I have not taken delivery of my new Renault as this survey suggests. However as a returning customer I can use my previous experience and knowledge of the good service I have received from Coulsdon. I am due to collect my new vehicle in 12 days time and have already arranged this with my salesman along with the adaptions required for me to drive.


Very straight forward process.

Only a few problems, my name was spelt wrong on the documents, so had to return my V5 when it arrived, had difficulty contacting dealer as he was on holiday, but his colleagues dealt with this. Was promised a full tank of petrol with new car, this didn’t happen, and was dismissed as having enough to get home. Had to wait 10 days for my cheque on part exchange of my old car, had been told it would be BACs, but that didn’t happen now have to wait a further 7days for cheque to clear. Overall tho was pleased with the service.


Great experience. Salesman was really helpful. When there was an issue with the part exchange he worked hard to resolve the issue and come up with another solution.

A very pleasant experience. I was unable to test drive vehicle as I was recovering from abdominal surgery. The salesman was very understanding and answered all questions fully


Even though the garage sorted out the problems after I had driven the car away I feel that it should never of happened. Perhaps there should be an undercover area so the rain does not distract from the car's exterior and enough space given to comfortably walk around it. When you buy a new car, an expensive purchase, you expect it to be perfect from the start. I have heard that cars get bumped and scratched in delivery but these are usually ironed out so that the customer never knows but you never think that this will happen to you.

Apart from the extended delivery time all other aspects of dealing with Renault Croydon have been excellent.


The Sales person (Ali Pasha) was an absolute star. He made the purchase of our car such a please.


We've used Renault croydon for a number of years, service is excellent and so we travel beyond our local dealer to use Renault Croydon. Danny de Silva explains things very clearly and gives us all the information we need without pressurising us into decisions. The service team are also very helpful.


I am thoroughly impressed as always with my 12th new car purchase from the Coulsdon and previously West Croydon branches. Daniel De Silva has served my for my previous car 15 reg as well, he has a very pleasant manner and most helpful , and I much prefer the satnav in this car as opposed to the previous one which didn't operate properly. I first took my car to the garage (problem with the radio) on 28th June (having waited 2 weeks for an appointment). I was told they needed to order a part and they would contact me when the part arrived. Nobody’s contacted me so after a week I made contact and was told the part had arrived and given a date of 18th July. I was contacted during the day to say they could not complete the repair as they had no internet. They kept the car overnight and promised to do the repair the next day. However, the next day they rang to say that actually they had ordered the wrong part. It was agreed I would return on 24th for the repair. On 23rd they rang to say the part had not arrived and would not actually arrive in France until 20th August!!! As I was going on holiday I had no choice but to spend the holiday without a working radio. On my return it took 2 days to eventually get to speak to someone at the garage to make arrangements for the repair. 64 days after first looking at my car radio, it was finally repaired!!!!!!


This visit was to repair the damaged caused by the valeting company who cleaned my car following a service the previous week.

Very easy to drop car off on the bank holiday Monday for work to begin next day...... I requested to collect car at 2.30 if possible - would have been nice to have had a call giving estimated completion time Only other niggle is that after being told it would be ready at certain time I then sat and waited nearly an hour BUT I was pleased with the car when I got it, just frustrated at being told it would be 10-15mins when actually it was just under the hour.

I purchased the only 7 month old car from used sales. I was told as part of the deal I could have a free service and that the car would have an all over check before picking it up. This was however clearly not done as the day I drove it off the forecourt one of the windscreen washers didnt work! I tried to fix this myself thinking it was a blocked hole but wasn’t so I had to book it in. I was disappointed this had Happened on a nearly new car but more that it hadn’t been checked prior to me collecting. I was then surprised that as they knew what it was coming in for that they didn’t have the part in stock-but appreciate this sometimes the case. I also had problems with the salesman saying due to his budget I would need the service done now (June I think) even though it wasn’t due til sept. There has been ongoing confusion about this, but thankfully one person there does know what she’s talking about and that is Tamara Scarlett. Thank goodness she is there!


