The salesman we dealt with Aaron Serrao was fantastic. Helped us to choose the car that was perfect for our needs (motability customer). He really went out of his way to help us and nothing was too much trouble. We had been looking at cars from rival manufacturers and it was a close decision between vauxhall and renault, however thanks to Aaron his professionalism and non pushy non smarmy aattitude and his help which i feel he went out of his way to provide was what persuaded me to order my first ever renault. However i was extremely disappointed with the sales man who handed over the car (Jeff). Firstly I saw my new vehicle being brought over from the compound, i said thats my vehicle I think. He totally ignored me and walked past me. I then spoke to the young lady on reception (very courteous and polite) who informed Jeff i was here. I walked over to where he was sat. He left me standing for 5 minutes and did not even acknoledge my presence.He then eventually told me to take a seat and then carried on doing admin work that was nothing to do with my purchase. He then proceeded to berate Aaron (Aaron not prsent at the time) for leaving him with 4 new car handovers to do. His customer service skills are sadly lacking. His attitude was in stark contrast to that of Aaron who couldnt have been more helpful. In summary, please pass on my sincere thanks to Aaron, thanks to him Renault have gained a new customer. I cannot thank him enough for his help. He made the purchase of my car a real pleasure. As for Jeff who handed over the car, i felt his attitude was that of a surley teenager. He was quite curt and rude. Also i did not appreciate the way he denigrated a colleague in front of a customer. Especially a colleague who really did so much to win our custom. Thankfully my very positive dealings with Aaron, just about outweigh the issues with the hand over. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Aaron Serrao. I hope to deal with him again in the future. As for the car, we absolutely love it and im loving finding out all the comprehensive features on it, that werent explained on the rushed handover.

Brian the dealer was great. Problems only arose when windscreen defect occurred 2 weeks after purchase. I was advised that i could not have a courtesy car delivered to me and that i had to drive back to the dealership to have the car mended. I was annoyed after being sold a car with a fault on it that i was inconvenienced in this way. I was promised a like for like courtesy car and was then offered 2 far smaller cars. This was not acceptable. It was only when i complained that i got a bigger car after much waiting around. I was appalled that the management team left a young admin girl to deal with me despite them being in the building. I was also appalled that i was asked to pay money to lower insurance excess as i had just purchased the most expensive car i have ever owned just 2 weeks earlier yes 2 weeks. This experience has completely taken the shine off what should have been an exciting time. Due to this i would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from renault liverpool.

It was largely straight forward. The salesman was helpful and efficient. My only misgiving being that I was told that the Clio Expression, my original choice, was not a practical option. I was unsure if this was correct, or I was just being encouraged to purchase the Clio Play, which was more expensive. The only issue with the whole process was that I paid to have rear parking sensors fitted before collection, however the factory did not fit these. Sara was very helpful with this and arranged for these to be fitted at a place and time convenient for me. The rest of the process was very easy. Sara was amazing, this was my first car and the biggest amount of money I have ever committed to. Sara provided a wealth of reassurance, gave me as much information as needed (even when I was asking what I thought were daft questions), went above and beyond her job to have the car perfect me, and has been in contact since I collected the car to see how things are going. This process could have been a completely different ball game if it hasn't been for Sara's support.

The car is on the motability scheme. When I went to order the Kadjar I was told it had the "full" hit. To me this would mean top of the range i.e. 4 wheel drive, parking, heated seats. My vehicle has none of these. On contacting Renault I was then told that particular model was not on the scheme. In hindsight perhaps I should never have been told it had the "full" hit. I have been with Renault for many years, sadly I had to go to Ford for the Galaxy as the advanced payment was far out of my price range. The Kadjar isn't the ideal vehicle for me as I am an above knee amputee and use a wheelchair. I have an electric scooter but the boot isn't big enough. Being an amputee I have no option but to have an automatic car for which I get penalised as the advanced payments are always higher. Sadly neither the car dealer or Motability take this into consideration. To be fair both offer their sympathies at my predicament. The staff at Sefton Street, Liverpool are,to be fair, superb and are a credit to Renault.

I received mail to update something regarding my omissions.I made an appointment and took my car in. I was then called back to update my omissions again..didnt really understand why ..but still took my car back. My car was cleaned even though I didnt know this was to be done..the iutside was sparkling ..the inside was like the cat had licked it..but as I said..I didnt even know it was being cleaned..staff were helpful and ploute at all times ..credit to your company .

