It was simple and easy enough however some elements of vehicle delivery and availability were not well explained and handover could have been more purposeful leading to further telephone correspondence and a visit to the show room which could have been avoided. My sales person was well mannered and friendly however and a pleasure to deal with, taking time to answer any questions or source answers if he didn?t have these readily available.


This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Renault and Jeff Wing the salesman has been so helpful on both occasions. I really appreciate his courteousness and help

It was an MOT. I was supposed to receive a call during the day and also an email with a video. I called at 5 pm to get news. I was told my car was just finishing the MOT and I could collect the car.

Dropped car off came back to pick it up after2hr40min.and had to wait.30min.sat at a desk as waiting area was overcrowded.then got told to move by a salesman who said he had come back to work at his desk so had to find another couple of seats.thw salesman stayed at hi desk for 30seconds to a minute then never came back ?.woulnot two recommend anyone to you.appaling way to treat customers.

My car went in for a mot it was picked up at my home at 7.45am and it was returned all done at 11am The servis was excellent


My problem has been on a previous occasion when I had a problem although my car was still under warranty. You could not provide a courtesy car and got me a car after a long argument as you claimed you could not repair my car for 3 weeks (despite it had an oil leak onto the engine)from enterprise which cost me œ50 ! Despite enjoying my Clio I would probably not buy another Renault.


Mine was an MOT I was also ? Having a part service via the monthly service plan. Unfortunately I couldn't have this and a free MOT due to being in the scheme less than 6 months. I had to pay for my MOT. They have booked me in for the service after the 6 months period

Advised I needed my car back for 4pm. Got told no issues here is your key. The window wipers needed to be replaced but this wasn't picked up at all. My car was left dirty as they didn't have time to clean it as mine was the last off the shop floor, was advised its only a complementary servive however for the price I paid the service was dreadful.


Mostly ok but car exterior was not cleaned well and inside was not cleaned at all.


When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome by Vicki Thomson, who explained what would be involved. I explained I was shopping locally and asked for an expected completion time. Vicki assured me it shouldn't take too long and rang me immediately the vehicle was ready to avoid me wasting time. She also escorted me to my vehicle when I came to collect it. All little touches that make for excellent customer service. Thank you


My issue was the cleaning of the car, why only clear the front 2 seats and leave the back.


Staff friendly I was offered a courtesy car but changed my mind. This did not seem a problem for the lady who booked my car in for its service she was very helpful. Very happy with my overall experience.

Firstly not informed about insurance cost on courtesy car Not enough petrol in couresty car to even get down the road let alone back home When i collected my car i was given a 15 minute warning that itd be ready but onky half an hour before the dealership shut, i live at least half an hour away so it was lucky i was in the area My car when returned had 2 scratches in the media nav panel that were previously not there Given a complementary car was and foot well hoover which was appreciated however in comparison to other dealership such as VW who give a full valet this seemed a little less aimed at customer satisfaction

Service was a good standard and staff as usual very friendly, the only small niggly point is I personally do not like tea coffee chocolate and would prefer a cold drink whilst waiting to pick up my car, Arnold Clark do have a fridge with tins of pepsi and orange for its customers maybe its something you may want to take a look at, as I wont be the only 1 who dosent like hot beverages.


Two occasions I brought my car in 8a.m. One for MOT AND SERVICE NOT READY UNTIL 1.15PM WEEK LATER BRAKE PADS FITTED CAR LEFT 8am not ready till 3.15pm Discount was given for my wait, on the two occasions. Receptionist denied telling me each time repairs would last just over two hours

