Exceptional service from sales advisor Paul Ormerod, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.


The salesman was very good when we arrived at the showroom both when first looking at the car and when we picked up the car. However after sales, we are a little disappointed. Still waiting for information regarding the service plan we purchased. Was promised we would receive this within a few days by email and this has still not happened.


A very warm welcome from the Sales Advisor and the receptionist i can't fault them at Renault Bolton the best experience i have ever had with buying my new car with them.


Have previously purchased from this dealership and returned because of locality and staff and of course the car. Only thing which is a problem is lack of space espcially when parking for mot serfice etc but i believe this is currently being rectified


David was a great representative of Renault, he made the journey of purchasing a new car genuinely effortless and a pleasure. I’ll definitely be coming back to Renault bolton in the years to come.

I have no problem with sales person who delt with my car purchase,it's not the first time he has sold me a car and I find Paul a very capable person and friendly chap whom takes you through every detail of the car I choose,he is very helpful even after the sale.

The knowledge of the staff was excellent. They helped me all the way. Any queries that I have had have been dealt with promptly, professionally and successfully. Car was very clean and came with half a tank of fuel which was very appreciated. My second Renault from Bolton. See no reason why I won't be back for a 3rd in the future.


I was treated politely and with respect at all times, information provided was well explained and my Sales Executive kept in touch and kept me up to date with the delivery etc. My only disappointment was with the delivery time, however, this was explained at the outset and I was happy to wait. As my delivery was after the scrapped scheme had ended an equivalent deal was brokered for me by my Sale Executive. A good service all round.

Next time i would like to pick the car up much earlier. I was booked in for 8am but the car wasnt ready until 5.20 I didnt feel the job being done warranted such a long day

Car wasn't cleaned properly and when I got back in my car it started to roll as the handbrake hadn't been applied. In future, I would suggest putting the handbrake on... Otherwise, quite a good service but still not as good as I have had at Renault Bolton over the past 5 years.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When I booked my service I requested an automatic replacement car, as a Motability customer I can only drive automatic cars. There wasn’t a suitable car to loan me unfortunately. I was shown to the waiting area and offered a drink. The service was completed swiftly. My car hadn’t been cleaned properly.


I was told the service on my car would take an hour to an hour & half,i had to wait 3 hours,i was also under the impression that my car gets hoovered in the foot well's i'm not expecting a full valet but you so called a get a minor clean up i got nothing.Also asked that they look at the carpet on the drivers side as it keeps coming out of the seal, i was told this is a common fault the engineer put double sided tape on it but it came off as soon as i got in the car & im also left with a plastic stud what they've put in the tray near my gear stick where it is from i've no idea ? Very disappointed with my experience.


After service it took a very long time to get my key back and for the young lady to process the invoice etc


They are slow at answering the phone I waited 3 months for my part to be delivered and I have had to keep ringing them , they also never have courtesy available and wait long time for appointments , there is also no customer parking

Vehicle went in under warranty for a faulty auto gearbox. The problem has not been resolved and I will be returning to Bolton when convenient.

Parking is a mare... no spaces. Took longer than expected. No real explanation how the split occured. No real explanation as all tge updates / recalls.


my car is a Motorbility car, they came and picked the car up at stated time and returned it on time, the Gentleman explained that everything was ok,also the car .had been hoovered inside


I waited two hours for a tire change.


Customer service is very poor. When booking the car in I booked a courtesy car online, then told one was not available until the end of September, however when I rang Renault central complaints team, a courtesy car was somehow found! Had to chase the dealer to see if my car was ready, had difficulty getting through on the phone. On picking my car up, I was left to wait with several other people for around 30 mins, before I was seen. No invoice was ready and I still haven’t received a copy of the invoice they promised to send out over a week later. I’d my car was not under warranty I wouldn’t take it to the dealer. Love Renault cars but the service team at bolton have put me off buying a new one.


The work was fine but I rang reception 30 mins before closing time and was directed to parts. When I asked for progress, I heard someone tell the person I was speaking to to hang up on me (which he did). I immediately rang back and reception again directed me to parts, whereby the phone rang and rang unanswered. I hung up and rang a third time - this time reception went to answer machine! (All of this was before the advertised closing time.) The morning after I turned up in person and was dealt with by different staff who were helpful and friendly.

