We had had the same make of car before through Motability and we had asked for the same make and specification as it was very suitable. But we were not warned or informed on ordering it that the advance payment would be so much more than we had paid previously until we collected the new car. So instead of paying around œ50 or œ100 3 years ago we have now had to pay out œ395 which was a struggle for us to afford. We have had to pay it on a credit card as we did not have œ395 available. Apart from that we are very pleased with everything else so far.

First of all, I love the Renault Enfield office - from the courtesy I received from the receptionist to the wonderful service I received from Mr Kurtis Sheppard who sold the car to me. Mr Sheppard is a fantastic salesman and he is also very courteous and warm in his approach to customers. He is very knowledgeabke and, if if he is unsure of anything, would tell you that he would need to check with his manager, and he would check it quickly and come back to you promptly with a reply. He has excellent 'salesperson's skills' that can make any customer in doubt just go for it, 'anyway' and the customer would find they had made the right decision! I commend him for a great job he is doing for Renault.

Great at first, then not so great. Salesman (Nick) hard to get hold of; never there, on the phone, with a customer and not good at returning my calls. Did have a few video messages which were nice to be up to date with how things going - sometimes not much to tell me though. Delivery put back and back. Promised the car would be out of factory no later than a certain date, guess what, the date moved again! Had to speak to the manager as our car needed new tyres (as waited 6 months for new car!) - I felt he reluctantly gave us some money towards them (though when we did the finance the day before collecting the car, it hadn't been put towards our trade in value). I kept ringing them regarding the delivery as out MOT was getting closer and closer. In the week we finally got our car, I had 3 different delivery dates! Collecting the vehicle was good. Kurtis was so lovely, helpful, happy and smiley! He showed us how things in the car worked etc and it was a pleasure to be dealt by him. Since getting our new car, I have rung two times to ask a question about the finance (6000 miles and then we are charged 8p/mile - I want to change this if possible, as RCI can't). I am still waiting for a call back!!! Nice showroom, lack of parking an issue. Would have been nice to get some compensation/freebies as we waited so long for our car, but even Renault UK wouldn't budge on that!

My new car was a mobility purchase and Richard my Renault contact was very good. We normally have the megane Scenic every 3years but this time we had to go for Kadjar but this is even better because it is bigger inside. Due to my problem I need lots of room when driving so this is perfect for me. The only minor issue was on the previous one I had to purchase a spare wheel which I could not use on this one and though it was not used at all Renault were not interested in buying back. I have now given it away so no problem. Richard was very helpful and very good. Thank you

I bought my car in June, 2nd hand. Was not told about Rac cover. Within couple days speakers did not work, booked car in & was told they ordered all new speakers. On the day I had a call as there was a prob, went back in & said needed to bring back another day as only ordered one speaker! When returned to get all speakers fixed, I informed them that car wasn't starting first time, was told they would have a look. When collected car, speakers fixed & they had charged battery. Following week I had to call out AA as car took 10-12 tries to start. They said a fault on ignition button & spoke to dealer for me, lady spoke to aa man then spoke to me & said if car was that much of a prob I needed to bring it in now (was just before 5pm) she was rude to myself & AA man & said I should've phoned Rac-I didn't know I had Rac cover. I phoned Rac, they come to me after AA & also said fault with ignition. Was advised by Rac to ring garage in morning & get it booked in. Sat morning I spoke to garage, went through everything that happened & said was advised to ask if they could order in new ignition switch, garage didn't want to as said that wasn't the prob. Eventually they agreed and whilst on phone to me 'can you hear me order the switch, I'm typing on keyboard now & ordering it for you, can you hear?' Very friendly staff in that service department!! (There was one nice man but it wasn't this one!!) I took it in, had the car for 2 days & told me couldn't find a fault-told you we wouldn't! I said that aa & Rac both said fault on switch but they disagreed. I was going on holiday following day so needed car back & was told no fault. Whilst on holiday it has been taking 3 tries to start the car most days. I'm reluctant to take back to Renault enfield as they clearly have no interest in taking me seriously & like to say 'told you so' when they can't find a fault. Wouldn't recommend this dealership at all. Some days the car will start first time, other days I press brake & ignition switch & nothing at all! It's obviously an intermittent problem but not being taken seriously. They are saying they can't find a fault yet aa & Rac both said same thing! I give up!