I had phoned to book a service and MOT at Renault Liverpool and the call Centre booked me into the wrong garage. Renault Liverpool did accommodate me, however. I asked to be called the same day if the car failed its MOT as the MOT expired that day (it was the earliest appointment they would give me when I called three weeks ahead). I made 4 calls later that day to check on the progress of my vehicle, and they were unanswered. Then the receptionist took a message and the call came at 4.45am to say that the car had failed its MOT. The girl was unclear why - she said it was due to a CV issue and she didn?t know what that was and how much it would be to repair. She then said she would check the cost and call me back and hung up on me while I was talking. I called into the garage to talk about advisories but she couldn?t give me any prices because everyone had gone home (it was 5.10pm). I had dropped the car at 8.20am and the work should have been done earlier. I was unable to take the car home as the MOT expired that day. The girl didn?t know if the part the car needed to pass its MOT was in or not. I had a call the following day to confirm the cost of advisories and they said the car would be with them until the next day. Then I had a call later the same day to say the car was ready. If this was a one-off it would be more acceptable but my previous visit was the same , with one day?s work stretching into 4 days because the work was left until the end of the day and couldn?t be completed. I have had a Renault for 20 years and don?t plan to buy another. Too many electrical faults and the servicing department at Renault Liverpool has really gone down in the last couple of years. I have found myself a nice little local garage and have had all the advisories done there a couple of days ago. I got the car back the same day and it cost œ300 less than Renault quoted. Having my car serviced by Renault Liverpool has become too much of a stressful experience with mis-quoted estimates and the work never completed on schedule. I have had enough. I quit.

I booked in to wait for the problem to be sorted as this was the second time I had been back with the same problem. I was annoyed that they made me wait for the whole two hours before let me know that they could not resolve the problem. If I had known sooner I would not have had to wait around in the service centre. I was given a courtesy car but still had to return the following day to collect my car .


Friendly kept me updated with service and rang me with approx time to collect. Whole time car there 2 hours. Excellent service.

picked the car up in the afternoon of 28 march, when i got home i noticed the centre badge on the offside rear wheel had gone missing, i called and spoke to the sales man who said he would sort it for me. Two visits and a number of phone calls to your showroom have proved fruitless and nearly 12 weeks on i am still waiting for a small plastic item, very annoyed and disillusioned with your aftersales service and if this situation is not resolved soon i will take the matter to Renault U.K. Bill Winder.

I am discussed with the way I have been treated. I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen to never ever but a Renault. I got a preregestered car with 7 miles. I got to 770 and the clutch went. I have now been told it's not covered by your useless warranty. I have had it 5 weeks and buying it was the worst mistake of my life.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Renault Liverpool. My choice was not solely for the model of car. A big part of my decision was due to the customer service I have received over the three years. From first point of contact, sales through to the ladies at the service centre, contact centre and even the gentleman who opens the sites gates. The customer service has been impeccable. My second purchase exceeded my expectations. This was due to the fact that Mark and Stephen were friendly and explained everything to me with out jargon. I will continue to recommend Renault Liverpool to my friends and colleagues.

My family and I where very impressed with David Nicol whom on the Sunday evening took time to talk through the car and we were impressed with his knowledge of the car and a deal was struck subject to the formality of a test drive on our return on Wed. 9th. Our experience with Renault Liverpool was first class and likewise when we had the test drive (car lived up to our expectations and more) we concluded the deal. David then explained the GAP cover and Service programme (which we are taking up) so well and simply that it was easy to understand. I must state that David went beyond the call of duty on Sunday and stayed behind to help with the deposit formalities and likewise on Wed. evening. I have been so impressed with Renault Liverpool and David that I will not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends. Many thanks for a fantastic experience and the car is a pure joy to drive and own. We all love it. Kind regards John Davies

Disappointed with the overall service, viewed the car and identified a few areas that needed attention before transaction, all area agreed upon. Told that the car was ready to pick up - excited. It was immediately obvious that nothing had been done to all areas previously identified, so frustrating as time wasted, fuel and tunnel costs and more important my trust in the show room was deminished. I was told that the protective coating that I paid extra for had been applied, yet all scratches had not been removed ??? The interior had been cleaned and the seats protected - yet there where still marks in the seats. The interior of the car had a aroma, not smoke but something. Following the bomb to clean / freshen up the interior the aroma was the same, again strange. I don't want to be too negative as the salesman was good but something had gone wrong with the process. Interior cleaned, items removed (small tray in the rear) and not put back - I had to request one, I should not have to do this. Despite our experience we will still recommend Renault Liverpool to others. One other point is when you are waiting for your salesman to be free from dealing with someone else (about 1 hr) and other salesmen are free why cant someone else deal with you, complete the paperwork and speed the process up, customer service is key. A salesman / person makes a sale surely someone else can help with the overall process without the original salesman loosing his bonus for the sale.

