This is the second car I have bought from Renault Manchester, and once again I received excellent customer service, I think sometimes buying a car can be stressful and drawn out, but nick and Ian made it so easy and trouble free, I was updated regularly with regards to being able to pick up my new car, the finance was sorted quickly I am overall a very happy customer, and would recommend yourselves to friends and family. And I will defiantly be coming back to yourselves. I would also like to say that nick and Ian are a credit to your company, and look forward to seeing them next time I change my car.

It was great on a whole.<br/>I had my first meeting with a trainee/new starter when I first came to look at cars and put the deposit down on the car. Everything was fine although, when the trainee left, I was handed over to a new dealer. I noticed a difference in professionalism and service provided by the Nick, the new sales person who took over. Nick (Mulrooney) was very helpful in every aspect of purchasing the car. He kept me in the loop and was clear and professional at all times. He took care of everything and made it easy for me to simply come and sign the docs and pick up the car. Great service.


A very easy decision for me as I particularily wanted the Zoe and I have purchased from Salford in the past several times in the past.


From the moment I walked into the store to leaving in my new car, I felt completely looked after. Ben pepper-procter looked after me. He was very non aggressive with his selling approach which I truely appreciated. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and was very quick to reply to me if I had a query regarding my new car. The two gentlemen I dealt with picking up my new car made the experience very enjoyable and came across as very approachable people and even had a laugh with me, I’m just sorry I can’t remeber there names. Overall, my experience with them has been amazing, I’ve been looked after and dealt with in a friendly manner. The only fault I have with the store is that you are left alone too long upon entering. If the receptionist isn’t there you don’t talk to anyone until someone eventually asks if you’re ok. I will be recommending to family and friends.

When unveiling the car the sales person didn't invite me over to watch this he just took the cover off. I told the sales person that I wanted to check the vehicle over before I signed and I felt rushed by the sales person to do this. I pointed out that there were mud splashes up the side of the car and various other marks on the paintwork from the rain that hadn't been cleaned off and I was told the car would get dirty oil n my drive home! I would have expected the car to have been clean and polished on collection or is it a second rate service if it's a notability car?

Initially I was disappointed that had I ordered the car with the wheels I wanted, delivery wouldn't have been until April at which time the Renault offer would have finished. IN effect I was being penalised for Renault not being able to fulfil my request in a timely manner.


I have bought two cars from Ian Duncalfe and I think his approach to selling is great. Not pushy at all and really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

You will have to change your prices and have a replacement car when customers leaving their car to be repaired.<br/>My wife has a vauxhall car and the garage is in Rochdale/local and they always provide her with a replacement car for no extra cost.<br/>I bring my car to you about 2 times per year (I bought my car from you too and this is the second car I bought from you) and you have never provided me with a replacement car.<br/>Your parts and prices are too expensive too. I understand that you have a lot of staff more than the local garages and you have to therefore charge a bit of extra but charging £30 for a light bulb which I can get from Halfords for £3 and spend 2 minutes to replace is a rip-off. If you had charged me £10 I would have happily replaced these light bulbs with you. Chargin me over £250 for 3 economy tyres when I replaced them all 4 for £180 again is a ripoff. If you had charged me £60/£70 for each tyre, I would have replaced them with you. <br/>All prices you are giving me are 100% more than other people can do it.<br/>I was planning to get a new car next year <br/>My next car will definitely not be a Renault car again because of the above reasons.<br/>With Brexit too your prices will be a lot more expensive the year after.<br/>If you don't change the attitude and start giving customers a replacement car when they bring their car for servicing and if you continue charging customers what you tried to charge me, you will not have business for long as all the customers will move away.


The service was carried out efficiently. Reception was welcoming. I particularly liked that the mechanic sent me an email video to explain a slight problem and offered a solution.very professional!


Regarding the service everything was done efficiently. <br/>However, some time ago I enquired about getting some accident damage done. You don’t offer this service . I was given the name of an external repairer. I don’t want that from a main Renault outlet. I require a one stop shop . Will I purchase another Renault from a company who doesn’t offer a one stop shop. I am not sure.

Staff always polite, work done as quickly as possible. <br/>Only issue was having sat there for 2 hours, unable to get up and get a drink because I use a stick and have use of one hand, nobody offered to help with getting a drink!

