Apart from the extended delivery time all other aspects of dealing with Renault Croydon have been excellent.


The Sales person (Ali Pasha) was an absolute star. He made the purchase of our car such a please.


We've used Renault croydon for a number of years, service is excellent and so we travel beyond our local dealer to use Renault Croydon. Danny de Silva explains things very clearly and gives us all the information we need without pressurising us into decisions. The service team are also very helpful.


I am thoroughly impressed as always with my 12th new car purchase from the Coulsdon and previously West Croydon branches. When i purchased my vehicle i expected it to be in full working order. On the test drive the radio was playing up and I was informed it probably needed re setting / tuning.<br/>The problem was persistant and that's why i took it back to the dealership. I also had a crack on the plastic wing mirror cover.<br/>I was informed that they were aware that some of the DAB radio's had a problem and that they were awaiting a software update but did not know when it would be available.<br/>Also to fix the wing mirror it would be £110.00.<br/>I have now been driving around with the radio off for mostly all my journeys as the noise is so annoying. <br/>I maybe would have been nice for the repair of the wing mirror to be offered f.o.c due to the inconvenience with the radio.<br/>Who knows how long it will take to repair. <br/>Really quite annoyed!

First time taking my car in for a service, was asked to bring it in at 9am so I thought it was booked in for 9am and would wait for the work to be done. On arrival I was asked what time I was returning. I didn’t know this was the case & ended up waiting for 3 hours.

a braking problem was diagnosed and repaired efficiently with the service team keeping me in touch with progress.


Brought my van in for service and a noisy gearbox ( 17k miles ! ) service done in 2 days and gear box was 4 days but not a problem as it works well and the van was even washed !


Extremely satisfied with both the reception and the work of the service department. As with previous services and work required I was very pleased. I feel I can be assured that the work will be undertaken well.


One of the services were to do a health check. Battery was reported to have been checked. 2 days later my car would not start. I called the garage and the person on the telephone was undoubtedly unhelpful. I rang RAC who came and rectified the problem which was the battery??? It showed when charged only 40% life. How was this not picked up on the Tuesday when I had my car serviced and mot. I have always been a loyal customer to this dealership. I bought my car there and have taken it back year in year out to have the servicing. I paid RAC to change the battery. So not only was I totally inconvenienced, you lost out on a battery. I am now thinking the battery was not tested in the health check. I am very upset by the whole experience.

Most disappointing visit. Took 10 mins to park my car with little help, when I rang to see if the car was ready, I was told someone would ring back - they didn't. Car wasn't cleaned, when I asked where it was parked for collection, I was pointed in the direction of the door and told somewhere on the left. Not good enough Renault, I am planning to change my car next year, this was 5th Renault, maybe time for a change. Previously with Renault insurance, have changed provider.

I was dissapointed in the service I received this time, I have always had my cars serviced at renault for the past 6 years, but unfortunately on this occasion I had to wait for someone to come down the steps to me (as I had a baby in a pram) and 2 people went ahead of me as they did not have babies and could go up the steps. When I was told my car was ready I explained my husband would pick up an hour later and they said it would be cleaned in time. When my husband returned home my car had not been cleaned at all, he also had to go on a hunt to find my car afterwards and the service department didn’t know where it was either.

I had a nice experience with the staff But I realised on getting my car back that not all the consequences of the break in were taken care of I am still missing the car's booklet that was stolen the security wheel nuts were changed however I do not have any screws to unlock them in case of a poncture and no job was done to the damage paint of one of the car's my doors

