This is about my 4th vehicle from Renault so i’m fairly satisfied. But I hate these pointless surveys

Richard white who was our salesman was thoroughly professional and kept us informed all the way through from start to finish.


I was sold my new car by John Gardiner at Renault Enfield who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and polite at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for John, he explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had fully and concisely. He kept me up to date on the delivery arrangements for my new vehicle and on the day of collection he ensured I was happy with all the paperwork and explained anything I was unsure on. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated all the functions of my new car for me when sitting in it and even ensured that all the radio stations I wanted were tuned in. Overall John made my experience with Renault an enjoyable and straightforward one and I would not hesitate in recommending Renault, particularly John to my family and friends.

This is my fifth or sixth purchase from Renault Enfield (I was a customer at the previous premises from 2003) We feel that the safety and comfort levels of Renault cars speak for themselves. However, we find that customer service is very good at Renault Enfield. Richard remembered us by name from previous purchases and did everything to ease the process. The only disappointment was out of his hands and that was the long lead in time because we wanted a petrol vehicle. We are very satisfied customers and have even purchased a care from Renault Enfield for our daughter in the past


I never get anything less than perfect service when I visit enfield - from Dean the salesman, ash the finance manager and Scott the general sales manager. They are the reason I go back to enfield.


I did not encounter any problems in purchasing a new car or disposing of my old car.<br/>I was pleased that the dealer kept me informed about how the manufacture of the new car was progressing in the factory.


The only criticism I have is that My original appointment was made with a member of the Renault Sales Team. When I arrived for this appointment I was told by the Salesman that it had been double booked so I would be handed over to Nick Halsall who is the Dacia dealer in a rather cavalier manner. The original Salesman then totally ignored me, it would have been nice if he had come across at some stage to ensure I was happy or even acknowledged me on subsequent visits. That said I was delighted with NIck, his patience in explaining an automatic car to me (I'd never driven one before) and then the ensuing test drive was exemplary. I was torn between 2 models and his advice on the difference between to the two was invaluable. I cant praise him highly enough

I was really happy with Richard White. At no point did I feel pressured into buying the car. I'm not keen on sales people, I always feel like they are conning me somewhere, but didn't get that feeling from Richard at all. Would happy go back and buy from him again.

From start to end John was extremely helpful and accommodating. The showroom was very well kept and the staff were very friendly. Parking directly outside the dealership was a little difficult as there was so much stock on site but alternative arrangements were very straightforward.


When we took delivery, I am disabled and had to walk a fair distance to the vehicle, my wife was dealing with your sales exec and did not say anything about the interior which I thought was different to what was ordered we ordered totally black but this was black and a kind of grey? Also we wanted part leather and part material upholstery this seems like all leather but not according to your sales rep? But my wife who will be the main driver seems happy so I left it. All in all it is a very nice car.


the service and customer support was excellent. The approach of the finance part of renault I found unhelpful as they insisted on getting a lot of unneeded information and the agreement I had to sign was very complicated and onerous.<br/>This is not the fault of the salespeople but of renault finance itself


The overall experience was excellent. The one thing that has annoyed me is Renault sendinf me a marketing email stating your next car will be clio, only 10 das after picking up my dream car....why?

The only problem I have had ,was the person who booked me in wrongly advised me ,that you didn’t do a pick up service from where I live .However the garage told me this was wrong & that you do.Apart from that I am completely satisfied with the level of service.

I was disappointed I left my car at 9.30 collected at 5pm. It was in for MOT and service. I was pleased everything was ok with the car - no work to be done! I was disappointed I never received a video which was part of the deal. I also never got a car wash/clean. I did get offered to go back another day and they would do it. I didn't get time to do this. Giving up the car for a day anyway was enough and to spend more time just for a wash....... Plus


Polite friendly staff that kept me well informed and, because I also had a mot carried out, contacted me quickly to report works that needed doing. I had also arranged for the car to be picked up and delivered back to my work and I was very satisfied with this service.

