Quite happy with the experience


Please see previous comment...manager was helpful pleasant and nice during the initial purchasing stages... but then the sales rep who he handed over to to oversee the delivery and customer hand over would require some training. I would have to go back for clarifications on some equipment and some functions

The only problem is that the eco button does not stay on, I keep forgetting to switch it on


I had a dreadful experience buying my new Zoe - it started with a salesperson who didn't respond to my queries and then when he did, he was impossible to get a straight answer from. I tried to complain and in the end contacted a Director on LinkedIn as I was getting nowhere. The whole process was rescued by Richard White - the scores I've given in this do not reflect on Richard but on my overall experience. The scores would be worse without Richard's involvement. I still had to be proactive and chase for feedback as the delivery of my new car took forever but I believe Richard did what he could to help. This is my 2nd Zoe, I love the car but will likely buy a different make when this 3 year contract is over.

Niall was extreamly helpful when i visited. I was in a rush when i collected my car and it wasnt cleaned so i just went. Niall has apologised and asked me to pop in and he will see to to but ive just not had the time.


Only a downside, although quite important. The parking is a nightmare, needs addressing.

Being a motobility customer I was somewhat disappointed that I was made to wait around the showroom for over 5 hours for something that should (and was told) would take 2 hours.There was no specific issues to be resolved, and I was given a few excuses for the delay.And on handover was not asked to sign the service form.

I only purchased the vehicle from Renault Enfield in October 2017 and paid for a 3 year service plan as part of that. I found that the air conditioning was not working the first time that I went to use it this summer, and this is something I flagged up for the service, but was told that this would cost me œ180 t fix, when the system was probably faulty when I bought the car. With regard to the service itself, I dropped the car at the garage at 09.45am and phoned them around 4pm to check on progress only to be told that the car was only then going in for the service. They phoned me an hour later to say that the service was complete. The service had been prebooked for a couple of months, and the car was delivered to the garage early, yet the work was not carried out until later, plus the car was not cleaned/washed after the service. The person that I spoke to at Renault (Roberto) was not very good at all and seemed in a rush to get me out of the door, and suggested that I could pop back in to get the car washed another time. All in all, the service appeared vey rushed, even though the car was with the garage all day, and I am not convinced that a thorough, value for money job was done, bearing in mind the amount of money that I paid for the 3 year service plan. In addition, the air conditioning problem was not fixed, and more importantly the person that I dealt with at the garage when picking the car up, was not at all professional. In relation to any further contact after the service, I called Renault and left a message for a call back regarding the service, but received no reply, and my father also called Renault and spoke to somebody at customer services who apologised and said that somebody would call back within 24 hours and nobody did. In the end, my father rang Renault Enfield direct and spoke to Roberto, but again he was not at all satisfied with his response.

I have been coming to this branch since 2013 because of good customer service, but it?s 2nd time my car was not clean at all.


Poor communication, not felt that they believed the techinical issues until i showed one of the issues on my mobile as i had recorded it.


I?m not satisfied regarding the waiting time and the labour was very expensive at all.


Service reception are always cooperative and the vodeo of the inspection of the vehicle was useful.

Found a few days after service that they had not reset computer to say service had been completed. Now have a constant warning light saying car needs service. In France on holiday so can't do anything about it. Do not want to go back to garage on our return as it us 45 minutes drive. Don't know if it can be fixed remotely but it should have been taken care of before we collected car after service.


I was seen at scheduled appoinment time. My car was serviced on time as proposed. Questions i asked were dealt with in accordance. The service personnel was very courteous.

We said that the breaklight stays on the dashboard screen, we were told it is fine, but it stayed on all the time for two days, so it must be playing up, so it needs to be resolved as we were told it is fine and it is not.


Always find Renault Enfield very good.


The only negative to this dealership is the ability to park or get out of (if lucky enough to have parked) there is help in the car park but with traffic on nearby road it may put PROSPECTIVE customers off visiting knowing it?s what to expect when they need to visit


The service of my car was dealt professionally


Brought van in for a daytime running light problem, could not get the bulb out of the holder. Technician tried on my first visit and even he said he could not do it without it being in the workshop, obviously a problem with the van. Guy who set up appoitment did not listen at all, and put it down as bulb change, which if there was not a problem with the holder i could have done myself, asked if they could check both sides for access, guy did not listen , just said drivers side bulb was not blown, i wanted to make sure i have access if it happens again. Booked van in, and was told opens at 08.00am. I was 2nd person in , but did not get a call to pick up my van until late afternoon, losing time and money from work. Pretty shocking, and had to pay œ 27.00 for bulb change. Will look elsewhere next time


