I was really happy with Richard White. At no point did I feel pressured into buying the car. I'm not keen on sales people, I always feel like they are conning me somewhere, but didn't get that feeling from Richard at all. Would happy go back and buy from him again.

From start to end John was extremely helpful and accommodating. The showroom was very well kept and the staff were very friendly. Parking directly outside the dealership was a little difficult as there was so much stock on site but alternative arrangements were very straightforward.


When we took delivery, I am disabled and had to walk a fair distance to the vehicle, my wife was dealing with your sales exec and did not say anything about the interior which I thought was different to what was ordered we ordered totally black but this was black and a kind of grey? Also we wanted part leather and part material upholstery this seems like all leather but not according to your sales rep? But my wife who will be the main driver seems happy so I left it. All in all it is a very nice car.


the service and customer support was excellent. The approach of the finance part of renault I found unhelpful as they insisted on getting a lot of unneeded information and the agreement I had to sign was very complicated and onerous. This is not the fault of the salespeople but of renault finance itself


The overall experience was excellent. The one thing that has annoyed me is Renault sendinf me a marketing email stating your next car will be clio, only 10 das after picking up my dream car....why?


Over all it was good. I've had no problems so far (only had it just over 16 days).

The only problem I have with car dealers, not just Renault, is the problems with parking, but I accept there are always going to be more cars than parking spaces :-(


The only problem was the length of time between ordering and delivery of the new vehicle this I suspect is more the fault of Renault in France rather than the dealership,although it was delivered 2weeks earlier than expected.


I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Renault Enfield due to good deals and good customer service. If I buy Renault again for my next car in 3/4 years, will def come back here.

John Gardiner was exceptional - even amid a busy showroom (Renault Enfield do need to better manage timeslots to customers that have pre-arranged a meeting), John always made sure we were greeted, dealt with as quickly as possible, and we always enjoyed his full attention. John was immediately likeable, well informed and interest to find out how he could help (rather than just 'sell'). In John Gardiner we trust - legend!


This is my third new Renault car under the Motability scheme ... always been delighted with both Renault services and the cars operations


On my 1st visit very warm welcome. 2nd visit my first contact sales person was not in.saw some else who informed me information i was given was incorrect. On my 3rd visit a booked apt i was passed back to my original sales person whi took me for my test drive. I then placed my order but was in two minds as my sales person kept leaving to see his manager about the questions i asked . It appeared to as if his knowledge was limited.

Nick completely understood what I needed from my new car we agreed on model and spec and he pulled out the stops to get it to me on time so I wasn't without a vehicle and also got it before I moved out of the area. Couldn't really have had better service.

Richard was great - receptionist who welcomes you into the dealership was the only thing that let the experience down a bit. She was not massively welcoming or friendly and never smiled! But as we did not have much contact with her and we love the car and Richard was helpful, I don't feel it diminished our purchase experience too much - but we had already decided that we wanted the car that we bought - just needed to test drive to make sure. Had we been looking at multiple cars, then some aspects may have made us think twice.

Dealership and sales people/manager fantastic. Car excellent but 40 weeks delivery time from manufacturers totally unacceptable. Rather than walk away in February when I ordered the car I worked out with the dealership a perfect solution enjoyed the capture and got to see how good the brand was so when I took delivery of my Grand Scenic I was totally familiar with the drive, features and connectivity of my new car without having to start from scratch. Cant fault the dealership or car. Renault need to think outside the box and engage with the client when they have a serious business critical incident that can loose client faith for not just the immediate car but all future purchases. Abdication is not the solution or bouncing it back on the dealer the manufacturer should be more focused on supporting the customer and the dealership as it is neither of their fault the delivery was moved from six to forty six weeks!

The Renault ZOE was my first EVER new car purchase, let alone EV purchase. The staff and Richard White in particular were absolutely first class in dealing with all my questions, and arranging viewings and test drives. All fears of buying/owning an electrical vehicle were dealt with immediately, and their knowledge and understanding of EVs in general gave me confidence in making the purchase. Loving the car every day.