The first time I had booked in for our 1 year service with courtesy car the courtesy car had not been booked, so I travelled to the garage and had to leave again. The second time the car was returned uncleaned. The service is incredibly expensive anyway, and seems very unnecessary for such a new car, and to not even have it cleaned was very disappointing.

It was a nice visit. I phoned a few days in advance to confirm my booking. I was told to bring it in from 8:30. I arrived at 9. I got seen to within 10 mins (there were a couple of other people ahead of me). I was informed how long the car will be in service for and also offered complementary car wash. Upon my return I was informed my car is almost done and when finished they'll let me know. SO i just wanted in the foyer and within 10 mins i was told my car was ready. I was given my check sheet and explained to that all is well and i was good to go. Went to my car. Was cleaned inside as well, so that was a pleasant surprise. All in all, happy with the outcome

It was to update my emissions (free), but the letter that was sent to me stated that the work would take 1 hour, but it took nearly 2 hours, because they had to wait for the engine to cool down. It would have been useful for that information to be printed in the letter. Didn't have time to have my car cleaned, and had to make an emergency call for a friend to collect my grandchildren from school, as I was only expecting to be there for 1 hour

The receptionist and guy I handed keys to (Roberto) were fantastic. Only comment I can fault is Robert was so busy and by himself, I had to wait longer for vehicle. You need to staff the service area at busy times. They did their jobs perfectly. Polite and helpful 10/10 for them. Parking too was a problem, but there's not much you can do about that except prepare a customer arriving to pre warn or advise where to put vehicle.

I was booked in for service and listed specific problems with my vehicle. I was called on the day of the service to be told that the electric car specialist needed to look at these specific problems was actually on holiday and would I reschedule. I explained I had taken time out of work to be able to get my car to the service and it was agreed there was someone there who could fix the major issue so I continued with the booking. When collecting my car I was told the issue had been fixed - it hasn't. I received 2 missed calls from the after care department but no other follow up. I was also rather aggressively encouraged to score 9 0r 10 for customer service. This is the 3rd time I have had this issue with my car (reversing camera staying on) and I am seriously frustrated it has still not been solved.

I had the first service on my Clio. It cost œ150, and all that happened was the pollen filter was cleaned, and a list of ticks. I have been advised that my next service is due in 5000 miles, which will be in less than 6 months, and have been given a œ10 (!) reduction in cost. I was amazed that this service did not include air filter, oil filter or change of oil.

Car not repaired! paid œ375.00 for only part investigation works, further investigation works were were quoted on the phone to be a further œ500.00 and another possible œ1000.00 more or new engine for œ6000.00. took my vehicle to another mechanic and paid œ720.00 for all repairs, re doing all the valves on the engine. Also staff at Renault offered me œ675.00 for my vehicle, I declined and another offer when I return to Renault to pay the bill I declined again before another price was offered.

When I took my car in, My fault,I had forgotten to mention the metal cap on the rear offside back was stuck. The next day I remembered but when I looked the cap it was still stuck in the same position and still unable to undo. To check the tyre pressures for an MOT obviously you need to undo the cap. so it questions how the pressure was checked. I told my contact when he rang to check I was happy with everything and I explained to him my concerns, he was checking with the mechanic, but I am still awaiting a call back.

They have asked me to bring the car in for servicing at 9am and so I did but my car want seen until 3.30pm. I wasnt given a curtisy car as I had to wait another 1 month if i wanted one and dont live near the showroom so all day from 9am to 5.30pm was just walking around in the middle of nowhere. I feel they could at least make morning or afternoon appointments. My car needed a new tyre and tracking but i was told they could do it on the day and that i had to rebook for that and they released my car with a tyre which showed wires. Not impressed at all.

When I got my car back there was a really bad sound (I don't no how the driver come all the way back with the car with out thinking there was something wrong with it ??) I got in the car the next day after it had been drop of back to my work. Only turn the car round and new there was a problem with it. I leave 20mils away from where the car got drop off so I can't drive the car until I find the problem and I went round all the wheels to make sure they was all tight they was fine. The got under the car to see if the exhaust was ok, that was fine then going down to the front of the car to find the plate that covers under the engine had 3 of its 4 boils was lose. This is after 30 mins of looking for this problem that should never come out the work shop like this in the first place.