At first it was great because I dropped my car off early the day before as I asked if it would be possible to collect about 2pm as I had to get my daughter from school which was a 45 minute drive away they said they would try to accommodate this but couldn?t promise, which I was happy with as I understood they couldn't foresee any problems. On the day I got a voice mail about 11am to say the car was ready. I arrived at 1.30 to collect the car but was then told it wasn?t ready as a member of staff hasn?t correctly put the paperwork in the right place, they then checked the car, it had been serviced but not cleaned. They said if I wanted it cleaned I would have to wait about 90 minutes as the cleaners were on lunch. This wasn?t practical for me as I had to get to school which is a 45 minute drive from there. So I was fairly happy with the car service as it was pretty straight forward but was really looking forward to having the car cleaned for the weekend saving me having to get it done elsewhere.

I was very satisfied the staff was very helpful and professional


My only criticism was that the broken part (vertical air vent swiveller) was not in stock. It meant I had to take the car in again.


I was disappointed as my vehicle was booked in a week in advance, and when booked in the staff knew what for, and I was told it would only take 1 day, but it took 2, as the parts were not in stock. I dont understand why when it is on your records on what the fault is so all parts should have been ordered in advance in my opinion. The other thing is it was very overpriced, to fix an air bag sensor, the charge of labour was ridiculous. The gentleman that saw to me was lovely though, but the people I spoke to on the phone could have been a bit more polite and have a bit less attitude when speaking with clients.


Staff are always courteous and friendly and very transparent about the work being done.

The man who dealt with my service was rude and looked down on me because I was a young girl. He told me I should know where all the bolts were on my car and looked disgusted when I said ?possibly in the boot?


My last visit was for yearly service so nothing extra had to be done. The service was done in a good time. They contacted me when it was ready. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.


I got the impression as it was a company car they were getting paid anyway so the customer service was not important I will try not to use this dealership in future if at all possible -they have not given me the confidence they care about their customers

I had booked my car into Renault over a month in advance because I needed a courtesy car but when i got there they told me that there was no courtesy available. My car had a bad smell when my air con was turned on and they quoted me over œ200 but when the machanic looked at it he suggested a new pollen filter which they fitted and now the smell has gone.I also have a problem with the front passenger door seal they staff said he would call me to book my car in but its been nearly two weeks now but I haven't heard anything from them.

I have been extremely impressed with the level of customer satisfaction they strive to get. When I collected my car, only 1 keycard was available. The sales representative told us that one had been ordered for me which would take about 5 days to arrive. He said that I would be contacted to arrange an appointment to collect it and have it set up with the other key and the car. But I was not contacted by Renault. So seven working days later I contacted Renault. After my call had been passed to several people, someone thought to check whether it had actually arrived with the parts dept. It had. Why did nobody phone me to let me know? I was then offered an appointment to bring the car in - a week and a half away. When I said that I was concerned that I only had one keycard and would like an earlier appointment, I was offered one a week away. Of course I accepted that, but I am disappointed in the after sales service so far.

Having purchased 3 cars previously from other Renault Retail outlets i was more than satisfied in the way Renault Enfield handled my purchase. As i travel to collect my car i will use my local Renault dealer for after-sales/servicing. The salesman Mr Kurtis Sheppard was a pleasure to deal with and arranged the fitment of running-boards to the vehicle ready for my collection. The car on collection was the best prepared vehicle i have had from any Renault Retail and a credit to Renault Enfield.

I was disappointed there was no petrol in the tank whatsoever, nor was I told this. Also this car did not come with parking sensors even though it has this on the on-board computer. A car of this calibre should come with this nowadays as a basic package.

The car was promised to come with a service. Upon checking the service book it looks like it hasn't been stamped. I've been told this was an oversight and they are happy to stamp the book if I send it to them in the post but it doesn't fill me with confid nice that the service was ever undertaken. Not sure how an experienced service technician at a main dealer could forget to stamp a book. It's possible I guess, but wouldn't expect it. The sales lady was very helpful and and the transaction was straight forward and hassle free. Also noticed a small issue with the car. The 'source' button on the steering wheel is stuck pushed in. Unfortunately it's not logistically feasible to get this fixed at Enfield so I will have to convince a local garage that this is a warranty claim and not wear and tear.