My service advisor was amazing kept me informed and got my car earlier than expected. Great service


I have been waiting for a part since the end of May. It was supposed to be fitted and the service done in one day. They then informed me they needed longer so I agreed they could keep it overnight and I would collect it late the next afternoon. At midday they rang to say they needed to order another part and that wouldn’t be in until the next day. Therefore instead of it taking one day it took 2.5 days.


I always return to Renault Coulsdon as the staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it’s a breeze! I do like that if there’s an issue with the car, the problem is filmed and sent to you so you can see for yourself and it’s not just getting more money out of you. I like honesty!

I had to telephone the garage after 1700hrs to find out if I was going to get the car back that day and getting a response was very slow.

I know the staff well over the many years we have been buying cars from Renault Coulsdon. They are always friendly and helpful in all departments - sales, reception and service.


Excellent customer service from Carlos in the Service Department and the gentleman (whose name I’m afraid I don’t have) who picked up and dropped off my vehicle - a joy to deal with!


Tamara dealt with the issues with my vehicle and is wonderful, very helpful and very on the ball, she liaised with Renault direct to get the issue fixed as soon as possible. When I collected the vechile Tamara was on leave the gentleman that dealt with me was not very helpful, couldn't find my paperwork, took ages to find my keys, was quite rude and abrupt. Collecting car was further delayed by it not being cleaned, a quick wash of the outside was made while we waited. If Tamara was on site that day I feel we would have received a much better service.

I purchased my car from Renault Croydon back in 2007. I have had a service plan with them all by 1 year believing I would get a good service from a main dealer. In all that time I have only ever had 1 major service on my car and that was when I mentioned my brake fluid had not been changed. I am disappointed with them for taking my money but in my opinion I have not had the service I am now believing I should have had. I took my car 3 weeks ago for yet another MOT, service and informed the service dept. when making the appointment I had a faulty water temperature sensor. When the car's service and MOT was complete I was informed I would have to return because there was not temp sensor in the spares dept. I was also unable to renew my service plan for the next two year as the person I was dealing with was unable to remember the password and those about him were unhelpful too. I returned to have the sensor fix about a week later and talked to the service manager. I had a discussion with him regarding my service history and was told that my car really should have had a major service every second if not third year. Why have I not been ad vised of this sooner. I am surprised I have not had issues with my car. The coolant, spark plugs filters and everything else that is done on a major service has only been done once in it's 12 year life. I feel I have been let down big time. Why would I continue taking my car back for its annual service!


I had to wait a bit longer than estimated. Howver they had fitted me in at short notice which was really helpful. The cost was less than quoted and I appreciated the valet even though it was only in for a new tyre.


Booked car in and dropped off ok, chased up 4 times calling various numbers which got me put through the correct department once. Promised call backs from the correct department twice. Only went in for brakes to be looked at and the front bumper to be looked at as it was loose. Dropped car off at 8.30am and called up 2.40 chasing it up and never got updated. Was told I would get call backs, eventually managed to call someone in the correct department who told me 1-1 and a half hours and it would be ready. 5.45pm came and got my mother to call up who asked to speak to managers or supervisors. Got put through to one of the technicians who said it was ready. Picked it up from the receptionist who had no idea what had been done to it and no idea where it was even parked. Never had to sign to say collected or got any documents saying it had been in the dealer. All in all 0 contact from your dealership in regards to what was going on with my car.


Excellent service generally - except I had to return as they had failed to solve the problem on a previous visit (internal light falling out of its fitting) Parking problems as usual!


The inside door handle was pulled off and just stuck back on with super strength resins as the is a 265 Cup sport it looks really bad as it doesn't sit flush like the other side and has hurt its retail value, I was told they would fix it I have heard nothing to fix it will need a new handle and door card I guess about £1000 to fix. They said they would call me I have heard nothing this was 2 weeks ago

I brought up the issue of the SATNAV not taking postcode. The person who I saw said it was a known problem but didn't offer to put it right-I think it should be a technical problem corrected by Renault.

I am still waiting for the issue with my car to be sorted re: my radio. I have had to call and whilst the service person was helpful, I was still unable to book my car in to get it sorted. Am still waiting. Usually the service is a 10/10, but unfortunately not this time.