For the past 18 months or so I have been telling Renault Liverpool that my tyre valves were leaking, having been tested at a local garage. I have had to put air into the tyres every 2 week, as a community nurse this was most inconvenient. I have been back to the dealership on numerous occasions to be told that 'I had a puncture' when I clearly did not or that the electric alerts required re-setting.I was told there was nothing wrong with the valves! On one occasion when planning motorway driving I tried to book the car in as once more the 'PUNCTURE' alert was on and was told that there were no appointments available.I explained that I was worried if it was safe to drive as I was going on a long journey and informed that I could call the rescue services and that if I wanted to see a Doctor I would have to wait - it was the same thing!!. I asked to speak to the manager several time and feel I was fobbed off with excuses. The assistant manager informed me that she would arrange to have the valves replaced as there had been a faulty batch - on collecting my car I was told that it wasn't one of the cars with that batch number so they had re-set the electrics again. Hey presto 2 weeks later the alert was off again!! When I finally managed to speak to the manager I was told that he would change the valves and carry the cost as 'a good will gesture'. No apology for all my inconvenience and no admitting that I had been right all along. On collecting my car I was told that in fact the valves had been leaking -at last!!!- but still no apology or recognition that I had been right all along. I have tried to contact customer service several times but do not have the time to be put on hold for so long - one lunch time I was on hold for 20 minutes! Loved the car when I first got it and would have bought Renault again but this experience has totally put me off and I will now look for an alternative make. The only good point was a lovely young lady on reception who I obviously got to know really well as I've been back so many times. I don't usually complain about things but this whole process has been a joke!!!I am a busy community matron who does not have the time to spend blowing up tyres or running to the other side of Liverpool to have the problem looked at although not fixed. Shame on you Renault!

overall the experience was good, however when I asked for the car to be picked up for the service the time stated was 08.30 - 12.00 the car was not picked up until 13.00 and looking at the service sheet they had ticked that my sun roof was checked and working- - - I haven't got a sun roof so I'm alittle unsure if all the worked was really carried out! When I arrived at Renault Liverpool for my service and M.O.T. they had no record that my car was booked in even though the car was booked in over the phone and the same thing happened the year before, there is obviously a problem somewhere. Also my car needed the hand brake travel adjusting and I was charged œ30 for this to be done, surely this could be done as part of the service that it was in for

When I returned to my car I found a piece of paper advising my brake pads are 85% worn yet this was not mentioned when I was given my keys and a breakdown of work carried out discussed. I feel this is too important to leave to me to find out by chance, yet Vicky was non-perturbed. My car also had 6 additional miles on the clock than when I left it with you. When I returned to query it, I was told this was standard test drive mileage, but I think it's excessive - it's a trip to work for me.

Workshop was great, it was the customer service skills that were lacking. When I arranged the appt I was told the car would only need to be in for approx 2 hrs so arranged a 9.30 drop off & pick up at 12 noon. On the day I was informed it would be 3pm at the latest. I asked for a call at 12 noon to update me, so I could arrange childcare pick up if needed. This didn't happen. I rang 4 times between 12.30 & 2.30 to be finally told to make my way down & it would be cleaned & ready to collect at 3.15.this I duly did, when I arrived at 3pm I was told it hadn't yet been cleaned but it would only take 15 mins so I agreed. The car keys were handed over to me at 4.30pm!this I find unacceptable.

After taking my car in in January because the tyre pressure light was staying on I was told this problem was sorted out. A weeks later the tyre presure light was back on and the car was also saying it had a puncuture. The car was back in in March and after a few day the problems returned. At this point i got in touch with customer relations and she helped phoning Renault and enterprise to book the service and hire car. The car was sent in again and I was assured the problems had been fixed but a few days later the problems happened again. The car was sent in for the fourth time. Each visit I also told Renault about the petrol light that doesn't seem to come on on the final visit the lady on reception assured me this is normal for Clio's as the tank is so big so the light doesn't come on until the gage is really low however I am not completely satisfied with this as in most cars the light will come on at a certain point. I feel that nobody is interested once the car has been sold and wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this dealership after my experience. I had so much messing around which affected work as I was late due to dropping my car of in the morning. I had only had the car for a few months and it is also only just 2 years old, I certainly did not expect all this inconvenience when i bought the car.

My van was recovered to Renault Liverpool by the RAC because the ignition switch kept jamming and I couldn't start the vehicle. On arrival I was told they would not be able to look at it for over a week, as I need the vehicle for my work the RAC had arranged for replacement vehicle to be there when I arrived. Renault told me they don't supply replacement vehicles and I had to make a taxi journey across Liverpool to collect another van. My van was in the dealership for exactly four weeks which I find a ridiculous amount of time just to replace in ignition barrel and key.