I have received an exceptional service from Alasdair Hutton (sales executive at Enfield).From the moment I walked through the showroom door to when I drove the car away he provided a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and he presented as professional, knowledgeable ,accommodating and honest in his opinions. This is my fifth experience of buying a car and there is no doubt it has been the most positive experience to date. I hadn't planned to buy a Renault car and had been looking at Ford and VW and was planning to go to Nissan .However I read reviews on the Renault Kadjar and decided I would at least have a look at one. I didn't have an appointment but turned up at the showroom and this was when I first met Alasdair. He took the time to go through the features of the Kadjar and some of the great offers on pre -registered cars. During this visit he offered me a test drive and gave me a valuation on the car. At the same time I felt absolutely no pressure AT ALL to buy a car. This was in contrast to Ford and VW who seemed reluctant to value the car and never did offer me a test drive despite me going backwards and forwards to appointments. Finally I found the videos that Alasdair offered to do on all three cars that I was interested in invaluable. He was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on the car once I ordered it. Many thanks again and I do hope that he gets recognised for his outstanding service.

The sales lady was fantastic howeve very disappointed with the price that was quoted car was priced up at 18k was reduced to 17k then when i went on the web site it was priced at 17k anyway i think i should have been given the car for 16k feel cheated really currently taking this up with trading standards the manager was unwilling to acknowledge this, as i said the lady who sold me the car was fantastic shame the manager was not

Firstly I would like to say that I have not got my car yet I collect it tomorrow the 8th. Secondly the only reason I am changing my car is the fact that The new Dacia Stepway Laurente I purchased two years ago has rust on it which has left me very worried that it will break out in other places in the future. The rust is in a place under the bonnet around the spot welds, places where it cannot be caused by stone chips and the car no longer gives me any confidence as I would be very worried about rust breaking out in other areas that I cannot see. Mark in the service department was very helpful and after investigation he did agree that it was indeed rust and would get it sorted out for me but my confidence in the vehicle was shot by that time which was a pity as I did like the vehicle but I would not ever purchase another Dacia. So I have had to a buy a different vehicle which has made me spend money I really did not want to spend and was a little upset about the amount of part exchange that was offered to me. I was seriously thinking of not buying from Renault Retail Enfield again but in the end decided to give you one more chance and came to the conclusion that I was unlucky with the Dacia but do believe that in this day and age 2 year old vehicles should not be going rusty. The staff by the way are all friendly and helpful, but I am a little disgruntled what has happened to my Dacia.

I did not require to meet the Aftersales Team as i travled nearly over 160 mile round trip to make my purchase, and servicing will be undertaken by my local Renault agent. My experience was excellent. I was so impressed that not only my van was a registered demo "discounted" it was in the showroom and perfect condition too. This was also made even more pleasurable by your Sales Lady who was exceptional. She had prepared everything for me when i arrived, worked to a cronological order with it. Licenced my van and gave me carpet mats too. Perfect!!!! Just to add i am an Ex Renault Employee as worked for Renault Trucks in Reading nearly 25 years ago!!! I also previously owned a Renault Extra van which never failed me after ten years. It died only by corrosion. Once again many thanks.

The only issue I had is I wasn't happy that I have to book my car back in in order to get it touched up on paintwork, they are minor but quite a few scattered around vehicle. It shouldn't of been given to me like that. I know it's a used car but still it should have been sorted. The Ariel was bent I was then given a new one. However the salesman who dealt with me throughout was friendly.

The whole experience was brilliant. It was the first time I have bought a car from a dealership (second car) and I would definitely consider buying from RRG again. Everything that I asked to be done (alloy wheel scratches fixed, chips painted, new floor mats and new key) were carried out and the car was delivered on time despite work being done during the Easter break.

The car was delivered to our home address which was very nice. However the tyres had less than a bar, which was dangerous. This should have been picked up during the "services". Furthermore, the car was advertised with a inflation kit which was refused to us as we had a spare tyre. As this was a fleet purchase, and financed under our own Contract Hire arrangements, the offer of finance was not applicable. With the above in mind, and it is the 3rd Kangoo, we didn't require a test drive. The vehicle was delivered and I know Mark Buzer well, so this was arranged over the telephone. The vehicle arrived on time and was very clean considering the weather conditions and the extra's had be fitted correctly.

