The time given at the appointment was totally wrong it was supposed to be one hour so I came prepared to wait. On arrival I was told it would be about 2 1/2 hours. No collection and delivery service is available even though it was said when I purchased the car that it was. I had to get a taxi to take me home and another taxi to collect my car. I was reimbursed for one taxi fare but all of my day was totally messed up.

I have been completely satisfied by the work (service) on my car and the staff at the Renault garage Cannock. I was not so happy about the team that phoned me 3 times to ask me to arrange an MOT. This had been arranged at the time of my service and after a call to the garage I received a further e-mail and a letter.Again Renault Cannock were pleasant and helpful when my car was MOT`d.

The face to face contact at Cannock is excellent but I feel that I got ripped off with my replacement keys (in particular) and the price of the small glass repair. With reference to the keys I was quoted a price and this was not honoured but increased significantly; as I had lost a key I was basically held to ransom. The excuse was that I had exceeded the 30 days and upon investigation I had by a couple of days but there are 2 significant points: 1) I had been attempting to contact the service desk for days (nobody ever answers at this place!!!) and it got to the point that I complained to front desk that nobody answered the call when I was transferred and that I had been trying many times over many days; somebody then called me back but, guess what, this was just over the 30 days. 2) The increase in price was extortionate!

I have since the service received an email suggesting I update the navigation system update, as my service was only last week, I assumed the update was part of the yearly service, I have rung (put through to the wrong department who would not put me through to the correct department) and sent an email asking the guy who sold me the car, he was unable to give me the answer, leaves a poor taste

After the first date arranged for the work to be done, when the wrong part was sent, I had to pay œ20 for a taxi to take me home after dropping the car off, then to take me back after 4 pm to collect it. I thought this was late in the day to find out it was the wrong part? The correct part was then received a week later , so after first being told there were no courtesy cars available, one was found.

The staff on reception at Renault service and repairs in particular ,Janine Grey-Davies have always been very friendly and helpful. Through no fault of theirs the only problem I have had the past two times , one for routine servicing and one for repair under warranty was that I couldn't get a courtesy car unless I was prepared to wait longer than a month , I had to wait for my car both times on site between 3-4 hours . However whilst I was waiting Janine offered me hot drinks and gave me regular updates on my car and just made sure that I was alright with the waiting time, she knew I had two children who I normally collect from school each day. I had made alternative arrangements that day so that I could stay with my car. For this reason I didn't mind waiting on site and would do so again, thank you Janine.

This meant having to wait in reception area for 2 hours even though it was only a small recall check that needed to be done. I had previously been to the garage because the tyres kept going down. It was a faulty valve that was cured under my warranty. They were excellent has it was really stressing me out. Everytime I got in the car it came up on the dash STOP. I then got in one morning and it said STOP puncture again so I went up to sainsburys but the machine was out of order, so popped over the road to Renault, the girl was very good and got a mechanic to look at it. I had got a puncture that was in the middle of the tyre but it was not in straight and she said they couldn,t mend it. A new tyre was œ67.20. I thought that tyres could not be mended if it was by the wall of the tyre. This screw was in the middle. Hadn,t got a lot of choice that day and had to pay for a new tyre. The car had got good tyres on it when MOT,d a few months before. I was very surprised that a new tyre was needed, but at the end of the day I had no choice. Don,t know whether they just wanted a sale, me being a lady. I have worked in the motor industry for some years so I am very wary of garages. I wish now that I had taken the tyre for a 2nd opinion. Anyway its done now, just came at a unfortunate time for me. thank you

It would be good to be given a time slot in advance for a service rather than having to just leave your car all day. I was planning on waiting while the service was carried out but was told it would be five and a half hours! When booking the service I asked what information I needed to bring with me on the day. A post it note was given to with Insurance written on it. On arrival I handed the Insurance Certificate over but was then informed they needed Mine and my Husbands drivers licences. I had to return back home which annoyed me.