This visit was fine but it was a return because the wrong part had been ordered for the original visit.


I have had a catalogue of problems since purchasing my Renault in January, the last occasion with the bonnet not being properly secured necessitating pulling on to the hard shoulder of the motorway in horrendous weather to rectify the problem. All my concerns were voiced in a telephone survey and in an email to the general manager neither of which I have received any response to.


After the service paid my billgot to the car and it was not cleaned. Back to reception the lady apologised all was resolved an over sight in the good work thay do


I had somewhere bright and clean with wifi so I could work while I waited for the car to be serviced. Staff were all helpful and friendly

I have not been to your show room as my car was picked up and delivered back to me. I have a dent in my car i would of loved a quote as to how much it would cost to repair. as it was in for a MOT.


I have been using the Renault Croydon - Coulsdon garage for many years and have always found the staff very helpful and courteous. The garage is very clean and presentable and I enjoy a cup of tea and biscuits whilst my car is being attended too. However, I would request a car air freshener to be put in the car on each occasion I visit the garage, i.e. twice a year.


Quick and efficent


My initial visit was fine and a warranty issue was spotted. The car was returned for this and at the time another problem was found. I was told it would take the mechanic 2-3 days to look at it and I would hear from them to book in. Well this was 3 weeks ago. I have phoned trying to get it resolved but still nothing. Both courtesy cars I have had, have been dirty and no petrol (literally fumes; just enough to get to a garage). Really poor.


Renault is not a problem its the Dacia design of the central console in the Stepway

Had a MOT service in January 2018. They told me that my brakes need changing at a cost of £300. I did not get them changed until recently but Renault honoured that price offered. for comparison, kwikfit quoted me £600 which I thought was ridiculous. Thank you Renault.


I had no concerns regarding Renault Croydon Coulsdon, but made initial enquiries through the call centre, who told me that the car was safe to drive until the appointment 10 days later. However, on the day, I was informed that it was 'just as well the work had been undertaken as it could have been dangerous to leave it!


No resolution to my problems and have had new issues directly caused by being at the dealership.

From start to finish everyone was helpful and informative. My unintentioned visit was stress free.

When i purchased my vehicle i expected it to be in full working order. On the test drive the radio was playing up and I was informed it probably needed re setting / tuning. The problem was persistant and that's why i took it back to the dealership. I also had a crack on the plastic wing mirror cover. I was informed that they were aware that some of the DAB radio's had a problem and that they were awaiting a software update but did not know when it would be available. Also to fix the wing mirror it would be £110.00. I have now been driving around with the radio off for mostly all my journeys as the noise is so annoying. I maybe would have been nice for the repair of the wing mirror to be offered f.o.c due to the inconvenience with the radio. Who knows how long it will take to repair. Really quite annoyed!

One of the services were to do a health check. Battery was reported to have been checked. 2 days later my car would not start. I called the garage and the person on the telephone was undoubtedly unhelpful. I rang RAC who came and rectified the problem which was the battery??? It showed when charged only 40% life. How was this not picked up on the Tuesday when I had my car serviced and mot. I have always been a loyal customer to this dealership. I bought my car there and have taken it back year in year out to have the servicing. I paid RAC to change the battery. So not only was I totally inconvenienced, you lost out on a battery. I am now thinking the battery was not tested in the health check. I am very upset by the whole experience.


Brought my van in for service and a noisy gearbox ( 17k miles ! ) service done in 2 days and gear box was 4 days but not a problem as it works well and the van was even washed !

Service by Staff excellent, but wish that car designs were not computer orientated so that repairs have to be completed by dealer and not my service mechanic I have been using my mechanic for over 30years to include cars as Opel Senator, Rover, Triumph Vitesse and Austin Princess. My Renault Laguna has given me great satisfaction and will continue to do so. Would but another Renault when needed.

Most disappointing visit. Took 10 mins to park my car with little help, when I rang to see if the car was ready, I was told someone would ring back - they didn't. Car wasn't cleaned, when I asked where it was parked for collection, I was pointed in the direction of the door and told somewhere on the left. Not good enough Renault, I am planning to change my car next year, this was 5th Renault, maybe time for a change. Previously with Renault insurance, have changed provider.