I had to wait too long for an appointment and then it was cancelled and postponed, making it many weeks before my car was seen to. I was told it would notbe ready until the the next day when I returned to pick it up. Assured it would be ready at 12 noon but was not ready and still parked in the same place as the previous afternoon. Eventually picked it up two hours later. Not all reception staff are polite or pleasant to deal with.


I am very happy with the service I experienced at Renault Bolton, everyone I dealt with was helpful, efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Over 3 visits in the last 14 month ,only one I had no problem with. I think the service team are over worked and don’t have enough staff for the amount of work needed to be carried out on service plans. Very difficult to find a car parking space. One occasion I didn’t get my car back on the same day ,keys where mis placed, Another occasion had to wait for my car to be repaired until a part had come from France (10 days wait). Another occasion when my car was returned the man who deliver had to wait 50mins at my house until his taxi came to pick him up (very embarrassing for him and me) A sensor which was renewed a few months ago had to be replaced again. If it wasn’t for Renault Bolton being local and if hadn’t had the free servicing I would NOT use this garage again. The only positive thing to say is I do like the video provided and the fact that the vehicle can be picked up and dropped off,or a taxi can be provided.


Excellent service. The parts they ordered in had been given wrong part number so had to wait 24 hours extra for correct parts. The staff wee very helpful and explained options. Very happy with the service received.


Only problem was Ella behind the desk who didn’t listen to me at all when explaining work to be carried out . So 2 jobs were missed and no call to authorize a repair . Very curt and off with customers

Some staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome, offering drinks etc. One member of staff in particular was very aggressive towards me in the car park, he looked like one of the lads who wash cars. Takes too long to diagnose and fix a problem. Not been able to diagnose a fault.

The staff are friendly and approachable as a female I always feel anxious taking my car I to places as I know basics about my veichle but not anything too complicated but they made me feel at ease and I felt confident leaving my car with them


My car was due its M.O.T. Renault phoned it was its first.A date was set and i was asked if I needed a courtesy car and i said yes to which he told me to bring my driving licence & national insurance Number.Arriving at Renault Bolton the courtesy car had not been arranged as The M.O.T. Was arranged by the call centre.

Not enough people to get the service done so wasted a full day only to be told. not enough technicians. so my appointment was cancelled at tea time the day before not impressed.


As the office is displaying information about car cleaning being included in the service and I was specifically told that my car would be cleaned before I picked it up I was amazed to find that despite having my car from 8:30am til 4:30pm it had not even had as much as a hose pipe splashed over it!! Compared to other dealerships that I have dealt with for services I find the amount of time it was there for and the lack of cleaning incredibly poor.

Having bought a 3 year service contract in the original deal, I discovered that it had not been registered at the dealers.


When I went to collect my car it would not start. I waited for over an hour for the fault to be fixed. I left when the fault was not found and left the car until the following day. When I picked it up they still did not know the reason for the fault. Also I was sent a video of a report on the car which was useless as I could not hear what was said.


The parking at the dealership is nothing short of a nightmare. Had a nightmare finding somewhere to park and the upon collection I was directed to where it was parked and when I reached it I was blocked in and nobody knew who the car belonged to. Whilst I was waiting to find out the progress of my car, a young man working on the desk was talking with 2 colleagues from the workshop, they were all VERY unprofessional in their manner as they proceeded to call each other rude names, and used bad language in front of me and other customers. The service was completed in the time frame given and I was informed when it was ready to collect.

the night I drop off my car, informed them I needed a battery for my fob, but I had left it at home and would bring it with me the next night. the person dealing with me,now I would be late to pickup my car up, so when i got there she said that the part departmeat was close so would have to come agen to get a new battery. it is a hour around trip to the place from home

My disappointment on this visit was that the car was not valeted/cleaned inside or out which I would have expected having spent £217 on a service and MOT.......which I feel sure was included on my last service.

