Been with Renault Romford 12 years with mobilty vehicles and in particular always dealt with salesman Andrew Eaton who has been exceptional in helping me with new vehicles and nothing is too much trouble for him,Really pleased with overall service.

Dear Sir / Madam, I asked and paid for the passenger windows to be tinted but I wasn't too happy with them. the Renault garage said it was the standard tint, however on a recent sunny day the children were still squinting from the Sun rays. I was hoping if there was something that could be done about it. I look forward in hearing from you soon.

I wanted a particular model and quickly. Renault Romford were able to locate what I wanted and deliver within 2 weeks. There were a couple of minor issues with the owners manual/service book and locking wheel nut key missing which they were able to deal with. Very happy with service

I visited the dealership because of the package offered via CarWow. The site is a typical London car dealership with limited space so parking is difficult and appears chaotic. This might have put me off but the friendliness and helpfulness of Paul Hart, the Sales Advisor, persuaded me to stick with it. We are very pleased with our new Kadjar and the help Paul has provided

All dealt with very promptly just a shame a car on a 15 plate that we have had from new with only 8000 on the clock should need work to repair a broken exhaust

The garage are always very efficient. If I had a complaint it would be that when you arrive there are never any parking spaces. However, this does not cause a problem as you just leave your car and let them know you are blocking someone in.


From the team member helping with car parking, to the friendly welcome on entering the office and level o of customer service delivered by Paul on the service desk I can say nothing other than well done to all.


My husband took my vehicle for 1st service. It's a shame all Dacia dealers are not as professional as this dealership. Terri the receptionist in the service department was extremely helpful

Prompt, helpful attention, caring attitude and a thoroughly professional team - I brought my car in due to vandalism of the offside wing mirror. After assessing the damage and estimating repair cost, the mirror was bound up with gaffer tape, which allowed me to safely use the vehicle until the repair was carried out.

I would really like to express my gratitude to the team at Renault Romford for the service I received. I had ordered a new key and needed it to be coded etc so had booked to do it that Saturday. Unfortunately during the night I had become quite unwell and really wanted to visit a doctor Saturday morning, however because I had booked my car in I also wanted to get that done. I mentioned to a very nice man when he took my key that I would really appreciate it if they could do it as soon as possible and he said he would try but that it might be a couple of hours. We sat and waited (I was with my husband) during which I phoned my doctor to arrange an appointment. Lo and behold, they returned with my new key, all done, about 45 minutes later! I was so grateful! Not only that, they had fixed an issue with the driver door whereby it was bouncing a bit when I closed it. I never even mentioned it to them, so the fact they just did it was wonderful. I picked up my car and drove straight to the doctors. Thank you so much to the team at Renault Romford for everything they did for me that Saturday morning!

I am really happy with Renault Romford. Becasue I live out of the borough but work in the borough with an early start, I have arranged for Renault Romford to pick up and drop off my car at my place of work, which i really appreciate.


Renault Romford staff are excellent they know their stuff and really make you feel wanted unlike the staff at head office customer services who value your safety at about half


they charged me for ac ventilation which was broken, which covered under 50% warranty. the part costed £4 and the labour cost so high. They should tell what is the cost of the labour and the material

It was all clear and easy. Paul French helped me with the substitute car, I received a call when mine was ready and collected it. Nothing but a pleasure.


Power steering faults and even once a brakes fault have appreared on the display warning up to stop immediately. This has happened intermittently since not long after buying the car. We have brought it in following these daily alerts and mentioned it at the services but no one has ever been able to track or resolve the issue. It is obviously worrying if there is in fact an issue and we don't feel that an explanation that this is just something that happens is good enough. We were also told at this last service that the front fog light isn't working and will need to be fixed before it's first MOT which a week or so ago we were informed had to happen in a few months. When booking our service this year we would have preferred to have been informed that we should or could chose to wait another few months so that the MOT and service could have been completed at the same time to avoid the hassle of repeatedly having to be without a vehicle.

Everything was fine except when I collected the car they said I had a puncture, which they could not fix. I am amazed that with all of the high tech gear that they have they were unable to fix a simple puncture. They told me to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

I was contact by Romford to make the date for its 1st year service. They called again the day before to confirm it was due the next day. I was able to wait but i ended up leaving it and collected late. Plus it was washed great.

Taking into account of all the fuss made about emissions I was very disappointed that engine oil/oil filter/air filter were not changed after the first year. All that was done was tyre pressure check and the cabin filter changed.

