Steve Morgan really looked after me and gave great advice whilst considering a Renault Clio and helped make my decision that a Clio was for me. I absolutely love my car and was made to feel as though it was a special experience. Thanks.


I was treated really well,i was a bit upset when i couldn't have the car on the day we organised as it wasnt ready to be picked up then other than that situation every thing was good.

Staff who work at this branch were very helpful & Friendly


Efficient service resolved a couple of issues quickly. My only moan, I would have liked a courtesy car, I was offered one but would have to have waited about 4 weeks longer for the work to be done.


The only thing that I wasn?t happy with is the fact they said if I got it there for 8am they would do it while I waited and when I got told it wouldn?t be ready till around 11 , my understanding was they only had to drop the oil and have a check round , I ended up having to pay œ16 for a taxi home.

Completely satisfied with work done. Very disappointed to be kept waiting at reception for over 10 minutes to hand my keys over. I appreciate the young man was serving/ talking to a customer but there should have been someone else to take my keys from me. When it was my turn to be served I was told "I'm not sure if there is time to do this." As I was booked in and it wasn't my fault my keys had not been taken from me, I was not impressed. However the work was done and completed well before 12 noon closing time.

work sheet not filled in so I assume they did nothing, not signed by anyone, Tyres pumped up over MAX by 15-20%, obviously cant read the instructions. Faulty light pointed out on collection ticked as fixed but not. encouraged to score 9 or 10. rang to discuss, really not interested at all, I think they called back after 4 weeks !- in the end I will take to Halfords for the light bulb. This is also the 2nd one of these I have completed with no response - you really do not care !!


nothing much too say problem solved / great back up from Renault Assistance as the alarm system malfunctioned they got me a hire car within hours, transported the car to Ren Leicester,.


Dropped van off at 8:30, was told it would be ready at 4:30 arrived at 4:45 to be told van was waiting to be washed, so waited a further 45mins and was handed key, no explanation of work completed and van was still dirty outside, also sat back was playing up and asked if they could look at it while it?s there, solved the problem with sat nav but now it doesn?t talk to give directions.


The service reception staff helped me greatly and very friendly. I had problems in leaving work on time to collect my car and drop off the courtesy car I had and they made special arrangements for me to collect my car later in the evening and where even offering that staff could stay later to help me but I am happy to say that was not needed. The experience I have had from Renault Leicester has been so good that I have purchased another car with them.

The service and expected completion was fine. I was texted that the car had gone to valeting. However I was not happy and expressed this to the desk that 1 hour and 30 mins was far too long to wait for a car wash.


I had to bring my car into Renault Leicester on 3 separate occasions before it got repaired. Each time there was never a courtesy car available so my husband had to take time off work to follow me over & bring me home resulting in an 52 mile round trip in each occasion. Needless to say I will not be using Renault Leicester to service my car once it is out of warranty.


I have been coming to Renault Leicester for some years and have always had a pleasant welcome from the receptionists and have had every help from the engineers on any technical problems that have occured. The waiting area is comfortable and the coffee is good.


Renault Leicester gave me every assistance with the problem I had with the locking system on my megane. Renault UK customer services were very negative to my problem,I have yet to get any response from Mr Mark Crockett who I complained to about the issue I had (by letter)


Radio constantly losing signal, mentioned on previous service and nothing done, mentioned again and radio updated but still losing signal

I booked my car in for its first MOT back in September for 20th October and advised that I needed it back by 10am at the latest which I was informed would be ok. I was told to bring it at 8.30am. When my car went in for a recall I checked with whoever was on the reception who said that I could bring it at 8am. My plans then changed and I needed car back by 9am. I checked with the reception who then said that wouldn't be possible as they can't guarantee this. I then went into the dealer and was told this would be ok. On another occasion I was advised that VOSA can't be logged on until 8.30am which I was already aware of. I was at this stage seriously considering cancelling the MOT and going elsewhere. I was sick of being pished from pillar to post. I had a phone call from Chris who said to pop down to sort out. I went down the next day and Chris wasn't available. Made to just stand there. I went back in the afternoon. Finally got to speak with Chris. He assured me if I bought car down at 8am on the 20th Oct it would be started on. I duly turned up before 8am. I got car back at 9.05am. There was no mention if it being cleaned. I then had a phone call at 9.55am to say car was ready to be picked up!!! I am not happy with service I received. But its not the first time This is one of the reasons why I don't use dealers for servicing or MOTs. Very likely I won't use Renault again. I have been made to feel like a 2nd rate customer every since I purchased my car back in Aug 2016 and what a surprise I am still waiting for the cheque, that have been told over a dozen times is in the post for the referral I did. Renault you are a joke!!


