Time taken to install the power point ,3months. Chargemaster, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Only one sales person at Wolverhampton to deal with, who is on holiday. No one else seams to no about my purchase. Contact with RENAULT complaints department is non existent . Have phoned this department 4times, keep saying they will ring back and do not. Car has been at Wolverhampton since 3july and I have not seen it yet. If this is what you call good service at RENAULT, I don't think I will ever buy a Renault again, and I would not recommend it to anyone reply ASAP

Generally fine, but they should do something about parking. Each time we went we had problems finding a space and on one occasion I was blocked in by a car parked by a Renault employee. However this is trivial compared with an otherwise excellent experience. One other thing. I had a call from Nathan Hudson last week saying that the car was subject to a recall and should be returned. It was not convenient to do so a and the possible fault he mentioned was not dangerous so I didn't return the car. I have since checked the vehicle recall check page on your website and there is nothing listed under my VIN. Can I assume that the call was a false alarm?

When my car was booked in for a CPU update, I was told I was going to get a free clean of my car inside and out. I was told it would be ready for midday, which I had to phone up about and it was ready, but I hadn't been informed. On collection, the CPU had been done, and the connection plug located in the glove box hadn't had the cover put back and my car had not been cleaned inside or out, which I was very disappointed over.

The only problem I had was a mechanic had put a really greasey tool in the boot of the car. I did not notice this until a day later. I had a carpet on the floor of the boot, which I had to throw away. Other than that, after a 3 hour service, I have no complaints.

In December of last year the car was taken in for a clutch problem. They said a new master cylinder was fitted, ok for a while but somehow not right then when the service was due I took the car in and mentioned the clutch problem again. The car was kept in overnight and a new complete clutch assy was fitted.I feel that the problem should have been sorted first time around.

I would ask that the invoices are made clearer so that it's easier to check unit prices. For eg, I had a timing belt fitted for which I was quoted a given price - but on the invoice this is broken down into parts, labour and without VAT included - it would be much better for the customer if these could show the total price - and then the price of each product broken down into its component parts if necessary. Overall though I've been very satisfied with the dealer over the years - they seem honest enough and the prices seem very fair.

Virtually impossible to get an appointment for service as booking line was not answered tried over 5 times. Eventually asked the first responders to take a message rather than transfer the call. She stated they were aware there was an phone line issue. Then why transfer 5 times previously. A return call was made and then service booked as wait. 2:40 minutes waiting time is not acceptable. Only to then find car had been splashed with water. Not washed. Car mats lifted out and shook, but no evidence of Hoover and car was made dirty inside than when it was left. Following a previous service I was very happy with the service but I was most disappointed and angry at this visit. Very poor service. I wondered if service would be better when paying for service rather than a service plan where money is a given? Poor show Renault!

Gavin on service reception was very helpful and recommended a service plan including MOT's that will better suit our needs, so we took the plan out. The car was cleaned when I collected it which was a nice touch. The girl in the showroom (sorry did not get her name) was very helpful in getting the Duster info I required along with a coffee. The only problem seemed to be with the credit card machine, for which Gavin had to try about 5 times, you could really do with getting a new machine.

The greeting was impersonal. This was the fourth time the car has been back with Tyre Pressure Sensor issues, only the last showing a genuine problem (leaking valve). Three times it has been several days before the car could be seen, so I have not used it while waiting. The handbook says if you have a fault indication, you should go to a dealer --- presumably to be told that they will look at it the following week!

After being initially very happy with the service from the sales department, I quickly became a bit disgruntled after discovering I had bought an approved used car with blown front speakers and brake pads that were 80% worn. As I have only owned the vehicle for 4 weeks which I had bought from a car dealer. initially there was no problems, the car ran great until i hit a deep pot hole with my nearside front wheel. immediatley after all the warning lights started flashing on the dashboard. I stopped and turned off the ignition. when i restarted the airbag warning light and door open,Check stop start,Check airbag lights all stayed on. Unfortunately I sustained two punctures. Unsure about the TPS system I contacted my own dealership in Cannock but they were unable to look at the vehicle until several days later. I telephoned Dacia who contacted Wolverhampton and between the two of you an appointment was made for me for that afternoon to have the tyres mended - for which I was extremely grateful! The only drawback is that one of the tyres had to be replaced and an odd make was fitted whereas I would have preferred a Continental tyre as originally fitted.

Overall a good experience. The issue over the car not being cleaned is that it was not discussed when brought in. In recent times I have expected cars to be cleaned anyway before return to customer. Perhaps times are changing. A word about the location of the dealership, something I have mentioned in other surveys, and the potential problems when arriving at and departing from the dealership. You take you life in your own hands. Finally, i felt that parking at the dealership this visit was an improvement on previous visits.

Renault Wolves are always great. The service staff are excellent. My car had twice late at night when very cold failed to start . It showed the message check injection system. Renault had the car overnight to check it. They 'think' its the crank shaft ( I think thats the word) but have not done anything to it. Advice to me was to ring RAC if it happens again. My car is in warranty until June. I think it should be fixed I love my Captur but in 20 years of being a Renault customer it is the car that has caused me the most problems (After 5 months the engine had to come out due to an oil problem).

The first person I spoke to when I was looking for a newish car was Matt Phillips,and from start too finish I can say I was really impressed. He gave me a great part exchange for my old car and when I finally found the car I wanted someone else had beaten me to it,and although really disappointed,within 24 hour Matt had managed yo source the exact model, spec and colour I was looking for. I was very satisfied with the attention I had from Matt Phillips. I told him I was a cash buyer straightaway,he advised me on service arrangements etc. I had rung and spoke to James the previous day and wanted to view a silver captur in stock. Very happy with the service received, everything was done over the phone. After sales has so far been good - a warning light came on less than 36 hours after taking delivery of the car - the sales rep i have been dealing with arranged for the car to be taking to the nearest renault garage for a diagnosis to be carried out - the result of which is that the oxygen sensor has failed. Arrangements have been made for the car to go back into the garage on 1 Dec for repair - i have been advised this will take between 4 - 5 hours has the complete exhaust system has to be removed and replaced.

The vehicle I purchased was a pre-registered vehicle sold at a competitive price, so I did not expect the same level of service as I would have, if I was buying a 'new' car. The salesperson provided a satisfactory service, however when we arrived home and looked around the car we found a dent above the wheel arch which must have been there when we collected the car. This was disappointing as I would have expected this to be identified and corrected prior to the vehicle being handed over to us. Hence the reason why we could not recommend you to a friend.I have not contacted yourselves as we did not see this fault until after we took possession of the car and assumed therefore Renault would not rectify the fault, were we correct in that assumption or would you consider repairing the dent?.

Collected the car, after 2 miles I returned to the dealership as the car had a banging noise. Said it would take a couple of hours. Had to book the car in and was given a courtesy car. It took 2 days for the job to be done. On collection I was not given an account of what work had been done. Just here's the keys the works been done from the receptionist. Quit bad for a 13 plate car that was supposed to have been serviced and checked over No compensation a set of car mats for my troubles. Nothing !

On picking up vehicle there was no handbook or tyre inflation kit we where told this would be delivered to Renault Wolverhampton and we could collect a week later still waiting can't use hands free phone has we can't install without instructions.i do not think this is acceptable after sales care