The vehicle was purchased form Spain so I did not see it until it was delivered. The vehicle was delivered in very clean condition. However it was delivered without a spare wheel jack and associated tools, and cigarette lighter. Also the purchase mileage had changed from 8818 miles as stated on your invoice to delivered mileage 9557. As part of the sale a full tank of fuel would be provided it was 3/4 full when delivered. This is a second purchase I have made with Renault Enfield and on both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Richard White and I find a great person to deal with and he knows my needs in cars. In regards to the service department that I have dealt with since the purchase of my first car back in April 2013 I find them not the happiest of people and I found myself phoning them to find out the status of my car when they have failed to do so. I find that there is never a service car when I have had to bring my car in and I find this an inconvenience. I decided to purchase my new car from Renault Enfield on the strength of the quality Richard White and his customer service he brings to customers. I never fill in these kind of forms but I thought now is the time to do so. Kind regards

Disappointing experience. Started well with the video of the car I had found on the internet but fell down at the handover. Still waiting to receive correct mats after being fobbed off with incorrectly fitting mats. Still trying to work out the radio as were not told correct info. No aftersales service at all. Have rung requesting warranty paperwork as none was given. Hoping Swindon Renault will answer my queries which is where I am off now as a warning light about tyre pressure came up as soon as we reached home. Finance was not required.

No sure what the aftersales department is so unsure how to answer. Maybe I was and I missed this. Roland was a superb sales executive unlike other Renault dealerships I visited. Also he insisted on a test drive of different size engines to enable me to compare.

Helder was a polite salesman. I had a couple of issues with the car which he tried his best to resolve but he did not have particularly good backup from the aftersales department. Resolved eventually.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. It was very poor right from the outset. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had travelled to view a particular car that I wished to purchase, I would have gone elsewhere. During the test drive I asked the salesman if the car would be serviced prior to collection, to which he said yes definitely. I also emailed to confirm this and received a response to say yes, the car would be serviced prior to collection. The handover of the new car was very disappointing, I was just handed the keys. I was not shown how the media nav worked or the Bluetooth phone connectivity. Whilst sitting in the car trying to fathom it all out, it became apparent that I hadn't been given a service book. I found a folder in the glovebox with a book in, which I took to the receptionist and asked where I would find the service book. She explained services would be listed in the back of the handbook. We looked and no service had been recorded. The receptionist took me to the service desk and they looked on the computer to see if the car had been serviced and it hadn't. They spoke with the salesman and service department and I refused to take the car until it had been serviced. It was agreed it would be serviced there and then. I had to wait a further two hours for this to be completed which resulted in an extremely stressful afternoon with two children waiting for the car to be ready. Once the car had been serviced the mechanic asked if I knew how everything worked, to which I replied, I had no idea and hadn't been shown. The mechanic called the salesman over and asked him to set the phone and media nav up for me and our journey home. I really didn't expect that buying a vehicle from a large Renault dealer would be so poor, disappointing, and stressful. I have owned Fiat for the past 20 years and buy a new car every 2-3 years and I have always received a fantastic level of service and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Friends and family had recommended Renault and I thought this time I would try Renault, but so far my experience has been very disappointing.

service needs to improve, I was given a car with chipped windscreen. Before the handover car should have been checked, MOT was carried out but chipped on the windscreen was missed off. I was advised that chipped windscreen doesn't effect the driving of the car and it has passed its MOT so its ok to handover the vehicle, I would call this a sub standard customer services. sales person Nick was good.

I dont have any questions at the moment but I do have a comment which I feel I need to make you aware of. This relates to the paint work of the car,,,,,,,,,which to my disappointment is extremely THIN ! In comparison to my previous vehicle - the SKODA FABIA......the paint surface appeared to be so robust in comparison. Maybe this could be relayed to the designers........

Very pleased with service we received from Helder. Didnt need finance as we paid cash. The car had to be brought in from elsewhere so wasnt available to test drive.

I would just like to say I think Helder was fantastic he was not pushy like most sales people, I was honest with him from the start and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to leave with the car I wanted. I left Renault very Happy not just because of my new car but because Helder was very nice and helpful thank you Helder.

First class service from the dealer in the show room, (Kietan ) he went the extra mile and came in on he's day off so we could have our new cars, he was very patient with all the questions I asked and gave me the answers. Very pleased with our new cars.

Renault finance, called regarding my Twingo I had part exchanged, as I'd asked for a settlement figure. They asked why I wanted it and my details and then hung up. This really was bad customer service and really made me think did I make the right choice about staying with renault

My previous car was a Scenic so test drive on vehicle purchased with only 7 miles on clock was not necessary. I had already researched the garage so was aware of aftersales. The salesman Dan was very helpful and transaction was completed quickly and to my liking.