Well received when I dropped the vehicle off and was informed a vehicle 'health check' had been performed -by this I assume it had been plugged into a computer for a read out. My vehicle was ready for collection at the pre arranged time and thus far I have had no problems.


It is clear that all Renault garages are inundated with customer backlog car repairs and servicing. Hence, there is a waiting period of several days to locate a garage that can deal with the matter.

The bookimg in of the car was easy. Unfortunatly there was no courtsey was avaiable.<br/>On the day a friend had let me down. I arrived at 8am to drop off,I explained to the situation to Narinder and asked if i could wait. He explained it was booked in for 10am and see what he could do.<br/>The car was taken staight in and finshed and cleaned by 10.30am he was very helpful and friendly. This was really apprivated.


Work was fine but they called to say it was ready and then I had to wait about 20 minutes for the valeting to be done.


The last time the van went in was because thr break wear light came on and when it came back the driver who delivered had no idea what had been done and we were not contacted to be told what had been done and were a bit concerned as it was to do with the breaks ,but waited until the following day thinking they were busy and would ring us before the end of the day but we had no contact by phone or email so the following day we had to call them up and find out what had been done .<br/>And the time before the van went in we recieved a parking ticket .the dealer paid it but we were just upset because in the picture my wheelchair adapted van was parked on the pavement blocking a dropped curb crossing

If you arrive bang on 8am to drop the car in before shooting offcto work the main door may not be open. Also the person at the desk was not very cheery. Don't Renault realise some people need to drop off as early as possible before work? Also previously on collecting I have not been phoned until not long before the garage closes - it is as if tge garage think all customers work on the same business park! They need to estimate better so customers can start to make their way there in anticipation the csr will be ready.

I bought my car from Renault Enfield and was very happy with the customer service I received then (March 2017) - this was the first service and all the staff were very helpful as I had to cancel my first appointment as I was unable to get to the garage. When I did take the car in a couple of weeks later, all the staff were very helpful and pleasant.


I found the service manager very helpful. I had arrived feeling a little anxious as was late for the appointment but he was very reassuring and put me at ease.

Due to some mechanical issues at the workshop, the MOT was to be done elsewhere and I was called and informed and asked if I wanted to change my appointment.


They told me I needed two new front tyers which one of them had a puncher and wasn’t repairable which I went strait away to the tyre shop they fixed with mentioning any problem.

Renault should think of having an extra show room and service garage in the East/North East..may be in Walthamstow as they have only the Enfield and romford sites

Was only booked in for a routine annual service. So on the whole all was ok. Vehicle got a clean bill of health as its still fairly new and under warranty. My only gripe was the issue that I reported regarding the notorious DAB problem on the Kadjar, whereby it persistently loses the signal on one particular station...I feel that the mechanic didn't really know what the problem was himself, as the explanation that he gave regarding simulcast being the issue was incorrect, and the problem is still there. Having read the online owners reviews on this problem, it would appear that Renault have not come up with a solution yet.


The man who I dealt with seemed to be in a really bad mood. He didn't talk unless he really had to. I felt really uncomfortable.


We have three vehicles in the house with different manufacturers but Renault Enfield is the best

My only issue is the Service plan I paid for on purchase of the car which I was told did not exist on arrival for the 1st service. Having then paid for the service and set up a 3 year plan to start now I was informed from sales that it had been set up and my service bill would be refunded. I've been on holiday and this isn't yet resolved or any money refunded!

I'm very happy with the level of service especially with the video to keep us informed.<br/>The only slight smudge on the day was that there was a mix up with the replacement vehicle. This meant that we had to make changes to our planned day but this was quickly resolved by the service being done instantly.<br/>All in all I'm a happy customer once again.


All ways had a good service from Renault Enfield


The van was booked for new brakes For Monday 5th February 2018. We paid our drivers overtime to come in early to bring the van over to you for 8:30.<br/>No work was carried out until the following morning. Tuesday 6th February. That meant we had a van off the road for 1 and a half days. This resulted in 1 days loss of income, and overtime pay which as as social enterprise we cannot afford.

