Our salesman Ian Hudson - Innes was outstanding, he was helpful and always answered my questions and acted professionally throughout. We loved the little videos he sent really built up the feeling of expectation to pick up our new car.

Alex the sales person was polite and courteous at all times. Processes were efficient. Taking receipt of a car which I am working exptremely hard to pay for was largely underwhelming. When purchasing new cars in the past there has been a sense of occasion/feeling valued as a customer ie flowers, a reveal of the car/bow even - a very personalised occasion. Even though Ian the manager acknowledged my purchase this didn't make up for this largely underwhelming experience.

Really appreciated the way they bent over backwards to meet our expectations.


Every aspect of the vehicle was explained to us to ensure it tailored for our needs. Was kept updated on the delivery of our new car with the recent bad weather. car was in for first year service,an issue i had was resolved and i have not had any problems with my dealings with renault cannock.


I have used Renault Cannock since they moved to Cannock, and have always had 100% Satisfaction


Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Car park is now really tight with not a lot of room for manouver. Especally in a van


I was told that my car would be ready by about 3, although I didn't get a text saying it was ready, I turned up about 3.15 , it was in the car park, washed and looking completed.I had to wait until 4.30 in their show room, no reason was given for this delay, though I did receive apology.Staff are very pleasant. Also, I had a call from Renault for a survey which I completed.How come I keep getting texts to take part in further surveys? This I find unnecessary and somewhat annoying.😡

I was informed my led lights were not working and would cost £100+ to fix. I said no to that. I collected the car and the next day drove it to work at 6am and noticed my led lights were fine. I was going to be charged for nothing. I was also informed I needed my filter and spark plugs changed due to the mileage completed. They were changed last year when an MOT/service was completed. This to me shows they were not even checked before I was called to confirm any issues. I paid to have new brake discs and pads and it makes me think I didn't even need them. I did not come back to the dealership with my car that day as I was working away from home and collected a fleet car from work which I had for 1 week. I had my car back over the weekend (your not open) and today was my last day before I go on holiday for 2 weeks and I have things to do. Plus I thought I probably wouldn't be believed. When I saw this email, which I received today, I used this as a way to say what happened. My trust in Renault dropped then fold. I feel like I will see out my contract, hand back the car, and go elsewhere for business or even try and end the contract early and go elsewhere.


Normally reliable but disapppointed this time. Had to return to garage then had same problem again following day and now in France continuously checking for tyre sensor lights! Not very happy!

They replaced a blown speaker and the car was nice and clean, but they said they had sorted my Bluetooth music connection and updated the radio, but it dropped out before I reversed my car out of the space. Just didn’t want to waste any more time... will just ask again next time I have another problem


i have no problems with the cannock branch just feel as i only purchased the basic model, that even having paid for extra work to be done. not cheep! as it was fitted poorly .I had to arrange to drop car off for work to be carried out then picked up by friend then the opposit to collect so for no fault of mine i feel i paid twice i think i should have had transport provided at least regards

The work that was done was fine. BUT the Megane and its are so incredibly complicated that no-one really knows how to sort problems out. For instance, no-one knows what updates are available for the maps. No-one knows why, after apparently the latest updates, the R-Link behaves very differently, for instance it shows a new screen at the beginning, won't select Bluetooth from the buttons on the steering wheel. Sorry to knock your product but the over-complicated side messes up what is essentially a good car.


Asked for price on service twice before booking in, only to get a call couple of hours later telling me it would be more so some service jobs were not completed.

Very pleased the work was completed and that my vehicle had been taken for a test drive. However, I was curious why the power lead to my dash camera had been unplugged? I hadn't realised until I was halfway home that I had no video coverage had I had an accident I wouldn't have had any video coverage.


The service was fine by Cannock. However having to return a brand new car after 5 days was not good. When I phoned to tell them about the problem I was going to have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment even though it was leaking oil all over my driveway! I was told to ring the AA if i needed it dealing with sooner. Luckily Ian Hudson from Cannock got me a courtesy car and got it in the next day. I still have the problem of oil on my driveway and on my sisters driveway. Not best pleased about that. So if you could contact me about that issue that would be good


Always happy to take my car to Cannock Renault. Only issue was some markings on one alloy wheel which I thought should be covered by warranty. Staff at Renault Cannock are friendly and professional unlike Renault Stafford where I will never take my car again.Staff there need urgent customer service training.