The purchasing of this car was not as good as the two previous cars which I purchased from Renault retail Group both from different dealers. Both of the previous cars purchased all documents where correct which was not the case with this purchase and has taken phone calls and weeks to sort out. Also being an approved Renault retail car I expected all handbooks for the car to be there, the R-link2 handbook was not included, I was advised it not supplied with new cars !!! Yet this book has a Renault part number 7711408942. Regards Mr S Cook

I am unhappy with the service I received from the salesman at Renault Liverpool, but I am very happy with the body shop manager who rectified the problems with the paintwork on my new car and organised a service which I was told had been done even though the service light came on after 2 weeks. Mr Parsley, travelling three & half hours on the train illustrated that David Nicol's sales technique worked, especially the video he did for me. I was impressed with how helpful and friendly David was which was much appreciated. The car I cannot fault, had a great drive home and am very happy with it. Dave who sold me my car was fantastic i dont have a bad thing ti say about himbut I was abit shocked at the fact that I could only collect my car on a day my sales person was working. Also when my warranty letter came through it said the milage at purchase was 33001 when in fact it was 36998. I know this small detail can affect the warranty!

I continue to have concerns regarding the engine on my new car. On collection, the car was misfiring, and this has continued. I spoke to the sales team on Wednesday 9th March and they suggested booking the car into the service centre to investigate the issue. This was arranged the same day, however, as a courtesy car is needed the earliest date my car could be seen is the 12th April. I am concerned that running the engine for nearly 5 weeks, with continued catalytic converter and engine management warning lights may cause further damage to the engine. I am surprised and disappointed that a company such as Renault would allow their sales team to sell on a vehicle with such an obvious fault, and not seek to resolve the issue within a shorter period than 5 weeks.

When I picked up the car not all the owner's documents were available. The owner's handbook/service book was missing and the vehicle had a scratch along the offside. I have been told the new handbook has been ordered and the vehicle is due to be booked into the bodyshop to be repaired. Apart from this the service is good. Hopefully everything gets resolved ASAP. Is it normal procedure for vehicles pre-owner by Renault not to be supplied with the original floor mats?

Phil was really helpful throughout the transaction. Unfortunately he couldn't be there for the handover which was a bit hit and miss. Everyone on the phone or seemingly busy so felt a bit 'in the way' when I went to collect the car I'm afraid...

when picking up the c ar can the procedure not be quicker it took three hours to drive the car away.have you had any complaints about plastic trim on left side of steering wheel the edge of the trim is quite sharp also the seatbelt anchor on the passenger side has a noisy rattle.

this is the second car I have purchased and l was impressed the first time and l can only say that the SAles Exec (Dave Nichol) exceeded my expectations and gave me confidence to purchase a second vehicle what l liked most was that there was no pressure or intimidation that l have experienced at other outlets, l was treated with the utmost courtesy and politeness. I also liked the fact that l saw the same faces which always makes me think that the sales team r happy and looked after. As l reside in Buxton Derbyshire l could have gone to other Renault dealerships more local but because of the service I received l didn't give them a second thought so congratulations Renault Liverpool for a job well done

Just one concern, I was allowed to leave without having the 5 day complimentary insurance put on. Luckily I realized after 5 minutes into my return journey and then turned back to the retailer who put the insurance on for me. Good job as I was pulled over on my return journey after going through a camera for not having any insurance. After further investigation the traffic policeman confirmed that I now had got insurance. This mistake could have ended with me having penalty points and a hefty fine. Lets both learn from this.

1, The warranty was not discussed in detail, eg, we were not told about the RAC dreakdown cover as part of the warranty. 2, we discovered upon getting the vehicle home that the front on side tyre had a large split in its wall. This should have been picked up on a pre delivery inspection. (The tyre has since been changed by the dealership.

Poor delivery service from Liverpool, was informed I would get an text when car was close to Peterborough, as it was, my wife who was on night shift called to say keys had been put through the letterbox and the car parked outside. I rushed home from work as we are in a resident parking zone and I could have got a ticket ,