Efficient service, date for next service was incorrect on paperwork printed. Had to phone to query this, was problem with their system. Waiting area was full and a bit cramped.

the day after my service noticed the arial was missing. it had apparently been removed for washing vehicle. However after a phone call the arial was found and I returned to Bolton where it was fitted for me. Other than that no problems.

Felt like the reception staff were working under pressure and did not have a warm welcome. But when I collected my vehicle the next day they were much more relaxed, so may just have been a very busy period. The visit was to replace the battery after I had broken down and the AA followed me to the garage. Although they had the battery in stock they could not fit me in that day, but would be done the following day. I waitied till 5pm the following day waiting for a phone call. In the end I rang the dealer and they told me the car was ready, I just got there in time to collect before they closed.

I was a little disappointed when I returned to collet my car and it hand been cleaned at all. I had to request it was washed, as I was told it would be valeted as part of the service. The wash was a rush job, wasn't cleaned properly, and after paying for MOT and service costing over £200 I was hoping for a better job from the dealers.

I required a curtsy car, the car provided was not automatic so i was unable to drive it. I was then offered a electric car this was also unacceptable. I had to ask a relative to come and pick me up and take me back for the car when it was ready.

I booked a service arrived at 8 am there were several people before me,sat in waiting area until 11.30 health check revealed a crack road spring.agreed to repair.I was told the car would be. Ready at 1.30 I wanted to wait until that time but was encouraged to go home. 2.30 came I rang the garage car not ready will be another hour. Rang back at 4pm car nor ready.how long will it be oh about an hour. Got myself a taxi to the garage.car. Or ready having problems sourcing correct part first I had heard about this I had been out for 8 hours in total and finally told they would not be able to complete that day. I was telephoned next day at 11. 30 am to collect my car .the car park was so packed with other vehicles it was difficult to navigate .the customer service representative,said they had to put two road springs on the car to match. My question was at what time did they feel the need to put two springs on to repair the car. Or had they taken on more work than they could handle. I contacted the manager to discuss this, for the future I would like the car collected and returned when complete To prevent lengthy waiting times and frustrating information.

Reception staff was rude and treated me like a pechulant child when I asked a polite question if there was any possibility of my car being MOT I was abrupted net with ...’absolutely not’...rather ‘i’m not sure but will check for you’ staff could do with some customer service training in the front desk in the service department


From the AA taking us to the garage we had helpful and courteous dealings with everyone from receptionists to the service mechanics, especially receptionist Holly.


Exellent staff very friendly. My only small note is that the parking there is not very good as despute there being many spsces tgey are always full even at 8.30am and when you pick up the car other vehicles generally have to be moved first. The staff however are polite and apologetic about it.

My car was booked in for routine service and at point of booking I arranged a courtesy car 2 days prior to the appointment I was informed the company car was unavailable but the car would be ready for my work appointment in the afternoon. On arrival i was told that they couldn't guarantee the car to be ready so I did end up with a courtesy car.

Overall the service was on the day was good! But the car being full of dog hairs and having a baby’s is just discussing considering you pay for the fuel and for the car for that day!


Excellent staff and work carried out, flexible with me having to postpone original appt due to illness, and other times needing to be booked in quickly. My only "gripe" is that the coffee machine in the waiting area is too complicated to use for those of us who don't own one of those "posh" coffee making machines!!!! Another couple waiting felt the same! I know it's nothing to do with the work being carried out, but waiting for a couple of hours while the work is being done would be tremendously improved with an easy to make brew!! #parched


Staff are friendly & keep us informed of what's happening to our car. We never have to wait long & always have help working the complicated coffee machine!! We used to have a Motability car with Vauxhall & it was chaos when servicing was due very disorganised & had to wait hours. In comparison Renault are organised & very professional. It is not stressful dealing with them at all.


Apart from the restrictive parking,I have no issues with Renault Bolton.

Very happy in general though there were a few areas of improvement; My car was not cleaned (hoovered) at all on the inside - despite this being mentioned prior to the service. The courtesy car could also have done with a good hoover. Parking was a nightmare - quite a stressful start. I ended up double parking in front of other customers as there was no where to park. There was confusion on my next service - (year 3). I was told it would be more expensive as it would need a new cabin filter yet I have been told previously my car doesn’t have one as I don’t have air con. The lady on reception was unable to clarify the matter.