Prior to my already scheduled visit to Renault my car developed an irritating vibration noise. As the vibration was really stressing me whilst driving I rang Renault and explained I needed it sorting and was ringing to make them aware of the problem. I was assured it would be looked at. When I checked car in I asked could I speak to a mechanic to explain the noise and was told they were too busy and asked to describe it which I did. When I rang to see if car was ready I asked had they fixed the fault, only to be told that the mechanic did not know what I meant and I would need to go out in the car with one when I collected it to show them. I subsequently went out with a mechanic and pointed out the noise, he replied ' Oh i thought that was it but wasn t sure , you ll need to book the car back in for it to be looked at '. Bearing in mind I live 20 miles away and have to plan my visits to Liverpool as the round trip can take 2 hours if traffic is bad it is not a journey I enjoy. I was so annoyed that I went to my local Honda dealer 3 days later and part exchanged the car. ( This is not the first time I have had similar problems). If the service was more efficient I would continue to upgrade with Renault as that was the 5th car I have had from Renault.

We were given a check list of what had been done, as we are not mechanically minded we had to accept what we were told on paper work. No one explained if we had a problem it was put right. I took my car in at 9:45 for a 10:00 appointment, I was informed that my car was not going into the workshop until the afternoon, I was not advised of this when I booked my car in, I returned at 1:30, my car had not been moved, I returned at 4:00 pm to collect my car, I was informed that a reported fault with first and second gear change had been identified as a probable lack of lubrication to a part of the linkage, I has since had a repeat of the failure to change from first gear to second gear, I intend to contact the service manager in relation to this problem.

My issue is that as a company car driver, my problem was not dealt with until late in the day and by then the lease company could not respond. I received no updates from the dealer and was left without a car at the end of the day. I had to take a day away from work and come back the next day. Part of the responsibility lies with the lease company but had Renault contacted them earlier then they would have been given a response. I called the dealership twice and got no call back so had to leave work and take a taxi to them, only to find that I had no car and no alternative was offered and no offer of transport home was made

Car booked in for MOT/service. Service carried out and advised maintenance work needed prior to MOT. Car booked in for MOT the following week. On arrival, no record of booking and advised parts hadnt been ordered. During maintenance work, advised car would need new thermostat prior to MOT. Car was in renault garage for a total of 6 days. Each day I was assured my car would be ready the next day. No communication from the staff to inform me of delay. I had to phone each day to check progress. No apology given although œ100 was deducted from bill. No courtesy car offered therefore the deduction basically covered public transport costs for my family getting to work/school. I feel the communication was absolutely poor and unacceptable. A phone call to inform me of a delay would have taken a few minutes, nothing was done to de-escalate the situation. I have always taken my car to renault but will seek an alternative garage for future repairs/MOT.

Explained that we had had a family bereavement and needed the car back by lunch time they said they would try but we had to go back and wait for it and didn't get it back until 3pm. This was disgusting as this was only a first service and why do they need it in first thing in the morning when they had no intention of looking at it until the afternoon. My husbands car is in for first service and my car is in to have parts fitted on 7th April and even though my car is a motability car as I am disabled what do they expect us to do in Liverpool all day. They again have said they will see what they can do about having the cars ready for lunch time. You should have a system like other garages where you can take it in either morning or afternoon when they are going to look at it and not leave it sat in the car park all day

The service from Renault was fine on this occassion. However I was disappointed to find on arrival that the advertised option of having the mot performed while you wait wasn't a viable option at all. This should be made cleared on the website. This is the second time i've had a problem as the previous time i booked for my car for collection. When that never happened it was left to me to chaise the garage to find out there was a problem with the booking, despite receiving prior confirmation everything was fine.

Whilst I have no issue with the servicing of my vehicle and the fitting of a new door seal to the driver's door, I asked for other problems to be looked at (brakes squealing & squeaking and driver's door creaking)and those faults have not been corrected. I should add that my car has been in at least twice in the last 6/8 mths with the same faults.

I purchased my car on with a 4 years free servicing plan, being told each time this included a service clean. 2/3 times I visited the car never had a service clean, the 2nd year the service clean wasn't done I complained. The staff told me that I would receive a free valet voucher in the post which never arrived. Staff on service desk are always friendly. I never received a reminder for a MOT which I thought would of came as standard with being in a 4 year plan, there for I drove around for 2 months not realising I was due a MOT. But I always get letters to remind me of the new offers on cars. The after sales care of Renault is below standard. I wouldn't purchase a Renault again because of the after sales treatment.

picked the car up in the afternoon of 28 march, when i got home i noticed the centre badge on the offside rear wheel had gone missing, i called and spoke to the sales man who said he would sort it for me. Two visits and a number of phone calls to your showroom have proved fruitless and nearly 12 weeks on i am still waiting for a small plastic item, very annoyed and disillusioned with your aftersales service and if this situation is not resolved soon i will take the matter to Renault U.K. Bill Winder.