No complaints really. Only a minor issue accured I'm a mobility driver and the only car available was to low I drive the kadjar as it's easier for me to get in and out of. Unfortunately the only automatic they have was a Cleo. But that's minor as they arrange a driver to drop and pick me up.

Little disappointed. Shortly after leaving tyre message warning light came on. I checked tyres and they were fine so i reset system. Assume system was not reset at time of service after tyre check.


The guy who checked me in said he will need to charge me for a battery for my key for about £2.00 The lady kindly included it in my Renault service plan The valeter smeared the outside but could not be bothered about the inside and the windscreen was very smeared. I saw Paul in sales a very nice guy,has given me a new Pcp quote which my wife is looking over to see if we have another Renault when our Pcp ends

Friendly welcome and helpful service: I was given a courtesy lift to work. The car was ready quickly. Efficient service all round.


It was the 'First Service' since 'NEW' -- I expected the OIL to be changed even though car had done only nearly 3.000 miles as it was just 'Running In' and Oil may have had small bits of swarf from the bearings in it -- then on checking what was done I noticed NO Oil Change was included -- also on Cleaning -- the passenger door sill was OK but all the other door sills still were very dusty and had not been included in the clean.

No confidence in the car or Renault as a manufacturer. This is the second Renault I have purchased. The first one had an engine problem that could not be fixed by Renault!! So I had to get rid of a car that would not run and could not be fixed. This pile of rubbish that I have now has had to be booked in three times to resolve problems and its just one year old. Catch me once, and I gave Renault the benefit of the doubt. But catch me twice and I will never buy another Renault and if anyone asks me what I think of their products I shall give a full and frank opinion based on my own experience.

I took my car in for a routine service with 2 issues to be looked at, namely 1) The DAB radio does not contain programme information, and 2) and annoying squeek/rattle coming from rear passenger side. I was told problem with DAB was a characteristic of the system and nothing could be done about that. Was surprised as programme info appears on FM stations and always understood that was one of the benefits of DAB. Was told the rattle/squeek had been located and fixed. It hasn't been. Although the car had been cleaned, it was a fairly superficial effort, nothing like I have received from my previous car, a Seat. The wheels were still dirty. Most annoying of all, I noticed a lot of grease marks on the rear passenger wing of the car, and underneath a small impact dent which I am certain was not there before, but have no way of proving it. I was contacted by phone the next day, but the main reason for the call seemed to be for me to comment on the friendliness of the staff I encountered and to award a mark of 9 or 10 rather than whether I was satisfied with the quality of the work. At this point anyway, I hadn't really used the car so wasn't sure if the squeek/rattle had been fixed and hadn't noticed the dent in the car. Was considering contacting the dealer with my concerns, but to be honest wasn't confident that anything would be resolved.

Car cleaning was poor


It was very easy and simple to book an appointment and the work was undertaken a lot quicker than expected. My only issue was that I wasn't told/offered the option of a courtesy car while my vehicle was undergoing servicing, and was only told on the day that I had to book one in advance. I was previously made to understand that this was automatically done, which I know see isn't.


I've been a customer with Renault for 4 years now and have always been happy with the service they have provided. No issues at all. Keep doing what your doing.

Main issue is that on an occasion when I came into Renault, I waited to be seen with everyone else, but upon my turn arriving, a couple who had clearly just arrived and had not been waiting as long as me was called over by the lady behind the desk. This was of course incredibly rude and frustrating and was only made worse by the fact that after they were served, the lady behind the desk then proceeded to sit there and do nothing as if I wasn't sitting there still waiting to be served. I had to walk over and ask if she was busy or something for her to actually acknowledge my existence. Otherwise apart from long waits and the fact I couldn't get a courtesy car, my time with Renault has been label positive.

We received numerous text messages reminding us of the date of our services but it would be helpful if these also had the time. When we picked the car up if anything it was a little dirtier than when it went in as it had been wiped with a dirty damp cloth leaving dirty smears on the bodywork and windows. As this was a first service and not much work was required I was expecting it to be pretty clean, it's worth noting that we bought the car from this dealership and it was in a similar condition when we picked it up

I had an issue when picking up the loan car as no one showed me round to show me any dents etc. I was just handed the keys. Once home I saw some marks and dents and phoned the dealer. They told me to take photos and email them into the dealer which I did. I should not have to be bothered with doing things like this as I had an appointment to attend at the time.Once the photos were sent in I had an email quickly to reassure me that Renault were aware of them. I did feel that part was dealt with well.

