Despite updating my address the driver who picked up the car went to my old address. Thankfully l only moved round the corner.


Upon arrival at the service desk I was seen to in a timely manner and the man behind the service desk was polite and helpful - although parking the car is problematic. I booked my car in to have the driver window up/down switch replaced and also I decided to pay and have fitted a spare wheel in the car. After the "work" had been done Dave said he would fetch the car from the garage and to meet him out at the front I said this was a good idea as I wanted to see for myself along with him what had been done. I got to the car and opened the boot and there staring back at me was the spare wheel that I had paid nearly £300 for along with a box (the jack). It was dumped in the boot - the mechanic / fitter whatever they are called had NOT EVEN BOTHERED to put the tyre in the tyre well beneath the carpet and use the screw bolt to hold it down. Too much trouble. Dave was embarrassed and he kindly placed it in in its rightful place. At this point I am still unsure if the total cost of this spare wheel covers a wheel brace. Because having looked this up on the internet I know I could have got the whole package cheaper and with a wheel brace which was NOT supplied. To be fair the switch to open and close the driver's side window works better than before wheter it was changed or tightened I don't know. Now my car has been booked in for an emissions upgrade as per a letter I received and at the same time I noticed that the switch that heats the passenger seat has disappeared into the hollow below - all that is left is a hole. So I have booked this to be sorted out at the same time. I await to see how I am treated on my next visit. I do hope this gets read by someone.

Having pre booked my car with Renault Enfield, I waited behind 4-5 people before being serviced. Each person before me handed over their car key for servicing and told to return at 5.30pm. I was the only person where the service receptionist Man walked with me to my car to inspect it for damage. I also asked why brake fluid was not changed at a 2yr interval. He could not give an immediate answer. When I asked how much he replied, “that will take a time and will be very expensive” Brake fluid is changed every 2/3 years not 4 by most mechanics and manufacturers as the fluid is hydroscopic (i.e it absorbs water over time causing the fluid to become corroded and making it less effective). Renault charge £40 - £80 depending under what service package you choose. Hardly expensive and this could have been resolved whilst my car was being serviced. Not impressed with this service at all.


I was happy with everything. The only thing that bothered me was when I went back to my after the service and it had been “cleaned” is wasn’t cleaned properly firstly and secondly who ever had parked my car, did so with half of one tyre the rear passenger side on the curb and my hand break was not fully up, and being the road was a slight down hill road with a car parked in front it could have resulted in my rolling in to the parked car and Potentially both cars rolling in to a road with on coming traffic!


The parking is terrible - very difficult to take the vehicle there and leave it to book in

Enfield Renault phoned me to tell me my annually service was due so we agreed on a date and when I turned up every thing was ready, I chose the wait service and it was ready on time they washed it and cleaned the inside so I payed and was on my way Job done, Thank You.

When I phoned to make an appointment, there were no courtesy cars available, and very few ‘while you wait’ appointments. My mot ran out before I could get an appointment. When I turned up ten minutes early on the day for an 8.30 appointment there were already 5 people ahead of me


My car was damaged (bumper) and handed back to me as if nothing had arisen. I noticed and no apologies were given. Had to argue for it to be repaired which has not yet happened but will weeks later on the 20th Oct. which is simply unacceptable but necessary.


I felt a little rushed at times. I was not explained everything I needed to know. I replied to an email a week ago expressing a concern regarding my finance agreement and have heard nothing back.


A rather long wait if I had required a courtesy vehicle


Having someone to park my car was an excellent start and from there it was a seamless experience. Well done to all at Renault Enfield.


Initial enquiries made started slow however when i started dealing with Dean at the branch things progressed and moved forward.


Lovely lady on desk to greet you. Car park attendant helpful and needed as v tight for space! Men booking car in were fine and car serviced in few hours while I went shopping.


Navian was nice and helpful when I saw him and told him the problems I was facing with the car. I did want someone to help me know where I can top the oil and water in my car but that was not possible.


I have been buying cars from Renault Enfield since 1990. This latest one is number 12. I am always treated well and I always love the car I end up selecting. Richard has sold me several over the last few years and he was very attentive, answering all my questions and spending a lot of time going over the features of the new car with me. And finally.... I absolutely love my new Kadjar. Beautiful in every aspect.