I was dissapointed in the service I received this time, I have always had my cars serviced at renault for the past 6 years, but unfortunately on this occasion I had to wait for someone to come down the steps to me (as I had a baby in a pram) and 2 people went ahead of me as they did not have babies and could go up the steps. When I was told my car was ready I explained my husband would pick up an hour later and they said it would be cleaned in time. When my husband returned home my car had not been cleaned at all, he also had to go on a hunt to find my car afterwards and the service department didn’t know where it was either.

This was the second time i have taken it to crpydon for same problem.. first time bushes were changed,this time nothing found.but steering still making a noise. Servuce was done at same time. Both visits they were unable to provide a courtesy car so i had to find a lift. Was told car would be cleaned as part of service... this was not done... infact my car was completely filthy with bitten finger nails on the mat! Pictures can be provided. I called 6 times to find out what was happening with my car leaving voicemails and no reaponse. Had to email in. Then would not answer my question an what time i cpuld collect and 3 further emails i called the main reception to find opening hours and informed them i would be there waiting when they open! My car was boxes in when I went to collect and noone offered help. Awful experience,very disapointing and using the garage for around 5 years. Wont be returning. Disgusting customer service


My car was booked in for 4 year service and mot at 11.30 on 26.02.18 but I was told too many cars had been booked and at 4.00pm I was told to bring it back on 01.03.18 at 9.00am. As a part needed to be ordered and my mot had then run out I was given a courtesy car in the afternoon. It was a hired car and I had to pay £6.99 per day to waive a £600 excess. I chose this as it was snowy and icy expecting I would have it for a few days but work on my car was not completed for 14 days due to waiting for a part causing me extra expense yet your website says free courtesy car. On collecting my car there were fresh scrapes on the front bumper and I have to take it back for repair on 12.04.18. I had to continually call over the 2 weeks you had the car for updates and was not happy with the information given. I’m out of pocket £70 I had to pay to Enterprise car hire just because you had run out of courtesy cars. I am not inclined to bring my Renault back for next years service and mot.

Car park is a nightmare. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was told though that my vehicle was ready when it wasn't - I then had to wait 40 minutes for it to be cleaned. Car park is a nightmare.

Customer service was really good , all staff did everything to help ,while I was delivering my car and on collection,I was kept informed of the service of my car .


When I bought the car in Sep 2017 I was told the wipers would be replaced. This was not done,I told the driver who picked up the car and they still were not done.?


Do not know yet having a recommended change sorted.


Tamara in service reception was very helpful with everything relating to the MOT, Service and Warranty work; I couldn`t have received any better customer service, she is a true professional.


Although the original phone booking did not inspire confidence ( I did not receive any text or email confirmation of service booking), I was very pleased how I was greeted and dealt with upon arrival.


Customer service is always top notch and the work seems to be done well although with a service it is difficult to tell. Costs are reasonable. Only small downsides are that parking is always a nightmare and the clean often ends up with a smeared windscreen which isn't ideal with a drive on a dark or wet M25 after I collect it.


Renault Coulsdon dealership/ workshop staff are excellent, We have always been satisfied with their customer service & feel confident that should a problem arise they would deal with it in a good communicative manner. Hence our returning to them over several years. Staff are friendly and informative and operate in a professional manner.


Every thing was fine as I expected however I was disappointed that there were no brochures on the Magane or Kadjar available, I did walk around the dealership looking and no member of staff asked if they could help.

The staff are great, polite and helpful as stated earlier in survey disappointed that my vehicle has to be returned as it isn't right and disappointed at the length of time between visits, if the work isn't right a return visit should be prioritised not left for a few weeks.


Vehicle not cleaned but asked to bring vehicle back in for cleaning. However changed vehicle in mean time.

All well apart from not charging me for a missing indicator caused by clipping the wing mirror saying, despite my questioning it, that it was covered under warranty. This was picked up later and I was asked to pay the required sum. Otherwise all fine- particularly pleased that a long standing problem with the computer regarding a false handbrake warning light was fixed.