I asked for Bluetooth to be reconnected. Told it had been but it hadn’t so can’t use hands free in car.<br/>Told man on reception that there was a hole in seam under passenger seat. I waited for car to be done and when returned he said they couldn’t find a hole. I showed the man the hole and explained that foam kept coming out in bits onto the floor. He just said it would be ok. <br/>I wasn’t impressed with the valet but when someone rang me from Rebault following the service I was told it was only a basic valet. I thought it would save me having to take it for its monthly valet at my local car wash but I had to take it.


The 'fault' was concerned with a function of the R-link system that caused an app giving background noise to be activated inadvertently. I reported an over noisy engine. The real 'fault' was diagnosed very quickly and rectified. I was given the 'prat of the week' award.

Switched from Liverpool to Salford. I was originally told the car had to be serviced in Liverpool so i was delighted with the switch and the avaiability of Saturday appintments with an 11.30 handback.

I wasn't expecting any issues with my vehicle as it was only a MOT test but it needed to stay in the workshop. I was given a courtesy car which was really helpful as i working all that weekend and would have struggled without a vehicle. The staff were really helpful.

On dropping off my car I had a price query which was dealt with quickly and explained clearly by Sol. I was given information to take away to consider. I received the usual video which explained that nothing had needed to be done. On picking up my car and asking to take up the service option I was taken through the process quickly and expertly. Sol was professional and knowledgeable.


Received a warm and friendly welcome from Sol Patel and he arranged for a taxi for us to take us into Manchester whilst we were waiting for the service to be carried out.


I was looked after by Marcus during my visit. His attitude and customer service was excellent. He has since followed up on the additional work needed and all booked in. My experience with Renault Manchester has always been positive, great people.

Just think the price is steep based on the basic service you can get pretty much anywhere for £49. Don't mention your car will be fully cleaned unless it is fully cleaned. Probably better to advertise rince service. Have a better explanation of what has been done to make you feel you can appreciate the service. Even though you've sold the product and got the money, re sell it and make the customer feel like wow all that has been done thats brilliant.


Fantastic customer care. Only item i have not scored full marks relates to options to make servicing as easy as possible. When booking my car in via telephone and arranging a courtesy car i was not informed that renault would pay £5 towards a taxi. I overheard someone else on another desm being offered this. Otherwise i cannot fault the customer care.


I am satisfied with the work carried out on my car. However, I was told to collect the car at 4pm and at 4.15 received a call from RENAULT. I was 5mins away from the garage. When I arrived I was told my car would not be ready until the next day! I had driven 13 miles to collect my car to then have to sit in traffic for over one hour. All of which could have been avoided had RENAULT thought to phone me at an earlier point.

drop off & collection very straight-forward with staff warm & friendly. they asked me what time i wanted to collect, rather than the other way around. the vehicle was driven to the main entrance for me to colect rather than searching the carpark. Polite members of staff, arranged a courtesy car and completed the service on time requested. Disappointed that the wiper blades could not be changed for Bosch and still the maps need updating. The maps must have been out of date when I purchased the car as several journey's have seen roundabouts etc physically there for over two years but not shown on the maps in the Sat-Nav

All visits to Renault Manchester have been excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.


The only problem I have ever had with Renault Salford is the attitude of the person on the desk when booking in for service. His manor is very abrupt and although he obviously knows his job he does not go out of his way to make you feel welcome. The servicing its self is excellent and the sales team are great it just ashame this one person spoils the experience.

Good experience all round, had taken vehicle in after a valve fitted under the warranty at local renault servicing facility (Westway Nissan) whilst it was still under Renault. Unfortunately the problem was not fixed and after visiting Renault Manchester I was much more confident it had been resolved correctly. Only difficulty with Renault Manchester is location and lack of parking, car park for vehicles brought for servicing/work is very small and difficult to drive around.

The annual service was as I expected at this dealer, and the staff were their usual courteous, friendly selves. One disappointment was the cleanliness of the car on return to me. The car wash was frozen, so all they were able to do was clean the carpets. Sol has told me I can bring my car in for a wash next time I’m passing, which I intend to do in the next couple of weeks.