Despite being booked into the garage at 8.00 in the morning there were no personnel to park the car or take it into the garage.I felt no one had an interest in getting the car into the garage and the work started for the day.the car had a drive shaft replaced and it took from 8.00 until 4.30 in the afternoon to complete the work this seems like a long time to do the work. I did have time to spare today but usually this would not have worked for me.


I have no problems with my experience. I would say the pricing is a little on the expensive side and the one thing that annoys me is when ever I pick my car up they always leave the seat cover they use on my seat plus the number they hang round my car on the passenger seat with the wheel nuts/bolts all over the passenger seat instead of putting them away where they got them from


I would like to thank Richard White for all his advice and guidance regarding my purchase. He listened to my financial concerns and got the best deal for me. He kept in touch throughout the process and made the purchase very smooth. I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and Renault to my family and friends.

Quite rude on delivery. wasn't told couldn't wait (as i normally do) to collect car. therefore had added expensive of getting a taxi to get home. on collection, again rude service. would never go back to this dealership again.

WiFi wasn't working... I chose a while you wait service so that I could work. I ended up in M&S. I really liked the video link you sent for the vehicle check. A nice innovation that creates trust.


The actual person I handled the process was excellent, the quality of the world done was not, I had a new wing mirror fitted, the cost was higher than the original quoted price, even though my own used my casing was used, but I was less than impressed that nobody could even be bothered to remove the tack left by the tape used to hold the old casing in place, it looks less than 2 minutes to remedy when called to attention, so could have easily been done. I was also told that a voice message was left on my phone, that my vehicle was ready , this was not the case, I have now sold the vehicle & was thinking of pursuing new Renault this experience led meet take other action. The guy who processed my order was very pleasant, my other issue concerns the inability to find a parking space when I have brought my car in for servicing.


I have a large list of issues which was partly resolved. I’m not happy that all the issues that did get addressed was not to my satisfaction. Since new I have and continue to have issues with my car.

When I called in a couple of weeks before the service was due to book the service, I was greeted well and was give an explanation as to what service was required, on the day the service was due, again treated well on arrival, left the car in the company of the service desk. I was informed as to what extra work was needed to be carried out and was then told what time the car would be ready. On arrival again was treated well and was then given an explanation as to how the price was obtained and shown the paperwork with what work was carried out. Once everything was settled I was then taken to my car where I it was checked to make sure that i could drive the car away safely. Right through from the start of booking the car in to collecting it at the end of the service, I found that I was treated well even being remembered by one of the service team remembering me from previous visits. I will look forward in about 8 months time to be back at the service desk booking in my car for another service.


I handover my car at 9.15am.I didn't get any phone call. At about 5.45pm I been to Renault and asked from the sales rep who I return the key is my car ready.he checked the files on his table and said yes.but he to me in the morning ones your car ready I will inform you but he hasn't. Is it a good customer service?


There is not enough customer parking when dropping off vehicles for a service. I have taken out a 3 year service plan and it is not clear exactly what work is be undertaken at each visit. Your web site details need to be clearer. A video is provided of the srvice inspection -good idea but it's just a video of the underside of the car, I know the carbon filter should have been replaced surely a video of this would have been more relevant. I purchased the vehicle with 50miles on the clock and the brakes were sweeking. I advised the dealership when I bought in the car for its first service at 9,000miles and they stated it was extra cost to remove wheels and blow out any dust which may be causing the sqeeking. Not what I expect from Renault and a brand new car.

My car was booked in for the Monday morning. I dropped it off the Saturday before this. My car was not looked at on the Monday and my husband had to call to see if it was finished. Had to keep it for another day, so wasn’t ready until the next day (Tuesday). I had asked for a ticking noise to be checked, the air con to be checked when I booked it in. When I took it in I asked for a beeping alarm sound to be looked into as it had gone off four or five times but when you looked at the dash for the warning light nothing was lit up. This wasn’t written down on the sheet but I was assured it would be checked out. When I went to pick the car up a day late I was seen by a different guy and he had no knowledge of me asking about the alarm sound being checked. He asked to guy that booked it in and I was told that he had verbally hacked the work had been done and that there was no fault noted. He didn’t really want to get into a conversation with me about it, if I had been more with it in the day I would have asked to speak to the guy who told him their was no fault. I don’t believe it was checked and there is no written record of it being checked. I paid my money but feel very disappointed that my service took two days and that I genuinely believe my car was not checked for the alarm sound it was making. I was also told if there was a problem with my air con it would need a re gas, that the cost has gone up in price from£69 to £169 or £189 as my car requires special gas. You can have gas re filled in many places and it is the same for all cars. Didn’t feel confident with what I was being told and felt made to be stupid as I am female.


