Everything thing went well and smoothly, Brett took time to explain everything.


I have no issues with Renault Watford, Matt was great. I do have an issue with Renault, we had a captur which was all silver and loved it, we traded in early for a new car and wanted a all black car. Matt completed the request and then received a email from your head office stating we couldn?t have a black car with a black roof. We were very disappointed with this and still cannot fathom why this was not possible. You have have black cars and black roofs so why can?t you have a completely black car! We have seen numerous cars that are completely black and apparently you have just changed this. I think this is absolutely ludicrous and you should allow your customers to buy the car they actually want. We do like the car. We have but it was not what we actually wanted.!!!!


We were really happy with the purchase of our car. The only problem is finding somewhere to park when you arrive.

There was an over 4 week wait for an appointment with a Courtesy car available which was my only issue. This service or perhaps an increase in the number of Courtesy cars at this location could be looked into?


After booking my service online at a date that suited me with collection and delivery the dealership changed the date to a week later without contacting me beforehand which was not ideal. The service and experience I received on the day was good however I expected the car to be cleaned inside and it wasn't.


Person on reception and desk very helpful and kind. In the past I have always had to chase them about things. Now I need to return again to have dash message reset. Luckily car has been unproblematic so not had many dealings with the service people over the years xx


I was given a quote which was 4 times the normal price for a clutch. I was also told it is a day and a half work. When I challenged the information I was made to feel very uncomfortable.

I had e mailed them I got a standard reply that they will look into the complain and then I was informed that the workshop manager would call me which to date no calls nor any communication to date. The service itself was done very satisfactorily but when I brought my car in there was no space to park and the employee who was dealing with this issue did not speak good English and came across as quite rude. He wanted me to leave my keys with him so he could park my car. I think you have a real problem with lack of car parking space for servicing since there were a lot of other cars stored there. This was the only issue I felt was unsatisfactory


Service was done in good time and I didn?t have to wait for a long time. Good customer service from all especially the receptionist who kept making sure I was ok and provided hot drinks.


The service was good and I am happy wi5 my car. It was a pity the online booking system was not as efficient and was not up to date offering time slots that were not available. It would also be nice if there was a small area where you could wait for your pick up ....it was very cold that morning.

My car was in for its 1st mot and routine service. Renault said it would take approx 5 hrs. I thought that was a bit long, but then at least they had enough time to do the job Properly .

I will continue to have my car service done at the Watford office as they know my car. It is quite a drive from where I live but l think the Renault dealership is the best option. My family and friends who own other makes of car would probably prefer somewhere closer to their home.


I would have appreciated it more had there been a collection and delivery service as it was rather difficult to get to your premises.


My car was collected from and brought back to my as I am unable to drive at present. This was a very helpful service.

Customer service had improved from last year Bruna who dealt with the booking in and collection of the car was very helpful and have good feedback as I had a number of issues with the car which were not dealt with at the cars first service this was the second service.


The car i own is quite brand new and still under warranty. As such, i haven't really experienced any trouble as yet. The service Renault Watford offers is generally good although i believe it can be a lot better. I understand that the Service Representatives' job is not an easy one. Therefore i always try to be an easy-going customer and make their life a bit easier. The least i would expect in return is a warmer welcome and to spend a little bit more time explaining in simple words what they actually repaired/replaced.

I was looked after very well. Free wifi meant i could do some work. I was kept updated with the progress regularly.

I was given a time of my choosing to arrive and the maintenance and MOT were carried out in 3 hours, exactly as predicted by the service agent. Costs for the basic service and MOT were laid out and I am pleased to say, the dealership accepts cash as well as credit cards. The video supplied after the service was useful although it could have gone into greater detail. The staff were pleasant and helpful including the receptionist who made sure that I was comfortable and supplied with tea / coffee while I waited. On the whole, this is a better experience than it used to be some years ago when I would have no idea what time my car would be serviced and how long I would have to wait around, (sometimes nearly all day). As I live over 25 miles (40 Km) away and transport links are virtuall non existent. On the whole, I am very happy with the experience.


I was aggrieved that I had to travel all the way from Maidenhead after the slough dealer closed but actually I was much happier with the service and customer interactions than I had been before at slough

My issue remains. My alloys were kerbed when I last have it in to have some work done, however I've been promised that they will repair it.