I had a small leak in my car which the engineer didn't fix because he didn't have the available tools. Aside from that the service was fine but nothing special. The staff on the telephone was very helpful however.

I only required an MOT but foolishly left it to the last minute, but they managed to do the test before the road fund licence expired. Perhaps being a long standing customer helped but I'm still grateful


Roberto at the service desk is an absolute star. He makes the customer feel welcomed with his warm personality and professional approach. Roberto is good at his job and stays in contact with the customer regarding payment and payment options. I will come back to recieve his excellent customer service.


My car was collected by your service team for a service and returned afterwards, this was all carried out without a hitch.


Customer service was excellent the only thing that let them down was the car was not cleaned. It is my experience from other garages that when the car goes in for a service it comes back cleaned inside and out. It may be that as this was my first visit that this service is not offered and it was just an expectation on my part. Other than this the service i received from the garage was excellent.

The last time taking the car in was fine. However previously I have encountered problems where I have telephoned in advance to book my car in for work and getting a quote, and then on the day the person on the desk had nothing in the system from my call. This means that even though individuals are very good at renault Enfield, the 'pieces' do not seem to join up very well.


Lots of reminders that the date of the service was approaching. I phoned a few days before the due date in response to inform them of a problem re the car. Was told it had been recorded and would be investigated but when I turned up on the day there was no record; gave the impression all the contacted were just to tick boxes.

I have been telling the dealership that my van has a judder for about 18 month, every time I take it in they return it telling me the can’t find a problem and as soon as I get it back the van is still juddering, the van is under warranty and I want to get this sorted, I feel that they do not carry out a thorough enough test to find the problem!

Everyone I dealt with was polite, responsive and helpful.


Firstly, the women (Chelsea's) I spoke to to arrange a repair was fantastic. I understand she doesn't work at the Enfield branch so I asked the front desk to pass on my complements on picking up my car. It was late in the day on Friday when I spoke to Chelsea yet earlier in the day when I first called I was given no help at all and was told I had to get the car toed to Renault but they couldn't look at it for a week. This was a very stressful time as I needed the car for work in five days. <br/>On picking up my car the front desk couldn't really explain specifically what the work carried out involved, apart from it didn't take long to resolve. Mechanics were at lunch so the front desk couldn't call for assistance. I was already aware it was a immobiliser fault but with the lack of feedback to the cause/possibility of reoccurrence I have lost confidence in the car. <br/>We were then told by the front desk were to go to pick up my car and he would meet us outside to ensure my car wasn't boxed in. He didn't show and after about 10 minute wait the car park manager saw us waiting and sorted us out. <br/>I am a teacher so cannot receive calls before 4pm on a school day and despite informing Renault a number of times I still received a missed call with no message left. I had to phone back just to find out it was the front desk asking if I had picked up my car, which I did a week earlier. These are not complaints but feedback as asked. I am pleased that the problem was easy to fix and only costed the diagnostic fee. However, having to arrange the RAC to toe my car a mile from my house because a mobiliser fault renders the car inoperatable, (but simple for you to fix), seems antiquated. I do realise it is an anti-theft device, but surely there must be a simple DIY or RAC fix to at least allow the owner to drive the car such a short distance to get the car back to Renault.


Am going to go back to when the vehicle was sold to me felt I was missold as was told getting a diesel was better than petrol however I don't drive around as much this is why my vehicle keeps going in for repairs as I don't use the vehicle to its full capacity I don't do long drives


The collect and deliver back is a terrific bonus,i feel i can send my car away without any worry.<br/>The service was done quickly and i had my car back quickly.<br/>Customer care was superb.

When I serviced my car at the Enfield Renault workshop in 2016, I was very satisfied with the service, hence I had no qualms using the same service in 2017. However, following the service in December 2017, I noticed a message saying the tyres pressure needed adjustments, moreover my car was returned unwashed. I contacted the office on the 27th of December 2017 and was told at first to take the car to a petrol station to check the tyres myself. When I insisted it should have been checked during the service, I was told a manager will contact me. I am yet to receive a call back, neither has there been a message left on my phone to indicate that they tried to contact me. As a result, I am no longer confident that my car was serviced properly.