The car was due for a service, so I booked a 'while you wait' appointment, which was supposed to take 2 hours. The appointment was for 8.30am. I dropped the car off at 8am, so expected it to be ready at 10.30, but it wasn't. The car was finally ready at 11.10. From 10.30 onwards I asked if the car was ready a few times, only to be told it wouldn't be long. I think the service was complete, they were just waiting for it to be cleaned.


My car was booked in for Service and dropped off at 8am and yet due to staffing issues, my car was not likely to be ready at the end of the working day and I therefore had to return the next day to collect my car. The man who checked me in was professional and phoned me to explain everything so I can’t fault him at all, just the fact I had to return the next day brought my score down to a seven.


Completely satisfied with the service provided by Richard White, from the initial discussions regarding exchanging the current vehicle, until taking delivery of the new vehicle.

When I collected my car, only 1 keycard was available. The sales representative told us that one had been ordered for me which would take about 5 days to arrive. He said that I would be contacted to arrange an appointment to collect it and have it set up with the other key and the car. But I was not contacted by Renault. So seven working days later I contacted Renault. After my call had been passed to several people, someone thought to check whether it had actually arrived with the parts dept. It had. Why did nobody phone me to let me know? I was then offered an appointment to bring the car in - a week and a half away. When I said that I was concerned that I only had one keycard and would like an earlier appointment, I was offered one a week away. Of course I accepted that, but I am disappointed in the after sales service so far.

Having purchased 3 cars previously from other Renault Retail outlets i was more than satisfied in the way Renault Enfield handled my purchase. As i travel to collect my car i will use my local Renault dealer for after-sales/servicing. The salesman Mr Kurtis Sheppard was a pleasure to deal with and arranged the fitment of running-boards to the vehicle ready for my collection. The car on collection was the best prepared vehicle i have had from any Renault Retail and a credit to Renault Enfield.

I was disappointed there was no petrol in the tank whatsoever, nor was I told this. Also this car did not come with parking sensors even though it has this on the on-board computer. A car of this calibre should come with this nowadays as a basic package.

The service I received from the sales team was excellent .....my only complaint was when I collected my new vehicle....I had to go straight to a petrol station opposite as the tank was completely empty.....as I had travelled over 70 miles to pick up it would have been nice to have a least had enough fuel to journey home!!

The car was promised to come with a service. Upon checking the service book it looks like it hasn't been stamped. I've been told this was an oversight and they are happy to stamp the book if I send it to them in the post but it doesn't fill me with confid nice that the service was ever undertaken. Not sure how an experienced service technician at a main dealer could forget to stamp a book. It's possible I guess, but wouldn't expect it. The sales lady was very helpful and and the transaction was straight forward and hassle free. Also noticed a small issue with the car. The 'source' button on the steering wheel is stuck pushed in. Unfortunately it's not logistically feasible to get this fixed at Enfield so I will have to convince a local garage that this is a warranty claim and not wear and tear.

I have received an exceptional service from Alasdair Hutton (sales executive at Enfield).From the moment I walked through the showroom door to when I drove the car away he provided a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and he presented as professional, knowledgeable ,accommodating and honest in his opinions. This is my fifth experience of buying a car and there is no doubt it has been the most positive experience to date. I hadn't planned to buy a Renault car and had been looking at Ford and VW and was planning to go to Nissan .However I read reviews on the Renault Kadjar and decided I would at least have a look at one. I didn't have an appointment but turned up at the showroom and this was when I first met Alasdair. He took the time to go through the features of the Kadjar and some of the great offers on pre -registered cars. During this visit he offered me a test drive and gave me a valuation on the car. At the same time I felt absolutely no pressure AT ALL to buy a car. This was in contrast to Ford and VW who seemed reluctant to value the car and never did offer me a test drive despite me going backwards and forwards to appointments. Finally I found the videos that Alasdair offered to do on all three cars that I was interested in invaluable. He was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on the car once I ordered it. Many thanks again and I do hope that he gets recognised for his outstanding service.