I had previously gone to Renault Autopoint in Walthamstow, and that was very disappointing. I have two Megan's. One went in for a service at your Enfield Branch on the 3rd April Reg. LR13 EXV. I spent over œ660 but when I collected it. It had not been washed. My other Megan Reg. LS16 KHZ. This one went in for a small first service on the 5th April. After completing the service it was nicely washed. WHY was the first one on the 3rd not washed it was dirtier than the second one. I do not understand your priorities. Do you only was cars under 3 years old. It might seem trivial to you but not to me. Either do both cars or none. The only downside being that many dealers offer a waiting service - when the only information available is that it will be ready by half 5 and no other guarentees can be made when there was adamance it had to be in the dealership first thing, then having ti continuously phone for updates when as soon as possible was needed and thhe car was still not even being looked at by half 12, during which time i could have had use of it for a a few more hours. From dropping the car wt 9:20am, i think leaving with it at 4:35pm when requesting as soon as is possible is not taking into account the real life of people and how cars are integrral to that as well as the dropping off and collecting of a vehicle from a location that not everyone will live in.

He forgot to phone and update me on when the parts were expected to arrive (as he had promised), but he apologised sincerely and I thought he was doing everything he could to keep me happy. But the dealership should know when parts are being dispatched, and when they are expected to arrive. Why were they not dispatched by Renault in France on the same day? And why are all the parts in France? No central depot on this side of the channel? What's the point in traveling further to use a Renault dealer then? It would have been far easier and more convenient to get my local (non-Renault) garage to do the work. If Renault Enfield was better I might have got the paintwork and MOT done there too, but I didn't.

My car went in for an MOT but that option was not listed. So far over the last 12 months my car has been serviced and has had some repair work done, culminating in it MOT. It passed the MOT and I am happy with the way Enfield has looked after my vehicle. My only gripe would be the lack of a courtesy car and not enough people available to collect my car from home and also return it. Renault Manchester pay for taxis to transport customers home and back again. When my car was in for repair, I paid out over œ30 in taxi fares.

I left my car at an appropriate time that was convenient to me, I received during the day a video of the work that was need to be undertake and this was carried out on time and the car was returned to me in enough time for me to collect before the day ended. The person on the service desk was very helpful in explaining the work carried out and helped me with any questions that I needed to be answered. Also a week later I was contacted by the same person to see if I was still happy with the way the car was running.

When I collected my car, only 1 keycard was available. The sales representative told us that one had been ordered for me which would take about 5 days to arrive. He said that I would be contacted to arrange an appointment to collect it and have it set up with the other key and the car. But I was not contacted by Renault. So seven working days later I contacted Renault. After my call had been passed to several people, someone thought to check whether it had actually arrived with the parts dept. It had. Why did nobody phone me to let me know? I was then offered an appointment to bring the car in - a week and a half away. When I said that I was concerned that I only had one keycard and would like an earlier appointment, I was offered one a week away. Of course I accepted that, but I am disappointed in the after sales service so far.

Having purchased 3 cars previously from other Renault Retail outlets i was more than satisfied in the way Renault Enfield handled my purchase. As i travel to collect my car i will use my local Renault dealer for after-sales/servicing. The salesman Mr Kurtis Sheppard was a pleasure to deal with and arranged the fitment of running-boards to the vehicle ready for my collection. The car on collection was the best prepared vehicle i have had from any Renault Retail and a credit to Renault Enfield.

I was disappointed there was no petrol in the tank whatsoever, nor was I told this. Also this car did not come with parking sensors even though it has this on the on-board computer. A car of this calibre should come with this nowadays as a basic package.

The service I received from the sales team was excellent .....my only complaint was when I collected my new vehicle....I had to go straight to a petrol station opposite as the tank was completely empty.....as I had travelled over 70 miles to pick up it would have been nice to have a least had enough fuel to journey home!!

