I did not receive a copy of the signed finance agreement and emailed the sales person who sold me the car as soon as I got home to ask for these to be sent out to me. I have not receive these and my email is still yet to be acknowledged. I paid £299 for the service plan on the day I collected my car and have still not recieved any paperwork regarding this. I also have not been given a copy of the warrenty document, only the 'Dealer Action' sheet was inside the folder. This is very disappointing considering how much money I have spent with Renault over the years.


Apart from the drive to Watford 3 times as the Slough branch had closed, I was really pleased with the whole experience.

I have booked my car for the third year's service. The driver collected it from my residence in the morning and brought it back in the afternoon fully serviced and washed. Very happy with everything.

Staff were fine. The previous year I found out through the service that I didn’t have a spare wheel. I bought the car from new (cash). It was a young unexperienced member of staff that sold me the car and I assumed she had included this as I asked!!! When I found out last year I was promised they would look into it and come back to me immediately. So I’m still without a spare wheel. Maybe you could look into this for me or pass it back to them as I am still waiting on that phone call. Unfortunately I can’t afford to buy another car. But I have certainly lost all faith in this branch. I asked them this time to look at a broken light and replace it but they said on pick up I would have to book it in and it would take half an hour to do while I wait!!! Two family members who purchased here have since changed their cars and no longer own Renaults!!!!! Maybe now someone will sit up and take notice of the way this branch treats their customers. Overall very good experience was offered a drink twice while i waited there, everyone was nice and polite


Customer service is good which is I believe one of your unique selling points for me when buying and then servicing my car. It was also one of the areas that made you stand out from all the other car dealers I visited and the reason I have recommended you to many of my friends. Customer service can always be improved however and needs constant monitoring to achieve excellence.

When the part was reported earlier in the year I was told Renault couldn't get it from Italy then I was assured they had the part when I booked it in for the routine service but still they failed to fit it was said the part wasn't in stock Renault had plenty of notice to get it sorted they they say they will order it and I have to go back yet again to get it fitted. Feel communication with the customer should be better


Brett our sales man was fabulous. Listen to all our needs and wants. answered all our questions. Made the whole experience less stressful. Fantastic guy and very patient and extremely professional


It was excellent when car finally there but lack of flexibility meant a delay in exceptional circumstances


I had no problem with Renault Watford. However, I do think there was a missed marketing opportunity. I needed to leave my car, a Dacia Duster, with the dealer for a few days and was given a courtesy car. The car supplied was a Dacia Stepway. There was no problem with the car, it was almost new and fine in every way. However, as a Duster driver it would have been nice to have had a new Duster to compare it to my 5 year old model and it was an opportunity for the garage to make a pitch for new custom. The only real disappointment with my visit was the need to replace the seatbelts on a 5 year old car with relatively small mileage. Nothing Renault Watford could do about that.


when I collected my car from its first service at Renault Watford it had a scuff mark on the front wing. This was dealt with in a friendly and profesional manner. Which is very reassuring. It allowed me to carry on enjoying my Renault Captur


I felt the maintenance on the vehicle was second to none.. however being asked continuously to give feedback and give a 10 is not cool. I will give the mark I want to give


This was a pre-booked, 'wait while problems were fixed' appointment. I told the garage in advance that my aircon was not working. On arrival I was told that this and other jobs would take between 75 to 90 minutes. After approx. 20 minutes I was told that the aircon needed to be re-gassed. After 90 mins I was told that they could not do this as they had no gas. I had to wait whilst gas was ordered and then pumped into the aircon. I lost the whole morning hanging around when I could have been in and out within 90 minutes. Knowing that the problem was associated with my aircon, the garage should have checked gas levels the night before or first thing in the morning At the vert least they should have informed me as soon as they found out that they were out of gas. Whilst the attendant apologised when she first told me of the problem, she made no effort to apologise when I paid at the end or to offer any compensation for me losing several hours. Other than this everything else was very good.


Dry good communication, good planning and entirely reliable. I was hoping the boot would have been hoovered, but this is so trivial I am almost ashamed to mention it. I am giving my car to my daughter in the next month or two and would like to buy another Megane with a few miles on the clock from Renault Watford as I have been so pleased with the car and the company

The customer service is always very good, from the initial telephone call, the texts, the attitude of staff, even the reception lady who got me a coffee, thank you everyone you excel as the most friendly people!

