scheme and delivery of our new Captur. She was never pushy and always made time for our queries. She was a refreshing change to other salespeople and instrumental in our decision to purchase from Renault Wolverhampton.

From the initial enquiries regarding the possible purchase everyone I had dealings with were very attentive and responded to enquiries very promptly. I have a disabled son and whilst he was with me or in the showroom all members of staff spent time with him and this helped me out when talking about what I needed.


Nathan was fantastic from start to finish, I had contacted 3 other dealers and he was the only one to go out of his way to help me which lead to me buying a car. He is an asset to your business and the reason we will be returning when we choose to replace both of our cars

No issues whatsoever. Very straight forward purchase made good use of the scrappage scheme. So far no issues but with the vehicle. But if there are I have faith that the dealer will sort them out if the buying experience is anything to go by.

After making a online enquiry we wre contacted via a video of the car we were interested in by Sue Watkins which we thought was a nice personal touch, Although we were thinking of changing our current car around christmas we decided to make a visit to Renaut Wolverhampton just to have a look. We spoke to Sue who gave us a closer insight of the car we was interested in. At no time did we feel under pressure & was so impressed not only by the car but also the professional way we were treated we decided to place an order there & then. Sue kept in touch until delvery of the car. Again we were very impressed with the handover from Sue which was in a very unrushed way with excellent demonstration of all the cars controls. So a big thank you to Sue & also the gentleman from finance (can't remember his name) who also explained everything in great detail in a way that was easily understood.

I booked car in for a problem the lights would not turn of and it was under warrinty I was told that there would be a complete check of the car and I also ordered a side mirror glass,it took 8 phone calls to see if the car had been done no one reaturned any calls it took me to come to garage to see if car was done only to find it was comoleated 1 week no glass for mortar no clean of car a terrible device

The night I was due to drive up to Halifax, then on to Catterick the following day, my car wouldn't move. Green Flag identified it was a rear brake issue but couldn't fix at the roadside. I arranged to have the car put on a breakdown truck and taken to Renault Wolverhampton first thing the following morning. Phone Dave first thing in the morning, he fitted the car in for repair and organised a courtesy car - result being I made it to Catterick in time for the planned event. I had the car for as long as it took to repair mine. Dave phoned to confirm the problem and cost of repair before proceeding and also notified me that the tread on the tyres was low, so went ahead and had them replaced as well. I always find the service from Renault Wolverhampton excellent. I have been going there for ca. 10 years and have never had any issues.

It is not so much the last visit as when I first had the vehicle and had to return it at least 5 times before the problem was solved and never offered fuel compensation or an apology for the time I wasted going backwards and forwards especially from Wales??

Was not informed car was ready and when I arrived to collect nobody there new anything. My car had been there from 9.30am and no-one phoned to say it was ready?


I used the service where my car was collected from my pace of work & then returned following the service. I had to wait several weeks for the next available booking, it would be better if this can be more available - 1 to 2 weeks


The staff were friendly and professional, the facilities were clean and tidy even though there was snow lying outside. The work was completed within the estimated time to my full satisfaction.

As already mentioned previously I had to go back due to electronic faults which was not rectified. Now I have to take time out of my work to drop and collect the car on 4th Jan 2018. While right fog light stays on a shave worries of car battery being flat.

In my recent visit to my Dacia dealership I received friendly and courteous service.The service was carr with ied out quickly at a competitive price,the only thing that I was a little disappointed with was the car was vacuumed as I was given to believe that it would be.Overall I was happy with the service.


The diagnosis was as expected and was sorted much quicker than l thought it would be which was very pleasing many thanks .


My experience with you was good but as usual the lack of designated customer parking is very off putting.Any visit to Renault Wolverhampton is always fraught with trepidation about whether or not my car can be parked without being damaged.Emphasis seems to be more on cramming as many for sale cars and vans on to the site rather than customer safety.This could over time have a negative effect on return visits


I was completely satisfied with the efficiency of the way the Renault wolverhampton fitted my car in when the wipers on my car stopped working. My only disappointment I have had with Renault is that I was told Renault no longer update the inbuilt satnavs. It may seem a minor issue but as this will become outdated. It was explained that this service is no longer undertaken since the problem when computers were hacked across the uk. This does not fill me with confidence in finding someone else to update the satnav system.