Outstanding Sevice Reception Staff, they are all a credit to the company. Excellent Courtesy Vehicle, however the fuel gauge was inaccurate. After putting in œ6 of fuel, having covered 30 miles, the vehicle continued to present as empty. A further œ4.50 was put in and the gauge presented as having sufficient fuel for160 miles. My vehicle was returned Spotlessly clean, both inside and out. Very satisfied with the quality of the Servicing of my vehicle.


Always a good experience


I'm a driving instructor and noted an issue with the clutch sticking so took it to Renault in the morning with the promise that it would be fixed by the end of the day. At 3.30 I got a call from Kate who told me the car was fixed so I went and collected the car. When I got in the car, I noticed the issue still hadn't been fixed so spoke to Kate who told me she would get the mechanic to come out and check. Ash then came out and said it wasn't his problem and walked away. I was shocked by this attitude and Kate was there who heard this so she got the manager Chris to come out and see what had happened. Chris said he will speak to Ash (Not heard anything about this outcome) and that they would need to keep the car and sort it out. As I was going holiday for 2 weeks, the car was left with them and they told me they would call back in 2 weeks to advise that the car would be fixed. I called him 3 days later after my return to be told the car still hadn't been fixed and would be done the next morning. The next week Chris called me and said it was fixed but he still couldn't drop it off and that I needed to collect the car and that he would get me breakfast as a way of saying sorry. I made my way to collect the car a total of 5 weeks after the initial drop off and Chris then turned around and said he couldn't get me breakfast anymore and to take the car. Am disgusted by your service and would not recommend this to anyone. Disgusting.


It was in for a MOT


I was really pleased with the convenience of the collection and delivery option offered when my car came in for service as it meant that my car was collected while I was at work and returned before the end of my working day.


I have every confidence in bringing my vehicles to Renault Leicester. Good customer care, a few unusual issues with vehicles that were not found on first visit but always willing to remedy on future visit. To have communicated with the actual engineer working on the vehicle would have been beneficial in these instances I believe, due to the nature of the problem.


Very happy the way the job was done,a star for all.


I?m very unhappy and feel that I am being fobbed off been told that ongoing issue has been rectified but clearly hasn?t as I?m back to square one costing me in petrol and time to keep going back I even had a day off work to be here when they had arranged to collect my car and they never even turned up I rang to ask where they were was told I?d get a call back and never did so ended up taking it there myself driving in a car I?m unsure is safe with my baby very unhappy would not buy from Renault again

I was promised return at 4 pm but contacted at 3.45 to say more work was needed. the car had been with you all day. I got tge car back at 4.45


I?ve had my car since March 2018. The majority of the time it?s difficult to speak to anyone at the dealership. My car came back damaged and wasn?t cleaned. The service manager said he would resolve things but has been ?out of contact?. I have now escalated the issue to an Account Manager at Motability Operations. Possibly the worst customer service experience ever and it?s totally put me off having another Renault or recommending them.


Two issues When I arrived the cost for the MOT and service were confirmed but then I was offered a new air filter and a new fuel filter, I queried and told I did not really need them. Confused. If needed they should be in the Service as standard. The car had been externally washed but not wiped down well as windows were very streaky


Having a car through the motorbility scheme, I would have expected your service team to contact me for my business - this did not happen. After making contact, first appointment offered was something like six weeks away (to include a replacement car) and no other alternative solutions offered. When challenged, we were eventually offered a sooner appointment to include home collect but still something like a 4 week wait which is below expectation. Prior to service, RAC had to be called to attend as car would not start. Although RAC communicated directly and fault also communicated to collection staff, no feedback was given of fault rectification which would have re-installed confidence with the car. Car did not receive valeting. Car was also returned with part of the 'trim' (fuse box cover) detached and in foot well which I had to replace. On a positive note, the man who came to collect (much earlier than advised - woke me up!) was very friendly and polite.


Service carried out promptly no issues whatsoever.


Altogether our car was in the garage for 3 and a half weeks which seemed rather excessive. We always had to ring to see how the work was progressive. Initially we were told there was no courtesy car but eventually we were given one.


As the owners of Renault Zoe Owners Club i feel that the dealer has been amazing and we praise them regular within the club for there hard work always. always a pleasure taking the car to them.

Generally I was satisfied, failing to check all the things that have been done. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I got s phone call as promised as soon as the car was ready. I was hoping to have had the interior cleaned as I am not so good at cleaning the inside of the windscreen. You need long arms these days with the modern shapes.


It was dealt with well.


I found the reception staff friendly and helpful. Also the technician that worked on the car found a cheaper solution to resolve an MOT failure issue that was proactive and impressed me by saving me œ300 ish.