Lots of reminders that the date of the service was approaching. I phoned a few days before the due date in response to inform them of a problem re the car. Was told it had been recorded and would be investigated but when I turned up on the day there was no record; gave the impression all the contacted were just to tick boxes.

The last time taking the car in was fine. However previously I have encountered problems where I have telephoned in advance to book my car in for work and getting a quote, and then on the day the person on the desk had nothing in the system from my call. This means that even though individuals are very good at renault Enfield, the 'pieces' do not seem to join up very well.


i ask if my car could be looked at while I was there they said it wasn't possible so I took service car had to put feul in car and pay £7 for insurance then to get a phone call 3 hours later car was ready .could have stayed there and waited for car to be done and saved another trip and the cost of service car.

I have been telling the dealership that my van has a judder for about 18 month, every time I take it in they return it telling me the can't find a problem and as soon as I get it back the van is still juddering, the van is under warranty and I want to get this sorted, I feel that they do not carry out a thorough enough test to find the problem!

Firstly, the women (Chelsea's) I spoke to to arrange a repair was fantastic. I understand she doesn't work at the Enfield branch so I asked the front desk to pass on my complements on picking up my car. It was late in the day on Friday when I spoke to Chelsea yet earlier in the day when I first called I was given no help at all and was told I had to get the car toed to Renault but they couldn't look at it for a week. This was a very stressful time as I needed the car for work in five days. On picking up my car the front desk couldn't really explain specifically what the work carried out involved, apart from it didn't take long to resolve. Mechanics were at lunch so the front desk couldn't call for assistance. I was already aware it was a immobiliser fault but with the lack of feedback to the cause/possibility of reoccurrence I have lost confidence in the car. We were then told by the front desk were to go to pick up my car and he would meet us outside to ensure my car wasn't boxed in. He didn't show and after about 10 minute wait the car park manager saw us waiting and sorted us out. I am a teacher so cannot receive calls before 4pm on a school day and despite informing Renault a number of times I still received a missed call with no message left. I had to phone back just to find out it was the front desk asking if I had picked up my car, which I did a week earlier. These are not complaints but feedback as asked. I am pleased that the problem was easy to fix and only costed the diagnostic fee. However, having to arrange the RAC to toe my car a mile from my house because a mobiliser fault renders the car inoperatable, (but simple for you to fix), seems antiquated. I do realise it is an anti-theft device, but surely there must be a simple DIY or RAC fix to at least allow the owner to drive the car such a short distance to get the car back to Renault.


Am going to go back to when the vehicle was sold to me felt I was missold as was told getting a diesel was better than petrol however I don't drive around as much this is why my vehicle keeps going in for repairs as I don't use the vehicle to its full capacity I don't do long drives

When I serviced my car at the Enfield Renault workshop in 2016, I was very satisfied with the service, hence I had no qualms using the same service in 2017. However, following the service in December 2017, I noticed a message saying the tyres pressure needed adjustments, moreover my car was returned unwashed. I contacted the office on the 27th of December 2017 and was told at first to take the car to a petrol station to check the tyres myself. When I insisted it should have been checked during the service, I was told a manager will contact me. I am yet to receive a call back, neither has there been a message left on my phone to indicate that they tried to contact me. As a result, I am no longer confident that my car was serviced properly.


All very good, but I had to book at the last minute (which was very disruptive) because you don't leave messages on answerphones. I think you can change this policy to at least one message rather than hang up if someone does not answer straight away.


Other than my car being serviced I haven't had any dealings with the garage and from the survey I have been completely satisfied when my car has bee serviced.


The parking is always a nightmare, the staff are quite intimidating and often do not explain what is going on. They are always nice at the last moment when the survey needs to be completed. In fact one person asked me to rate him 9-10, or no bother completing it! Not very ethical!!!