I had mistakenly booked my service and MOT into the wrong garage but Watford still managed to do the work without any issues and without making me feel a nuisance. Many thanks.


Booked my appointment a month before and was kept updated with emails text and calls . So that i dont forget. Renault Watford and Park Royal has got excellent customer care. Thank you again much appreciated


Decent service


The dealer I had I would not recommend, in nicer words he was useless . So many problems and only had the car a month. Didn?t fix what they said they did so had to go back. After my finance will not purchase another Renault again

While my car was with the garage for 4 days, i asked them to complete a simple task that might have resulted in a purchase of a new car, this they failed to do, and when i asked on my return it was suggested that i should waste my time with a sales person who had the last 4 days to look into the idea. OPPORTUNITY LOST


No problems, car was collected from my home and returned the same day having been serviced, had its MOT and been cleaned.


I was satisfied with the service provided. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I was offered to wash my car but i felines due time restrictions


I've used Watford several times before and always been happy. Leaving the dip stick out is a fundamental mistake


I was very pleased with the service I received and the video I was sent showing my car and a technician talking through it was much appreciated.


They fixed a faulty headlight and did not charge for labour.. Much appreciated

Happy with the service I receive. You may wish to look into customer parking - needed to double-park on this occasion and always plenty of Renaults parked on the street.


This is the 2nd lease we have had with Renault - we got a car that was low on tyre thread when we received it - it then went for a service - we had only had the car10 months and we were expected to pay for new tyres - we came to an agreement that renault would pay for one and we would but feel we shouldnt have had to pay for either and they were two different make tyres put on the car

I think Bruna needs to brush up on her Customer Service skills, she very rude and very abrupt. Not very helpful at all.


I had gone there with a sign flashing saying I had a puncture, when I didn't. The mechanics took a photo of the tyre and showed me a nail in the tyre. I was charged œ25 to repair it.

My car smelled badly of smoke as I could tell that the driver had a cigarette before getting into the car and I could smell the smoke for least 2 hours afterwards.

It?s always difficult when you are told your brakes and pads need changing - we don?t do much driving in the car and it is difficult to argue against brakes because you cannot see them. Other dealerships show videos/pictures of what they?ve changed as evidence


A problem arose of my own making when picking up my Dacia. I was dealt with very professionally and was able to quickly collect my car. Very impressed.

I purchased my car on 06/04/17 and Renault still have not paid the settlement figure on my old car. It is now 17/05/17 and I am being charged for 2 car finances. I am appalled by the service I received from Helder at Renault Watford and I would not recommend this dealership. I am very disappointed and have been left worse off. Because of this irresponsible behaviour, I have fallen behind on other bill payments. We have phoned on several occasions to confirm the settlement figure has been paid and have been lied to. I phoned the old finance company and they still have not received any payment from Renault. DO BETTER! This is disgraceful!!! Also was not offered a test drive. Salesman could not wait to take our money!

The sales team were good and polite and found me a car at a different branch at a price i was willing to pay. When the car was delivered from other branch it had scratched alloys and scratch to front. The alloys were repaired but the scratch was just touched up and can still be felt to the touch which was a shame. Also interior could have been cleaned to a higher standard as there was chocolate in the coin holder.

Purchased the following ex-demo vehicle from your dealer and really disappointed by the standard of preparation. The vehicle was presented with 4 curbed alloys, having purchased from dealers in the past I have never experienced such lack of attention. When queried with the Business Manager no resolution was given with having this rectified and simply passed over with "It is the Sales Managers final decision" - I would of understood if the vehicle was several years older however purchased as a 16 plate registration and ex-demo surely the dealership would set a standard. When queried why the dealership allowed to mistreat demonstrators in such manner? - I was told that a customer had damaged the alloys on a test-drive, does this mean that this is acceptable in your process of test-drives and loaning vehicles out, if so then this is purely pathetic accepting this level of behavior. The salesman conducted a professional manner throughout the process however I felt that the conditional sale of the vehicle should have been elaborated if the dealership incorporates a 'Sold as Seen' policy on cosmetics. I expect to have this resolved otherwise will be taking this further.