I was not listened to regarding the noise form my engine, I was told it was normal engine sounds and I’m not stupid and said no engine sounds like that! I had to go down once they had the car as “ they couldn’t find nothing wrong “<br/>Luckily I’d recorded the sound when I had the car and showed them the video!<br/>It was a fault with the bearing in the cooling fan assembly and it was rattling against the engine and making a loud noise,<br/>I was not impressed I had to convince them that something was wrong

Just that I was told one price over the phone and another by e-mail - and there was no leeway in pricing considering my very low yearly mileage or just 1800 miles a year which my old garage used to do. SAid it would be cleaned and it was outside but just the driver well hovered badly on the inside no other cleaning done and the boot area was cleaner when I took it in.

Only issue experienced was with the booking process. Was told my original date wasn't available for drop off/collection and so made a 2nd date. They arrived on the original date. I then contacted them to ensure the 2nd date was cancelled which they confirmed it was. However, driver still contacted me on the morning of expecting to collect my vehicle as he hadn't been informed of the cancellation.


It was a quick and easy visit with clear information given to what was being done with the car. Any issues I had with the car prior to visit were dealt with at its service. I was also asked to call if any problems occur again. Very happy with the service given.

I thought that I might have been given some form of conformation of proof of job completed as it was reducing the diesel emissions and it would be handy to show as proof of reduction if needed. Renault Manchester-Salford have been great. I am not very pleased about how many times I've had to take my car back due to problems with the tyre pressure valves, but this is a design fault, not the fault of the garage.


Happy with service, liked the video and also the completeness of the paperwork was good. Would have been 100% satisfied if it wasn't for the broken keyring.


Having bought the vehicle I had to return to the dealership to enquire about the first service. I was given the wrong information resulting in the first service being missed, when enquiring at the service desk wether this would invalidate the warranty i was given a shrug of the shoulders.

The bigger issue with my car was resolved but one of my light bulbs was gone and they did not fix it. I thought since they were carrying out a thorough check on my car, they would resolve that also.<br/><br/>Secondly, my car was taken on a Friday morning and I didn't get it back until Monday evening because they had to order some plugs. I was not offered a courtsey car which I found unusual.<br/>And I had to call to check if it was okay for me to come and collect it that Monday as I hadn't heard anything until about 3pm.

After leaving vehicle for annual service and MOT I cannot believe I had to wait so long for vehicle return. I took my car to Renault over an intermittent noise in my steering I had recorded this noise in a video and played it the first time they had it 5 hours told me on the phone the problem had been fixed all they did was spray lubricant after collecting the car the noise was still there so returned the next day this time spoke to a technician who I played the recording for and was told without hearing it themselves it’s no good and to go back when the noise is constant or leave it overnight but that doesn’t guarantee the noise will be there in the morning I feel that because the noise wasn’t there at the time they didn’t bother looking for the problem so my car is still not right and I have no solution other than to constantly keep going back

Everything was fine my car was collected from my house and brought back. The only problem i had was i mentioned the heater was taking a long time to warm up i was told they had changed the filter but still feel it is taking a lot longer than all my other Renault cars

I wasn’t very satisfied with my first two visits but would have just been pleased that my car had been repaired under warranty but the problem is still occurring even after two visits. No one seems remotely apologetic or understanding when I have phoned to get my car booked in and then I am required to take the courtesy car back by half 5 each evening which means me leaving work early despite the website saying they’re open until late in the evening. I am also concerned about the damage it is doing to my car as I have been driving around with it broken for a while now however this was brushed off by the assistant and given no explanation. The assistant just told me that springs needed replacing and when I stated that when springs are broken this can pop a tyre and I do around 60 miles a day on county roads so that was a concern for me he said no it will be fine. I’m also worried about what damage this is doing to other areas of the wheels/suspension as there has not yet been a resolution. When the work had been carried out I asked for confirmation of what had been done and they said they could post that out to me when it has been written up but I’ve not received anything and I assume they’ve forgotten. I now have to arrange to go in for a third (and probably fourth time as I imagine they’ll need to order more parts) and I am not convinced that the work that is being carried out is fixing the problem or that they actually know what the problem is.


By coincidence, I have had the same service adviser on all my visits (sorry, can't remember name) He is always polite, friendly, efficient and has really good product knowledge. When there has been a problem on a previous visit and parts had to be ordered he kept us informed at every stage. I have to travel approx 120 miles to use this dealership, but am willing to do so as I am confident that the work will be carried out as needed with no aspect overlooked or short cuts taken. <br/>When I first bought the car I had contact with my local dealership and was so unimpressed with the service that I made the decision to take out Renault Retail Groups service plan. I have had no reason to regret this decision, even with the travel involved.

