Advisor was great, car just took forever to get to me and no one has rang me to see if everything is going as required.


Still don?t know how much warranty I?ve got or if there is any service plans ! Never told this when I bought it, also I was told I would have a full tank of fuel on collection and didn?t.


We have dealt with Renault Manchester for many years and have always been completely happy.It is useful to have a named contact in John Williams who is always friendly and helpful.

As with the previous time, it was all very straightforward. I discussed with Kyle what I wanted and my budget and it was all sorted out for me.

Great service, appointment and collection time met. Since collecting my vehicle I have experienced an issue re a prompt for the authorisation code, having contacted the service department they advised where I could find the code and I reset this. however this issue is now happening on a daily basis I will therefore contact your service department to advise them. I'm in no doubt they will resolve this for me


I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of the aftersales person who attended to me on the occasion of me taking my vehicle there for its annual service and mot. He gave me an approximate waiting time of about 2 hours for the work to be done and in fact it was finished approximately 20 minutes earlier, which was much appreciated and made the whole experience pleasant, with as much free drinks that you wanted.

Quick and easy handover, pleasant chap on service desk (but didn?t give his name). Automatic loan car available which was a major plus point as, in my experience, other car dealerships only offer manual cars.

I always take my car for service and MOT when required to Renault. They always quote a price before the service which they keep to unless anything unexpected needs doing. They always hav3 the car ready in advance of the time I request. I have always found them to be professional and friendly.


I was quoted a price for the service which was reasonable. On arrival I was told it was recommended to change the brake fluid as the car was 3 years old. In considering this I was told if I didn?t there was potential for the warranty to be invalidated. If this is correct it should have been part of the service, with the price added appropriately. Otherwise what was the point of getting the price prior to booking?


I have been a customer at Renault Salford for over 10 years and I have always experienced complete satisfaction be it an MOT or service or repairs with the staff being polite and informative and I purchase all my cars with them, be it new or previously owned. I would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbours.


Whilst the first service was very straight forward the time my car was booked in suited me and the service was completed quickly, as stated and did not cause too much disruption to my day.

Satisfied with Renault


Overall everything was spot on, so i marked you highly, but on collection there waa a small issue. I knew has left my "bunch" of keys and not just my car key. I was given just my car key back and told thats all I had left, although I tried to dispute this. My house keys had been separated and left on my car dash. A better system for key security is needed.


Could not get the work done under Dacia warranty. Renault Manchester did not turn up to pick the car up. Dacia Customer services could not get a reply from R-MAN. Pre-dilivery service poor no carpets in car missed mark on car the mark had been an attempt to cover the mark to fool customer disgraceful


First class service as always


I was satisfied with the service I got because they did the service at weekend as I use my car for work during the week days


The only thing I would say is if a car needs to stay in for repairs (unexpectly after a routine MOT as the store doesnt have the part) then a courtesy car should be offered.


It was ok apart from there being a mix up on the paperwork for the service plan they couldn't find my car at first


This visit was for an MOT and no actual "maintenance/service" was carried out, but I've always had good service at Renault Manchester and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Renault second hand car sales service did not meet my expectation. It did not feel like they want to sell the car at all. I have to chase up the salesman to buy a car, what kind of sales is that? They have even made a spelling mistake on my v5 form and I had to call the DVLA by MYSELF to correct that. They did not offer to help or even tried calling the DVLA to amend that initially. You make a mistake, you take the responsibility.

I have dealt with Renault Manchester for over thirty years.In that time I have purchased,I think? Seven new or ex demo....vehicles from RM. They have always given me good service,They are not the cheapest motor factor around, but, I have never had any cause for concern in any of my dealings with the company.I have always been content with the service that I receive, hence the reason that I drive from my home in Blackburn to Manchester whenever I require their help or assistance with my vehicles. Unless something happens to change my opinion about the dealership. Or the service that I receive I think I will remain a loyal customer. TC.

The door mirror was knocked of the dealer explained how they were assembled and suggested we bring it in. They had spook and ordered the necessary part which arrived the next day and the mirror was fixed. That I consider good customer service

I'm really satisfies with the provided services during my recent visit to the Salford centre except providing appropriate mobility.


Lovely understanding member of staff. Ensured i had my car back on time for me to drive to scotland. However went to arnold clarke in dunbarton the only renault dealer near me and they were rude and totally unfriendly and unhelpful


Due tic tjere only being one person on the desk it took a long time to hand over my vehicle. I paid for the service when I left my vehicle to save time when I collected it but had the same problem when I went to pick my vehicle back up. I had to wait a long time to be seen to as there was a queue and still just one man on reception who did not appear to care that people were waiting a long time.


Sol, the assistant who greeted me in reception, was as always helpful and attentive, keeping me up to date with my vehicle's progress.