Contacted me regards the service then changed the details as they had noticed that the vehicle was due its first MOT. This was very good service, well planned.

I am writing this as a complaint following the replacement of the rear brake pads on the above vehicle on Thursday 8th March. After noticing that there was a rubbing sound coming from the brakes I was unable to book it in to our local Renault dealer at Orpington as their Master ramp was out of service. I booked it into Renault Croydon as they were able to book it in almost immediately. I was not able to have a courtesy car as it was short notice and they said there were none available. I received a video message during the morning which confirmed that the brakes were badly worn and needed replacement. I heard nothing further and at 4pm I decided to call them to ask for an update. I was told there was no update available and that someone would call me. By 5.30 pm I had still heard nothing and so I called again to be told that there was only one person still in at the service reception but that she couldn’t speak to me at that time and was reassured that she would call me back. She didn’t and so I called them again at 5.55pm (they close at 6) and was finally told that there had been a discrepancy with the submitted mileage as, at a service some months ago the wrong mileage had been recorded. I appreciate that mistakes happen but I feel that it is completely unacceptable that no one thought to call and keep me informed of what was happening. I was unable to collect the vehicle that day and had to travel by bus, tram and train, at my own expense, the following morning as I had no one able to take me back. My husband is completely reliant on this vehicle and I am astounded that no one from the garage or from Motability thought to call me to clarify the situation and didn’t even tell me what the problem was when I first called them at 4pm. These comments have also been submitted to motability as I feel that they were also at fault for not keeping me informed.

No Ony was I completely satisfied. The staff were friendly and caring but the customer in front of me had real problmes and I was so impressed at the care and attention the staff at the show room helped them beyond the normal thing one wodul expect. Most impressed. Great team there.

Awful place! Will never return there. Took no responsibility for damaging my car, the manager was very nice but clearly could not manage his staff. After the third time of my car having to go back for repair I got fed up of going there so went elsewhere. Sadly it’s even put me off having another Renault and made me fear ever having to take my car to a dealership. Some of the staff were pleasant. Front of house where always nice but a couple of chaps were rude and dis missive and made me feel very awkward and un welcome. The manager was pleasant and tried to be accommodating but if his staff carries out there work correctly I wouldn’t of had to of dealt with him in the first place.


Your after sales team are very polite and dealt with every query i had in a very professional manner


My car only came in for an MOT. The lady on reception was great!


All serviced and clean within an hour


The only problem was getting into the car park, it was chockablock and there were no empty spaces to park, there was a man with an oversized van trying and maneuvering to get out that wouldn’t allow anyone else to get in or out. Coming out later, there were 3 cars in front of mine that had to be moved, one of them a security van. They need either more space or less cars .

The car was very poorly valeted for me picking it up. The windows were really quite dirty, there was "white dust" in front of the steering wheel on the dash (the first thing I saw when I walked up to the car) and the drivers mat was really dirty. There was polish between the body and the flares on the arches. I also found glass in the car but have been contacting Lewis about this. I would expect a Renault Sport car to be prepared perfectly and i had to clean it inside and out when I got home. The sales person, Lewis Triplow was very helpful, he sent me a video of the car as I live in Northern Ireland. He emailed me quickly and talked on the phone as well. I couldn't fault him.

Experience with Mark Harris was quite poor. He was so condescending on Tuesday 4 March - belittled my purchase, saying even if the rear diffuser was damaged pre sale he wouldn't authorise replacement on a 40000 mile used car. Suffice to say part of the attraction when advertised was that the car is still less than three years old. Well, it was damaged pre sale, I've got photos date & time stamped n your fore court. To tell a long term customer that 'the conversation is over' is quite rude, I think?