All very good, but I had to book at the last minute (which was very disruptive) because you don't leave messages on answerphones. I think you can change this policy to at least one message rather than hang up if someone does not answer straight away.


The parking is always a nightmare, the staff are quite intimidating and often do not explain what is going on. They are always nice at the last moment when the survey needs to be completed. In fact one person asked me to rate him 9-10, or no bother completing it! Not very ethical!!!


Other than my car being serviced I haven't had any dealings with the garage and from the survey I have been completely satisfied when my car has bee serviced.

I was surprised the routine maintenance took two days. I did not know until late on that I could not collect it the same day.

I have bought my cars from Renault Enfield since 1990. I am on my 11th car. That speaks volumes doesn't it?


I booked the service online but on arrival they had no knowledge of the booking. I was not contacted when the work was completed so went back at 3PM and found that it was ready. On collecting the vehicle I asked whether the service book had been stamped and was told it had been when in fact it had not. The car was cleaner than when I left it but the windows were not clean. I left £413.40 worse off and felt that my custom was not valued.


The overall experience was good. I was made to feel a valued customer by the person who dealt with me. He was pleasant and friendly. Overall for a service and customer experience I was very impressed. My car was one of the last of the day which was maybe why the cleaning was rushed

I think £179 for an oil and filter change is very expensive, but it had to be done for the warranty.


I was promptly seen, given the keys to my courtesy car, had a few questions answered and drove off to work, all done quickly and professionally. The courtesy car was impeccable (pretty much brand new) a great to drive. Got a call back to collect my vehicle a few hours later. Overall, everything done with ease.

Having visited another Renault dealership, I had my concerns. However Enfield have been great in getting my job completed. I am just awaiting the service advisor to give me a call to let me know the parts in for the warranty repair to go ahead. So hopefully this is done shortly. Also awaiting information regarding the radio on my vehicle, had many problems. Advisor said they will be recalling the vehicle for this or an update will be released shortly. So awaiting to be contacted regarding this issue too.

When I collected my car, only 1 keycard was available. The sales representative told us that one had been ordered for me which would take about 5 days to arrive. He said that I would be contacted to arrange an appointment to collect it and have it set up with the other key and the car. But I was not contacted by Renault. So seven working days later I contacted Renault. After my call had been passed to several people, someone thought to check whether it had actually arrived with the parts dept. It had. Why did nobody phone me to let me know? I was then offered an appointment to bring the car in - a week and a half away. When I said that I was concerned that I only had one keycard and would like an earlier appointment, I was offered one a week away. Of course I accepted that, but I am disappointed in the after sales service so far.

As i travel to collect my car i will use my local Renault dealer for after-sales/servicing. The car was promised to come with a service. Upon checking the service book it looks like it hasn't been stamped. I've been told this was an oversight and they are happy to stamp the book if I send it to them in the post but it doesn't fill me with confid nice that the service was ever undertaken. Not sure how an experienced service technician at a main dealer could forget to stamp a book. It's possible I guess, but wouldn't expect it. The sales lady was very helpful and and the transaction was straight forward and hassle free. Also noticed a small issue with the car. The 'source' button on the steering wheel is stuck pushed in. Unfortunately it's not logistically feasible to get this fixed at Enfield so I will have to convince a local garage that this is a warranty claim and not wear and tear.

I have received an exceptional service from Alasdair Hutton (sales executive at Enfield).From the moment I walked through the showroom door to when I drove the car away he provided a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and he presented as professional, knowledgeable ,accommodating and honest in his opinions. This is my fifth experience of buying a car and there is no doubt it has been the most positive experience to date. I hadn't planned to buy a Renault car and had been looking at Ford and VW and was planning to go to Nissan .However I read reviews on the Renault Kadjar and decided I would at least have a look at one. I didn't have an appointment but turned up at the showroom and this was when I first met Alasdair. He took the time to go through the features of the Kadjar and some of the great offers on pre -registered cars. During this visit he offered me a test drive and gave me a valuation on the car. At the same time I felt absolutely no pressure AT ALL to buy a car. This was in contrast to Ford and VW who seemed reluctant to value the car and never did offer me a test drive despite me going backwards and forwards to appointments. Finally I found the videos that Alasdair offered to do on all three cars that I was interested in invaluable. He was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on the car once I ordered it. Many thanks again and I do hope that he gets recognised for his outstanding service.

