I was sold my new car by John Gardiner at Renault Enfield who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and polite at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for John, he explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had fully and concisely. He kept me up to date on the delivery arrangements for my new vehicle and on the day of collection he ensured I was happy with all the paperwork and explained anything I was unsure on. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated all the functions of my new car for me when sitting in it and even ensured that all the radio stations I wanted were tuned in. Overall John made my experience with Renault an enjoyable and straightforward one and I would not hesitate in recommending Renault, particularly John to my family and friends.

My answers here are based on Renault in general. I wanted to exchange my car a while back and after visiting the showroom during a service, I received no attention at all. However, after my service i was contacted directly by Renault and the service I got from James Harris was great.

The entire experience of purchasing a new car at RENAULT ENFIELD was excellent from start to finish. This is my fifth or sixth purchase from Renault Enfield (I was a customer at the previous premises from 2003) We feel that the safety and comfort levels of Renault cars speak for themselves. However, we find that customer service is very good at Renault Enfield. Richard remembered us by name from previous purchases and did everything to ease the process. The only disappointment was out of his hands and that was the long lead in time because we wanted a petrol vehicle. We are very satisfied customers and have even purchased a care from Renault Enfield for our daughter in the past


I never get anything less than perfect service when I visit enfield - from Dean the salesman, ash the finance manager and Scott the general sales manager. They are the reason I go back to enfield.


I did not encounter any problems in purchasing a new car or disposing of my old car. I was pleased that the dealer kept me informed about how the manufacture of the new car was progressing in the factory.


The only criticism I have is that My original appointment was made with a member of the Renault Sales Team. When I arrived for this appointment I was told by the Salesman that it had been double booked so I would be handed over to Nick Halsall who is the Dacia dealer in a rather cavalier manner. The original Salesman then totally ignored me, it would have been nice if he had come across at some stage to ensure I was happy or even acknowledged me on subsequent visits. That said I was delighted with NIck, his patience in explaining an automatic car to me (I'd never driven one before) and then the ensuing test drive was exemplary. I was torn between 2 models and his advice on the difference between to the two was invaluable. I cant praise him highly enough

I took my car in for a service on the Friday to be told I needed 2 new shocks and they would be ordered and fitted on Monday. I returned Monday as the dealer opened and was told I'll get a call later on that day when the job was done. By 4pm my car had not moved from where I parked it. When enquiring at the dealer I was told it would not get done today and I would have to return it the following day. When I had a chat with one of the mechanics outside I asked if they had been busy and he responded with no, actually its been very quiet for a change. On Tuesday I turned up at the dealer before it had opened to make sure my car would be seen to ASAP. I spent another full day (off work) to be told once again at around 3pm (at this point up-to 2pm the car was still parked where I had left it) that their spring compressor wasn't working and they have sent it off to a local garage and the car would not be back that day. I was given a courtesy car by the garage but was told that it needed to be back by 8am as it was booked out to another customer that day (I find unacceptable). Wednesday, The 3rd day in a row at the garage and another day off work (unplanned) I finally got a phone call around 1pm to say the car was finally done. The garage did apologise for the issues and took some money off the bill however the damage to their reputation was already done. In the total 3 full days at Enfield I could have driven the car 5 hours back up the country to the Renault garage I had bought it from, had the parts fitted and driven back down quicker that Enfield could fit 2 front shock absorbers. Overall I would likely not use this garage again going forward despite it been my closest main dealer to my address. Having looked at some reviews while waiting this seems to be a common issues


Unfortunately the air con machine was broken so was unable to check my air conditioner problem


Very difficult to park car prior to Booking it in although fortunately a staff member noticed my problem and took keys from me & parked car for me. I was told I’d receive a call by 5.30 at latest to say collect car. I had no call. Waited until 6.30 & then rang to ask about collecting car. Was told very busy & not quite ready. So said I’d collect it next morning. I should have had a call to advise me of delay. Fortunately I didn’t need the car that night but could have been a problem if I had. Should have had update call to advise of delay but didn’t get any calls at all.


Could be a little more welcoming when I first arrived. Had to figure out where to park and signage to Service desk was not apparent.


Really appreciated the video showing the quality of my tyres and slight damage underneath that may need repairing. This was very informative.