Generally I was very happy, from making contact on the Phone with Mark, to meeting both Mark & Ernie, to the test drive, to agreeing on price etc etc, my only negative was collection, I was asked to arrive early on the Saturday Morning to collect the Car, I was asked to wait in the reception area, whilst waiting there were other sales people talking and I overheard them saying that Ernie is not happy this morning as that Customer there (me) was here to collect his car, and it had not been valeted, which was clear to see, as when we did the hand over the car was still wet, also there were scuff marks on the centre console, which after the test drive, Ernie said he would get someone to look at that / resolve the marks, which clearly did not happen. He went through slowly how to use the media in my car, he set up the radio, made sure my ipod worked and I knew how to start the car without a key! I felt valued as a customer and with Lewis help I chose the right car. I would also like to say thank you to Zac who helped me to complete the paper work for the finance agreement without too much stress!! Again he was very patient and went through everything in a timely manner. It was a good experience and I absolutely love my car. Disappointed that pre-registered vehicle was not cleaned and prepared properly despite plenty of notice.to salesman. Also no follow up from garage, no number plate provided despite asking for one at time of tow bar fitting. Nasty gouges in floor on passenger side need to be repaired - also these should have been dealt with during the PDI. Now I have to travel a round trip of almost 100 miles to get these issues sorted out and AT MY EXPENSE! Not a happy cusstomer

He explained everything really well so I felt really confident about going ahead with a purchase. I hadn't even planned on buying a car that day but Dan was so kind and patient, he really took the time to get to know me and my needs. The finance part was a breeze, Zac had everything ready for me at the agreed price so I just had to turn up and sign the paperwork. When I went to collect the car, it was there; all shiny and ready for me to take it home. Dan sat with me for a while explaining what every button did, no matter how obvious! He even took the time to pair my phone with the car. He was so easy to get along with. I really appreciate his kindness and understanding. Making such a big financial decision isn't always easy but Dan and the team helped take away the worry and anxiety. I love my new car!

I have been using Renault Croydon since 1999 and this is my 7th car purchased from them, if I haven't forgotten a car!! All my cars have been serviced, used parts dept etc through them. What is nice is they know me and are respectful. Very hard when your a woman on your own in a garage! They know that I need my car for my job (community nurse) and any time in the past I had a problem with one of the cars they had it in and dealt with swiftly. They have kept my loyalty this time again by a lovely salesman Joe. As I was worried moving up to a bigger car the kadjar. He took me on a test drive and was very supportive. He spent a lot of time on handover showing me all the new gadgets etc on the car so that I was confident and he was very patient with any questions. Plus even though there were a few snagging issues after. He made it positive, he dealt with them instantly getting them sorted the very next working day in his his usual friendly chirpy manner! Also Mark the manager always makes sure that everything is satisfactory and always welcomes me and checks all is ok. Unfortunately I don't know the friendly reception lady name, but she's amazing! She is very happy, chatty, makes sure you are comfortable. When I was waiting with the children she got them drinks and colouring/drawing to do. Thinking back to past experiences with servicing that has always been good although as staff changed over the years sometimes booking had been an issue. This year I booked my service and mot over the phone and the man forgot to actually book it in on computer. But... they did still do it for me. As service manager sorted this. Other than that that's the only negative experience I have had. So hopefully if they keep up the good work they will be keeping me for many more years! I absolutely love the kadjar, it's great to drive and feels very luxurious in side. Perfect size for me and two active boys.

Great salesman; Daniel was professional and helpful. But I feel let down by the discovery, after purchasing, that the car did not have Cruise Control, as specifically menitoned in the 'Dealer Summary' section. And having this complaint dismissed under the generic disclaimer and being told we should have simply checked everythign ourtselcves before buying has left a very poor experience for us. This particular mistake was made in the 'dealer summary' free text section. Very poor.

The FCA and GAP palaver is a turn off. Cars are complicated devices. Your sales staff should offer experienced support while customers familiarise themselves with their new device. Train your staff in these devices. Customers travel miles to spend thousands with you. Make clear that there are 2 journeys = one to negotiate, and another to drive away. Many of your sales have Renault guarantee. Show off the ease and worth of claiming. eg. what is Aftersales Support?