This was the second time i have taken it to crpydon for same problem.. first time bushes were changed,this time nothing found.but steering still making a noise. Servuce was done at same time. Both visits they were unable to provide a courtesy car so i had to find a lift. <br/>Was told car would be cleaned as part of service... this was not done... infact my car was completely filthy with bitten finger nails on the mat! Pictures can be provided.<br/>I called 6 times to find out what was happening with my car leaving voicemails and no reaponse. Had to email in. Then would not answer my question an what time i cpuld collect and 3 further emails i called the main reception to find opening hours and informed them i would be there waiting when they open!<br/><br/>My car was boxes in when I went to collect and noone offered help.<br/>Awful experience,very disapointing and using the garage for around 5 years. My car was booked in for 4 year service and mot at 11.30 on 26.02.18 but I was told too many cars had been booked and at 4.00pm I was told to bring it back on 01.03.18 at 9.00am. As a part needed to be ordered and my mot had then run out I was given a courtesy car in the afternoon. It was a hired car and I had to pay £6.99 per day to waive a £600 excess. I chose this as it was snowy and icy expecting I would have it for a few days but work on my car was not completed for 14 days due to waiting for a part causing me extra expense yet your website says free courtesy car. On collecting my car there were fresh scrapes on the front bumper and I have to take it back for repair on 12.04.18. I had to continually call over the 2 weeks you had the car for updates and was not happy with the information given. I’m out of pocket £70 I had to pay to Enterprise car hire just because you had run out of courtesy cars. I am not inclined to bring my Renault back for next years service and mot.


Did not fix switch on for the heated seat


Car park is a nightmare. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was told though that my vehicle was ready when it wasn't - I then had to wait 40 minutes for it to be cleaned. Car park is a nightmare.

When I bought the car in Sep 2017 I was told the wipers would be replaced. This was not done,I told the driver who picked up the car and they still were not done.?

Every thing was fine as I expected however I was disappointed that there were no brochures on the Magane or Kadjar available, I did walk around the dealership looking and no member of staff asked if they could help.


Although the original phone booking did not inspire confidence ( I did not receive any text or email confirmation of service booking), I was very pleased how I was greeted and dealt with upon arrival.


Customer service is always top notch and the work seems to be done well although with a service it is difficult to tell. Costs are reasonable. Only small downsides are that parking is always a nightmare and the clean often ends up with a smeared windscreen which isn't ideal with a drive on a dark or wet M25 after I collect it.


Tamara in service reception was very helpful with everything relating to the MOT, Service and Warranty work; I couldn`t have received any better customer service, she is a true professional.


Renault Coulsdon dealership/ workshop staff are excellent, We have always been satisfied with their customer service & feel confident that should a problem arise they would deal with it in a good communicative manner. The staff are great, polite and helpful as stated earlier in survey disappointed that my vehicle has to be returned as it isn't right and disappointed at the length of time between visits, if the work isn't right a return visit should be prioritised not left for a few weeks.

All well apart from not charging me for a missing indicator caused by clipping the wing mirror saying, despite my questioning it, that it was covered under warranty. This was picked up later and I was asked to pay the required sum. Otherwise all fine- particularly pleased that a long standing problem with the computer regarding a false handbrake warning light was fixed.

I am writing this as a complaint following the replacement of the rear brake pads on the above vehicle on Thursday 8th March. <br/><br/>After noticing that there was a rubbing sound coming from the brakes I was unable to book it in to our local Renault dealer at Orpington as their Master ramp was out of service. I booked it into Renault Croydon as they were able to book it in almost immediately. I was not able to have a courtesy car as it was short notice and they said there were none available. <br/><br/>I received a video message during the morning which confirmed that the brakes were badly worn and needed replacement. I heard nothing further and at 4pm I decided to call them to ask for an update. I was told there was no update available and that someone would call me. By 5.30 pm I had still heard nothing and so I called again to be told that there was only one person still in at the service reception but that she couldn’t speak to me at that time and was reassured that she would call me back. She didn’t and so I called them again at 5.55pm (they close at 6) and was finally told that there had been a discrepancy with the submitted mileage as, at a service some months ago the wrong mileage had been recorded. I appreciate that mistakes happen but I feel that it is completely unacceptable that no one thought to call and keep me informed of what was happening. I was unable to collect the vehicle that day and had to travel by bus, tram and train, at my own expense, the following morning as I had no one able to take me back. My husband is completely reliant on this vehicle and I am astounded that no one from the garage or from Motability thought to call me to clarify the situation and didn’t even tell me what the problem was when I first called them at 4pm. These comments have also been submitted to motability as I feel that they were also at fault for not keeping me informed.