I booked in for a mini Service as at my first service of this car I was told I would have a mini service in 6 months! True to the word 6 months later the orange light appears and says car needs service! Book car in. I pay on a monthly DD plan and checked before I booked that all was in order. Assured it was. When I turn up the guy in Renault says I am not due a service and therefore would have to pay. Said I am not paying as I have a plan in place and could they turn the orange light off saying service as it annoys me when driving at night. Said No told me to just turn the dashboard light down. Then says I will have to Phone the people who do the plan to see if you have enough money for a service! I told him it was you guys that wanted my car back for a service!!! He phones them in front of me and makes me feel like a criminal asking for a service when I have "no money" on my plan!!!! Well he phones and is told of course they can do the service I pay religiously by DD and they have my money!! What a surprise! I was also told my car should have been in at 08.30 but I was told on the phone to bring it in by 9.00! Again he went on saying well I would now have to join the queue! Ok So I am told maximum 2 hours! 3 hours later....still waiting for car. I have a feeling this garage does not like women! very polite to the men but I see the same approach again to another women! I pay the bills, I am a professional business women and I have the same right as my husband to buy my own car. I will not purchase again from Renault when I am due to trade in and especially not from the Enfield store! Disgrace.


Even though I was completely satisfied, I only marked 9 as there is always room for improvement. I would not be a Renault customer for over 30 years if I was not getting complete satisfaction.


Everything was fine, except the service due in 13 days is now showing on the Kadjar and not sure what should be done.

More organised parking space for service vehicles. Forecourt is completely crowded with vehicles.


The problem was the RAC / courtesy car service- no courtesy car was provided for 2 days and we had to wait for hours for Renault Assistance to even agree to provide a taxi to get us home from where the car had been towed to (Renault Enfield). The service and repair service for the car itself was very good

I always take my car for annual service here, usually this is done on the same day and I get a phone call in the afternoon to say it is ready for collection in the evening. On this occasion additional work was needed to pass the MOT, they had to order parts so the car was not ready until the following day. Obviously sometimes additional work is needed - my issue is just that they did not call me in the afternoon to say the car would not be ready that evening - in fact I had to call them for an update and didn't find out until about 5pm, which was very late notice for me to change my travel plans for the following day.

Considering that my brand new car at only 2000 miles broke down, wasn't a good experience to start with. The RAC car came after 1.30 min, which was fast, after being advised, I would have to wait between 3-4H. Anyway at Enfield dealership, I haven't received much support and I had to ask questions, so I could figure out what would be next. Also I wasn't offered at any stage a replacement car or a solution. Basically I only handed my car, book a service slot and that was all. This is my first car and first time to experience such thing. I would have liked to be instructed properly and being advise on what kind of support I am entitled to. However the guy from RAC, witch was kind enough, advised me I may be entitled for a replacement car and contacted Dacia and from there I have booked the car. This happened on a Friday and on Monday I have received a phone call saying that my car needs a certain piece, which needs ordered to be made and will take between 5-10 days. So I handed my car on 27 July and I had it back on 9 of August. In regards to Enterprise rent a car again lack of information. Also the replacement car was supposed to be delivered on Saturday a 10 a.m and when I have called on the day at 11:30 a.m, they said that this was not confirmed, as I have not answered with a night before, at their call which I have not received. No missed call or voice mail left and they haven't bothered to contact me on Saturday morning. I had to book a taxi straight away and pick up the car by 12 pm. So I only had 20 min to get down to Hertford and pick it up. Also the car offered, had a pin on the nav map and the lady supposed to call me on the Monday but never did and I had figure it out myself by Monday anyway. So over all I can't complain, as it was dealt with my car and I did had a replacement car, but as I have said previously the lack of information didn't made things smoothly for me.

Your staff are good. I'm happy with the service. It takes a long time to service the car. Your staff were fine with me picking up my car the next day, which I appreciate. I live quite far away, so I effectively have to take a day and a half off work to get a service. This is far from ideal. I bought a new car from you whilst I was there. The dealer is doing a good job, but I still don't have a date or even a good estimate on delivery. I'm not too happy about this. Again, my dealer is not at fault here. He is doing his best with everything. I would like a clear date for delivery, however.

Very friendly and efficient service and excellent advice regarding condition and safety issues affecting vehicle.