Front and rear inside windows were missed when cleaning,also small quarter light windows inside.


I was surprised the routine maintenance took two days. I did not know until late on that I could not collect it the same day.

I was given a price, was told clearly that it included everything. Upon paying a bigger than expected invoice, £45.00 was added, a sublet of £45.00. This was NOT mentioned when giving quote to fix my car.

I have bought my cars from Renault Enfield since 1990. I am on my 11th car. That speaks volumes doesn't it?


I booked the service online but on arrival they had no knowledge of the booking. I was not contacted when the work was completed so went back at 3PM and found that it was ready. On collecting the vehicle I asked whether the service book had been stamped and was told it had been when in fact it had not. The car was cleaner than when I left it but the windows were not clean. I left £413.40 worse off and felt that my custom was not valued.

I think £179 for an oil and filter change is very expensive, but it had to be done for the warranty.


I was promptly seen, given the keys to my courtesy car, had a few questions answered and drove off to work, all done quickly and professionally. The courtesy car was impeccable (pretty much brand new) a great to drive. Got a call back to collect my vehicle a few hours later. Overall, everything done with ease.


Car was collected and delivered - excellent service One internal part was not re-fixed, but easy for me to do. You left a screwdriver in the car - you can have it back next year!

I have always entrusted Enfield with the service MOT and repairs.The staff are always friendly and the car is returned clean and on time.


I have been talking with 2 sellers now, one last year to buy the duster and one recently as looking for a second car now. They don't really know much and do mistakes, talking to me about the wrong model of car I wanted to be informed about for example. And then during the service done on my duster, the dealer called me telling me my car was done and ready while it wasn't. We had to wait nearly 30 min i think for it. Voilà!


To be candid, I have paid for a service and dont expect to then be hassled to complete a survey - including being phoned to do so - when I had actually chosen to ignore it It seems Renault is at fault - not the employees or branch - for encouraging a culture of evaluation of good service by simply relying on customer feedback. Customer feedback should be customer choice and not the sole determinant of good work

Having visited another Renault dealership, I had my concerns. However Enfield have been great in getting my job completed. I am just awaiting the service advisor to give me a call to let me know the parts in for the warranty repair to go ahead. So hopefully this is done shortly. Also awaiting information regarding the radio on my vehicle, had many problems. Advisor said they will be recalling the vehicle for this or an update will be released shortly. So awaiting to be contacted regarding this issue too.


Was thinking of buying the Keleos but there is only 2 engine choices. Both diesels ?????

When I collected my car the passenger floor waa covered in breadcrumbs half a slice of cucumber and some grated cheese, the man in reception had to go and get a man with a vaccuum cleaner to clean it up, I had my car valeted before I took it in to be serviced

Courtesy car I ordered when booking service was cancelled the day before by the service provider. Impossible to park when taking my car in for a service. Car park resembles a breakers yard with cars everywhere. Entrance to garage narrowed by parked cars. Inside my car boot was dirtier after the service than before it went in.

I pointed out that on each wheel 4 of the wheel nuts had gone rusty and looked terrible - all 4 locking nuts were fine though. I expected the nuts to be replaced as they were obviously substandard. I was told the rusting was "normal" by the service adviser. I have been a car owner since I was 17 and I am now 70 and I have never had this problem on any previous car. I would like these 16 nuts replaced asap as I aspire to keep our car in an "as new" condition at all times and the nuts are compromising this at present. I await your response to this problem. Thank you.

Iwas completely satisfied the use of a courtesy car and being told an exact time that I could collect my vehicle.


Booked my car in at 8:15am The repair was a change of alloy wheel and a wing mirror, both parts had been ordered in advance. I asked if the repair could be expedited as I really needed to be out by 2pm, but did not think it would take that long. At 1.45pm I was told that I also needed a new tyre, which I agreed, and it would take another hour to complete the job. Why wait 5 1/2 hours to realize this? I drove out of the dealership at 3.30pm. Over 6 hours to replace an alloy wheel, a tyre and a wing mirror! On top of that WiFi in the dealership did not work. Never again.