I have had to return for the same problem (various error messages, problems with the injection etc) 3 times. The first time I was told that the problems were caused by me calling out the RAC ?as they have done a re-gen?. (Even though it was Renault?s advice to call the RAC out to check safe to drive!). The problems occurred again a few weeks later - Renault told me that to fix it ?required a re-gen? !!! The problems occurred yet again a few weeks later - Renault told me it was because my car needs a service!!! I am considering a complaint as all of this is rather insulting to my intelligence. All in all I am not happy with service I received and have no intention of returning to Renault when I want a change my car, which is a pity as I think the cars are very nice and reliable. I paid a deposit on my car to secure it while I got my finance sorted with my bank, the car was paid of within 48 hours, on collection it was agreed I would receive a refund of the deposit and a small replacement light for the inside door. after 3 week and several phone calls I still had not received the refund or replacement part. I had to go to the showroom and wait there until the refunded was processed manually. Two months on I have just given up on getting the promised replacement part. It seems to that once you had my money you didn't care about anything else and customer service went right out the window. Its a real pity that such a small issue of a £100 and a light has ruined my opinion of the brand. this is the second Renault I have bought and it will be the last I dare say.

Simon Oldfield dealt with the sale. When I 1st went into the forecourt I wasn't mithered which I dislike intensely. But as soon as I needed to ask questions simon was so helpful. Initial service was good but as soon as we bought the vehicle it was poor service. Difficult to get hold of anyone, van didn't arrive on time and no one seemed to know where it was, then to find it hadn't even left Manchester by the time it should have arrived! Not one call from after sales to see if the vehicle had been delivered and not one call to date! To top if off the vehicle broke down after less then a week of having it and when I rang the branch no one seemed to care no help what so ever!! Very disappointing considering we spend nearly £15,000.

Derek & Michelle were really friendly, human & just lovely people to do business with. Derek is a great sales man because he has such a nice, genuine way with people. The person letting the team down was the car pool guy who very rudely told us to move our car & virtually threw the keys back at us. He was huffing & puffing & a very poor representative of the company. Derek & Michelle are fantastic & we were kept well informed. Hope this info is helpful.

recently had the van stickered up, and the guy that does all my signs mentioned the sliding door had been re-sprayed? not sure if that's right or not but he reckons its a different shade in certain light. can this be checked and confirmed for me in case there is a warranty claim needed on the door and you wont do it. also I have no warranty & service sheet(from icm) in my hand over folder, I did ring to speak to the sales man on the 6th march and his colleague took my number because he was busy...still heard nothing? no follow up call to see if I'm happy...

We had no issues with buying a car so far from home as it can be taken to any Renault dealer for problems, however the car has a fault showing for environmental system and the dealer in Hull says they cannot book it in for over 2 weeks. We called out the RAC to identify the problem but we are now faced with the expense of a trip to Manchester to sort out a problem on a car we have owned for less than a week. After the excellent service from yourselves this does take the shine off the purchase, Regards, John and Sheila Foster

We saw the car on the forecourt and met your salesman Mathew Schofield. He is a very pleasant person and listened to our requirements for the vehicle we wanted. We required the car to travel to Europe regularly and through all types of conditions including snow and rain. He understood why we required the 4x4 and also the sat nav. He was found to be very helpful in identifying the model we required. A vehicle was identified and we test drove it unfortunately it was a Saturday and the roads were busy. He organised a further drive so we could test the vehicle on the motorway where most miles will be done. When selling other ancillary products he made us aware of them. He did not push us if we declined. We did get the paint protection. He made the purchase very easy and simple and for the first time in a long time enjoyable in exchanging a vehicle !!!!! We are of an age where we have visited and purchased many vehicles. The car has been brilliant for the last two months we have owned it. We did look at the Dacia just before we bought the Renault and would like to say your salesman Kyle did an excellent job on promoting the car and it was avery close call. Thanks to both lads, excellent customer service attributes. Please pass on our thanks to Mathew and Kyle we certainly promote Renault and it's staff at any opportunity we can due to this purchase.

We have been dissappointed by the lack of personal attention regarding the key fob which was cracked when I picked up the car. Matt Schofield our salesperson promised to order a new one and ring us when it arrived that was 3 months ago. Personalised video very helpful for remote customers. Overall experience very good. A couple of points to note 1. You don't offer service packs that can be used at any dealer , your gap insurance is expensive with considerable mark up of the source insurance company charges. The car wasn't in the condition I expected various chips and marks had not been repaired. The car was taken to the body shop to have some of the chips repaired. The car returned from the body shop with still some chips which for a 1 year old car isn't really good enough. These defects should have been rectified before I picked up the vehicle.