From the minute you walk into Renault Romford you are greeted by polite receptionist who then takes you to Service Reception and offered a hot drink which I always appreciate. Service always ask if you have had any problems since you picked up your vehicle or from last Service. I have always had a good customer experience at Renault Romford and on this occasion found that my Air Condition was blowing hot and this was recharged which they informed me of I have alway received Service second to none at Renault Service and would always recommend them


not completely satisfied. First health check had a tick stating that my discs were fine but the brake pads needed changing. I took car to kwikfit for a second check and they confirmed that the discs also needed changing. I then called Renault again and they asked to bring the car in and was then told that the discs do need changing also which was totally different to what the report stated. Therefore was not very happy at all. Also when cars do come in for service, the replacement car service is not offered to customers instead only those that know about this service will request for this.


Satisfied with the experience, did have to question the comments in the video sent as there was no sound but it was explained and added to the paperwork.

It was a pleasure dealing with Paul French the Service Manager. But apart from my vehicle being slightly damaged on site, the Anti-corrosion check not signed off in the service manual and the vehicle returned without even a complimentary air freshner on the dashboard, I have no reservations about returning to this dealership in the future.

Parking!!! what a disaster. Everything is fine with the service provided but trying to find somewhere to park the vehicle (and remember this is a vehicle service so I can hardly get the bus there) is a nightmare. On this occasion I blocked the service bay to make a point. If it contiunes I will go elsewhere.

I bought a car of 13.590£ (even more expensive with the finance) and to be honest I did not receive the service expected. During the handover I felt I did not receive all the information needed. Even the choice of the PCP was quite a pushy experience. I wanted to play a bit more with the deposit, final rate, etc. but basically the setup of the finance was done without much choice as the request of the terms was submitted without I confirmed them. Even when I asked for a discount, I was not offered not even 1 cent off. Of course, the discount is not mandatory, but considering the value of the car I would have expected something. Not even the service for free or other advantages were offered. The matter of the salesman were just selling more and more products. Again, of course is his job to sell but even is his job to make sure customers are satisfied and happy with the purchase. Considering the overall experience, once the finance is over I will definitely move to another brand. Not satisfied by Renault unfortunately.

My two no answers reflect the point that I had to deal with Romford branch as Liverpool did not get back to me as I didn't want a new vehicle. In fact I found out my car was not even in Romford as advertised an was driven over 200 miles to there before coming to me. Really don't understand this as we are much closertl to Leeds. I paid £70 for a boot liner which I am still waiting on! It is a must as I have a dog. My nearly new car is going to need a valet soon. So not happy really, I even had to pay the £30 Road tax. I live near a branch of Renault that I have to say has a bad reputation. Due to this and bad previous experience it put me off visiting Renault or even looking at any Renault cars. I made the decision to visit Romford Renault and was introduced to Carl Rogan. He was such a great salesman, and due to Carl I brought a Renault. he talked me through all options, showed me around the Captur, let us go for a test drive and made us feel like we were the most important people he had to see during the whole of the sale. Having people like Carl working at a branch close to the one with the bad reputation is a great thing to have, as he made me instantly feel excited to buy a Renault car. I could not recommend him enough, I have even convinced my father in law to see Carl to buy his next Dacia. Thank you.

Although I was originally pleased with my purchase. I've had to return the car three times due to the same fault. Although I cannot criticise the team at Romford as each time they have straight away offered to rectify the fault. I feel it taking three attempts was very poor customer service. Each time the car having to go back has caused me inconvenience and money in diesal (not once have I been offered compensation for this). The final nail in the coffin for this garage is on returning my vehicle with the fault at last fixed is they've scuffed the bumper and it had got to go back yet again to be repaired. The young lady dealing with this has apologised but as my car is now going back for a fourth time I feel I should have at least received a call from a Manager or at least the person who sold me the car in the first place. Sadly both have left it to the lady in the repair shop !!!!!!

I bought a pre-reg Megane ST that was listed on Autotrader and in fact was being held at the Renault UK storgare depot. So, I knew what I wanted and it was really just a case of signing up and paying, so not a diificult sale! I found communication with Renault Romford poor, difficult to get through at times and Emails not answered for a long time. But overall, Carl Rogan was pleasant and recognised me as a knowledgeable customer, so treated me at the right level.