Bought my car in Slough so was a bit put out to have to travel for the service. The Renault Watford team were excellent and went some way to recovering my customer experience overall

I originally bought my car at Slough - but arranged for the servicing to be done by my local garage (who have been looking after my Renaults since 1986) but I had a recurring problem with the computer in the car telling me about a non existent puncture. By the time I realised I could take the car back under warrentry, the Slough branch had closed down. I rang Watford but they had a 2 week lead up time - I set off to drive to Italy with breakdown cover in place but on my return took my car in to Watford. Two years of problems solved in 3 hours! Thank you Watford

I have taken my car back twice regards jolting on pulling away from start or at junctions also struggles on a steep incline, have to be careful on pulling away inbetween parked cars incase it jolts forward, sometimes has difficulty reversing. (My car Renault Kadjar 2017 Auto)


I took my cae to get scratches taken out as agreed when puchased to return to a new scratch worse than the last i had to wait 4wks till it was repaired and i had to drop it off no collection was offered.. Then i had it service and when i collected it one of my front lights was out so it couldnt have been checked and my tires had been let down even though i had them at the limit for a heavy load which I was carrying at the time.


This was a routine service done at the right interval. Only checking was carried out and no repair work was necessary. My car was returned on time with a pleasing clean bill of health and I was totally satisfied.

1. There was an option to have someone at your handover - I found this experience uncomfortable and so decided to cancel but the person arranging it was very forceful which was also uncomfortable. I don’t think this is an appropriate way to measure the effectiveness of the handover (which was excellent) 2. Renault finance have contacted me twice asking for the final payment on the car that I no longer have despite telling them I have purchased a new car - improved communication on this front would be helpful and avoid stressful final payment requests


M I was told what needed doing to my car and an estimate of how long it would take. The receptionist then made sure was comfortable and supplied me with refreshments while I waited for my car to be processed.My car was done within the estimated time frame was clean and tidy and was escorted to my car by service advisor. Very good service thank you.

Watford was great.... but completely dissatisfied that the Slough location was closed and i was not informed... i blame Renault h/o for this lack of communication


Happy with service. A few small issues I had with alarm , window, and light were resolved. All work carried out in hour and a half.

Andrew at Watford is all ways helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your car ect i have got my brother and my daughter to change to renuault too i have been a customer for over 20years now to renault and a happy one too and please to have andrew as my sales man would go know where else but him


I think all the team at watford are fabulous and Mizz did all he could to keep me very happy. The service and help was very high and all our needs catered for.woukd highly recommend watford for all renault lovers.


The staff are always very attentive and helpful. I had a warning light displayed a few days prior to the booked service. I contacted the service centre on a Saturday morning and they were able to reassure me that the car would be okay to use until I could get it to them a few days later. My car was washed prior to its handing back to me after the service.


Overall experience very good, due to excellent customer service from Tugba and Misba.


Plenty of emails before the service , welcome at the door,polite service. The only problem that I always have is getting lost getting there, my tomtom directs me in the wrong direction!!

everything was fine except for the fact it is very difficult to park anywhere & I didn't want my car washed but would have liked it to be cleaned inside but was informed that as the person who cleaned the cars didn't speak very good English it would be best not to have it done at all!

I purchased my car on 06/04/17 and Renault still have not paid the settlement figure on my old car. It is now 17/05/17 and I am being charged for 2 car finances. I am appalled by the service I received from Helder at Renault Watford and I would not recommend this dealership. I am very disappointed and have been left worse off. Because of this irresponsible behaviour, I have fallen behind on other bill payments. We have phoned on several occasions to confirm the settlement figure has been paid and have been lied to. I phoned the old finance company and they still have not received any payment from Renault. DO BETTER! This is disgraceful!!! Also was not offered a test drive. Salesman could not wait to take our money!

Have no Warranty form even though the Handover book said a form would be printed and the stickers in the Handover book should have been stuck to it. The sales team were good and polite and found me a car at a different branch at a price i was willing to pay. When the car was delivered from other branch it had scratched alloys and scratch to front. The alloys were repaired but the scratch was just touched up and can still be felt to the touch which was a shame. Also interior could have been cleaned to a higher standard as there was chocolate in the coin holder.

Purchased the following ex-demo vehicle from your dealer and really disappointed by the standard of preparation. The vehicle was presented with 4 curbed alloys, having purchased from dealers in the past I have never experienced such lack of attention. When queried with the Business Manager no resolution was given with having this rectified and simply passed over with "It is the Sales Managers final decision" - I would of understood if the vehicle was several years older however purchased as a 16 plate registration and ex-demo surely the dealership would set a standard. When queried why the dealership allowed to mistreat demonstrators in such manner? - I was told that a customer had damaged the alloys on a test-drive, does this mean that this is acceptable in your process of test-drives and loaning vehicles out, if so then this is purely pathetic accepting this level of behavior. The salesman conducted a professional manner throughout the process however I felt that the conditional sale of the vehicle should have been elaborated if the dealership incorporates a 'Sold as Seen' policy on cosmetics. I expect to have this resolved otherwise will be taking this further.