Awful place!<br/>Will never return there. <br/>Took no responsibility for damaging my car, the manager was very nice but clearly could not manage his staff. After the third time of my car having to go back for repair I got fed up of going there so went elsewhere. <br/>Sadly it’s even put me off having another Renault and made me fear ever having to take my car to a dealership. <br/>Some of the staff were pleasant. Front of house where always nice but a couple of chaps were rude and dis missive and made me feel very awkward and un welcome. <br/>The manager was pleasant and tried to be accommodating but if his staff carries out there work correctly I wouldn’t of had to of dealt with him in the first place.

The only problem was getting into the car park, it was chockablock and there were no empty spaces to park, there was a man with an oversized van trying and maneuvering to get out that wouldn’t allow anyone else to get in or out. Coming out later, there were 3 cars in front of mine that had to be moved, one of them a security van. They need either more space or less cars .

I was unimpressed with first impressions. No warm welcome and I didn't feel happy about leaving my car. <br/>I constantly had to chase for an update. <br/>I was told constantly that they are over worked. <br/>They mucked up the warranty paperwork and I had to chase for it to be corrected <br/>I was lied to about the warranty paper work being completed. <br/>I would call and be promised a call back but would never receive it. I'd have to chase 24hrs later. <br/>Awful dealership.


On purchasing a 2nd hand Zoe which had had its full checks the car has been back twice for warranty faults. 1st front susspension replacement 2nd info system replacement 3rdly Battery failure waring and do not drive a recovery agent snet to recover vehicle on arrival could not recover car as they were not advised it was a Zoe so had to wait for a flatbed. <br/> This all within the 4weeks of owining the carand the 4th the heating was not working. Although all done under warranty the car is only a 2015 plate with 25k on the clock. With repect to the delivery checks there was also no washer fluid in the car, so much for the pre delivery checks. all this aside the Delaer was only too helpful to resolve the issues.

Seem to be meting different person taking the car in and another handing over. Would prefer to speak to the mechanic directly as would be easier to explain the issues/problems directly.

One thing I have learned in my life is never to recommend anything to anybody. For example you can recommend a restaurant to friends and when they go there it is the Chef's night off.Therafter your friends never trust your judgement again!

Automatic courtesy car would be a good idea. Bit of a nuisance having to go back and forth with my husband having to follow me.


During the 4 years I have been visiting the service team, with the Megane GT I bought there, I have always been impressed with the reception I recieve from the front desk and all in the service team.


I am still waiting to be notfied about residual work on the seals on the back doors and tyre change in the coming months

I have no problems with any of the work, except I did ask for the systems to be up dated and I don't think the SATNAV has been. I don't think it is possible to do it ourselves, please let me know how we can get it done.

The only downside of visiting Renault Croydon is parking up. The place is always packed out with cars and so difficult to find parking without having to drive up and down, turning round and eventually ending up double parking leaving the customer feeling anxious,frustrated and concerned for any damage that may occur to their car or others. It is a limited area but needs more dedicated customer parking.


As always a great service from coulsdon, I can’t fault it at all!


As previously mentioned, the vehicle was recalled for a Driveshaft check. Mark, the Manager, called me and booked the vehicle in for Monday 26/02 at 08:30 explaining it would only take 20 to 30 mins. On arrival, none of the staff knew why the vehicle was being brought in. It is now 11:30 and I’m still sitting in the reception!


From the minute I dropped off the car to collecting it.I found the whole experience professional ,friendly and informative .

I have been a Motability customer with Renault for many years and have always been happy with the service I have received. The salesman (Danny De Silva) has been extremely helpful and efficient and the drivers who collect and return the vehicle are delightful and much appreciated.


I was just a bit disheartened this time, I had an issue with the car and it was hard to get in contact with service person, then as mentioned once I got my car back I had to in rush hour traffic return as someone had left their phone in my car. I discovered this by the constant ringing, which only seemed to start once i left the dealership. !


Despite having had a phone call 2hrs prior to say my vehicle was ready for collection. Upon arrival it took an hour to be seen by a member of staff to pay for my service. Someone else was seen before me who came in after me despite being told I would ve called. I feel this is unacceptable from a customer service perspective. However I was looked after by the receptionist whilst waiting and offered teas/coffees etc. She was very friendly and polite as were all of the staff I encountered.