The team are always professional and know what they are talking about.


while I was there staff were complaining quite loudly about having to work and not being paid for it, one member of staff started crying infornt of customers because she had had to drive in poor weather and said other drivers were trying to 'kill her'. although my service was completed which I had to pay for, this caused a whole load of other problems which are ongoing. renault wolverhampton knew there was a time limit to this repair and have done nothing about it - I'm very disappointed and quite stressed regarding me buying this car and the apparent increase I will have to pay because of software damage done to my car while it was in the workshop


The total cost of the service and MOT was 3 times the estimate that I was given when I booked the car in. This tripling of the cost was legitimate as there were items that needed doing because of the age of the car, but this was not picked up at the time of the booking by booking staff, and in my view should have been so as to give me a more realistic estimate of the costs.

Hello, I actually had the car collected from our home, and this service is so, so, so very much appreciated! The woman who collected the car was efficient (looked super busy, but not rude)... Our car was collected and serviced, then returned to us, within about 5 hours, I think - who could possibly complain about that? Stop being so needy


Online booking is available but doesn't reflect the services the garage can offer. I booked 4 weeks in advance for a service and mot with collection of my vehicle. Wasinformed this was not possible and date for this was a further 2 weeks away. This was not acceptable as the mot is time sensitive. I ended up walking to and from the garage which is not really very good.


I ORIGINALLY BOOKED THE CAR INTO THE GARAGE FOR THE PHONE NOT CONNECTING TO THE CAR AND ANOTHER FAULT! I WAS ADVISED THAT THE MEMORY STICK TO ENABLE A SOFTWARE UPDATE TO BE COMPLETED ON THE CAR WASNT AVAILABLE! I CALLED THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND I HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THERE IS NO UPDATE AS TO WHEN THIS WILL BE AVAILABLE. ON SEARCHING THE INTERNET IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS A KNOWN FAULT WITH IPHONES! IF THE SOFTWARE ON YOUR IPHONE IS PAST 10.3 THEN IT WILL NOT CONNECT TO RADIOSAT! THERE IS ALSO A FAULT IN THE DASHBOARD WHICH SHOWS THAT THE AIR QUALITY WAS POOR. IT WAS STILL SHOWING AS POOR LAST WEEK BUT I HAVENT CHECKED IT AGAIN RECENTLY. I JUST THINK IF THERE ISNT A READILY AVAILABLE FIX FOR THE PHONE ISSUE... BE HONEST ABOUT IT!


My only issue is when you have a courtesy car booked. The car is always 'somewhere' on the forecourt and is usually tightly parked. I think it should ready for the customer with easy access. The last car I had was very low on fuel so I had to stop on the way to work to put some in and the car I had previous to that there was no screenwash and one of the tyres was low on air. When I have a courtesy car I do expect it to be ready for customer use.

I own a Zoe and experiencing battery charging issues. I asked to verify, they took 1 week to do a Software update that has not solved the problem. I live in Leamington Spa (43miles away from the dealership) and I need to return the car to solve the issue. Insatisfied and looking to change to a BMW i3 after this experience.

On arriving at the service department desk their was no one there to deal with the booking in of my car. There were people milling around in the back office and they knew I was there but ignored me. Had to find another person in the show room to find the service department staff. Once I was seen the process was straight forward and I felt confident that my car would be dealt with accordingly. Courtesy car already and waiting so no delays getting away and sorting my day. Car serviced and MOt'd as requested and call back from garage to arrange collection of the car was prompt and to time agreed on booking it in.


Time taken and amount charged were as stated by Renault beforehand.