Couple of bits of feedback.. 1. Booked a test drive.. yet the car wasn't ready.. 2. Having bought the car I had to chase twice for details of when it was ready. 3. On the handover I wasn't given or shown the service log book.. 4. No idea whether I have a 2/3 year warranty and what I do to maintain it..? 5. Ironically was impressed that the sales person engaged my family in the sales process, but feel as though I was merely a transaction now.. 6. Great idea about trading in for a new car in 3 years.. but after the experience not sure that's what I want to do... but really like the car....

Front tyres should have been replaced, tread is low compared to rears. No detailed service information was supplied after service at your garage. Additional post sale information such as Condition check, History check, accident cover or pricing for Kadjar roofbars. Let me stress that we were more than happy yet again with Drew's care of us and dealing with this vehicle considering it was from a different garage. He went above and beyond and considering he no longer deals with used car sales; we appreciate him dealing with us again. Main issue is S/S does not work. It is our intention to bring the vehicle in when possible to get this checked.

The initial experience of testng the car was good and unhurried. After paying the deposit things have been not so good. Poor communu cation from Tugby - probably as he is so busy - and it was really difficult to get my questions about the state of the car answered before we took collection. You need to make sure he has staff to help him as this is still going on for us I.e there are still things that haven't been sorted that we were told would be - simple things like the car mats as wells as dents and mysterious white spots on the car that no one could explain.

I was very happy with Irten Tugba, he was very helpful during the purchase of the vehicle. The downside was the finance manager Robert Miller. Whilst Irten was on leave the car I originally enquiried about was sold to another dealer and I only found this out from the front desk. Mr miller failed to call me back on a couple of times. Irten called me the next day to apologise for the poor service I had received in Irtens absence and worked hard to find another Captur with the same spec as the 1St Captur I had enquiried about. Mr miller was also meant to email the finance papers to sign in the absence of Irten and he failed at this as well. If it wasn't for the hard work Irten put into keeping a customer happy I would have gone elsewhere. Regards

Salesman named tugba was fantastic I have recommended many friends to watford. Tugba is the best salesman I have ever come across as to e honest I don't like salesman. But he listens to what you want nd does his best to get you what you have asked for nothing is to much trouble. I think this man is worth his weight in gold. I don't fall for all the spawl of car sales people as my best friend works for Renault maple cross. Anyway nice one Renault and your a star tugba

The vehicle was advertised incorrectly, the spec show was for LL29 Business+ and I was disappointed to find the features such as load through bulkhead, office, Airton and parking sensors were not on the vehicle as expected. I am considering a complaint to to the trading standards office over this as it is significantly misleading to advertise a price and spec when the spec is actually much lower. The excuse given that Autotrader was making a mistake does not seem true as the incorrect Business+ spec was also shown on the Renault website.

Watford dealership was an enjoyable experience. However, we had a bad experience with London West dealership. No follow up, no communication, bad reactivity. Basically we lost time and energy with them for 3 weeks. While with Watford, it was concluded in less than 3 days. Happy we had to do 20 miles extra to finally get the attention that a customer willing to buy deserves. Thanks.

Not a question but a comment. You need to check your Pre delivery Process. My car slipped through and was not checked before it was given to me. All fluid levels were below min and it resulted in me having to come back to have a service done. Your team dealt with it very well and the service was very good hence I would still recommend you, but you need to establish what part of the process failed to allow this to happen.

Generally good, but I clicked the "no" to recommendation button because the service booked hadn't been stamped, which we found after we got home (35 miles away). This despite asking that this be checked. And now we find that the wrong mileage has been put in the service book, and the wrong mileage on the invoice. Little errors that point to poor processes in place.

The product is good BUT service non-existent. Throughout June I chased Watford for an automatic Clio. 1/7 found one, insisted on deposit, told would be ready in 10 days. No updates at all through July, I chased several times. So frustrated that Sent email to Stephen Leete and no responce. Eventually complained to Renault UK - case number 4-00851099. Even then had to call twice daily for 4 days to get a return call from Elliott Winch. Eventually got car 1/8. Not happy with lack of communication and very poor service. Appears that Renault couldn't give a damn!

I have had to answer the first and last questions in the negative as, despite having paid for our new Captur, in full, over three weeks ago, we still have not taken delivery. The garage at Watford is unable to tell us when the car will be available or indeed where it is. Needless to say, we are not happy with the situation or the service. Quick to take our money, not so quick to provide the goods! If anyone would care to comment on our complaint, we would be please to hear from them.