The sales lady was fantastic howeve very disappointed with the price that was quoted car was priced up at 18k was reduced to 17k then when i went on the web site it was priced at 17k anyway i think i should have been given the car for 16k feel cheated really currently taking this up with trading standards the manager was unwilling to acknowledge this, as i said the lady who sold me the car was fantastic shame the manager was not

Firstly I would like to say that I have not got my car yet I collect it tomorrow the 8th. Secondly the only reason I am changing my car is the fact that The new Dacia Stepway Laurente I purchased two years ago has rust on it which has left me very worried that it will break out in other places in the future. The rust is in a place under the bonnet around the spot welds, places where it cannot be caused by stone chips and the car no longer gives me any confidence as I would be very worried about rust breaking out in other areas that I cannot see. Mark in the service department was very helpful and after investigation he did agree that it was indeed rust and would get it sorted out for me but my confidence in the vehicle was shot by that time which was a pity as I did like the vehicle but I would not ever purchase another Dacia. So I have had to a buy a different vehicle which has made me spend money I really did not want to spend and was a little upset about the amount of part exchange that was offered to me. I was seriously thinking of not buying from Renault Retail Enfield again but in the end decided to give you one more chance and came to the conclusion that I was unlucky with the Dacia but do believe that in this day and age 2 year old vehicles should not be going rusty. The staff by the way are all friendly and helpful, but I am a little disgruntled what has happened to my Dacia.

My experience was excellent. I was so impressed that not only my van was a registered demo "discounted" it was in the showroom and perfect condition too. This was also made even more pleasurable by your Sales Lady who was exceptional. She had prepared everything for me when i arrived, worked to a cronological order with it. Licenced my van and gave me carpet mats too. Perfect!!!! Just to add i am an Ex Renault Employee as worked for Renault Trucks in Reading nearly 25 years ago!!! I also previously owned a Renault Extra van which never failed me after ten years. It died only by corrosion. Once again many thanks.

The only issue I had is I wasn't happy that I have to book my car back in in order to get it touched up on paintwork, they are minor but quite a few scattered around vehicle. It shouldn't of been given to me like that. I know it's a used car but still it should have been sorted. The Ariel was bent I was then given a new one. However the salesman who dealt with me throughout was friendly.

The whole experience was brilliant. It was the first time I have bought a car from a dealership (second car) and I would definitely consider buying from RRG again. The car was delivered to our home address which was very nice. However the tyres had less than a bar, which was dangerous. This should have been picked up during the "services". Furthermore, the car was advertised with a inflation kit which was refused to us as we had a spare tyre. As this was a fleet purchase, and financed under our own Contract Hire arrangements, the offer of finance was not applicable. With the above in mind, and it is the 3rd Kangoo, we didn't require a test drive. The vehicle was delivered and I know Mark Buzer well, so this was arranged over the telephone. The vehicle arrived on time and was very clean considering the weather conditions and the extra's had be fitted correctly.

The vehicle was purchased form Spain so I did not see it until it was delivered. The vehicle was delivered in very clean condition. However it was delivered without a spare wheel jack and associated tools, and cigarette lighter. Also the purchase mileage had changed from 8818 miles as stated on your invoice to delivered mileage 9557. As part of the sale a full tank of fuel would be provided it was 3/4 full when delivered. This is a second purchase I have made with Renault Enfield and on both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Richard White and I find a great person to deal with and he knows my needs in cars. In regards to the service department that I have dealt with since the purchase of my first car back in April 2013 I find them not the happiest of people and I found myself phoning them to find out the status of my car when they have failed to do so. I find that there is never a service car when I have had to bring my car in and I find this an inconvenience. I decided to purchase my new car from Renault Enfield on the strength of the quality Richard White and his customer service he brings to customers. I never fill in these kind of forms but I thought now is the time to do so. Kind regards

Disappointing experience. Started well with the video of the car I had found on the internet but fell down at the handover. Still waiting to receive correct mats after being fobbed off with incorrectly fitting mats. Still trying to work out the radio as were not told correct info. No aftersales service at all. Have rung requesting warranty paperwork as none was given. Hoping Swindon Renault will answer my queries which is where I am off now as a warning light about tyre pressure came up as soon as we reached home. Finance was not required.