On reporting at the dealership they was no one at the reception deck. After about 10 Minutes I found another staff member who agree to find someone to attend to me. A further 10 Minutes past before eventually someone came and checked my car in for its previously agreed service and MOT. I was not offered a courtesy car but was asked if I wished to wait for the work to be completed which I declined. I was then asked for my mobile phone number to which I replied that I didn't have a mobile phone. I was made to feel uncomfortable when I was told the everyone has a mobile phone. It was implied that unless I had a mobile phone to work could not be carried out. Finally I supplied my home number with the promise that I would be contacted as soon as the work was completed. Later that day I arrived home some 4 hours after leaving the service station to find that no message have been left on my phone. After a further hour I telephone the garage and was told that my car was currently being worked on. Later on arriving at the service department, which was again devoid of any reception personnel, I waited for a few minutes before I was told that my vehicle would be ready in about five minutes. In the meantime I was invited to have a free drink from the vending machine. A little later still I was told my vehicle was now ready. The attendant was very polite and advised me regarding the depth of my brake pads and tyres tread while handing me the vehicle paperwork. Overall I was left feeling disappointed with the service that I had received.

I asked about the pick up service when the lady phoned to tell me i needed a service she said that that service would take longer so i would be better dropping the car off my self...The service its self was fast not long waiting time at all...I did say i wanted the car washed but it wasnt so the man took it back round to have it washed which the car came back dripping of water was not wiped down as well of this since then i have had some kind of mark/smear on my window screen i cant get rid of...Also i have little mirrors on my side mirrors and 1 was knocked off and just put inside the car so i have to stick it back on when i got home


The whole process was dealt with in a business like and friendly manner. I brought a problem with the audio unit to the attention of the service staff and a replacement was ordered and fitted as arranged between us.


Didn't wish to spend time on this question but the fact that it doesn't allow you to make no comment is totally irritating and therefore comment made !!

Renault Wolverhampton are always brilliant which is why I buy my cars from there and return for services/repairs. Just one point when I booked my car in via the call centre which I understand is based elsewhere in the country they gave me a date and time and when I turned up at Renault Wolverhampton there was no record of my booking. Now this could have proved a real problem for me as I had booked the day off work especially to get my car fixed. However the man on reception at Renault Wolverhampton kindly managed to fit my car in and the work was carried out as planned. Well done to Renault Wolverhampton for sorting out this problem caused by the call centre!

Well my visit made me ask why I bought a Renault. The Renault sat nav could not find the garage it kept taking me round in circles. And bringing a long way away. There were road works on the road I wanted so the sat nav did not help me at all it just kept taking me the wrong way. If I had known the area it would of helped but I nearly gave up. When I booked the car in for service I was given a time and told it would take about an hour and a half. so I decided to wait for the car. Why do you give times if they are not worked to. I was there nearly five hours. the sales staff all walked around with there heads down and never made any eye contact. The lady on reception was very good. When I did get my car back I was driving down the road and I got a message on my phone to ring the garage. I thought there was something wrong but when I did ring back they told they thought they had left something in my car but had since found it. After I had booked my car in about a week later somebody rang me up and asked why I had not booked the car in for service when I had why did they not know. I have a problem now as I bought a service plan where else can I go to get it fixed? I need options. My post code is CV11 6JW. I would prefer to go towards the south of here. Why did I buy this car? the car is not the problem for me it the network from where I live we learn by our mistakes.

I was very pleased with the service I received, the car had also been cleaned inside and out.


Our car was recalled for computer update. We were offered a courtesy car but at a cost! We felt that this was unfair due to you recalling our car. While my car was being done I walked to nearest town to get a drink, on my return I was told I could have had a drink there. A little late I think? My car was booked in for 9am and car was ready around 1.30pm. I think this was quite a long time for a update?


Booking my car in for service was not easy had to make several calls to organise it. No courtesy car available.