I chose Cannock, despite the long distance from home, because they could look at my car sooner than other Renault dealers. However after an initial diagnosis I was told what was wrong with the car the day after they were due to look at it. They told me exactly the same diagnosis as what the RAC man told me at the time of recovery- it appeared that they hadn’t investigated any further or found out any more than what I already knew at this point. I was going abroad the next day but they could not give me any more details for another 4 days by which time I’d gone on holiday. I then had to get a relative to deal with all the calls etc and relay messages to me while I was away. Very stressful due to warranty issues and not what I wanted to be dealing with on holiday! I then had the long drive to collect my car, passing autoworld at willenhall on the way. Had I known Cannock would take so long to diagnose I would have had my car recovered to autoworld.


Excellent all round except I was surprised how long it took to get the parts.


Receptionist was very friendly. Car was clean upon collecting.

Generally Renault at Cannock offer a great service with a friendly smile, but to me it was not a good experience this time, i tend to bring my motorhome to Renault (as its based on a Master chassis)for all jobs, I booked it in for an MOT but then discovered it had to be took to another garage a couple of mile away as Renault at Cannock do not have the room to maneuver my motorhome outside the MOT bay

It was fantastic, I got lost on the way there and the lady on the phone talked me through directions with no trouble at all. Every one was friendly and helpful and I had a great courtesy car. My usual branch has closed down but I’m happy to now use the Cannock branch as they were great.


Everything was fine returned my car on time .They cleaned my car not very good boot was not cleaned.


A courtesy car was arrange and on pick up a technician willingly demonstrated the self park features that I hadn’t use in 2 years

when working, it is very hard to get your car to the dealership. An option for weekend garage service needs to be considered in this day and age. I waited 6 wks to be able to get my car to you due to my job, which rally shouldn't have been the case in 2018.

Asking customers to drop vehicles off at 8am, but not attending to them until mid afternoon is for the convenience of the workshop, not the customer. Why not provide a more accurate time scale? “We could not recreate the fault” needs to be Renault Cannock’s strapline as, unless it’s paid work or servicing, they never find the fault I need repairing. I’m beginning to doubt they even look to be honest - unless there’s money involved! Warranty work is a no no. There was, however, a friendly welcome from the lady attending to customers who also offered tea and coffee to us whilst waiting to be checked in. Check in time was minimal, so also a bonus.


As usual the service was very good and the staff were very polite.


The only problem I encountered was the dealership rang me to book the car in for its first MOT and when I arrived there was no record of it but they did take it in and do the MOT .


When I had booked my car in the service I got was very good, but I am on a maintenance plan so I would expect Renault to contact me when my service was due just like Hyundai do for my wife's car. This did not happen. I had to have a new tyre and they did the job well but left the rim very untidy and scruffy

All excellent other than the cleaning. I asked for my boot to hoovered but the car was very poorly cleaned on the outside and the inside hadn't been touched other than a poor vacuum of the mats!!! My interior is spotless other than dust so wasn't a big job but I know it wasn't touched.

I think that MOT reminders should be sent out to people similar to how service reminders are. It makes no sense to me that one service which is mandatory and can result in legal action would not be subject of regular reminders when the MOT is due.

4 years of FULL service ( Definition on Google for a full service is three filters and oil) I was led to believe that when I had a full service I got air filter oil filter fuel filter and oil replacement and checks Renault only ever change my oil and oil filter so for for years my van had the same air/fuel filter which has led to my van running poorly I will never recommend renault to anybody to use ,already posted on social media about my time and how I was misled

In the main all my scores were in the 9 or 10 "completely satisfied" range. However, the overall rating was slightly down to "mostly satisfied" because you can never get through to Renault Cannock, always being put through to your call centre instead and because of the length of time before obtaining a "while you wait" appointment. It is always at least 2 weeks or more even if it is something that needs looking at urgently, which is surprising when you are not trying to book a courtesy car.

My vehicle had been in for previous work and found faulty shock absorbers. I booked in to have them done along with a service and new tyre. Only the service and tyre was competed. The problem with the shock absorbers was previously assessed and parts were said to have been ordered. I booked my vehicle in to have the work done and the garage failed to bother to order the parts and subsequently were not competed. As this vehicle is used for work a day was wasted for this bad service. I could have gone anywhere to have the service done along with the tyre at a better price too but opted for Renault so the warranty work could be completed. When informing me of the work not undertaken, there was no flexibility to have this work done. I had requested a Saturday but was informed only a week day would do. This would mean another days income lost due to the staff’s incompetency. When ringing the centre, no one seems to want to answer the phone. What are they doing!? I have come to realise the Renault warranty is not worth the paper it is written on and will decide against adding Renault vans to my business fleet in the future.