No sure what the aftersales department is so unsure how to answer. Maybe I was and I missed this. Roland was a superb sales executive unlike other Renault dealerships I visited. Also he insisted on a test drive of different size engines to enable me to compare.

Helder was a polite salesman. I had a couple of issues with the car which he tried his best to resolve but he did not have particularly good backup from the aftersales department. Resolved eventually.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. It was very poor right from the outset. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had travelled to view a particular car that I wished to purchase, I would have gone elsewhere. During the test drive I asked the salesman if the car would be serviced prior to collection, to which he said yes definitely. I also emailed to confirm this and received a response to say yes, the car would be serviced prior to collection. The handover of the new car was very disappointing, I was just handed the keys. I was not shown how the media nav worked or the Bluetooth phone connectivity. Whilst sitting in the car trying to fathom it all out, it became apparent that I hadn't been given a service book. I found a folder in the glovebox with a book in, which I took to the receptionist and asked where I would find the service book. She explained services would be listed in the back of the handbook. We looked and no service had been recorded. The receptionist took me to the service desk and they looked on the computer to see if the car had been serviced and it hadn't. They spoke with the salesman and service department and I refused to take the car until it had been serviced. It was agreed it would be serviced there and then. I had to wait a further two hours for this to be completed which resulted in an extremely stressful afternoon with two children waiting for the car to be ready. Once the car had been serviced the mechanic asked if I knew how everything worked, to which I replied, I had no idea and hadn't been shown. The mechanic called the salesman over and asked him to set the phone and media nav up for me and our journey home. I really didn't expect that buying a vehicle from a large Renault dealer would be so poor, disappointing, and stressful. I have owned Fiat for the past 20 years and buy a new car every 2-3 years and I have always received a fantastic level of service and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Friends and family had recommended Renault and I thought this time I would try Renault, but so far my experience has been very disappointing.

service needs to improve, I was given a car with chipped windscreen. Before the handover car should have been checked, MOT was carried out but chipped on the windscreen was missed off. I was advised that chipped windscreen doesn't effect the driving of the car and it has passed its MOT so its ok to handover the vehicle, I would call this a sub standard customer services. sales person Nick was good.

I dont have any questions at the moment but I do have a comment which I feel I need to make you aware of. This relates to the paint work of the car,,,,,,,,,which to my disappointment is extremely THIN ! In comparison to my previous vehicle - the SKODA FABIA......the paint surface appeared to be so robust in comparison. Maybe this could be relayed to the designers........

Very pleased with service we received from Helder. Didnt need finance as we paid cash. The car had to be brought in from elsewhere so wasnt available to test drive.

I would just like to say I think Helder was fantastic he was not pushy like most sales people, I was honest with him from the start and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to leave with the car I wanted. I left Renault very Happy not just because of my new car but because Helder was very nice and helpful thank you Helder.

First class service from the dealer in the show room, (Kietan ) he went the extra mile and came in on he's day off so we could have our new cars, he was very patient with all the questions I asked and gave me the answers. Very pleased with our new cars.

Renault finance, called regarding my Twingo I had part exchanged, as I'd asked for a settlement figure. They asked why I wanted it and my details and then hung up. This really was bad customer service and really made me think did I make the right choice about staying with renault

My previous car was a Scenic so test drive on vehicle purchased with only 7 miles on clock was not necessary. I had already researched the garage so was aware of aftersales. The salesman Dan was very helpful and transaction was completed quickly and to my liking.