The front of house adviser, Narinder, is excellent. Helpful, friendly and speaks in layman's terms, not technical terms. He should be awarded for his customer service skills. The service and MOT appears to have been completed satisfactorily. The waiting time is far too long. Took my car in just before 10:00 hours and it wasn't ready until nearly 16:00 hours. The car had not been cleaned outside or inside! It looked awful! I had particularly wanted my car cleaned at the same time as the service and MOT, it is part of the package. I suffer from a chronic illness and felt too weary to say anything when I collected the car. I had already been waiting for six hours and I would have had to wait at least another hour for it to be cleaned properly. Very disappointed, I now have to pay for a valeting service when it was part of the cost of the work which I had paid in full. They need a welcomer on the gate to help with parking, it is absolute chaos with the huge amount of vehicles parked all over the place.

First time at Renault Enfield , warm welcome made to feel comfortable and the check in procedure for the servicing of my Dacia was handled in a speedy way . I had requested should there be any chance at all to have my vehicle serviced before 4pm it would be greatly appreciated and it was so that was brilliant . Mark my service provider was professional , understanding knowledgeable and extremely polite . If I would have any negative comment , I got my car back dirtier then when I left it . A clean car would have been a nice touch .

After my car's first service it was returned to me with tyres set at the wrong pressures ( 2.6 & 2.4 at the front , which should be at 2.3. The back tyres were ok ) When I rang and enquired about this I was wrongly told by a person there that my car " had an intelligent computer on board and would reset my tyre pressures" .... I fell for that for a day or so , then noticing no difference I continued to try to contact Renault for some answers - finally the lovely man on reception told me it would do no such thing and I should either return with it or go to a garage and set the tyres manually . I reset them at the correct pressures, but this experience has left me wondering if anything else in the service needs re-checking . Doesn't leave me with much confidence in the workshop ( though the front of house staff are marvellous )

I'd like to think the engineers do a good job , However because of previous experience I never know what kind of 'service' I will get from the representative. So this puts me on 'guard' before I get there.

Pleasant. Accommodating. However, I found some protective coverings still on my seat. I removed them and put them to the edge as there was no one around. As I got into the car, a staff member walked past, told him about them. Got told off!!! Got them and gave them to him! That was not very pleasant! :-(

Its a very male environment, that can at times feel patronising! Explanations are often not made and if I ask, explanations are not always made. Its an uncomfortable place to be, and if this was not my local and convenient, I wouldn't go back.


I feel I was satisfied with my MOt and service. Although, I was told it would be ready in the afternoon, I was not given a callback, on this occasion, to say it was ready for collection.


I contacted Michael with regards to my car not being cleaned and received a reply quickly.


Nothing to do with the service, that was top notch, as was the customer service, very professional, great value. I would genuinely recommend. However my issue is with the person who sold me the car 3 years ago. I was happy with a normal deposit and repayment type purchase but he talked me into the 'lump sum at the end plan', apparently the car would be worth at least 2k over the final value (good condition etc), turns out it isn't and or close to that value. The best deal offered was Renault covering the outstanding finance on a part ex for a new car again on the 'big lump sum at the end plan'. To be honest it's cheaper to buy an Audi instead. Obviously I won't be purchasing a new Renault.

It was great from start to finish, couldn't complain.


We dropped the car off around 8.45am on a Saturday, we had to wait a while to be acknowledged and to be seen by someone, it seemed like there were not enough staff or they were not ready at the start of the day? When we were seen and then when we picked the car up we got an apology for the wait which was nice. I was told the car would be cleaned inside and out when the service was booked however the job done was very poor, especially the inside, it mush have taken all of 2 minutes.