Firstly I would like to say that I have not got my car yet I collect it tomorrow the 8th. Secondly the only reason I am changing my car is the fact that The new Dacia Stepway Laurente I purchased two years ago has rust on it which has left me very worried that it will break out in other places in the future. The rust is in a place under the bonnet around the spot welds, places where it cannot be caused by stone chips and the car no longer gives me any confidence as I would be very worried about rust breaking out in other areas that I cannot see. Mark in the service department was very helpful and after investigation he did agree that it was indeed rust and would get it sorted out for me but my confidence in the vehicle was shot by that time which was a pity as I did like the vehicle but I would not ever purchase another Dacia. So I have had to a buy a different vehicle which has made me spend money I really did not want to spend and was a little upset about the amount of part exchange that was offered to me. I was seriously thinking of not buying from Renault Retail Enfield again but in the end decided to give you one more chance and came to the conclusion that I was unlucky with the Dacia but do believe that in this day and age 2 year old vehicles should not be going rusty. The staff by the way are all friendly and helpful, but I am a little disgruntled what has happened to my Dacia.

I did not require to meet the Aftersales Team as i travled nearly over 160 mile round trip to make my purchase, and servicing will be undertaken by my local Renault agent. My experience was excellent. I was so impressed that not only my van was a registered demo "discounted" it was in the showroom and perfect condition too. This was also made even more pleasurable by your Sales Lady who was exceptional. She had prepared everything for me when i arrived, worked to a cronological order with it. Licenced my van and gave me carpet mats too. Perfect!!!! Just to add i am an Ex Renault Employee as worked for Renault Trucks in Reading nearly 25 years ago!!! I also previously owned a Renault Extra van which never failed me after ten years. It died only by corrosion. Once again many thanks.

The only issue I had is I wasn't happy that I have to book my car back in in order to get it touched up on paintwork, they are minor but quite a few scattered around vehicle. It shouldn't of been given to me like that. I know it's a used car but still it should have been sorted. The Ariel was bent I was then given a new one. However the salesman who dealt with me throughout was friendly.

The whole experience was brilliant. It was the first time I have bought a car from a dealership (second car) and I would definitely consider buying from RRG again. The car was delivered to our home address which was very nice. However the tyres had less than a bar, which was dangerous. This should have been picked up during the "services". Furthermore, the car was advertised with a inflation kit which was refused to us as we had a spare tyre. As this was a fleet purchase, and financed under our own Contract Hire arrangements, the offer of finance was not applicable. With the above in mind, and it is the 3rd Kangoo, we didn't require a test drive. The vehicle was delivered and I know Mark Buzer well, so this was arranged over the telephone. The vehicle arrived on time and was very clean considering the weather conditions and the extra's had be fitted correctly.

The vehicle was purchased form Spain so I did not see it until it was delivered. The vehicle was delivered in very clean condition. However it was delivered without a spare wheel jack and associated tools, and cigarette lighter. Also the purchase mileage had changed from 8818 miles as stated on your invoice to delivered mileage 9557. As part of the sale a full tank of fuel would be provided it was 3/4 full when delivered. This is not a question but how I feel about Renault Enfield. This is a second purchase I have made with Renault Enfield and on both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Richard White and I find a great person to deal with and he knows my needs in cars. In regards to the service department that I have dealt with since the purchase of my first car back in April 2013 I find them not the happiest of people and I found myself phoning them to find out the status of my car when they have failed to do so. I find that there is never a service car when I have had to bring my car in and I find this an inconvenience. I decided to purchase my new car from Renault Enfield on the strength of the quality Richard White and his customer service he brings to customers. I never fill in these kind of forms but I thought now is the time to do so. Kind regards

Not a question but would have expected car mats to be included as standard with a 14k vehicle, instead I have had to order as additional cost and temporarily protect the carpet with towels as I have 2 young children, very disappointing.