Couple of bits of feedback.. 1. Booked a test drive.. yet the car wasn't ready.. 2. Having bought the car I had to chase twice for details of when it was ready. 3. On the handover I wasn't given or shown the service log book.. 4. No idea whether I have a 2/3 year warranty and what I do to maintain it..? 5. Ironically was impressed that the sales person engaged my family in the sales process, but feel as though I was merely a transaction now.. 6. Great idea about trading in for a new car in 3 years.. but after the experience not sure that's what I want to do... but really like the car....

Front tyres should have been replaced, tread is low compared to rears. No detailed service information was supplied after service at your garage. Additional post sale information such as Condition check, History check, accident cover or pricing for Kadjar roofbars. Let me stress that we were more than happy yet again with Drew's care of us and dealing with this vehicle considering it was from a different garage. He went above and beyond and considering he no longer deals with used car sales; we appreciate him dealing with us again. Main issue is S/S does not work. It is our intention to bring the vehicle in when possible to get this checked.

The initial experience of testng the car was good and unhurried. After paying the deposit things have been not so good. Poor communu cation from Tugby - probably as he is so busy - and it was really difficult to get my questions about the state of the car answered before we took collection. You need to make sure he has staff to help him as this is still going on for us I.e there are still things that haven't been sorted that we were told would be - simple things like the car mats as wells as dents and mysterious white spots on the car that no one could explain.

I was very happy with Irten Tugba, he was very helpful during the purchase of the vehicle. The downside was the finance manager Robert Miller. Whilst Irten was on leave the car I originally enquiried about was sold to another dealer and I only found this out from the front desk. Mr miller failed to call me back on a couple of times. Irten called me the next day to apologise for the poor service I had received in Irtens absence and worked hard to find another Captur with the same spec as the 1St Captur I had enquiried about. Mr miller was also meant to email the finance papers to sign in the absence of Irten and he failed at this as well. If it wasn't for the hard work Irten put into keeping a customer happy I would have gone elsewhere. Regards

Salesman named tugba was fantastic I have recommended many friends to watford. Tugba is the best salesman I have ever come across as to e honest I don't like salesman. But he listens to what you want nd does his best to get you what you have asked for nothing is to much trouble. I think this man is worth his weight in gold. I don't fall for all the spawl of car sales people as my best friend works for Renault maple cross. Anyway nice one Renault and your a star tugba

The vehicle was advertised incorrectly, the spec show was for LL29 Business+ and I was disappointed to find the features such as load through bulkhead, office, Airton and parking sensors were not on the vehicle as expected. I am considering a complaint to to the trading standards office over this as it is significantly misleading to advertise a price and spec when the spec is actually much lower. The excuse given that Autotrader was making a mistake does not seem true as the incorrect Business+ spec was also shown on the Renault website.

I don't seem to have any details regarding my warranty or breakdown cover ?................I was told that something was going to be emailed across to me ( possibly reciepts or something) ......but have not recieved email...........but I will say that I was very pleased on price & the van that was supplied ( with ply & reversing camera )

Watford dealership was an enjoyable experience. However, we had a bad experience with London West dealership. No follow up, no communication, bad reactivity. Basically we lost time and energy with them for 3 weeks. While with Watford, it was concluded in less than 3 days. Happy we had to do 20 miles extra to finally get the attention that a customer willing to buy deserves. Thanks.

Fantastic service from Tugba - previously met at Renault West London, when looking to swap my car I returned to that garage and found he had moved. Not a question but a comment. You need to check your Pre delivery Process. My car slipped through and was not checked before it was given to me. All fluid levels were below min and it resulted in me having to come back to have a service done. Your team dealt with it very well and the service was very good hence I would still recommend you, but you need to establish what part of the process failed to allow this to happen.

Generally good, but I clicked the "no" to recommendation button because the service booked hadn't been stamped, which we found after we got home (35 miles away). This despite asking that this be checked. And now we find that the wrong mileage has been put in the service book, and the wrong mileage on the invoice. Little errors that point to poor processes in place.

The product is good BUT service non-existent. Throughout June I chased Watford for an automatic Clio. 1/7 found one, insisted on deposit, told would be ready in 10 days. No updates at all through July, I chased several times. So frustrated that Sent email to Stephen Leete and no responce. Eventually complained to Renault UK - case number 4-00851099. Even then had to call twice daily for 4 days to get a return call from Elliott Winch. Eventually got car 1/8. Not happy with lack of communication and very poor service. Appears that Renault couldn't give a damn!

I have had to answer the first and last questions in the negative as, despite having paid for our new Captur, in full, over three weeks ago, we still have not taken delivery. The garage at Watford is unable to tell us when the car will be available or indeed where it is. Needless to say, we are not happy with the situation or the service. Quick to take our money, not so quick to provide the goods! If anyone would care to comment on our complaint, we would be please to hear from them.