I brought the car in for its final 'free' service, as well as the MOT it would need. I had identified known issues - notably an apparently leaking water bottle) when booking the appointment, which I made clear I wanted to be a 'while you wait' service. Renault ran the MOT straightaway, and I was told it failed because of... the broken water bottle - for the repair of which parts needed to be ordered for the next day. There was no courtesy car available, so I was unable to drive away and had to incur inconvenience and cost (financially and in terms of time) until I was able to collect the car two days later. This was a problem entirely of Renault's making. Instead of investigating the problem and the solution and discussing the options with me, it ran the MOT and failed it owing to a problem I had already told Renault about. The outrageous cost of the repairs and parts - what a racket this is! - added insult to injury. I will be going to my local garage in future.


Initially i was given a time scale for completion. This then became endless within days, my expectation was dashed and endless calls were met by a grumpy service manager. I asked about somebody work and was given shirt shrift that this wasn't the sort of work Enfield did and to go else where, without even a suggestion of where to get body work done. I also pointed out that someone had reversed the van without due care as they had bent a security feature by knocking it into the kerb. No apology was forthcoming and i had to remind them on collection to fix the item. On the whole communication was very poor indeed and i was very unhappy with the manager Robertos attitude. I would not recommend the Enfield branch and have no idea why this is a Renault flagship branch.

A good communication of time of collection and return! Exacelent updates of any issues .


The customer service was great, they were helpful, efficient and profesional, but all the repairs were extremely expensive. We paid more than two hundred pounds to just change one fog light! And to fix one of the parking sensors was more than seven hundred pounds!! That's outrageous!! We are going to look for cheaper alternatives in the future.


The only complaint I have is that I was told my car was ready but still had to wait for it for about 20mins as it was still being cleaned. Otherwise no problems.

A video was sent to my phone explaining brake discs 70% inefficient. Collected my car, paperwork was not available. Paperwork found in workshop waiting for instructions re break discs but no-one phoned me following phone video to ask whether I wanted them replaced. Just got a call saying my car was ready for collection. Car was returned unwashed.

Staff at booking were excellent. Phoned when they said they would. Clear in what they had to tell me about my car. Were very patient......even though I arrived at closing time, 5:30.


I felt dismissed when I raised an issue with the traction battery. On collection I was told it had charged fine at the dealer but they didn't charge it so I this was an outright lie (confirmed via ze services) . I've since found out it's a common problem with a known solution so I will have to return it to the dealer to have this carried out. Was handed a customer satisfaction survey that stated I have to mark it as 9 or 10 or it counts against them and the service staff stood over me while I completed it. Received a follow up email which was generic encouraging me to mark 9/10 on this survey. Car wasn't cleaned despite them having it for three days instead of one. Was never offered a courtesy car despite them keeping my car for longer than originally planned.


Car was NOT va and I did expect them to fix the error by Renault repairer a year ago. (When putting abs wiring loom back was incorrectly routed through wheel arch, off side front, instead of through engine bay). This was noted on service report and I have requested this be put right on next service in 2019. Hopefully this is not a driving/breaking risk!


Only thing I didn't like was the haphazard "queue" to be seen at the service desk on checking in.

After my routine service, I was advise that a part was needed but it would be covered under warranty. I booked the vehicle in to have the work done. I was not told what work was to conducted or what part was needed. I was given no paperwork at all, even after I had requested it.


My experience was very good and i will definetly return when my car needs servicing again.

Problem 1: I requested for a collect and deliver service. This was available online. However I was called then contacted by your office to say that the next available date was like 6 weeks away, a date deliberately chosen I would guess so that it was not acceptable as it would be after the MOT expired. So I was forced to take time off work to deliver the car to you. Problem 2. I came in first thing in the morning 30 minutes before my appointment and there was no customer parking available anywhere. My other car is a Toyota and when I go there for servicing there is plenty of customer parking. When the serving was complete, the car was left in a tight spot that was incredibly difficult to come out of. I do not go to a garage for servicing and take huge collision risk whilst trying to park. Problem 3. There is an error message on my dashboard "check brake lights" even though my brake lights are working fine. I asked for this to be cleared, but was told there is a diagnostic fee of £59+VAT. That felt like just a way to make more money without actually fixing the issue. So I declined. Problem 4. As I was paying for my invoice, I asked whether the service book had been stamped and was assured that it had been. Just as I was about to drive off I checked the book and it was not ! So I had to go back to the service advisor again. Problem? No parking available anymore and I was blocking the main entrance. Unnecessary stress. As a result of all of this, I do not intend to ever return to Renault Enfield and to never buy a Renault car again. Owning a Renault is far too stressful and time consuming. There are plenty of other brands and garages around that would make my life easier. I mentioned all of this in an email to CHAGGAR Narinder <narinder.chaggar@renault.co.uk>, but have received absolutely no acknowledgement or apology - thereby confirming that customer service and customer retention is clearly not a priority at this garage. Very disappointing.