Gearbox problem still occurring. Van returned with a virtually empty washer/wiper reservoir after having work carried out on it.

I notified Renault of the work that needed carrying out on my car when booking my service which was done on the 22nd June. They didn?t order the parts to make repairs on the day of service so I had to wait weeks until 14th September to have the work done. I was told I would get a call when the parts were in but I never was, I had to make the calls. When the repairs were done on the 14th September they were done to a very poor standard. The stickers on the door frame have scratches and bubbles and you can see white paint which should be covered by the sticker. The sticker has since started peeling off. The fuel cap which was broke had been damaged where it has dropped on the floor each time I filled my car up which had damaged the paintwork on the fuel cap. The fuel cap was repaired to some extent, it doesn?t drop off anymore however the old fuel cap wasn?t replaced. I?m still waiting to hear that the parts are in for the repairs to be done again. I wouldn?t normally take the time to complete a survey but I?m completely dissatisfied!


No technician available to fix fault which cost me an MOT pass and resulted inhaving to return the vehicle for another visit Root cause of problem coting sround œ400 more than it should was the failure to warn that the battery was failing. Told be about œ40 to fix, cost about œ180


On the cleanliness question I put an 8/10. Car was cleaned inside and out but the boot was missed. Interestingly, on the service notes and bill, there is a charge for 250ml of screen wash which is strange because on the morning of the visit I filled the screen wash tank.

The nav system (tom tom) is .not explained clear enough, that too get updates, it will cost 50 pounds per year. When you can buy with unlimited updated from halfords for much less. Your updates need to be priced at a reasonable yearly cost, not a rip off price. This has left a bad taste in the mouth, we would recommend but warn others of this basic feature, which is great but is costly.

Unfortunately shortly after collecting the vehicle the satellite navigation and radio ceased to operate. I then had to take the car to Tiverton (our local garage) one hour away and it was found that it needed an SD update to the system. I understand that this should have been carried out by yourselves at the preinspection check. I have reported this back to Richard Parrott who was looking into the matter but as yet not got back to me. Overall I am very pleased with the comfort and performance of the car.

Love the car but the key card is a pain!! For the last 40 odd years my house key and car key have been on the same fob, separating them for no apparent reason is not a great idea ----I locked myself out of the house yesterday!!!!!!!!

Only one lissue we had we travelled to Chester on Wednesday 2/3 the weather was really terrible and the water in the wind screen wipers ran out we were on the motorway so we had to travel several miles with a really dirty windscreen that we couldn't see out which was quite dangerous so just a request to check the water is full when handing a car over. Why would you hand over a car that had no fuel in it? I literally had to go straight to the nearest petrol station. I felt that this showed lack of customer care and courtesy. Should the vehicle have had a pre delivery check over? I'm having to take my car back to the garage on Dec 14th to get a dodgy Eco switch sorted, and the LED day lights and front fog lights that don't work. When I booked the car in I asked the service department to check ALL switches, lights, and any other functions that are car that SHOULD be working. Hopefully that will be done! Other than that, the service that I have received (to date!) has been great

Very happy with overall experience and the car. I'd comment however, that the quality of the valet was not what I'd call excellent, as the alloys were not cleaned (other than a superficial wash) and a small scuff is on the left wing which I know was not there when I inspected the vehicle. I cannot now prove how that happened of course, but I believe it was part of the valet.

Does this constitute the extent of your required feedback? I want to know why Renault consider it acceptable to provide a sat nav system that consists of half the postcode For FS it's inferior to TomTom or any other AND THEN when you you go online to update the system it's about as intuitive as a dyslexic twat. Get your bloody act together and reply to me to explain how I get the sat nav to see both parts of a post code and direct me accordingly.. It's not rocket science but Reneoult is delivering a sub standard product. End of.!!!!!!!

The car was supposedly safety checked by the service dept but I suffered some basic issues taking the car home. Ten minutes after leaving the garage the tyre pressure monitoring alarm went off. when the tyres were checked the front passenger tyre was over inflated and the rear passenger tyre was down to 22 psi. After a further 30 miles the oil oil level alarm came in. Again this was topped up as the level was at the low level on the dip stick. Upon inspection of the car a couple of days later I noticed the passenger side sill was damaged due to the jack crushing it when the front wheels changed out. The air conditioning does not work as is booked into a local Renault for repair. If this is what you call service I would doubt if Leicester Renault is fit to be an agent. Please feel free to forward this survey to Renault UK.

Maybe need to quality check cars - some lose trim around the front wheel arch needs attention, but couldn't be fixed during handover - it may be down to "Renault built quality" - but could have been sorted on a new car.