Repair was fine. However a health check revealed a leaky shock absorber. This was picked up earlier in the year at the mot as an advisory and I was was told it didn't require work as it was normal - the car was still in warranty then but isn't now.

Parking at the dealer is abysmal. However the staff are all helpful and pleasant. Loan car also had a reasonable amount of fuel in it, which was a plus point. We have a Renault dealer in Stafford,but I chose to use Cannock.

Booked in for first annual service with notes as to some warranty work required. All done and returned satisfactorily. However, the down scoring on the survey relates to being interested in changing my wife's car for a Dacia and I felt the sales staff go into sleep mode as there is apparently little incentive for them to promote the brand against Renault cars. I'm happy with my Logan Laureate and tell anyone who will listen how good it is - pity the sales team can't muster the same enthusiasm to do a deal, eh?

There was no problem with work carried out but reception staff was an issue. I arranged to collect my car following MOT (I had to cancel the service due to hospital appointment) I arrived at arranged time and car was being cleaned (the cleaning was satisfactory) The service reception lady even though she knew I was on a strict time to collect my vehicle due to hospital appointment was in a meeting. The gentleman who washed my car brought the keys and was not able to give me my keys (not protocol-understandable). A sales lady who was clearly on a personal phone call in my earshot came and tore a strip off the car washer for interrupting her to assist me. So overall-not impressed I believe every employee should be treated with respect and dignity whatever the level whether director, sales or car washer. Particularly in front of customers. NOT impressed

I was quoted £30 less than the cost, when I queried this at the dealership the lady just showed me the receipt with the price on and told me that was the price. No effort was made to find out who called me and quoted me the wrong price or to apologise for the mistake with the quote. The car was cleaned in obvious places eg carpet hoovered and dashboard wiped but the doors inside the car and backs of seat were still visibly dirty


Love the videos of the service work. But the car could have been cleaned better.

The wash was half a job. Not rinsed properly , water marks all over glass & roof, looked like dirty water & horrible white marks on the chrome, had to go to a car wash to get a proper clean because the windows & roof were so bad.

Very welcomed and time given to pick car up with a telephone call also to confirm when car was done. Only problem was I had to take time off work to take the car back for a five minute job which should have been dealt with in the first place. We did get offered a complimentary car wash when passing but it a good thirty minutes drive from our home .


Always friendly and polite. I just felt that the workshop didn't think it was a problem and I got fed up with ssking for it to be sorted. The last time the switch dropped out was less than 48 hours after getting the car back. Which is why I contacted Renault customer services.

The car was repaired and were satisfied with the service. However, when we came to pay the bill I was told the price and straight away queried it, as it was a £100 over what we had been advised. It was a good job that I did check the price as I was proved right. We had the loan of a Courtesy car whilst our vehicle was repaired which was a must. This is our only vehicle as we live in Great Haywood and is a trek by public transport, doubly so as I have health issues. Renault Cannock is the nearest Renault dealership to us. We were used to dealing with Wolverhampton Renault as we moved to Staffordshire last year and were always satisfied with our experience there.

I come to Cannock because it is the easiest to get, there is not much choice as Renault agents seem less accessible in relation to Bloxwich. Also so far your price remains competitive and as I have visited several times the relationship is a little more personal.


Renault Cannock always give excellent customer service and I am happy to travel there for my service. I cannot praise them enough

Counter staff really helpful and pleasant, booked a c car 6 weeks prior to service when I booked the service. When I arrived found only had an automatic, really disappointing as I had never driven one and not given an alternative, this should have been established at time of booking ? a member of staff did however take me for a demo drive seeing my distress at this Also I was told car would be cleaned and hoovered , the car was clean outside, but inside untouched and not hoovered, would not have been bothered had I had not been told it was being done. All staff at Cannock helpful and polite , extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere


One of the questions is whether I'm satisfied with the follow up after my visit which I find curious - I wouldn't expect a garage o contact me after my car has been in for repair/service (other than for survey of course). Re the service/competence, the fault was quite difficult to diagnose and I was never confident that the proposed solution would work - but in fairness to the dealer they fitted the part and when it made no difference were straight enough to tell me that and not charge for it. Overall I think RRG is very strong on aftersales (I use both Cannock and Wolverhampton) although I do find lead times to get my car booked in for a service or repair are too long and the lack of availability of courtesy cars is frustrating.