The car was promised to come with a service. Upon checking the service book it looks like it hasn't been stamped. I've been told this was an oversight and they are happy to stamp the book if I send it to them in the post but it doesn't fill me with confid nice that the service was ever undertaken. Not sure how an experienced service technician at a main dealer could forget to stamp a book. It's possible I guess, but wouldn't expect it. The sales lady was very helpful and and the transaction was straight forward and hassle free. Also noticed a small issue with the car. The 'source' button on the steering wheel is stuck pushed in. Unfortunately it's not logistically feasible to get this fixed at Enfield so I will have to convince a local garage that this is a warranty claim and not wear and tear.

I have received an exceptional service from Alasdair Hutton (sales executive at Enfield).From the moment I walked through the showroom door to when I drove the car away he provided a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble and he presented as professional, knowledgeable ,accommodating and honest in his opinions. This is my fifth experience of buying a car and there is no doubt it has been the most positive experience to date. I hadn't planned to buy a Renault car and had been looking at Ford and VW and was planning to go to Nissan .However I read reviews on the Renault Kadjar and decided I would at least have a look at one. I didn't have an appointment but turned up at the showroom and this was when I first met Alasdair. He took the time to go through the features of the Kadjar and some of the great offers on pre -registered cars. During this visit he offered me a test drive and gave me a valuation on the car. At the same time I felt absolutely no pressure AT ALL to buy a car. This was in contrast to Ford and VW who seemed reluctant to value the car and never did offer me a test drive despite me going backwards and forwards to appointments. Finally I found the videos that Alasdair offered to do on all three cars that I was interested in invaluable. He was an excellent communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on the car once I ordered it. Many thanks again and I do hope that he gets recognised for his outstanding service.

The sales lady was fantastic howeve very disappointed with the price that was quoted car was priced up at 18k was reduced to 17k then when i went on the web site it was priced at 17k anyway i think i should have been given the car for 16k feel cheated really currently taking this up with trading standards the manager was unwilling to acknowledge this, as i said the lady who sold me the car was fantastic shame the manager was not

Firstly I would like to say that I have not got my car yet I collect it tomorrow the 8th. Secondly the only reason I am changing my car is the fact that The new Dacia Stepway Laurente I purchased two years ago has rust on it which has left me very worried that it will break out in other places in the future. The rust is in a place under the bonnet around the spot welds, places where it cannot be caused by stone chips and the car no longer gives me any confidence as I would be very worried about rust breaking out in other areas that I cannot see. Mark in the service department was very helpful and after investigation he did agree that it was indeed rust and would get it sorted out for me but my confidence in the vehicle was shot by that time which was a pity as I did like the vehicle but I would not ever purchase another Dacia. So I have had to a buy a different vehicle which has made me spend money I really did not want to spend and was a little upset about the amount of part exchange that was offered to me. I was seriously thinking of not buying from Renault Retail Enfield again but in the end decided to give you one more chance and came to the conclusion that I was unlucky with the Dacia but do believe that in this day and age 2 year old vehicles should not be going rusty. The staff by the way are all friendly and helpful, but I am a little disgruntled what has happened to my Dacia.

I have to clarify i did not require a road test. The van was brand new in the showroom and i am familiar with these vehicles. I did not require to meet the Aftersales Team as i travled nearly over 160 mile round trip to make my purchase, and servicing will be undertaken by my local Renault agent. My experience was excellent. I was so impressed that not only my van was a registered demo "discounted" it was in the showroom and perfect condition too. This was also made even more pleasurable by your Sales Lady who was exceptional. She had prepared everything for me when i arrived, worked to a cronological order with it. Licenced my van and gave me carpet mats too. Perfect!!!! Just to add i am an Ex Renault Employee as worked for Renault Trucks in Reading nearly 25 years ago!!! I also previously owned a Renault Extra van which never failed me after ten years. It died only by corrosion. Once again many thanks.

The only issue I had is I wasn't happy that I have to book my car back in in order to get it touched up on paintwork, they are minor but quite a few scattered around vehicle. It shouldn't of been given to me like that. I know it's a used car but still it should have been sorted. The Ariel was bent I was then given a new one. However the salesman who dealt with me throughout was friendly.

The whole experience was brilliant. It was the first time I have bought a car from a dealership (second car) and I would definitely consider buying from RRG again. Everything that I asked to be done (alloy wheel scratches fixed, chips painted, new floor mats and new key) were carried out and the car was delivered on time despite work being done during the Easter break.