More generally the staff are polite and reasonably efficient.<br/>On some occasions after car valeting the product used for cleaning has left a powerful and very persistent scent which is doubtless supposed to be pleasant, but which I and many others find to be quite intolerable. I had a problem on first visit but I must say once I spoke to a manager the service I received was second to none can’t fault them and the staff involved with the whole process was amazing to although I had a problem first visit I might add at no point was any member of staff rude to me


I was slightly dissapointed that the problem with the clutch was not fixed on the day i took the in car for its first service, I informed the person at Renault that there was a problem with the clutch, so surely that should have been the piority. I have only done 4000 miles, yet it took up to 7 hours to do the service. My son took his car in for its first service at 9am and the car was ready for 1pm.

When I booked my serve I asked for a pick up and drop off service which I hadn't before realised was an option for me. I was told that I lived too far away (I live 4 miles away) I asked for her to check this and insisted this was the case. on the day of service the garage told me I do live close enough for this service. I recently bought an almost new car under warranty from Renault Salford. I assumed that the car would have been fully inspected prior to collection. Having taken delivery of the car, I found that the DAB radio wasn't functioning. On reporting this, I had to bring the car in to the service department for inspection. The MediaNav was faulty and I had to wait for delivery of a new one. This had to be ordered from France and took over 5 weeks. Then I had to wait a week for a service appointment. The visit being surveyed was that appointment. This was 8 weeks after my taking delivery of the car.

I was due to book both my cars in for a service. I usually ring the week before. I rang Bolton where I usually take them and they could not fit me in for the dates I was working at Bolton. <br/>I then decided to contact Manchester which before I had chance I received a call from Bolton. I explained o needed to book in at Manchester now and the lady said she could do that for me. <br/>I received a text to remind me and it worked out they had been booked in at Bolton <br/>So another phone call to change bookings I also stated I would drop one off one week and the other the week after at 8 and needed them by 4pm as I have to be somewhere for 4.45. <br/>The first car I had no problems with. <br/>Second car I arrived early at 7.30 due to easy traffic but doors were open dead on 8am. <br/>I stated again I needed car back for 4. <br/>Arrived at garage just after 4 to be told car was not ready. It’s important I am home for 4.45. I had to wait 20 minutes. Granted I had a moan as I was going to be late home. They delivered the car to the front of the building washed not dried off and not hoovered

I am the new owner of a Renault Captur. I have experienced problems with my r-link live services. This problem has not been satisfactory resolved after 3 months. Dealer had my car for 10 days in August and could not resolve the problem. Was told i would have to wait for more people to complain about same problem before Renault France would search for a solution. This could take several months. No follow up call from dealer in 3 months and i am stuck with the problem

Nice customer service upon arrival and collection. However two things happened following the service: 1) the headlight lightning settings were swotched to "off" as opposed to auto which meant i was driving without headlights until another motorist flashed me 2) the tyre pressure settings weren't reset which meant a warning light came on and i had to pull over and reset myself which was very annoying

All in all I am not happy with service I received and have no intention of returning to Renault when I want a change my car, which is a pity as I think the cars are very nice and reliable. I paid a deposit on my car to secure it while I got my finance sorted with my bank, the car was paid of within 48 hours, on collection it was agreed I would receive a refund of the deposit and a small replacement light for the inside door. after 3 week and several phone calls I still had not received the refund or replacement part. I had to go to the showroom and wait there until the refunded was processed manually. Two months on I have just given up on getting the promised replacement part. It seems to that once you had my money you didn't care about anything else and customer service went right out the window. Its a real pity that such a small issue of a £100 and a light has ruined my opinion of the brand. this is the second Renault I have bought and it will be the last I dare say.