I’ve only been to Renault Croydon twice and I’m sure I wouldn’t go anywhere else. <br/>The gent that dealt with my car was lovely and did his utmost to return my car to me at the time I asked. The only criticism is the cleaning team didn’t clean my internal boot area which is a shame as the rest of the car was gleaming.

Very obliging staff & knowledgable but the mileage bit was replaced by Renault Coulsdon under the warranty prior to me getting the car & now it needs replacing again - rubbish quality or what!! Of course I'm dissatisfied with Renault & wouldn't recommend them.


I got an estimate for the work very quickly, was able to book it in for the work to be done in just a few days and when it was done it was completed well and in good time. The only exception was an increase of £50 in the labour charge but know enough to realise it will just be explained as the first figure being 'just an estimate'.


They are always helpful. Listened to my problem and planned quickly to resolve it. Gave me time frames which they kept within. Kept me informed during the process. Always make me feel welcome

I was taken care of early on a blustery morning. Give a hot drink while I waited to find out if the car could be repaired while I waited as it is an awkward journey to get home and back. An hour later I was informed that the car could not be repaired immediately as the parts would not be available until the next morning. I was then offered another hot drink to see me me off on my journey. Next day I was phoned to say the car was being cleaned and that I could collect it a little later. When I collected the car it was very clean both inside and out.

Had a big problem with Renault wimbledon, when they said that the wheel bearing of my Clio was damaged due to a accident, when my car never had one, so the warranty wasn't going to cover. My car was brought in so that you can check the works that was carried out by another as a result of an accident. The was discovered that the starter failure but my car did not have this problem before it was taken to the insurance garage for repairs. I asked Renault Croydon if starter failure was as a result of the accident and i was to by Kevin Walsh that he could not say if it was as a result of the accident or not. He then stated in an email to the insurance rep that " but I did not think it was related to the accident". How can he not know when I asked and all of a sudden thinks it was not accident related to the insurance ref. I think that is highly unprofessional thing to do. How did he diagnose that?


dissatisfied that the software issue regarding telephone/audio as yet not been resolved. I have had this problem since I purchased the car I was informed that new software would soon be available to correct this fault please keep me informed...

The wrong phone number was taken when l left the vehicle although l repeated it three times. which resulted in my not being told my vehicle was ready for collection. As l purchased this vehicle from this dealership l would have thought they would have checked my records held when l did not reply to their messages left for me. Otherwise l have no complaints to my dealings with the company.


Apparently the rolling road failed, but they got it working again.<br/>I was sent a video of the inspection, but all it did was show the front number plate and had someone saying e'd done it and it passed. I had one from a previous garage where they took me round all the brakes etc - although I couldn't actually see what they were seeing, so I'm not sure that it was really any more help. In the past I have been "with" the car when someone has done the checks, so could see for myself how much tread left and disk pad left, for example. THese daysviewing seems to be alwasy away from the car.

I was accepted that my old Kangoo was not worth repairing. I am pleased with the second hand Sandero from you. One issue remains; I was promised a second key, plus an adjustment to the passenger seat rail, but I have not yet (17 Jan.that the key, <br/>supposed to be ready by 13 Jan. is awaiting collection.

It was a cold morning and the receptionist welcomed me with a smile,also offered me drinks.<br/>The person at desk was fine too,not artificially pleasant which I liked.<br/>I was most impressed by the mechanic/service person as after the service ,my tired car felt very welcoming with a footmat and cover on seat.Plus it was thoroughly cleaned and parked in a convenient position and spot for me to drive out as they are always otherwise congested and full of cars .Thank to you to this unknown person.

I was concerned to hear that carlos has moved on. I explained the situation to Joe and I now feel confident that he will be able to provide the level of service that I was pleased to get from Carlos. Sadly, the work took longer than expected. When fitting a new bulb something else got broken and that needed to be repaired and when I got the vehicle back the radio was not working. I had to phone the garage for a code, that did not work. Look up the instruction book, that did not work and eventually google how to rectify the problem. However the staff themselves were great on the shop floor.

