The experience I received from Renault was one of the best I have had from a dealership. The sales person was never pushing me to make quick decisions. Unfortunately the sales person left and I think my transition to another sales person was where I felt a little forgotten. However once I made contact with this person the experience was outstanding - if only I had this person from the outset.

Sales staff very good, servicing initially did not want to help with resolving issue as had limited time due to a house move. Had to contact service manager to resolve.


The salesman ( Nathan) he explained everything nothing was to much. We purchased a capture this time and our last car was a Clio. We had lots of problems with the Clio, but the experience with Wolverhampton garage has been very professional We test drives both the capture and the Clio and we were never rushed. The whole experience was 5 star I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Nathan.

Sales experience was fine but contacting the service dept to book the car in for mudflaps was not so smooth. I had to chase the dept and Make several phone calls to get the price. It felt like I was asking them to change the engin not fit som mudflaps! The sales executive didn’t respond to my email when I couldn’t get any reply via phone.


This is the 6th car I have had from Renault and I have to say that Nathan was by far the best sales man I have delt with.

Generally good. I had to follow up with the dealer regarding the battery lease contract but this was dealt with via e-mail.


There's no local Renault dealer in my area (Halesowen) so I have to go elsewhere. I bought my first new Renault Captur in Kidderminster 2 years ago and so when I decided to change it and also upgrade I decided to go to a bigger dealership (Wolverhampton) I had to wait a few weeks as I wanted the new model but was very pleased with the way I was treated and everything went quite smoothly.

This is my third car from the dealership as a household we have purchased six in total. The sales staff may you feel at ease (no pressure selling) discuss options and understand quickly our requirements.


Nathan Hudson is an amazing car sales man, so far I’ve brought 3 cars from him and hope he will still be at the Wolverhampton branch in 2 yrs when I buy my next car. Also I have already recommended him to my friends and my sister will be visiting him soon to hopefully purchase a car too.

My vehicle was kept in the workshop for 5 weeks while a replacement gearbox was ordered and fitted under warranty. During this time i made a finance payment for a vehicle i did not have in my posession. Very disapointing.

Well if I have to compare Birminghams already EX service and staffs to the Wolverhampton, than Wolverhampton have a lot to learn and work on it. Even Solihull branch was much better than Wolverhampton.

Just one thing went wrong, I was given the wrong MOT certificate, it was not for my car. And had to take it back. Think it was a genuine mistake, never mind all ok in the end.

Can never get through first time, then they hang the phone up on you. Service department weren’t helpful when I picked my car up and said he wasn’t dealing with my car so didn’t know what had been done. Constantly being told I’m going to get a call can and never do.


My visits to Renault Wolverhampton have always been positive. I am not sure which visit this survey relates to. I took my car in for some work to be carried out under warranty which I assume rectified the problem but I didn't keep the car long enough to find out as I have purchased a replacement new one from Renault Wolverhampton. On all of my visits to Renault Wolverhampton I have felt well looked after and have no complaints

as I purchased my Dacia from the Cannock showrooms, I was originally contacted by Cannock customer services in respect of having my car serviced. I chose to have this done at Wolverhampton as they are nearer to my home address. I was concerned that no one discussed the fact I could order a courtesy car for use during the time it would take to service my car.... I discovered this on the day of service which was too late to order a courtesy car and therefore, as my husband had several clinic and hospital appointments, had no alternative but to use taxis which cost me approx. £20.00 on the day. I was advised they could not reimburse the taxi costs, although the taxi firms involved gave me receipts for journey's travelled and told me I should get a refund from the service department??? My husband has significant health difficulties which is the main reason why we have a car and we are unable to use buses. I now know that the courtesy car can be ordered prior to taking my car in for service and will now chose this option in future. The service I received was excellent apart from this minor incident.


When booking in my vehicle..the gentleman behind the desk was not at all wrlcoming.. i suffer eith artritis and wslk witha stuck and asked when i calked if i could wsit..he said my car would be a few hours. As i had expected to wait i had no way of getting home..he said it would be hours..i had to leave the premises and call a taxi and wait on the wall..this was not a pleasant experience at all. The male that booked me in was not pleasant or helping at all..