Initial service was good but as soon as we bought the vehicle it was poor service. Difficult to get hold of anyone, van didn't arrive on time and no one seemed to know where it was, then to find it hadn't even left Manchester by the time it should have arrived! Not one call from after sales to see if the vehicle had been delivered and not one call to date! To top if off the vehicle broke down after less then a week of having it and when I rang the branch no one seemed to care no help what so ever!! Very disappointing considering we spend nearly £15,000.

recently had the van stickered up, and the guy that does all my signs mentioned the sliding door had been re-sprayed? not sure if that's right or not but he reckons its a different shade in certain light. can this be checked and confirmed for me in case there is a warranty claim needed on the door and you wont do it. also I have no warranty & service sheet(from icm) in my hand over folder, I did ring to speak to the sales man on the 6th march and his colleague took my number because he was busy...still heard nothing? no follow up call to see if I'm happy...

We saw the car on the forecourt and met your salesman Mathew Schofield. He is a very pleasant person and listened to our requirements for the vehicle we wanted. We required the car to travel to Europe regularly and through all types of conditions including snow and rain. He understood why we required the 4x4 and also the sat nav. He was found to be very helpful in identifying the model we required. A vehicle was identified and we test drove it unfortunately it was a Saturday and the roads were busy. He organised a further drive so we could test the vehicle on the motorway where most miles will be done. When selling other ancillary products he made us aware of them. He did not push us if we declined. We did get the paint protection. He made the purchase very easy and simple and for the first time in a long time enjoyable in exchanging a vehicle !!!!! We are of an age where we have visited and purchased many vehicles. The car has been brilliant for the last two months we have owned it. We did look at the Dacia just before we bought the Renault and would like to say your salesman Kyle did an excellent job on promoting the car and it was avery close call. Thanks to both lads, excellent customer service attributes. Please pass on our thanks to Mathew and Kyle we certainly promote Renault and it's staff at any opportunity we can due to this purchase.

After getting my vehicle home I discovered a slight scratch and chip halfway up the side door. I can only assume this has been done on the way home however it would be good if I could get some touch up paint to try and disguise it Thanks I was not offered finance as I made it clear from the start that I would be purchasing in cash. The only reason why I wasn't offered a test drive I was out of the country, Matt statues later than his working day to carry out the psoerwork of the car. All other staff had left. He showed me how to use the car fully inside, really helpful guy. I love my new car

Personalised video very helpful for remote customers. Overall experience very good. A couple of points to note 1. You don't offer service packs that can be used at any dealer , your gap insurance is expensive with considerable mark up of the source insurance company charges. I've gone direct but would have considered going through you if the mark up had been sensible.

The car wasn't in the condition I expected various chips and marks had not been repaired. The car was taken to the body shop to have some of the chips repaired. The car returned from the body shop with still some chips which for a 1 year old car isn't really good enough. These defects should have been rectified before I picked up the vehicle.

The locking key for the spare wheel was missing and could be not be found when I picked up the van. It was supposed to be posted when found but couldn't be found. I was informed to contact Renault in Wolverhampton to arrange a appointment and to take the van there to have it changed and a new one fitted at your cost. which I have not been able to do yet as difficult to find the time to spent a whole day of my time because some-one lost an importance item belonging to the van. I live in telford but why couldn't a closer place be found by your department ?

I had my van delivered. It was the first new van I had brought and the Interior and exterior were not even cleaned. Every van or car I have ever brought has at least been cleaned. I sent an email to Simon to let him know this but have still not had a reply and I had numerous calls from him when he wanted to sell me the van. I would have thought making sure cleaning it before it left your yard would of been a must. Obviously not at your garage.

The handover was a bit of a problem. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it seems your admin department had not received the log book from the previous user and the sales documentation wasn't available. Michelle Jansenn went to a lot of trouble trying to make certain things were fixed so that we could pick up the car as soon as possible. She has our thanks.

No questions, just to elaborate on the responses above, I was a cash buyer and therefore didn't require finance, I didn't require a test drive and bought the car as seen from your website, also I live over 100 miles from the dealership, the guy who delivered the car was fantastic, there was no opportunity to meet the aftersales team. My overall experience with the dealership was great, after the agreement to purchase, Matt was very efficient in arranging delivery and sorting out the necessary docs etc