I find it difficult to come to the dealership myself as I find the parking really difficult to manage and I am not always sure on the best place to park to leave enough space to get my wheelchair out. Renault were happy to arrange delivery and collection of my vehicle for me but if the parking was easier I would be happy to bring the car myself.

The car was serviced and washed, but the wash has stained the chrome trim on the bottom of the doors. Call the dealer and they took a message to pass on to the service desk as they had finished for the day, and to date no body has called me back. The service manager needs to go on a customer care course.


The staff are very difficult to deal and do not listen. They also undermine women!!!!

Everything was fine, except for two aspects: firstly, the time it takes to carry out the repairs/service (often quoted as being an "all day" job, but thankfully not quite that long) and secondly, the amount of times that feedback is required. If I have a problem with Renault or one of the advisers or the job, I will return to Renault and let them know. Until then, filling out numerous feedback surveys is often irrelevant.

I was disappointed I left my car at 9.30 collected at 5pm. It was in for MOT and service. I was pleased everything was ok with the car - no work to be done! I was disappointed I never received a video which was part of the deal. I also never got a car wash/clean. I did get offered to go back another day and they would do it. I didn't get time to do this. Giving up the car for a day anyway was enough and to spend more time just for a wash....... Plus

Well received when I dropped the vehicle off and was informed a vehicle 'health check' had been performed -by this I assume it had been plugged into a computer for a read out. My vehicle was ready for collection at the pre arranged time and thus far I have had no problems.


It is clear that all Renault garages are inundated with customer backlog car repairs and servicing. Hence, there is a waiting period of several days to locate a garage that can deal with the matter.

Work was fine but they called to say it was ready and then I had to wait about 20 minutes for the valeting to be done.


The bookimg in of the car was easy. Unfortunatly there was no courtsey was avaiable. On the day a friend had let me down. I arrived at 8am to drop off,I explained to the situation to Narinder and asked if i could wait. He explained it was booked in for 10am and see what he could do. The car was taken staight in and finshed and cleaned by 10.30am he was very helpful and friendly. This was really apprivated.


The last time the van went in was because thr break wear light came on and when it came back the driver who delivered had no idea what had been done and we were not contacted to be told what had been done and were a bit concerned as it was to do with the breaks ,but waited until the following day thinking they were busy and would ring us before the end of the day but we had no contact by phone or email so the following day we had to call them up and find out what had been done . I had problems with my car which was bought from Renualt Enfield, there was a leakage in the car anytime it rains, took the car to Enfield to be checked. Was told that the problem has been resolved, but low and below, leakage resurfaced at the same spot when it rained the following week. this time i was told categorically that my warranty do not cover the repairs. i put in a complaint only to be told that, the first problem was a favour, and i need to pay if i want the said problem to be resolved. I really find it hard to be believe what I was told: Did they not checked my warranty when I brought in the car ? Was the said problem properly done or not? The said problem was not diagnosed properly in the first instance, as I was told that, the leakage was from the back of the car but not from the front as previously advised? counting on your full cooperation on this matter. regards


The service was completed quickly but I had to wait about 30 minutes for the wash and it was not a very good job.


Dave was excellent treated me as an individual and kept me informed. It is great to go back to a dealership and see the same faces. This helps build confidence in your service.

When I collected my car, only 1 keycard was available. The sales representative told us that one had been ordered for me which would take about 5 days to arrive. He said that I would be contacted to arrange an appointment to collect it and have it set up with the other key and the car. But I was not contacted by Renault. So seven working days later I contacted Renault. After my call had been passed to several people, someone thought to check whether it had actually arrived with the parts dept. It had. Why did nobody phone me to let me know? I was then offered an appointment to bring the car in - a week and a half away. When I said that I was concerned that I only had one keycard and would like an earlier appointment, I was offered one a week away. Of course I accepted that, but I am disappointed in the after sales service so far.

