Needs to phone me as to reason why engine management light was on so I could've decided that they could resolve the matter


My vehicle kept steaming up when raining, this was mentioned when I dropped the vehicle off. When I picked the vehicle up, the problem was not mentioned. I was running late and didn't realise until my vehicle steamed up that the problem hadn't been addressed ☹️

Friendly staff, no matter how small all large the issue they will go out there way to support.


- Have to drop off the vehicle at 8am, just so it can sit there to be seen at their convenience. Why bother booking?! - ‘We cannot recreate the fault’ needs to be Renault Cannock’s strapline; if you’re not paying for the work they can NEVER find the fault!


Professional, efficient service received


From the moment I made an appointment I had very good service. Everything was explained efficiently and they took into account my circumstances and wishes. For eg I was going on holiday and they delayed the handover until I returned. Ian Hudson-Innes was particularly helpful and very pleasant to deal with.


I was very happy with the experience of purchasing my new Renaualt and I would highly recommend this dealership. Alex Smith is an excellent salesmen.

Always courteous and welcoming with a cup tea or coffee. Any problems always discussed and resolved. A pleasure to deal with the maintenance staff.


Friendly staff who were happy to help. The only downside was I did not get a service video, but this was out of the control of the garage. I also had a new tyre fitted a week after my service. They cleaned my car both times. Very pleased.

This is my second car I have purchased , my husband too and my daughter Ian Hudson has acted professionally and in a friendly manner and made our purchases easy and straight forward offering offers on the way

Overall the team are very good the only thing I was disappointed with was the lack of a courtesy car while mine was being repaired maybe something to look at in the future


When collecting vehicle, Manager was extremely rude and condescending whilst taking payment. We needed to pay with two cards and split the cost, and instead he ended up telling us to put it on the credit card and transfer the money, because it was 'Easier' for him.

Aircon warranty is rubbish as under warranty it was leaking had to go to Kwik fit to sort out staff were unable to sort out very poor will not be buying 3 more vans off them this year your los lol

Very happy with the service provided. I dropped my car off late due to my own error, and the dealer was very ocommodating.


Staff on reception were friendly. Shame that when I had some new tyres replaced that the hubs hadnt been cleaned when I picked it up. My car had been cleaned so it looked a little odd.

I was surprised however that having an appointment for 8:00, the time offered in advance, that the doors did not open until about 8:03. I had expected to be able to drop off the car before 8:00 and leave, so that the car was available to the garage at 8:00.

I was told about my tyres tread that they didn't need changing just yet, but I have no idea when they need changing or how to check if they need changing My car key pad is stating that the battery is low, so I guess this isn't checked at the service.

I found the whole process of buying my new car very easy! I thought that buying my car on finance would take along time, this process was very straight forward! The sales person that was in charge of my order was very thorough and kept me up to date when how it was progressing! I think the team at the Cannock branch are very approachable and helpful!

A big thanks to Renault Cannock. Having never before purchased a vehicle from a main dealer, I am happy to say it has been a great experience. From start to finish the whole process was made very easy for me whilst being thorough and informative. The high standard from Renault Cannock has been consistant from my first phone-call right through to the fantastic aftercare. I feel very confident in knowing I will be well looked after if any future problems occur. Every member of the Cannock team I encountered was very nice and helpful, especially Joseph Waltho. Joseph was, and still is, extremely professional and helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, it has been a pleasure dealing with him and he is by far the main contribution to such a pleasant stress free car purchase. My after sale contact with Joseph has been dealt with exactly the same as my initial contact with the dealer. I am fully converted and can happily say I look forward to my next car purchase, an event which I have historically dreaded. although I was assured that my used Renault had been MOT'd, serviced and test driven (supposidly) it serverly drove to the right upon collection. I literally drove round the corner and returned the car immediately. I then sat around for an hour whilst the mechanics tried to resolve the issue. As they had to wait for parts, i was then offered a coutesy car. The reason behind buying direct from Renault was to avoid this situation occurring. I may as well of bought private. Extremely disappointed and I am now left wondering what else could be wrong with the car! Two days later, whilst driving the courtesy car I then received a voicemail from the aftersales team trying to sell me a servicing pack? I could hardly believe it!

No questions - but an observation. Your sales person was really good and it's only because he was so good I persevered. Your computer system is embarrassingly bad. On 3 visits, each time there were problems with the system. Please give your sales people a fair chance to make the sale - the computer system you have was so bad he nearly lost this sale!!

I called at quite a few dealerships whilst looking to buy my car, I found some to be intimidating places where the sales executives were either patronising or even rude. My sale at Renault was dealt with by Joe Waltho who was extremely polite and helpful, he made me feel comfortable and able to ask any questions very pleased with the service provided and would definitely recommend to others and return myself.

I drove the motobility car back to the garage and picked my new car up..The salesman, Joe Waltho bought me a bunch of flowers. Really pleased with the customer service received from Jo at Renault. However, after a couple of days I noticed my breaks were screeching. Renault had the car back, however advised the brakes were fine and just cleaned them, within another day the breaks were screeching again!

They handed a van over with no fuel in it, didn't notice till I was on M6 toll road & had to find petrol station, fuel gauge said Zero!! Only just made it of motorway!! Poor poor poor!!!

The check tyre pressure sensor alert activated 5 days after purchase. I rang service dept for advice & was told computer can say pressure sensor when it means tyre pressure? I was advised to check tyre pressures & if ok to ring back & I can be booked into services ( as its not a drive in job ) in 4wks time! I told the lady I had only had the car 5 days and to wait 4weeks was ridiculous. She informed me that discretion might be given for an earlier appointment by the after sales manager. I have not had chance to check pressure levels yet so I can't confirm if tyre pressure or sensor error as computer states. It is confusing if error message is not what is wrong as lady stated. However, I cannot fault the customer services of the sales representative. Any questions I had were answered and I didn't feel pressured in any way re time. I would def recommend sales team.

I dealt with Alex and he was great one start to finish! I drove up from Manchester so dealt with Alex over the phone before coming to Cannock to collect the car. It was worth the 2 hour drive there and back for the brilliant service I received from start to finish. Alex even called to ask how I was getting on with the car which was lovely. Cannock should be glad they have such a nice friendly guy on there books. 5 star service

The main reason we purchased the car was due to the sales executive that dealt with us; Alex Smith. We had already visited another Renault branch that day, but we were underwhelmed by the assistance there. Where as Alex was informative without making us feel pressurised, his honest and friendly sales technique is what convinced us to buy the car.

Michael Stevenson whom sold me the car is a credit to your team. Excellent customer service skills. He invested hours of his time to ensure both me & my family were happy with the purchases. Patient & kind and not condescending in anyway, which is refreshing. He went above and beyond in my opinion in many ways. Not your generic "creepy" salesperson who is just after commision. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Poor advice on which car to buy, diesel or petrol; not told that car should be serviced annually to keep warranty valid; car not on site when I came to pay for it; no follow up call on buying the vehicle - although I was promised one, new car seat covers in ivory and black took over two weeks to come in; still not fitted to car as Alex told me last Saturday (20th June) that he would ring me this week to get them fitted - received no communication and have today emailed Alex who seems to have forgotten that he was going to contact me to collect vehicle this week. I could go on but really can't be bothered. Suffice to say I will not be recommending you dealership to anyone I know.