I was pleased with the service I had, much better than last year! However, the car could have been cleaned better. To me it was a superficial clean and they did not go in the corners or clean the boot (e.g. clean with a damp cloth). When I opened the boot it looked the same as I left it and inside the hatch there was still a lot of dirt in the corners. I had to clean this myself.


My car was booked in for MOT and diagnostic check. I went in at 09.35. There was no where to park. I am disabled and there were no adjustments made, no courtesy car or transport offered. I rang 3 times for an update and was told someone will call me. No one did so at 3.30 i went back to see what was happening. I got my car at 4pm and to my horror there were several new scratches. I immediately notified the person dealing with my car and he replied "im not guna lie but it happens". He offered no solution and told me to polish them out. The wash they did was appalling. There was swirled dirt all over the car and windscreen. I had to take it to be washed as soon as I left the dealership. After i left i noticed that I had 2 weeks missing from my MOT. I contacted Renault who blamed VOSA. I rang VOSA who informed me that the reason i lost 2 weeks is because Renault put the MOT through twice!! I rang again and a Renault manager blamed the VOSA system etc. He offered me £20 off my next MOT. But on my vechicles MOT history search it clearly shows 2 MOTs and i am not happy with this as it may appear to a potential buyer as dodgy. So not happy at all with the whole experience.


I just find the staff most helpful and cheery, especially as I know how busy and stressed they can get. Overall they are tip top.

My car was booked into your garage for a routine service plus air-conditioning re-gassed. The initial quote for the service was £179 and the air-conditioning gas was £69, bringing the total to £248. However, I received a telephone call suggesting that various extras should be undertaken, such as replacing the spark plugs and various filters but nothing major was required. However, the total bill was £458 meaning that the 'extras' cost an additional £210, which seems excessive. To add insult to injury, I was told that the car was ready to collect but to wait for an hour or so in order that it could be washed and cleaned. I left it two hours before collection only to find that it had not been washed or cleaned in any way. I did mention this to the service manager when I saw the car but nothing further was done. I find this very disappointing having just spent £458 on the 'routine service' I can confirm that I did receive a follow-up telephone call when I expressed my disappointment with the 'customer experience'. For those reasons I awarded my customer satisfaction as 5 or 6.

When I collected my car, only 1 keycard was available. The sales representative told us that one had been ordered for me which would take about 5 days to arrive. He said that I would be contacted to arrange an appointment to collect it and have it set up with the other key and the car. But I was not contacted by Renault. So seven working days later I contacted Renault. After my call had been passed to several people, someone thought to check whether it had actually arrived with the parts dept. It had. Why did nobody phone me to let me know? I was then offered an appointment to bring the car in - a week and a half away. When I said that I was concerned that I only had one keycard and would like an earlier appointment, I was offered one a week away. Of course I accepted that, but I am disappointed in the after sales service so far.

The car was promised to come with a service. Upon checking the service book it looks like it hasn't been stamped. I've been told this was an oversight and they are happy to stamp the book if I send it to them in the post but it doesn't fill me with confid nice that the service was ever undertaken. Not sure how an experienced service technician at a main dealer could forget to stamp a book. It's possible I guess, but wouldn't expect it. The sales lady was very helpful and and the transaction was straight forward and hassle free. Also noticed a small issue with the car. The 'source' button on the steering wheel is stuck pushed in. Unfortunately it's not logistically feasible to get this fixed at Enfield so I will have to convince a local garage that this is a warranty claim and not wear and tear.