I have had my annual service and MOT carried out on my Clio's at Renault Cannock for the last 14 years and have been entirely satisfied with the standard of their work.


I booked my car into Renault Cannock for its first service, I was phoned before picking it up to be told that the manufacturers recommend the replacement of the pollen filter at a cost of £39.95, I declined this as I feel that it should have been included in the service and that it was a hidden cost


Front of house staff were very good but as always you are very good at routine maintenance but not so hot when it comes to checking minor items of concern but to be fair I did not purchase the car from here


Very helpful and explained everything that need doing


Car had it's 1st mot and break fluid changed. Was very happy with the service i received with the welcome when i drop car off, and the phone call to let me know it was ready. And the video was a nice touch.

A big thanks to Renault Cannock. Having never before purchased a vehicle from a main dealer, I am happy to say it has been a great experience. From start to finish the whole process was made very easy for me whilst being thorough and informative. The high standard from Renault Cannock has been consistant from my first phone-call right through to the fantastic aftercare. I feel very confident in knowing I will be well looked after if any future problems occur. Every member of the Cannock team I encountered was very nice and helpful, especially Joseph Waltho. Joseph was, and still is, extremely professional and helpful. although I was assured that my used Renault had been MOT'd, serviced and test driven (supposidly) it serverly drove to the right upon collection. I literally drove round the corner and returned the car immediately. I then sat around for an hour whilst the mechanics tried to resolve the issue. As they had to wait for parts, i was then offered a coutesy car. The reason behind buying direct from Renault was to avoid this situation occurring. I may as well of bought private. Extremely disappointed and I am now left wondering what else could be wrong with the car! Two days later, whilst driving the courtesy car I then received a voicemail from the aftersales team trying to sell me a servicing pack? I could hardly believe it!

No questions - but an observation. Your sales person was really good and it's only because he was so good I persevered. Your computer system is embarrassingly bad. On 3 visits, each time there were problems with the system. Please give your sales people a fair chance to make the sale - the computer system you have was so bad he nearly lost this sale!!

The check tyre pressure sensor alert activated 5 days after purchase. I rang service dept for advice & was told computer can say pressure sensor when it means tyre pressure? I was advised to check tyre pressures & if ok to ring back & I can be booked into services ( as its not a drive in job ) in 4wks time! I told the lady I had only had the car 5 days and to wait 4weeks was ridiculous. She informed me that discretion might be given for an earlier appointment by the after sales manager. I have not had chance to check pressure levels yet so I can't confirm if tyre pressure or sensor error as computer states. It is confusing if error message is not what is wrong as lady stated. However, I cannot fault the customer services of the sales representative. Any questions I had were answered and I didn't feel pressured in any way re time. I would def recommend sales team.

It was worth the 2 hour drive there and back for the brilliant service I received from start to finish. Alex even called to ask how I was getting on with the car which was lovely. Cannock should be glad they have such a nice friendly guy on there books. 5 star service

The main reason we purchased the car was due to the sales executive that dealt with us; Alex Smith. We had already visited another Renault branch that day, but we were underwhelmed by the assistance there. Where as Alex was informative without making us feel pressurised, his honest and friendly sales technique is what convinced us to buy the car.

Michael Stevenson whom sold me the car is a credit to your team. Excellent customer service skills. He invested hours of his time to ensure both me & my family were happy with the purchases. Patient & kind and not condescending in anyway, which is refreshing. He went above and beyond in my opinion in many ways. Not your generic "creepy" salesperson who is just after commision. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Poor advice on which car to buy, diesel or petrol; not told that car should be serviced annually to keep warranty valid; car not on site when I came to pay for it; no follow up call on buying the vehicle - although I was promised one, new car seat covers in ivory and black took over two weeks to come in; still not fitted to car as Alex told me last Saturday (20th June) that he would ring me this week to get them fitted - received no communication and have today emailed Alex who seems to have forgotten that he was going to contact me to collect vehicle this week. I could go on but really can't be bothered. Suffice to say I will not be recommending you dealership to anyone I know.