Why are the questions on this survey so pointless? I was not offered finance because I made it clear I didn't want it. I wasn't 'offered' a test drive- I booked one in advance. Why does the survey not ask about the whole experience? This is by far the worse car purchasing experience I have ever had. The length of time from purchasing the car to collecting it was excessive and the excuses for the delay were poor. I purchased a Renault Demonstration model and was told that there would be a delay in having the car because the one that was replacing it was delayed. However a Renault Customer Relations Consultant told me that " you do not have to wait for the Renault employee currently driving the car to receive a new one, before you can take ownership. Dealerships are however unable to release a demonstration car unless it is 4 months old. If you were to place a deposit on your chosen demonstration model, the employee currently using it will cease driving it to prevent additional mileage being added." The car I purchased was just over 4 months old. When I complained I was told that they would release the car early but due to the bank holiday the work I wanted carried out could not be completed in time. Strangely the day I could pick it up coincided with the day first quoted to me as the day the employee's new car would arrive. Additionally the mileage on the car had increased by 200 miles by the time I collected it and the work carried out was not to the highest standard. I would avoid Renault Croydon where customer service seems to be the last thing anyone thinks about.

I can't answer these questions fully as I'm still awaiting a call to tell me my car is ready! I am very disappointed about this-I seem to have to keep chasing. Also if the salesperson had qualified me he could have found this car for me rather than me going home & then finding it on the website & asking to have a look at it! That also required chasing up as it wasn't clear where it was. After it was found and I went to see it, it had been keyed across the tailgate and as it was before Easter it was not clear how quickly the paintwork could be done. As of today's date I am still waiting a call from the dealership.

Extremely poor service from Dan Clift who was rude, unprofessional and has tarnished my view of the Renault retail group. The car was not checked properly on the collection date with marks/dent on two alloys. After a look disagreement and Dan being argumentative, we finally did complete the sale as we had travelled over 120 miles to collect. Furthermore, I recently asked to purchase another car that was on sale via autotrader. Ricky had promised to let me know when the car was available, I called a few times and spoke with Tamara, a week had passed and he did not even call me. I was then told it was already sold. We have already purchased 3 Renault's in the past 6 months, Megane, Clio and Wind I am currently awaiting the delivery of a new Twingo from an independent Renault dealer. I will never deal with the Croydon Branch again and since you have asked me for this feedback, I shall now forward it to Len Curran and the Customer relations team at RRG, Rickmansworth.

I purchased the most expensive car in the Renault Croydon however I have got the worst service anyone imagine, car not even vacuum. Also lots of things including Sat Nav broken. I informed the Sales however they not interested since they have received their money. The scratches on alloy and car hide by T cut and waxed, cheating!! Awful! car miss advertised, there is no extra as advertised on car. even tyres changed from advert!! I asked for returned however they advised me car is yours and deal with issues.

The seats on our vehicle are stained and it was not the vehicle we saw or test drove. As part of the purchase we paid for a 'G-3' clean and then after initially noticing the marks rearranged to have it done again in your Orpington dealership, but the stains are still there. Colleagues in Croydon and Orpington have been helpful, but I'm not sure what to do now. I'm not completely satisfied.

It is clear that further education is required on the used sales side of the business with regard to the sale of used Renault ZOE vehicles. Although i'm enjoying the car my sales experience was very frustrating and somewhat marred the anticipation of owning a new car. As this was my first time buying a Renault it hasn't set a great impression of how the company operates as a whole.

I had car delivered after seeing it on internet so above questions do not apply. I have spoken to Daniel 're a stone chip on back end above bumper. I am still waiting to hear from him as he said he would get body shop to mix me some paint to cover it up and send to me. I wish to express my disappointment in my recent purchase, having travelled from south West Wales to purchase the aforementioned car, the sales man had not mentioned a deep scratch in the front bumper, crack in the rear drivers side brake light and a chip in the windscreen. The car was videoed prior to purchase with marks identified to include a ding in the rear door which was to be repaired. Should I have travelled to a local dealer I am sure this would not have been an issue but having travelled 224miles to find marks that had not been identified or repaired was disappointing. They have agreed to repair the marks identified at a local Dealer Renault Swansea, but they do not have an in house body shop and have to out source the work. We are travelling to France on the 17th July and can not travel with a chip in the windscreen. My father has worked for Renault for 37 years at Gravell's Renault and could not believe that these items had not been identified prior to collection. Regards