I have not been happy with the sales at all. The actual sale itself seemed shambolic, the car wasn't ready, despite me having paid for it two days in advance (and no courtesy email to say payment had been received). The car was very unclean, (smells of cigarette smoke). I had to wait for Joe to find the manual and service book (which is rather unprofessional) it wasn't like I turned up unannounced, and I had to have all my papers in place. He said he would post the book to me! And lastly I now have to bring the car back next week for a recall that I know went out in March, but Joe telling me he only knew about it on Friday. I really should not have been sold a car with a known recall. The whole experience far from adequate, much less than I have experienced elsewhere and I would not recommend.

Firstly one of the keycards does not work (not unlocking the car) so I am presugivenming you have given me a WRONG key. Secondly you mentioned the health check/MOT had been done on the car but presume that was not a very through job by your mechanic - the gear sticks feels like it is popping out when driving in gear 3 - I'm not very comfortable driving the car long distances until you have sorted it. Obviously these two issues come under my warranty and i need them sorted ASAP - I have to say I do not feel I was given a great service from beginning to end of buying this car, from the nearly 2 hour wait to see a salesman and then to discover I've been given a dud key and the MOT/service which was promised was obviously not done to the correct standard, and to the follow up phone call. £8k may not be alot of money to you but it is to me and the service standard throughout was very poor indeed. The car cleaning was also pretty poor as there was still moss on the rubber of the window seals, also the oil did not look like it had been changed either when we checked on pick up.

Overall This Has Probably Been The Most Stressful Time I Have Ever Had Buying An New Van. When I Aventually Collected The Van There Was No Fuel In The Veichle, The Van Hadn't Been Washed, The Collection Date Was Wrong And Had To Wait Another Extra 4 Days! It's Just Not Good Enough. The List Is Endless It Really Is! A Phone Call From Somebody Would Be Much Appreciated.

Hi, sadly my Renault has a problem which could result in an accident. The throttle does not respond for a short period after commencing a journey which could leave me in a difficultly with other traffic. My diagnosis is the battery possibly requires replacing. I could be wrong and I do not really wish to drive this vehicle until the problem has been sorted out. Mike Holdaway.

Experienced some problems with sales person product knowledge. Not knowing how rear seats folded down correctly. Didn't know where brake fluid reservoir was located. Arrived 40 minutes late for my appointed collection of vehicle and kept me waiting. resulting in a rushed hand over of vehicle. As it was rushed I didn't have time to fully look over vehicle and notice some potential issues. Not convinced that the car had received the requested protection valet as a lot of water marks inside door frames. Was told I would receive a call to ask of post sales feedback but didn't. Am still waiting on news from the center console delivery and fitting. I am interested to see your response on receipt of this feedback, as after all "you pride yourselves on good customer care". With regards to the sales person, the comments above are from a business point of view, not personal, as he seems a nice enough fella! I await to hear your reply. Best wishes.

Did the deal with Ian Gadbury and can recommend him entirely. Has totally the right approach in my opinion. In fact we went to Glynn Hopkins to buy a Qashqai but were totally put off by the sales person. It is a pity that Ian isn't working there as I think the Qashqai would have been a much better vehicle to purchase

Please can you explain why the customer has to set up the Renault sat-nav, that has proven to be very frustrating and technically inferior to our older model? After just purchasing a brand new car, I would expect this to be already set up for the customer. We have repeatedly attempted to update the unit but it will not recognise certain roads or house numbers. After contacting the salesperson, he advised us to keep attempting to update at least three times but this has been unsuccessful.Our vehicle now has to go back to the Romford branch on the 26/11/15 as this was the only available date, three weeks after the purchase date. This in my opinion is poor service. I have been a loyal customer to Renault over the last 13 years and may reconsider with my next purchase. Kind regards.

I didn't need a test drive as I had already driven a Capture at another dealers. The salesman, Carl Rogan, was exerlent and handled my purchase of the vehicle in an exemplary manner. However, as part of the purchase price on the Renault Retail website, there was 2 years free service offer. None of the sales team or Managment at the Romford Branch were aware of this offer so I had to point them to the RR website. I was not made aware that as part of this deal I would have to return the vehicle to a Renault Retail Group dealership to have the servicings carried out. I was not made aware of this until I had purchased the vehicle and as I live 120 miles away from the nearest RR dealership, it is not practice for me to do this. I have not been shown a copy of the Ts & Cs that state this requirement and don't believe they exist. Unfortunate, I have had to raise this matter through the Renault Customer Service department who have assured me that they will try to resolve my complaint. This has tainted what was my first purchase of a Renault car.I do not hold Carl responsible for this but his senior sales manager could have easily resolved this matter without me having to raise a complaint.