I was unfortunate to experience some issues with my vehicle after collection. Up until that point the service I received was excellent, however, it has to date taken over two months waiting for the sales guy to call me back and sort out the problem - the problem is yet to be resolved!

Disappointing experience. Started well with the video of the car I had found on the internet but fell down at the handover. Still waiting to receive correct mats after being fobbed off with incorrectly fitting mats. Still trying to work out the radio as were not told correct info. No aftersales service at all. Have rung requesting warranty paperwork as none was given. Hoping Swindon Renault will answer my queries which is where I am off now as a warning light about tyre pressure came up as soon as we reached home. Finance was not required.

I was well looked after by Nick, who made sure I was very comfortable with the car and it's accessories before driving off. He had no need to refer me to aftersales as he took the time to go through everything himself, which was very much appreciated by me and added to the superb customer service. It's so lovely to experience such superior customer service - it's a real rarity nowadays. Thank you Nick!

No sure what the aftersales department is so unsure how to answer. Maybe I was and I missed this. Roland was a superb sales executive unlike other Renault dealerships I visited. Also he insisted on a test drive of different size engines to enable me to compare.

Helder was a polite salesman. I had a couple of issues with the car which he tried his best to resolve but he did not have particularly good backup from the aftersales department. Resolved eventually.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. It was very poor right from the outset. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had travelled to view a particular car that I wished to purchase, I would have gone elsewhere. During the test drive I asked the salesman if the car would be serviced prior to collection, to which he said yes definitely. I also emailed to confirm this and received a response to say yes, the car would be serviced prior to collection. The handover of the new car was very disappointing, I was just handed the keys. I was not shown how the media nav worked or the Bluetooth phone connectivity. Whilst sitting in the car trying to fathom it all out, it became apparent that I hadn't been given a service book. I found a folder in the glovebox with a book in, which I took to the receptionist and asked where I would find the service book. She explained services would be listed in the back of the handbook. We looked and no service had been recorded. The receptionist took me to the service desk and they looked on the computer to see if the car had been serviced and it hadn't. They spoke with the salesman and service department and I refused to take the car until it had been serviced. It was agreed it would be serviced there and then. I had to wait a further two hours for this to be completed which resulted in an extremely stressful afternoon with two children waiting for the car to be ready. Once the car had been serviced the mechanic asked if I knew how everything worked, to which I replied, I had no idea and hadn't been shown. The mechanic called the salesman over and asked him to set the phone and media nav up for me and our journey home. I really didn't expect that buying a vehicle from a large Renault dealer would be so poor, disappointing, and stressful. I have owned Fiat for the past 20 years and buy a new car every 2-3 years and I have always received a fantastic level of service and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Friends and family had recommended Renault and I thought this time I would try Renault, but so far my experience has been very disappointing.

service needs to improve, I was given a car with chipped windscreen. Before the handover car should have been checked, MOT was carried out but chipped on the windscreen was missed off. I was advised that chipped windscreen doesn't effect the driving of the car and it has passed its MOT so its ok to handover the vehicle, I would call this a sub standard customer services. sales person Nick was good.

I dont have any questions at the moment but I do have a comment which I feel I need to make you aware of. This relates to the paint work of the car,,,,,,,,,which to my disappointment is extremely THIN ! In comparison to my previous vehicle - the SKODA FABIA......the paint surface appeared to be so robust in comparison. Maybe this could be relayed to the designers........

I would just like to say I think Helder was fantastic he was not pushy like most sales people, I was honest with him from the start and he went out of his way to make sure I was able to leave with the car I wanted. I left Renault very Happy not just because of my new car but because Helder was very nice and helpful thank you Helder.

Renault finance, called regarding my Twingo I had part exchanged, as I'd asked for a settlement figure. They asked why I wanted it and my details and then hung up. This really was bad customer service and really made me think did I make the right choice about staying with renault

My previous car was a Scenic so test drive on vehicle purchased with only 7 miles on clock was not necessary. I had already researched the garage so was aware of aftersales. The salesman Dan was very helpful and transaction was completed quickly and to my liking.