My family and I where very impressed with David Nicol whom on the Sunday evening took time to talk through the car and we were impressed with his knowledge of the car and a deal was struck subject to the formality of a test drive on our return on Wed. 9th. Our experience with Renault Liverpool was first class and likewise when we had the test drive (car lived up to our expectations and more) we concluded the deal. David then explained the GAP cover and Service programme (which we are taking up) so well and simply that it was easy to understand. I must state that David went beyond the call of duty on Sunday and stayed behind to help with the deposit formalities and likewise on Wed. evening. I have been so impressed with Renault Liverpool and David that I will not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends. Disappointed with the overall service, viewed the car and identified a few areas that needed attention before transaction, all area agreed upon. Told that the car was ready to pick up - excited. It was immediately obvious that nothing had been done to all areas previously identified, so frustrating as time wasted, fuel and tunnel costs and more important my trust in the show room was deminished. I was told that the protective coating that I paid extra for had been applied, yet all scratches had not been removed ??? The interior had been cleaned and the seats protected - yet there where still marks in the seats. The interior of the car had a aroma, not smoke but something. Following the bomb to clean / freshen up the interior the aroma was the same, again strange. I don't want to be too negative as the salesman was good but something had gone wrong with the process. Interior cleaned, items removed (small tray in the rear) and not put back - I had to request one, I should not have to do this. Despite our experience we will still recommend Renault Liverpool to others. One other point is when you are waiting for your salesman to be free from dealing with someone else (about 1 hr) and other salesmen are free why cant someone else deal with you, complete the paperwork and speed the process up, customer service is key. A salesman / person makes a sale surely someone else can help with the overall process without the original salesman loosing his bonus for the sale.

The purchasing of this car was not as good as the two previous cars which I purchased from Renault retail Group both from different dealers. Both of the previous cars purchased all documents where correct which was not the case with this purchase and has taken phone calls and weeks to sort out. Also being an approved Renault retail car I expected all handbooks for the car to be there, the R-link2 handbook was not included, I was advised it not supplied with new cars !!! It was a pleasant experience, but you do need to be able to provide more customer parking spaces. I imagine customers will drive around your premises and drive straight out again if they cannot park, as we very nearly did until a salesman, Dave Nicol kindly found us a vacant space. Mr Parsley, travelling three & half hours on the train illustrated that David Nicol's sales technique worked, especially the video he did for me. I was impressed with how helpful and friendly David was which was much appreciated. The car I cannot fault, had a great drive home and am very happy with it. Dave who sold me my car was fantastic i dont have a bad thing ti say about himbut I was abit shocked at the fact that I could only collect my car on a day my sales person was working. Also when my warranty letter came through it said the milage at purchase was 33001 when in fact it was 36998. I know this small detail can affect the warranty!

Disappointed that mats which were promised were not in car. Fuel had not been put in (fuel light was on before I even got to the exit). Vehicle had not been valeted as promised; Sticker residue is visible on inside of windscreen; dirt build up on roof where marketing block had been was untouched. Not good!

I continue to have concerns regarding the engine on my new car. On collection, the car was misfiring, and this has continued. I spoke to the sales team on Wednesday 9th March and they suggested booking the car into the service centre to investigate the issue. This was arranged the same day, however, as a courtesy car is needed the earliest date my car could be seen is the 12th April. I am concerned that running the engine for nearly 5 weeks, with continued catalytic converter and engine management warning lights may cause further damage to the engine. I am surprised and disappointed that a company such as Renault would allow their sales team to sell on a vehicle with such an obvious fault, and not seek to resolve the issue within a shorter period than 5 weeks.

When I picked up the car not all the owner's documents were available. The owner's handbook/service book was missing and the vehicle had a scratch along the offside. I have been told the new handbook has been ordered and the vehicle is due to be booked into the bodyshop to be repaired. Apart from this the service is good. Hopefully everything gets resolved ASAP. Is it normal procedure for vehicles pre-owner by Renault not to be supplied with the original floor mats?

Just one concern, I was allowed to leave without having the 5 day complimentary insurance put on. Luckily I realized after 5 minutes into my return journey and then turned back to the retailer who put the insurance on for me. Good job as I was pulled over on my return journey after going through a camera for not having any insurance. After further investigation the traffic policeman confirmed that I now had got insurance. This mistake could have ended with me having penalty points and a hefty fine. Lets both learn from this.

Poor delivery service from Liverpool, was informed I would get an text when car was close to Peterborough, as it was, my wife who was on night shift called to say keys had been put through the letterbox and the car parked outside.