The locking key for the spare wheel was missing and could be not be found when I picked up the van. It was supposed to be posted when found but couldn't be found. I was informed to contact Renault in Wolverhampton to arrange a appointment and to take the van there to have it changed and a new one fitted at your cost. which I have not been able to do yet as difficult to find the time to spent a whole day of my time because some-one lost an importance item belonging to the van. I live in telford but why couldn't a closer place be found by your department ?

I had my van delivered. It was the first new van I had brought and the Interior and exterior were not even cleaned. Every van or car I have ever brought has at least been cleaned. I sent an email to Simon to let him know this but have still not had a reply and I had numerous calls from him when he wanted to sell me the van. I would have thought making sure cleaning it before it left your yard would of been a must. Obviously not at your garage.

When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it seems your admin department had not received the log book from the previous user and the sales documentation wasn't available. As I collected my van late on Thursday evening I didn't really have enough time to go over it with a fine tooth comb which I would of done as a rule on reflection I have noticed a few imperfections on it 1. Paint missing on the passenger door 2. Small chip on door mirror surround (black plastic Trim ) 3, small scuff to rear bumper (but I could probably disguise this with back to black or equivelant) So all this really has took a shine off my new van ! I drove my new car home and inspected it on my driveway in dry, fine and sunny conditions. I was horrified to see that there were numerous swirl / scratch marks in the paintwork, a small dent on my front nearside door and small chip on my front nearside door. I immediately returned to the showroom and pointed the defects to the salesperson and manager. It is now booked in to have repairs carried out on Tuesday 02/05/16 where it will have to have the paint treatment I paid for removed, the swirls / scratches polished out, the dent and chip repair. On returning home I inspected it further and found further defects. I have sent a letter (22/04/16) to your headquarters making an official complaint. I am sure that headquarters will forward a copy to yourself. The condition of my vehicle I can only describe as very poor and I shouldn't have received in that condition. I am embarrassed by its condition and work colleagues, family and friends cannot believe it's poor condition. I have returned to Renault after 6 years absence and this has certainly put me off purchasing a Renault again.

Although the service record was stamped, the type of service and corrosion check had not been completed. Also the tyre pressures were all different and the screen wash was not topped up. Both front tyres are worn on the outer edges and worn to just above the wear indicators. On driving the vehicle I found to my horror, a deodorant spray can, which had rolled from under the drivers seat, to underneath the clutch pedel. Also under the drivers seat I found some loose change. I rang Simon to explain the above, car not cleaned throughly, scratches inside the car, worn tyres, fuel economy very low and was it actually serviced? He explained that he would check and call me back. It has now been six days and still no response. Shocking service.

At first I was very pleased with my new van, but when it went for a roof rack fitting the garage informed me that the drivers side rear panel had been poorly repainted. As you can understand I am not very happy. I spoke to Simon Oldfield yesterday and he was very sorry and has promised to get it sorted. If I had wanted a used van that had been repainted I would have gone to a back street garage not Renault uk. At the moment I wouldn't recommend yourselves until the van is sorted. Regards Simon.

from leaving a deposit to collecting the car - the service was pathethic - we didn't receive an order form until we collected the car (which was over a week!), and also the team were unable to confirm that it would be ready for collection until the day before. Upon collection the salesmen told me the car didn't need any bodywork, upon looking at the car it was clear there was several very noticeable marks that did need touching up. The salesmen said i'd receive a call the next day with confirmation of when the work would be done, at 4.30pm the next day had to call to chase as i'd heard nothing, he said he would confirm to me the next day, again no call so I had to chase a further 3 or 4 times. There was several other problems with the car (cd player not working, window blinds broken) which makes me think that the car has clearly not been looked after or checked properly. The car was clearly valeted in a rush as there was some parts of the car that had not been cleaned/checked. Very poor service, clearly a case of 'once we have your deposit we don't care'. I would not recommend and would not use Manchester Renault again, I have even contemplated returning the car!! I welcome your response.

Car was delivered to my home. I spent 3 hours the same afternoon cleaning it! I don't know what your valeters did if anything, but their department has let your business down. If I was collecting the car I would have left it there until it was cleaned properly. I have poorly fitting trims, exterior and interior and I have the impression that the car has had a lot of paintwork that I wasn't informed of. The fact that i only had the car less than 30 minutes before a fault occurred was bad enough. But its been 3 days since my car was taken in to be repaired and i havdnt recieved a phone call with an update. Im not impressed

Just a special mention for Simon Oldfield - he is a 'star' who made it a pleasure for me to buy my new car. Simon was friendly, informative, and very supportive in encouraging me to have a test drive (as I am unfamiliar with Manchester area & not driven auto cars before)!! Simon gave me the confidence to take a test drive so bought the car and I love it :)