The paperwork sent to me regarding the emissions update mentioned waiting whilst the work was done. However, when booking my car in for this work, I was told that it would take longer than this, so a courtesy car would be available to me. Although the offer of a courtesy car was very nice, the mixed message on the waiting time was my only gripe. If you can sort out this communication issue, then you have an absolutely top class service on your hands.

I took my car for a service and for the drivers seat belt to be looked at as the inertia was not pulling the seat belt, causing it to get trapped in the door. When I picked the car up I was told that it had been repaired. This was not true. next morning I phoned the dealership 3 times and was told the service manger would call be back. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting.


Was encouraged to drop off my vehicle off at 8 so it would be one of the first done........5 hours later I got a call back about a problem so obviously had only just started the service. I usually use autoworld for my repairs/service and will be goin back there in the future.


When I arrived I was allowed to get a coffee and wait in the showroom until my car was ready. Then the person who took my keys told me the shops quite near were open at 9am so to kill time I went and a look. Very good of him to mention this. When I returned my car was ready. Only one thing they didn't clean the edge of the back doors. Other wise all was great.

I booked in my car for a service and to check the brakes. I was telephoned to say the service was complete, I asked about the brakes, was told they were 80% worn but no-one thought to tell me about this or replace. I asked they be replaced. This meant that the car was delivered back later than anticipated which was fine, BUT the driver said the paperwork etc would be sent in the post. The handbook (with the service history) was missing from the car when it was returned so I assumed this was with the desk and would be returned with the invoice. When I phoned a week later to ask where the handbook and invoice were, I was treated like someone who hadn't a clue what they were talking about but finally they said they would check about the handbook and call me back. This they did and they said "all sorted" so I asked if they had found it and they said yes. A handbook was then delivered to me, but it was not mine as it only had this service in and not last years. I am not impressed by the lie and assumption that I would believe it to be my handbook.

as to the last puplic are not aloud in the workshop it would be nice to see how servicing of the new vhicles worked as I am told mainly its plug and play the engine diag but apart from that the dealership and all its staff are very good the best garage I have been to in a long time


Parking at the garage was impossible, I left my car outside of a parking space, when I returned to pick it up it was parked in such an awkward space I couldn't believe they had left it so close to other cars, the wheel was part of a curb it was a little disappointing. Following this the inside of my car was still dirty, the outside had been cleaned and it looked as though the dashboard had been wiped, but there was some sort of dirt around the hand brake, wrappers in the car which I am unsure if they were there before. It was disappointing. I also feel like my gear stick has felt a little sticky since returning the car and so I need to arrange to go back to the dealer to get some advice on this.


The car engine is making a rattling noise and the car battery was dead when I went to collect my car the customer service advisor had to jump start it with a battery charger then he said oh it's because your lights have been disconnected, so that's means my car was sitting outside without any charge for almost 2 days?

The service was completed successfully and in good time. Good communication was maintained during the service. Staff were friendly and professional. However I asked for a specific battery health check and BMS update to be performed which I know to be a legitimate request and was told it wasn't to be done as Renault are working on a software fix. This left me without the solution I needed.


Too long to wait - 3 hours. Only 1 person at desk so took 15 min to book in. Car seat will not adjust since service calling them again tomorrow

I was not expecting the cost to be 140 pounds. It wasn't explained to me how much it would be. It was only a first service!!! Extortionate amount in my opinion.


The only problem I ever have at Renault-Wolverhampton is finding somewhere to park.

I have been to Renault Wolverhampton twice with the same issue. The first time the computer in the car was 'reset' and during my drive home the same issue happened. I booked my car in for two weeks for the problem to be thoroughly checked and resolved. The problem is still there after supposedly troubleshooting the car to check the fault is fixed. My music and satnav disconnected seven times in one journey on one occasion. A courtesy car was arranged to be dropped off to me half way as I had already driven over an hour to Wolverhampton to get the car fixed the first time. However the people I spoke with when attempting to collect my car were largely unhelpful and inflexible. Meaning I had to drive up to Wolverhampton again to pick up my car. I asked a member of the sales team who had been given my keys to hand over where I could find my car and he vaguely gestured to the car park saying 'somewhere in the carpark'. I have had no information of what work has been carried out on the car during the two weeks it was in service.. I can only assume that nothing has been done as the problem still exists. I will not be going back to Wolverhampton again for my warranty. I have had good dealings with Matt in the sales team but everyone else has been very unhelpful.