I have received an exceptional service from Alasdair Hutton (sales executive at Enfield).From the moment I walked through the showroom door to when I drove the car away he provided a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and he presented as professional, knowledgeable ,accommodating and honest in his opinions. This is my fifth experience of buying a car and there is no doubt it has been the most positive experience to date. I hadn't planned to buy a Renault car and had been looking at Ford and VW and was planning to go to Nissan .However I read reviews on the Renault Kadjar and decided I would at least have a look at one. I didn't have an appointment but turned up at the showroom and this was when I first met Alasdair. He took the time to go through the features of the Kadjar and some of the great offers on pre -registered cars. During this visit he offered me a test drive and gave me a valuation on the car. At the same time I felt absolutely no pressure AT ALL to buy a car. This was in contrast to Ford and VW who seemed reluctant to value the car and never did offer me a test drive despite me going backwards and forwards to appointments. Finally I found the videos that Alasdair offered to do on all three cars that I was interested in invaluable. He was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on the car once I ordered it. Many thanks again and I do hope that he gets recognised for his outstanding service.

Firstly I would like to say that I have not got my car yet I collect it tomorrow the 8th. Secondly the only reason I am changing my car is the fact that The new Dacia Stepway Laurente I purchased two years ago has rust on it which has left me very worried that it will break out in other places in the future. The rust is in a place under the bonnet around the spot welds, places where it cannot be caused by stone chips and the car no longer gives me any confidence as I would be very worried about rust breaking out in other areas that I cannot see. Mark in the service department was very helpful and after investigation he did agree that it was indeed rust and would get it sorted out for me but my confidence in the vehicle was shot by that time which was a pity as I did like the vehicle but I would not ever purchase another Dacia. So I have had to a buy a different vehicle which has made me spend money I really did not want to spend and was a little upset about the amount of part exchange that was offered to me. I was seriously thinking of not buying from Renault Retail Enfield again but in the end decided to give you one more chance and came to the conclusion that I was unlucky with the Dacia but do believe that in this day and age 2 year old vehicles should not be going rusty. The staff by the way are all friendly and helpful, but I am a little disgruntled what has happened to my Dacia.

My experience was excellent. I was so impressed that not only my van was a registered demo "discounted" it was in the showroom and perfect condition too. This was also made even more pleasurable by your Sales Lady who was exceptional. She had prepared everything for me when i arrived, worked to a cronological order with it. Licenced my van and gave me carpet mats too. Perfect!!!! Just to add i am an Ex Renault Employee as worked for Renault Trucks in Reading nearly 25 years ago!!! I also previously owned a Renault Extra van which never failed me after ten years. It died only by corrosion. Once again many thanks.

The only issue I had is I wasn't happy that I have to book my car back in in order to get it touched up on paintwork, they are minor but quite a few scattered around vehicle. It shouldn't of been given to me like that. I know it's a used car but still it should have been sorted. The Ariel was bent I was then given a new one. However the salesman who dealt with me throughout was friendly.

The whole experience was brilliant. It was the first time I have bought a car from a dealership (second car) and I would definitely consider buying from RRG again. As this was a fleet purchase, and financed under our own Contract Hire arrangements, the offer of finance was not applicable. With the above in mind, and it is the 3rd Kangoo, we didn't require a test drive. The vehicle was delivered and I know Mark Buzer well, so this was arranged over the telephone. The vehicle arrived on time and was very clean considering the weather conditions and the extra's had be fitted correctly.

The vehicle was purchased form Spain so I did not see it until it was delivered. The vehicle was delivered in very clean condition. However it was delivered without a spare wheel jack and associated tools, and cigarette lighter. Also the purchase mileage had changed from 8818 miles as stated on your invoice to delivered mileage 9557. As part of the sale a full tank of fuel would be provided it was 3/4 full when delivered. This is a second purchase I have made with Renault Enfield and on both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Richard White and I find a great person to deal with and he knows my needs in cars. In regards to the service department that I have dealt with since the purchase of my first car back in April 2013 I find them not the happiest of people and I found myself phoning them to find out the status of my car when they have failed to do so. I find that there is never a service car when I have had to bring my car in and I find this an inconvenience. I decided to purchase my new car from Renault Enfield on the strength of the quality Richard White and his customer service he brings to customers. I never fill in these kind of forms but I thought now is the time to do so. Kind regards

Disappointing experience. Started well with the video of the car I had found on the internet but fell down at the handover. Still waiting to receive correct mats after being fobbed off with incorrectly fitting mats. Still trying to work out the radio as were not told correct info. No aftersales service at all. Have rung requesting warranty paperwork as none was given. Hoping Swindon Renault will answer my queries which is where I am off now as a warning light about tyre pressure came up as soon as we reached home. Finance was not required.