As I collected my van late on Thursday evening I didn't really have enough time to go over it with a fine tooth comb which I would of done as a rule on reflection I have noticed a few imperfections on it 1. Paint missing on the passenger door 2. Small chip on door mirror surround (black plastic Trim ) 3, small scuff to rear bumper (but I could probably disguise this with back to black or equivelant) So all this really has took a shine off my new van ! I drove my new car home and inspected it on my driveway in dry, fine and sunny conditions. I was horrified to see that there were numerous swirl / scratch marks in the paintwork, a small dent on my front nearside door and small chip on my front nearside door. I immediately returned to the showroom and pointed the defects to the salesperson and manager. It is now booked in to have repairs carried out on Tuesday 02/05/16 where it will have to have the paint treatment I paid for removed, the swirls / scratches polished out, the dent and chip repair. On returning home I inspected it further and found further defects. I have sent a letter (22/04/16) to your headquarters making an official complaint. I am sure that headquarters will forward a copy to yourself. The condition of my vehicle I can only describe as very poor and I shouldn't have received in that condition. I am embarrassed by its condition and work colleagues, family and friends cannot believe it's poor condition. I have returned to Renault after 6 years absence and this has certainly put me off purchasing a Renault again.

Unfortunately when I got the car home, I was able to inspect it more throughly. I was told by the salesperson Simon Oldfield that the car had been serviced. Although the service record was stamped, the type of service and corrosion check had not been completed. Also the tyre pressures were all different and the screen wash was not topped up. Both front tyres are worn on the outer edges and worn to just above the wear indicators. On driving the vehicle I found to my horror, a deodorant spray can, which had rolled from under the drivers seat, to underneath the clutch pedel. Also under the drivers seat I found some loose change. I rang Simon to explain the above, car not cleaned throughly, scratches inside the car, worn tyres, fuel economy very low and was it actually serviced? He explained that he would check and call me back. It has now been six days and still no response. Shocking service.

At first I was very pleased with my new van, but when it went for a roof rack fitting the garage informed me that the drivers side rear panel had been poorly repainted. As you can understand I am not very happy. I spoke to Simon Oldfield yesterday and he was very sorry and has promised to get it sorted. If I had wanted a used van that had been repainted I would have gone to a back street garage not Renault uk. At the moment I wouldn't recommend yourselves until the van is sorted. Regards Simon.

No, very good experience all round. Salesman Mike just right for us. We didn't feel the need to haggle as I knew we had good deal. Only downside really difficult to organise test drive except by phone. We visited but not enough staff too too busy, and absolutely no response from Internet enquiries. (Guys make a phone call as promised I'd have bought the car a week earlier if you had, and I may have gone elsewhere)

I eventually chose a pre plated car and was told it was the same spec and it would be about two weeks for delivery. I took delivery 5 days late but that didn't bother me as I wanted that car at that price. When I got home with my new car I started to enjoy and inspect. When I looked for the heated seat button I could not find it so had a look at the brochure that I had been given and it stated that it had heated seats. My car had not, and I contacted manchester to ask the question about this, and was tool that my car did not have that function I said that I was not informed of that, the salesman said I did not ask about that but I said I thought that it was standard as the brochure stated. I felt disappointed at this and feel I should have known before I bought the car regards

from leaving a deposit to collecting the car - the service was pathethic - we didn't receive an order form until we collected the car (which was over a week!), and also the team were unable to confirm that it would be ready for collection until the day before. Upon collection the salesmen told me the car didn't need any bodywork, upon looking at the car it was clear there was several very noticeable marks that did need touching up. The salesmen said i'd receive a call the next day with confirmation of when the work would be done, at 4.30pm the next day had to call to chase as i'd heard nothing, he said he would confirm to me the next day, again no call so I had to chase a further 3 or 4 times. There was several other problems with the car (cd player not working, window blinds broken) which makes me think that the car has clearly not been looked after or checked properly. The car was clearly valeted in a rush as there was some parts of the car that had not been cleaned/checked. Very poor service, clearly a case of 'once we have your deposit we don't care'. I would not recommend and would not use Manchester Renault again, I have even contemplated returning the car!! I welcome your response.

Also I was promised that my scuff marks would be gone in the body shop when I got home it rained and washed the black paint off. Finally it was meant to be valeted but was absolutely filthy inside. Car was delivered to my home. I spent 3 hours the same afternoon cleaning it! I don't know what your valeters did if anything, but their department has let your business down. If I was collecting the car I would have left it there until it was cleaned properly. I have poorly fitting trims, exterior and interior and I have the impression that the car has had a lot of paintwork that I wasn't informed of. After an impressive sales experience I am left feeling very disappointed!