The car was promised to come with a service. Upon checking the service book it looks like it hasn't been stamped. I've been told this was an oversight and they are happy to stamp the book if I send it to them in the post but it doesn't fill me with confid nice that the service was ever undertaken. Not sure how an experienced service technician at a main dealer could forget to stamp a book. It's possible I guess, but wouldn't expect it. The sales lady was very helpful and and the transaction was straight forward and hassle free. Also noticed a small issue with the car. The 'source' button on the steering wheel is stuck pushed in. Unfortunately it's not logistically feasible to get this fixed at Enfield so I will have to convince a local garage that this is a warranty claim and not wear and tear.

I have received an exceptional service from Alasdair Hutton (sales executive at Enfield).From the moment I walked through the showroom door to when I drove the car away he provided a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and he presented as professional, knowledgeable ,accommodating and honest in his opinions. This is my fifth experience of buying a car and there is no doubt it has been the most positive experience to date. I hadn't planned to buy a Renault car and had been looking at Ford and VW and was planning to go to Nissan .However I read reviews on the Renault Kadjar and decided I would at least have a look at one. I didn't have an appointment but turned up at the showroom and this was when I first met Alasdair. He took the time to go through the features of the Kadjar and some of the great offers on pre -registered cars. During this visit he offered me a test drive and gave me a valuation on the car. At the same time I felt absolutely no pressure AT ALL to buy a car. This was in contrast to Ford and VW who seemed reluctant to value the car and never did offer me a test drive despite me going backwards and forwards to appointments. Finally I found the videos that Alasdair offered to do on all three cars that I was interested in invaluable. He was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on the car once I ordered it. Many thanks again and I do hope that he gets recognised for his outstanding service.

Firstly I would like to say that I have not got my car yet I collect it tomorrow the 8th. Secondly the only reason I am changing my car is the fact that The new Dacia Stepway Laurente I purchased two years ago has rust on it which has left me very worried that it will break out in other places in the future. The rust is in a place under the bonnet around the spot welds, places where it cannot be caused by stone chips and the car no longer gives me any confidence as I would be very worried about rust breaking out in other areas that I cannot see. Mark in the service department was very helpful and after investigation he did agree that it was indeed rust and would get it sorted out for me but my confidence in the vehicle was shot by that time which was a pity as I did like the vehicle but I would not ever purchase another Dacia. So I have had to a buy a different vehicle which has made me spend money I really did not want to spend and was a little upset about the amount of part exchange that was offered to me. I was seriously thinking of not buying from Renault Retail Enfield again but in the end decided to give you one more chance and came to the conclusion that I was unlucky with the Dacia but do believe that in this day and age 2 year old vehicles should not be going rusty. The staff by the way are all friendly and helpful, but I am a little disgruntled what has happened to my Dacia.

I did not require to meet the Aftersales Team as i travled nearly over 160 mile round trip to make my purchase, and servicing will be undertaken by my local Renault agent. My experience was excellent. I was so impressed that not only my van was a registered demo "discounted" it was in the showroom and perfect condition too. This was also made even more pleasurable by your Sales Lady who was exceptional. She had prepared everything for me when i arrived, worked to a cronological order with it. Licenced my van and gave me carpet mats too. Perfect!!!! Just to add i am an Ex Renault Employee as worked for Renault Trucks in Reading nearly 25 years ago!!! I also previously owned a Renault Extra van which never failed me after ten years. It died only by corrosion. Once again many thanks.

The only issue I had is I wasn't happy that I have to book my car back in in order to get it touched up on paintwork, they are minor but quite a few scattered around vehicle. It shouldn't of been given to me like that. I know it's a used car but still it should have been sorted. The Ariel was bent I was then given a new one. However the salesman who dealt with me throughout was friendly.

The whole experience was brilliant. It was the first time I have bought a car from a dealership (second car) and I would definitely consider buying from RRG again. Everything that I asked to be done (alloy wheel scratches fixed, chips painted, new floor mats and new key) were carried out and the car was delivered on time despite work being done during the Easter break.

The car was delivered to our home address which was very nice. However the tyres had less than a bar, which was dangerous. This should have been picked up during the "services". Furthermore, the car was advertised with a inflation kit which was refused to us as we had a spare tyre. Though, if the car was advertised with such kit, we should have legally received it with no argument....

As this was a fleet purchase, and financed under our own Contract Hire arrangements, the offer of finance was not applicable. With the above in mind, and it is the 3rd Kangoo, we didn't require a test drive. The vehicle was delivered and I know Mark Buzer well, so this was arranged over the telephone. The vehicle arrived on time and was very clean considering the weather conditions and the extra's had be fitted correctly.