The car was delivered to our home address which was very nice. However the tyres had less than a bar, which was dangerous. This should have been picked up during the "services". Furthermore, the car was advertised with a inflation kit which was refused to us as we had a spare tyre. Though, if the car was advertised with such kit, we should have legally received it with no argument....

As this was a fleet purchase, and financed under our own Contract Hire arrangements, the offer of finance was not applicable. With the above in mind, and it is the 3rd Kangoo, we didn't require a test drive. The vehicle was delivered and I know Mark Buzer well, so this was arranged over the telephone. The vehicle arrived on time and was very clean considering the weather conditions and the extra's had be fitted correctly.

The vehicle was purchased form Spain so I did not see it until it was delivered. The vehicle was delivered in very clean condition. However it was delivered without a spare wheel jack and associated tools, and cigarette lighter. Also the purchase mileage had changed from 8818 miles as stated on your invoice to delivered mileage 9557. As part of the sale a full tank of fuel would be provided it was 3/4 full when delivered. This is not a question but how I feel about Renault Enfield. This is a second purchase I have made with Renault Enfield and on both occasions I have had the pleasure of dealing with Richard White and I find a great person to deal with and he knows my needs in cars. In regards to the service department that I have dealt with since the purchase of my first car back in April 2013 I find them not the happiest of people and I found myself phoning them to find out the status of my car when they have failed to do so. I find that there is never a service car when I have had to bring my car in and I find this an inconvenience. I decided to purchase my new car from Renault Enfield on the strength of the quality Richard White and his customer service he brings to customers. I never fill in these kind of forms but I thought now is the time to do so. Kind regards

Disappointing experience. Started well with the video of the car I had found on the internet but fell down at the handover. Still waiting to receive correct mats after being fobbed off with incorrectly fitting mats. Still trying to work out the radio as were not told correct info. No aftersales service at all. Have rung requesting warranty paperwork as none was given. Hoping Swindon Renault will answer my queries which is where I am off now as a warning light about tyre pressure came up as soon as we reached home. Finance was not required.

I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. It was very poor right from the outset. If it hadn't been for the fact that I had travelled to view a particular car that I wished to purchase, I would have gone elsewhere. During the test drive I asked the salesman if the car would be serviced prior to collection, to which he said yes definitely. I also emailed to confirm this and received a response to say yes, the car would be serviced prior to collection. The handover of the new car was very disappointing, I was just handed the keys. I was not shown how the media nav worked or the Bluetooth phone connectivity. Whilst sitting in the car trying to fathom it all out, it became apparent that I hadn't been given a service book. I found a folder in the glovebox with a book in, which I took to the receptionist and asked where I would find the service book. She explained services would be listed in the back of the handbook. We looked and no service had been recorded. The receptionist took me to the service desk and they looked on the computer to see if the car had been serviced and it hadn't. They spoke with the salesman and service department and I refused to take the car until it had been serviced. It was agreed it would be serviced there and then. I had to wait a further two hours for this to be completed which resulted in an extremely stressful afternoon with two children waiting for the car to be ready. Once the car had been serviced the mechanic asked if I knew how everything worked, to which I replied, I had no idea and hadn't been shown. The mechanic called the salesman over and asked him to set the phone and media nav up for me and our journey home. I really didn't expect that buying a vehicle from a large Renault dealer would be so poor, disappointing, and stressful. I have owned Fiat for the past 20 years and buy a new car every 2-3 years and I have always received a fantastic level of service and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Friends and family had recommended Renault and I thought this time I would try Renault, but so far my experience has been very disappointing.

service needs to improve, I was given a car with chipped windscreen. Before the handover car should have been checked, MOT was carried out but chipped on the windscreen was missed off. I was advised that chipped windscreen doesn't effect the driving of the car and it has passed its MOT so its ok to handover the vehicle, I would call this a sub standard customer services. sales person Nick was good.

My previous car was a Scenic so test drive on vehicle purchased with only 7 miles on clock was not necessary. I had already researched the garage so was aware of aftersales. The salesman Dan was very helpful and transaction was completed quickly and to my liking.