No sure what the aftersales department is so unsure how to answer. Maybe I was and I missed this. Roland was a superb sales executive unlike other Renault dealerships I visited. Also he insisted on a test drive of different size engines to enable me to compare.

Helder was a polite salesman. I had a couple of issues with the car which he tried his best to resolve but he did not have particularly good backup from the aftersales department. Resolved eventually.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. It was very poor right from the outset. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had travelled to view a particular car that I wished to purchase, I would have gone elsewhere. During the test drive I asked the salesman if the car would be serviced prior to collection, to which he said yes definitely. I also emailed to confirm this and received a response to say yes, the car would be serviced prior to collection. The handover of the new car was very disappointing, I was just handed the keys. I was not shown how the media nav worked or the Bluetooth phone connectivity. Whilst sitting in the car trying to fathom it all out, it became apparent that I hadn't been given a service book. I found a folder in the glovebox with a book in, which I took to the receptionist and asked where I would find the service book. She explained services would be listed in the back of the handbook. We looked and no service had been recorded. The receptionist took me to the service desk and they looked on the computer to see if the car had been serviced and it hadn't. They spoke with the salesman and service department and I refused to take the car until it had been serviced. It was agreed it would be serviced there and then. I had to wait a further two hours for this to be completed which resulted in an extremely stressful afternoon with two children waiting for the car to be ready. Once the car had been serviced the mechanic asked if I knew how everything worked, to which I replied, I had no idea and hadn't been shown. The mechanic called the salesman over and asked him to set the phone and media nav up for me and our journey home. I really didn't expect that buying a vehicle from a large Renault dealer would be so poor, disappointing, and stressful. I have owned Fiat for the past 20 years and buy a new car every 2-3 years and I have always received a fantastic level of service and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Friends and family had recommended Renault and I thought this time I would try Renault, but so far my experience has been very disappointing.

service needs to improve, I was given a car with chipped windscreen. Before the handover car should have been checked, MOT was carried out but chipped on the windscreen was missed off. I was advised that chipped windscreen doesn't effect the driving of the car and it has passed its MOT so its ok to handover the vehicle, I would call this a sub standard customer services. sales person Nick was good.

I dont have any questions at the moment but I do have a comment which I feel I need to make you aware of. This relates to the paint work of the car,,,,,,,,,which to my disappointment is extremely THIN ! In comparison to my previous vehicle - the SKODA FABIA......the paint surface appeared to be so robust in comparison. Maybe this could be relayed to the designers........

Very pleased with service we received from Helder. Didnt need finance as we paid cash. The car had to be brought in from elsewhere so wasnt available to test drive.

I would just like to say I think Helder was fantastic he was not pushy like most sales people, I was honest with him from the start and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to leave with the car I wanted. I left Renault very Happy not just because of my new car but because Helder was very nice and helpful thank you Helder.

First class service from the dealer in the show room, (Kietan ) he went the extra mile and came in on he's day off so we could have our new cars, he was very patient with all the questions I asked and gave me the answers. Very pleased with our new cars.

Renault finance, called regarding my Twingo I had part exchanged, as I'd asked for a settlement figure. They asked why I wanted it and my details and then hung up. This really was bad customer service and really made me think did I make the right choice about staying with renault

My previous car was a Scenic so test drive on vehicle purchased with only 7 miles on clock was not necessary. I had already researched the garage so was aware of aftersales. The salesman Dan was very helpful and transaction was completed quickly and to my liking.