Having been a regular customer for the past11 years and very satisfied, recently the service manager (Malcolm) and other service staff have left and it shows. I have mainly delt with Carlos and Joe who I found very helpful and courteous, since the change of staff whilst still dealing with Joe who is doing a fine job but seems to be under a great deal more stress.

My only concern was a lack of any progress update for the whole day on what was only a firmware update to the R-Link 2. When I tried to get news at 17:10 I got through and was cut off. No-one rang me back and neither I nor the central call centre could get through to the dealer branch again up to 17:20. This despite the website saying they did not close until 18:00. The next morning I rang at 08:15 because the website said the service dept. would be open from 08:00 to 12:30 but only received a recorded message saying "we are closed"; not even when they would actually be open. I finally did get through at 08:40.


Have used Renault Croydon for many years and have seen customer service improve by leaps and bounds during that time.

I have only ever had a good experience with all of the staff at Renault Croydon. I would highly recommend this garage to all my friends and family. The staff are all very friendly and polite.


Firstly had work done on previous car and the wheel nuts were not torqued and if it was not for my driving experience this could of been catastrophic my family and I. I chased this up a few times then I just did not get any reply’s back from anyone at the dealership. Not even an apology. <br/><br/>Secondly I received my car back and there is damage to the glove box and surrounding area. I then put in a complaint about this matter and I then had to chase the complaint that I had put in. <br/><br/>Overall the service I have had has been very poor.

I was under the impression I had the service included. I only found out this was not the case once I came to collect the car.


Service person was paper shuffling when I arrived - she didn't acknowledge me until she had finished what she was doing. I had booked the car in for a service and a problem with the windscreen being wet and icing up inside during these freezing nights. It takes longer to clear the inside of the screen than it does to clear the outside. I felt I was robbed off and made to feel like they didn't believe me - they said they'd put the car under a water source tester and couldn't identify any leaks. Well the moisture is getting in there somehow - just cos they couldn't find the leak doesn't mean there isn't one. So now I feel like when I take the car back in again for this problem I'm going to have to be really firm and insist they do something about it. This isn't what I consider to be good customer service.

I arrived on time and was offered coffee and chose to wait until the job was done. I found the constant TV slightly irritating as I was trying to read but I realised tandhat others might enjoy it. I did not have to climb the stairs as I am slightly disabled which I appreciated. The work was done in the time promised but I have not yet received the touch up paint which I was told would be sent on to me in due course.


Besides the standard service, I knew one key card needed a new battery and asked for them both to be checked. The day after the service, using one of the key cards, it showed 'battery low'.!!!<br/>I was charged for 1 battery.<br/>The 'Auto stop' was very intermittant. They kept the car overnight (I was not offered a car) telling me the battery (after less than 2 years) needed charging. There has been no change with the Auto Stop.<br/>I was also charged (£32.20)for 4 'Barrell Solaris Low'; I have no idea what these are.

The car was very poorly valeted for me picking it up. The windows were really quite dirty, there was "white dust" in front of the steering wheel on the dash (the first thing I saw when I walked up to the car) and the drivers mat was really dirty. There was polish between the body and the flares on the arches. I also found glass in the car but have been contacting Lewis about this. I would expect a Renault Sport car to be prepared perfectly and i had to clean it inside and out when I got home. The sales person, Lewis Triplow was very helpful, he sent me a video of the car as I live in Northern Ireland. He emailed me quickly and talked on the phone as well. I couldn't fault him.

Experience with Mark Harris was quite poor. He was so condescending on Tuesday 4 March - belittled my purchase, saying even if the rear diffuser was damaged pre sale he wouldn't authorise replacement on a 40000 mile used car. Suffice to say part of the attraction when advertised was that the car is still less than three years old. Well, it was damaged pre sale, I've got photos date & time stamped n your fore court. To tell a long term customer that 'the conversation is over' is quite rude, I think?