I dropped off the car as arranged, the workshop said they would call when the service was completed, which they did. when I arrived to collect the car it was parked on the forecourt waiting to collect the keys. Workshop manager talked me through the service report, & answered questions I had despite being very busy at the time. I couldn't ask for more.


Manage your customer expectations with time more clearly. I came in for a 30 minute service, was advised needed 2 new front tyres and 2 hours later was still waiting!

My vehicle was collected and delivered. I was satisfied with the service


Staff friendly, polite and most importantly unpatronising. Environment clean and bright with all necessary services. On the occasion of my most recent visit there was confusion in that I'd booked a morning appointment and the service team had scheduled and afternoon appointment so the vehicle wasn't ready as I'd expected. Once the service team realised this the work to my vehicle was quickly and effectively rescheduled for soonest completion. All work was completed to my full satisfaction with minimal further delay. We all make mistakes, what's important is the way situations are recovered and in case the recovery was truly customer focused so no complaints from me at all.


Found it very difficult to get people to call back and update me about my car. I phoned on several occasions and was passed back to reception on a number of these as there was no answer at the servicing desk. I also felt that it was very defensive to be told that lots of the service team were on holiday - it was my car in the garage with a fault less than 3 years after buying and I expected to be updated with progress on a regular basis

The day after the MOT I found a large screw in the rear offside tyre and had to have the tyre repaired by a local tyre business. I was suprised this had not been spotted during the inspection of tyres during the MOT, as prior to the MOT I had heard a clicking noise coming from the tyres so the screw was there when the car was MOTed. I did not bring the ckicking noise to the attention of your service people prior to the MOT as I had assumed it was only a stone. Also, some time ago, I took my car in to Wton Renault to have a rattle underneath the car investigated. The service engineers failed to find the rattle and offered no further suggestions. However,the rattle is still there to this day. This is worrying as cars should not rattle! Clearly this must be a safety issue. I am concerned in case some part drops off the car or malfunctions in the future! This is why I am unhappy. Other than these issues service has been good.


I asked for the vehicle to be ready by 11am and was assured it would be. At 11.30 I started making my way to the dealership having not been told my vehicle was ready

Service was fine, but a long way to have to travel from my home, then having to hang about all morning in an area I was not familiar with. Would like to have gone more local to home, but Birmingham branch has closed a d Shirley ad no appointments for over a month afterwards.


3 services,car supposed to have been cleaned,and I have found it inside in the same condition,just a quick wash is all I ever got,staff did not seem very enthusiastic when you went,overall I just feel like,you had your car we dont really care now.

I was promised a follow up call regarding a minor issue regarding the dashboard light, but no call was received.


We were given a guesstimate for the repair, which put us off initially, but coming back we were surprised at the cost, and pleased with the results.


My car is the 5th Motibility car I’ve had from Renault Wolverhampton. I was offered a loan car for the first time but it was quite difficult for me to drive being smaller, lower with a manual gear box and handbrake. However I can’t fault the customer service I received and I was very impressed that even the staff who I wasn’t dealing with, knew my name!


I was very pleased with the service on my car and Gavin was very helpful and efficient.


my Captur in for routine service I have a noise in engine which was not resolved. Otherwise service was completed.

Large dealerships like this are somewhat impersonal and if there is no-one on reception on arrival one feels uncertain. There were lots of Renault staff about but they were all rushing round doing things which didn't concern me!

Booked in for a service no issues done within the 2 hour timescale pleasant staff. No issues with car prior to service or after so far.


Had an MOT a few weeks before this service where the car passed but broken window wipers were not picked up. I usually get a video of my service, this did not happen. When I returned to collect car at 11.15am it had been serviced but I had to wait an hour and a half for it to be cleaned, when keys were returned to me only the outside had been cleaned. It was the last day of the month and lots of people were collecting new cars. This is not my issue and if it impacts on the service and cleaning staff then services should not be offered at these times.


I think the service and the replacement discs and pads was handled satisfactory, the only negative as always is the cost.