The vehicle was purchased form Spain so I did not see it until it was delivered. The vehicle was delivered in very clean condition. However it was delivered without a spare wheel jack and associated tools, and cigarette lighter. Also the purchase mileage had changed from 8818 miles as stated on your invoice to delivered mileage 9557. As part of the sale a full tank of fuel would be provided it was 3/4 full when delivered. This is a second purchase I have made with Renault Enfield and on both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Richard White and I find a great person to deal with and he knows my needs in cars. In regards to the service department that I have dealt with since the purchase of my first car back in April 2013 I find them not the happiest of people and I found myself phoning them to find out the status of my car when they have failed to do so. I find that there is never a service car when I have had to bring my car in and I find this an inconvenience. I decided to purchase my new car from Renault Enfield on the strength of the quality Richard White and his customer service he brings to customers. I never fill in these kind of forms but I thought now is the time to do so. Kind regards

Disappointing experience. Started well with the video of the car I had found on the internet but fell down at the handover. Still waiting to receive correct mats after being fobbed off with incorrectly fitting mats. Still trying to work out the radio as were not told correct info. No aftersales service at all. Have rung requesting warranty paperwork as none was given. Hoping Swindon Renault will answer my queries which is where I am off now as a warning light about tyre pressure came up as soon as we reached home. Finance was not required.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. It was very poor right from the outset. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had travelled to view a particular car that I wished to purchase, I would have gone elsewhere. During the test drive I asked the salesman if the car would be serviced prior to collection, to which he said yes definitely. I also emailed to confirm this and received a response to say yes, the car would be serviced prior to collection. The handover of the new car was very disappointing, I was just handed the keys. I was not shown how the media nav worked or the Bluetooth phone connectivity. Whilst sitting in the car trying to fathom it all out, it became apparent that I hadn't been given a service book. I found a folder in the glovebox with a book in, which I took to the receptionist and asked where I would find the service book. She explained services would be listed in the back of the handbook. We looked and no service had been recorded. The receptionist took me to the service desk and they looked on the computer to see if the car had been serviced and it hadn't. They spoke with the salesman and service department and I refused to take the car until it had been serviced. It was agreed it would be serviced there and then. I had to wait a further two hours for this to be completed which resulted in an extremely stressful afternoon with two children waiting for the car to be ready. Once the car had been serviced the mechanic asked if I knew how everything worked, to which I replied, I had no idea and hadn't been shown. The mechanic called the salesman over and asked him to set the phone and media nav up for me and our journey home. I really didn't expect that buying a vehicle from a large Renault dealer would be so poor, disappointing, and stressful. I have owned Fiat for the past 20 years and buy a new car every 2-3 years and I have always received a fantastic level of service and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Friends and family had recommended Renault and I thought this time I would try Renault, but so far my experience has been very disappointing.

service needs to improve, I was given a car with chipped windscreen. Before the handover car should have been checked, MOT was carried out but chipped on the windscreen was missed off. I was advised that chipped windscreen doesn't effect the driving of the car and it has passed its MOT so its ok to handover the vehicle, I would call this a sub standard customer services. sales person Nick was good.

I dont have any questions at the moment but I do have a comment which I feel I need to make you aware of. This relates to the paint work of the car,,,,,,,,,which to my disappointment is extremely THIN ! In comparison to my previous vehicle - the SKODA FABIA......the paint surface appeared to be so robust in comparison. Maybe this could be relayed to the designers........

Very pleased with service we received from Helder. Didnt need finance as we paid cash. The car had to be brought in from elsewhere so wasnt available to test drive.

I would just like to say I think Helder was fantastic he was not pushy like most sales people, I was honest with him from the start and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to leave with the car I wanted. I left Renault very Happy not just because of my new car but because Helder was very nice and helpful thank you Helder.

Renault finance, called regarding my Twingo I had part exchanged, as I'd asked for a settlement figure. They asked why I wanted it and my details and then hung up. This really was bad customer service and really made me think did I make the right choice about staying with renault

My previous car was a Scenic so test drive on vehicle purchased with only 7 miles on clock was not necessary. I had already researched the garage so was aware of aftersales. The salesman Dan was very helpful and transaction was completed quickly and to my liking.