Generally I was very happy, from making contact on the Phone with Mark, to meeting both Mark & Ernie, to the test drive, to agreeing on price etc etc, my only negative was collection, I was asked to arrive early on the Saturday Morning to collect the Car, I was asked to wait in the reception area, whilst waiting there were other sales people talking and I overheard them saying that Ernie is not happy this morning as that Customer there (me) was here to collect his car, and it had not been valeted, which was clear to see, as when we did the hand over the car was still wet, also there were scuff marks on the centre console, which after the test drive, Ernie said he would get someone to look at that / resolve the marks, which clearly did not happen. Also, after 3 weeks I'm still waiting for my V5 Document, I have e-mailed two people at Renault Croydon and neither of them have responded. Gary

No, but I would like to say a big thank you to Lewis Triplow for his expertise and knowledge regarding the Captur, also his patience when I came to take delivery of my new car. He went through slowly how to use the media in my car, he set up the radio, made sure my ipod worked and I knew how to start the car without a key! I felt valued as a customer and with Lewis help I chose the right car. I would also like to say thank you to Zac who helped me to complete the paper work for the finance agreement without too much stress!! Again he was very patient and went through everything in a timely manner. It was a good experience and I absolutely love my car. I will definitely be back in 3 years when it is time to buy my next new car.

Disappointed that pre-registered vehicle was not cleaned and prepared properly despite plenty of notice.to salesman. Also no follow up from garage, no number plate provided despite asking for one at time of tow bar fitting. Nasty gouges in floor on passenger side need to be repaired - also these should have been dealt with during the PDI. Now I have to travel a round trip of almost 100 miles to get these issues sorted out and AT MY EXPENSE! Not a happy cusstomer

After taking delivery of my car I had a chance to play about with it a bit and found that the tyre monitoring system showed that all 4 tyres had different pressures ranging from 2.0 - 2.8. They were not pushy at all, and went over everything for me. On pick up day, I spoke with Kayleigh who explained about services/courtesy car. I had to come back a few days later for the G3 protection to be applied. Joe from aftersales was very helpful, and sorted this all for me. I hadn't even planned on buying a car that day but Dan was so kind and patient, he really took the time to get to know me and my needs. The finance part was a breeze, Zac had everything ready for me at the agreed price so I just had to turn up and sign the paperwork. When I went to collect the car, it was there; all shiny and ready for me to take it home. Dan sat with me for a while explaining what every button did, no matter how obvious! He even took the time to pair my phone with the car. He was so easy to get along with. I really appreciate his kindness and understanding. Making such a big financial decision isn't always easy but Dan and the team helped take away the worry and anxiety. I love my new car!

I have been using Renault Croydon since 1999 and this is my 7th car purchased from them, if I haven't forgotten a car!! All my cars have been serviced, used parts dept etc through them. What is nice is they know me and are respectful. Very hard when your a woman on your own in a garage! They know that I need my car for my job (community nurse) and any time in the past I had a problem with one of the cars they had it in and dealt with swiftly. They have kept my loyalty this time again by a lovely salesman Joe. As I was worried moving up to a bigger car the kadjar. He took me on a test drive and was very supportive. He spent a lot of time on handover showing me all the new gadgets etc on the car so that I was confident and he was very patient with any questions. Plus even though there were a few snagging issues after. He made it positive, he dealt with them instantly getting them sorted the very next working day in his his usual friendly chirpy manner! Also Mark the manager always makes sure that everything is satisfactory and always welcomes me and checks all is ok. Unfortunately I don't know the friendly reception lady name, but she's amazing! She is very happy, chatty, makes sure you are comfortable. When I was waiting with the children she got them drinks and colouring/drawing to do. Thinking back to past experiences with servicing that has always been good although as staff changed over the years sometimes booking had been an issue. This year I booked my service and mot over the phone and the man forgot to actually book it in on computer. But... they did still do it for me. As service manager sorted this. Other than that that's the only negative experience I have had. So hopefully if they keep up the good work they will be keeping me for many more years! I absolutely love the kadjar, it's great to drive and feels very luxurious in side. Perfect size for me and two active boys.

And having this complaint dismissed under the generic disclaimer and being told we should have simply checked everythign ourtselcves before buying has left a very poor experience for us. This particular mistake was made in the 'dealer summary' free text section. Very poor.