My only complaint as such was that I was asked to bring the car in to have a tow bar fitted as early as possible which was 8:00 am. I was initially told that it would take about 2 - 3 hours to fit. Having traveled from Bromsgrove I was hoping that I would be able to pick up the car around about midday. However, when I rang at about midday I was told that the car had only just been put on the ramp! So I had to then waste about 3 hrs! I made my way back to the garage and for 15:00 and was told that it would be about another 30 mins. However, it was over an hour and by the time I had paid I left Renault at 16:30. I will say that I have had 3 cars from WV Renault and have not had any problems at all. My gripe with this is why was I asked to bring the car in for 8:00 when it was not worked on until 12:00 ish, as this was a waste of my afternoon having to wander around Wolverhampton.

I reopened it in MS Explorer and it displayed successfully, but it seems to think I said I would not recommend Renault Wolverhampton in the aborted session which is NOT the case. Apart from the issue over the air bag warning light, the dealership has always undertaken servicing and other work with the minimum of problems. The staff have been courteous and attentive and the car has always been returned in a clean condition. As the air bag warning light is a potential MOT failure, it is important that this issue is properly diagnosed and rectified soon without the customer feeling that it has overpaid for this work.

I was charged slightly more than quoted. It was returned with a significant fault that was new. It took 3 visits to be rectified, causing it to be off the road for 2 days and the cancellation of £240.00 worth of work. Would have been helpful my calls would have been returned after leaving messages.

This was my first visit to Renault Wolverhampton and we were greeted with a very positive assistant, I had no doubt I was leaving my car in safe hands. My only concern was I was not contacted prior to my service to remind me, It was myself who contacted the dealership to make the arrangements, who had no records of my car, this was it’s first service since purchasing the car in April 2017


The reception was welcoming and, as I elected to wait for my vehicle (for 3 hours), the surroundings were great and the attention I received was very good (eg drinks and refills). The vehicle was returned on time and everything was in order.

Low staffing levels meant that I had to call several times before someone picked up the phone in the servicing department to get an update on whether my car was ready for collection an hour after they had said it would be ready.

For second time running the car was not ready on time. When I went to collect the car the service guy asked me if I'd had a call to say the car was ready. So I explained I'd arranged to collect it at 4 and it was now 8 minutes past. I was offered a seat and coffee / tea. I waited a further 40 minutes while they got the bill ready. I am sorry to say I delivered the car in quite a dirty state inside the car. The valet didn't really sort this. If dealing with this wasn't included then fair enough. I was surprised to find the interior hadn't been wiped over.

My 2016 Renault traffic van with only 17k miles developed a gearbox fault immediately after being serviced.I contacted Renault Wolverhampton to report the fault via telephone call and was advised to bring the van in to be looked at and a loan vehicle would be available,I had to arrive at Renault w'ton at 10.00am ( I had been on nightshift until 5 am) to be advised that my journey had been a complete waste of time as they didn't have the parts in stock to do the repair that they knew that the van had been booked in for.I had to re book again but this time no loan vehicle was available,not a van,car,anything.I had to put a motorcycle in the back of the van to get home on,while unloading the bike and parked in a customer parking space I was harassed by a man who I assume is an employee demanding the keys to my van so that he can park it in the street.I declined as I no idea who he is as he is not uniformed and I have equipment in the van and did not want it parked off site given that your showroom is in one of the worst areas in the midlands for vehicle crime.He then became aggressive toward me for not complying with his demands.I was lucky to have been dealt with the one sensible person in the service dept who called me 2 days later to say the problem had been repaired,the problem was a bearing on the output shaft of the gearbox,a common problem with these vans.I asked if the replacement bearing would be a modified item as there is clearly an issue with these vehicles and he replied"don't know". On collecting my van I asked for it not to left in the street as it had equipment in the back for moving motorcycles which were only on board as you couldn't loan me anything at all,I arrived to find it,you guessed it,parked in the street....


COULD IMPROVE WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO CHECK TYRE PRESSURE


Satisfied with the service however was extremely shocked to be informed that my car needed new brake pad and discs. My car had only recorded 16,000 miles and was informed the brakes and discs were 80% worn. When I questioned that it was relatively low mileage to require these new parts I was informed this is normal wear and tear for my Clio.


Staff were really helpful picked my car up from work to get it serviced and MOT and bought it back spotlessly clean

Very efficient, friendly, kept me informed, but the video of the work being carried out only showed the tyre tread being checked, don't see the point of it.