I had a narrow set of dates for obtaining the car's MOT and a light service. The service employee went to great lengths to arrange the work at 2 weeks notice. The work was done as scheduled. An engineer phoned me to check that replacement brakes could be fitted , giving me cost options , whichi selected. The Wolverhampton site roughly triangular is far too cramped. Only an expensive relocation will sort that issue.

I went to my service and on route experienced quite a major puncture (typical!) at 8.30, at 1.30 I had a phone call about which type of tyre I wanted and pricing, I was told my car should be no longer than an hour and I would recieve a second call when it was ready to collect. I still heard nothing by 5.25, to which I rang the dealer to be told it's already to collect (why was I not phoned?) and that all the service people are leaving now and my paper work and keys would be with a car salesperson. I turned up and explained to be met with oh they've all finished for the day and no one really had any idea where my stuff was. Highly annoying as I had to arrange transport to get to the dealer to collect my car back and has it of been 2.30ish I could have easily collected my car.

i was told when i booked the service, on a waiting basis, i would have a priority service. however at least 2 other customers came in after me , and their vehicles were attended to befor mine, even though i was on time! secondly i did inform the person i booked in with that i had an issue with the front doors catching on the external A post trims , the technician did not spot the problem. i showed the service receptionist this , who could see what was amiss . but after checking with the service controller i was informed that wolverhampton cannot do this there and i must take the vehicle to your cannock franchise body shop, a distance of just short of 20 miles from my home! and with the roadworks probably over an hours journey each way!

When I first purchased my vehicle I was advised that I would be able to purchase the Dacia or Renault extended warranty at any point until the manufacturer's warranty ended. When I took my car to be serviced I have now been told this would not be possible and that it needed to be purchased when I purchased he vehicle. Disappointed that I have been misinformed. Very happy with the service received, everything was done over the phone. After sales has so far been good - a warning light came on less than 36 hours after taking delivery of the car - the sales rep i have been dealing with arranged for the car to be taking to the nearest renault garage for a diagnosis to be carried out - the result of which is that the oxygen sensor has failed. Arrangements have been made for the car to go back into the garage on 1 Dec for repair - i have been advised this will take between 4 - 5 hours has the complete exhaust system has to be removed and replaced.

The vehicle I purchased was a pre-registered vehicle sold at a competitive price, so I did not expect the same level of service as I would have, if I was buying a 'new' car. The salesperson provided a satisfactory service, however when we arrived home and looked around the car we found a dent above the wheel arch which must have been there when we collected the car. This was disappointing as I would have expected this to be identified and corrected prior to the vehicle being handed over to us. Hence the reason why we could not recommend you to a friend.I have not contacted yourselves as we did not see this fault until after we took possession of the car and assumed therefore Renault would not rectify the fault, were we correct in that assumption or would you consider repairing the dent?.

Its a new car with lots of new technology and James showed me all controls getting to grips with the Bluetooth phone etc it would helpful if there were sessions to attend on setting up these new devices. But overall I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Collected the car, after 2 miles I returned to the dealership as the car had a banging noise. Said it would take a couple of hours. Had to book the car in and was given a courtesy car. It took 2 days for the job to be done. On collection I was not given an account of what work had been done. Just here's the keys the works been done from the receptionist. Quit bad for a 13 plate car that was supposed to have been serviced and checked over No compensation a set of car mats for my troubles. Nothing !

On picking up vehicle there was no handbook or tyre inflation kit we where told this would be delivered to Renault Wolverhampton and we could collect a week later still waiting can't use hands free phone has we can't install without instructions.i do not think this is acceptable after sales care