The FCA and GAP palaver is a turn off. Cars are complicated devices. Your sales staff should offer experienced support while customers familiarise themselves with their new device. Train your staff in these devices. Customers travel miles to spend thousands with you. Make clear that there are 2 journeys = one to negotiate, and another to drive away. I'm very frustrated that after 2 days of owning my new van a engine management light came on and has been at the Renault garage since. Why are the questions on this survey so pointless? I was not offered finance because I made it clear I didn't want it. I wasn't 'offered' a test drive- I booked one in advance. Why does the survey not ask about the whole experience? This is by far the worse car purchasing experience I have ever had. The length of time from purchasing the car to collecting it was excessive and the excuses for the delay were poor. I purchased a Renault Demonstration model and was told that there would be a delay in having the car because the one that was replacing it was delayed. However a Renault Customer Relations Consultant told me that " you do not have to wait for the Renault employee currently driving the car to receive a new one, before you can take ownership. Dealerships are however unable to release a demonstration car unless it is 4 months old. If you were to place a deposit on your chosen demonstration model, the employee currently using it will cease driving it to prevent additional mileage being added." The car I purchased was just over 4 months old. When I complained I was told that they would release the car early but due to the bank holiday the work I wanted carried out could not be completed in time. Strangely the day I could pick it up coincided with the day first quoted to me as the day the employee's new car would arrive. Additionally the mileage on the car had increased by 200 miles by the time I collected it and the work carried out was not to the highest standard. I would avoid Renault Croydon where customer service seems to be the last thing anyone thinks about.

I can't answer these questions fully as I'm still awaiting a call to tell me my car is ready! I am very disappointed about this-I seem to have to keep chasing. Also if the salesperson had qualified me he could have found this car for me rather than me going home & then finding it on the website & asking to have a look at it! That also required chasing up as it wasn't clear where it was. After it was found and I went to see it, it had been keyed across the tailgate and as it was before Easter it was not clear how quickly the paintwork could be done. As of today's date I am still waiting a call from the dealership.

Extremely poor service from Dan Clift who was rude, unprofessional and has tarnished my view of the Renault retail group. The car was not checked properly on the collection date with marks/dent on two alloys. After a look disagreement and Dan being argumentative, we finally did complete the sale as we had travelled over 120 miles to collect. Furthermore, I recently asked to purchase another car that was on sale via autotrader. Ricky had promised to let me know when the car was available, I called a few times and spoke with Tamara, a week had passed and he did not even call me. I was then told it was already sold. We have already purchased 3 Renault's in the past 6 months, Megane, Clio and Wind I am currently awaiting the delivery of a new Twingo from an independent Renault dealer. I will never deal with the Croydon Branch again and since you have asked me for this feedback, I shall now forward it to Len Curran and the Customer relations team at RRG, Rickmansworth.

I purchased the most expensive car in the Renault Croydon however I have got the worst service anyone imagine, car not even vacuum. Also lots of things including Sat Nav broken. I informed the Sales however they not interested since they have received their money. The scratches on alloy and car hide by T cut and waxed, cheating!! Awful! car miss advertised, there is no extra as advertised on car. even tyres changed from advert!! I asked for returned however they advised me car is yours and deal with issues.

The seats on our vehicle are stained and it was not the vehicle we saw or test drove. As part of the purchase we paid for a 'G-3' clean and then after initially noticing the marks rearranged to have it done again in your Orpington dealership, but the stains are still there. Colleagues in Croydon and Orpington have been helpful, but I'm not sure what to do now. I'm not completely satisfied.

It is clear that further education is required on the used sales side of the business with regard to the sale of used Renault ZOE vehicles. I wish to express my disappointment in my recent purchase, having travelled from south West Wales to purchase the aforementioned car, the sales man had not mentioned a deep scratch in the front bumper, crack in the rear drivers side brake light and a chip in the windscreen. The car was videoed prior to purchase with marks identified to include a ding in the rear door which was to be repaired. Should I have travelled to a local dealer I am sure this would not have been an issue but having travelled 224miles to find marks that had not been identified or repaired was disappointing. They have agreed to repair the marks identified at a local Dealer Renault Swansea, but they do not have an in house body shop and have to out source the work. We are travelling to France on the 17th July and can not travel with a chip in the windscreen. My father has worked for Renault for 37 years at Gravell's Renault and could not believe that these items had not been identified prior to collection. Regards