I was having two new front tyres fitted and arranged for me to arrive at 10.30am. By 11.30 my car still hadn’t moved from where I parked it. The job was finalised at 12.30 with no explanation as to the delay. As I was late for other commitments I paid and drove away. When I next parked the car I noticed how awful the tyres looked, covered in a white substance and the alloys were filthy. The following morning I had to scrub both tyres to make them look as good as the old two! I was tempted to drive back to the garage but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with Renault Wolverhampton.


First service so no problems. A pity the nearest garage has stopped doing Dacia. The difficulty is getting somewhere to wait while service is done

I am sure a complete check is not carried out when booked in for general service because i have had to go out and buy OIL and top up with water or screen wash which i hardly use my mobility car , my things are just normally thrown down on the seats basically left in a mess also sreering ball taken off and when i call to say i cant get it on i am expected to know how it goes on and had difficulty putting it on i am then told to bring car in but cant drive without ball . overall not been a 100% happy with srevice in the beginning everthing started off good then went down hill.

Apart from the poor valet and clean I received at the point of collecting the car (it hadn't been done so I waited, therefore felt it was rushed), I cannot fault the service or the attention I received.

I arrived at 1.30pm for the service but did not leave until 4.30pm which seemed a long time for a service. If I had known it woulg take this long Iwould have requested a courtesey car.


There’s not a lot to do service-wise on an EV. However a minor problem was fixed, the car was checked, I received a video, and was washed.


Had first service , everything ok, but a few days later had problems with driver side lock on door. Renault couldn.t fit me in until 26th March . A few days later none of doors would lock. RAC temp fixed problem but car still needs to have original problem fixed.


It was great as usual, everything was ready when I arrived, loan car was great, everything explained when I picked the car up.

The parking is terrible . The servicing is good but I am one of those old fashioned people who want their car serviced , and then to be left in peace .


Courtesy car was not clean inside or out, particularly boot. No great problem for me but hardly a great advert for the Renault brand. Did appreciate it having half a tank fuel though, other manufacturers have handed over almost empty vehicles which is more inconvenient than cleanliness issues. One member of staff was very helpful on my arrival however not in uniform which did concern me a little when she took my keys, I did mention this to staff inside so may have been addressed since.


Unfortunately my car wasn’t cleaned properly! And after paying nearly £150 for my service, it is the very least I would expect to have a properly valeted car, also on collection I felt pressured into completeing a survey there and then, with eyes burning in the back of my neck when deciding what I thought of the service. Not good Renault!!

I was very satisfied with the attention I had from Matt Phillips. I told him I was a cash buyer straightaway,he advised me on service arrangements etc. I had rung and spoke to James the previous day and wanted to view a silver captur in stock. Very happy with the service received, everything was done over the phone. After sales has so far been good - a warning light came on less than 36 hours after taking delivery of the car - the sales rep i have been dealing with arranged for the car to be taking to the nearest renault garage for a diagnosis to be carried out - the result of which is that the oxygen sensor has failed. Arrangements have been made for the car to go back into the garage on 1 Dec for repair - i have been advised this will take between 4 - 5 hours has the complete exhaust system has to be removed and replaced.

The vehicle I purchased was a pre-registered vehicle sold at a competitive price, so I did not expect the same level of service as I would have, if I was buying a 'new' car. The salesperson provided a satisfactory service, however when we arrived home and looked around the car we found a dent above the wheel arch which must have been there when we collected the car. This was disappointing as I would have expected this to be identified and corrected prior to the vehicle being handed over to us. Hence the reason why we could not recommend you to a friend.I have not contacted yourselves as we did not see this fault until after we took possession of the car and assumed therefore Renault would not rectify the fault, were we correct in that assumption or would you consider repairing the dent?.

I have not answered the handover question. I am due to collect my new car on Saturday 31st October. I am very excited and the team have been great in organising everything for me, in particular James Hodgson. I have purchased a cherished number plate and James has sorted this for me so that when I collect my car it will be already registerd - "SUE". Brilliant and I cannot wait.

On picking up vehicle there was no handbook or tyre inflation kit we where told this would be delivered to Renault Wolverhampton and we could collect a week later still waiting can't use hands free phone has we can't install without instructions.i do not think this is acceptable after sales care