My experience at Renault Cannock was an enjoyable one. I visited to have my brake discs and pads both changed, the pricing and work carried out was outstanding beating my previous quote by over 100 pounds including VAT etc.. The customer service at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Would definetly recommend. Happy with the annual service.I purchased the new vehicle from Renault Cannock last May. Before the service, I noticed some very fine scratches on the roof of the car which unless you look very closely, you are not aware of them. I asked at the service if anything could be done to remove them, but was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I would need to go to a body shop.

Car was in for service. I asked that the sat nav be updated and to look into my fuel consumption as i was concerned about it from a previous repair done on the vehicle. The sat nav update was bot done as i was told i could do it myself but i did not want to. My fuel issue was dismissed as i had said my fuel gauge drops rapidly and without warning. I was told this was just the way it was. On my fuel consumption i was emailed some youtube videos about understanding mpg, even though i have noticed a drop since the dealership had the car to do a software update. Whilst it was in for service i heared nothing. I happened to check my email to find my video of ny vehicle. On it my brake pads needed changing but i recieved no telephone call to advise me of this or a quote for the work. I called myself and was told to call back as everyone was on lunch. I insisted i be called urgently as i wanted the work doing on that day. I did get a call and the work was done but i should have been called in the first place to discuss my vehicle.

although I was assured that my used Renault had been MOT'd, serviced and test driven (supposidly) it serverly drove to the right upon collection. I literally drove round the corner and returned the car immediately. I then sat around for an hour whilst the mechanics tried to resolve the issue. As they had to wait for parts, i was then offered a coutesy car. The reason behind buying direct from Renault was to avoid this situation occurring. I may as well of bought private. Extremely disappointed and I am now left wondering what else could be wrong with the car! Two days later, whilst driving the courtesy car I then received a voicemail from the aftersales team trying to sell me a servicing pack? I could hardly believe it!

Yes, excellent service. I took my motobility car back as my husband has passed away. I dealt with the same staff, who were very thorough, collecting my husbands car, as I could not drive it. I drove the motobility car back to the garage and picked my new car up..The salesman, Joe Waltho bought me a bunch of flowers. Really pleased with the customer service received from Jo at Renault. However, after a couple of days I noticed my breaks were screeching. Renault had the car back, however advised the brakes were fine and just cleaned them, within another day the breaks were screeching again!

The check tyre pressure sensor alert activated 5 days after purchase. I rang service dept for advice & was told computer can say pressure sensor when it means tyre pressure? I was advised to check tyre pressures & if ok to ring back & I can be booked into services ( as its not a drive in job ) in 4wks time! I told the lady I had only had the car 5 days and to wait 4weeks was ridiculous. She informed me that discretion might be given for an earlier appointment by the after sales manager. I have not had chance to check pressure levels yet so I can't confirm if tyre pressure or sensor error as computer states. It is confusing if error message is not what is wrong as lady stated. However, I cannot fault the customer services of the sales representative. Any questions I had were answered and I didn't feel pressured in any way re time. I would def recommend sales team.

I dealt with Alex and he was great one start to finish! I drove up from Manchester so dealt with Alex over the phone before coming to Cannock to collect the car. It was worth the 2 hour drive there and back for the brilliant service I received from start to finish. Alex even called to ask how I was getting on with the car which was lovely. Cannock should be glad they have such a nice friendly guy on there books. 5 star service

The main reason we purchased the car was due to the sales executive that dealt with us; Alex Smith. We had already visited another Renault branch that day, but we were underwhelmed by the assistance there. Where as Alex was informative without making us feel pressurised, his honest and friendly sales technique is what convinced us to buy the car.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Poor advice on which car to buy, diesel or petrol; not told that car should be serviced annually to keep warranty valid; car not on site when I came to pay for it; no follow up call on buying the vehicle - although I was promised one, new car seat covers in ivory and black took over two weeks to come in; still not fitted to car as Alex told me last Saturday (20th June) that he would ring me this week to get them fitted - received no communication and have today emailed Alex who seems to have forgotten that he was going to contact me to collect vehicle this week. I could go on but really can't be bothered. Suffice to say I will not be recommending you dealership to anyone I know.