The only disappointment I had was I did not realise that Renault offered a pick up and collect service, which I will make use of next time.

I have been a Renault customer for many years and the last four years In Particular have been very positive. I have enjoyed my car, the device I receive and the friendliness of all the staff in all departments. In general the relationship practice of the staff in Bolton is fantastic. I am always treated with respect and their attention to customer service is highly commendable. Well done to all, but, particularly to Ella Aldred as she has made me feel extremely valued as a customer.

No problem with the service and the subsequent repair made to my suspension by Bolton Renault, which seems to have caused by the state if the roads. This is the second year that my not quite 4 year old car has had to be repaired because of suspension problems. It failed its mot last Year! I've had a lot of Renaults but I will probably not buy another one.

Contacted Renault Bolton via contact page, ticked prefer to be contacted by email. Email received stating that they have forwarded my details and someone would be in touch, still no contact. Received a letter, phone branch quoting a reference number with regards to the vehicle. Branch phoned, told someone will ring back, still no contact. Communication from service department excellent, communication from dealer poor.

The Girls at service reception were great, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The chap that ran me to work was great, and although in very heavy trafic he was isistant to run me all the way to work regardless of me saying i was ok to walk the last 1/2 mile as tafic was the worst i have seen in the area for months and he had to drop the car off about 10miles away. The video of the car and recomendations were great. ALL IN ALL VERY SATISFIDE.

Renualt Bolton is a very Tight/Packed sight. and the damage to vehicles probably easy done. (If it was a Supermarket sight I would shop elsewhere) Prior to visiting Renault I was contacted twice by phone, I informed them twice I had a service plan' On arrival there was no record of service Plan on Job/Service so it had to be amended. (annoying and un proffesional to say the least) The service attendant (Female) spoke at a speed so fast that i had difficulty understanding. (it reminded me of Al Capone's tommy Gun) I asked her to slow down but somehow she thought i needed to hear it louder (so i asked again for slower speech) only to be asked to come nearer. Then when i asked was the seat belt going to be Checked for return tension adjustment. she informed me that they where all like that and she had one herself and it's the same. What a muti-tasker this girl from receptionist to mechanic/Teckie in a flash! While in the next town I was phoned to tell me the car was ready for collection. So i called to collect it approx 1 hour+ later. On arrival to be informed it had just gone to be valeted and would be approx 20 minutes. On collection the ding was spotted as discussed previousley. Was my time wasted YES Was I unhappy YES Very poor quality service YES. What are you going to do about it??


I always receive excellent service at Renault Bolton. My only issue on this visit was that I'd arranged to have a courtesy car but hadn't been told that I would need my driving licence. I haven't used this service before so didn't realise this. As a consequence I couldn't take the courtesy car and was stranded at the garage which is in a difficult place for public transport to get me home. Luckily my friend was able to pick me up and take me back. Maybe reminding customers of this would be helpful.


I was informed when collecting my car that it had not been washed due to frozen pipes etc which I can understand happens, however I would of thought that a little more effort could of been put into cleaning the inside which was not done very well.

Waited for over 11 MONTHS! for items promised at point of sale to be sent out. Only received them AT ALL after multiple emails...A threat of legal action AND emails to the CEO (Vince Tourette). Unlikely therefore to be particularly enamoured by Renault UK (Renault BOLTON in particular) am I? WELL DONE! for taking an initially straightforward transaction, and turning it into a CLUSTER F**K!

I brought this vehicle for my wife it was her very first brand new car, Gordon the original salesman sold us the car, he said it had reversing sensors on which it hadn't, he did not offer anything other than the car we looked at on the net,no extras no insurances nothing. No documents were sent to us for finance so again my wife chased, eventually John emailed these out after I signed them my wife brought them back to Renault, by hand she also asked John if the finance on our other car would be paid off in time before the direct debit again she was assured it would be, we paid yourselves towards settling our balance on the trade in car the day we chose the new one, Gordon told us the car would be ready 2 weeks later, my wife and daughter were flying away so my wife checked that the car would definitely be ready as she was paying to leave it at the airport and you needed the reg, both John and Gordon assured her that it would definitely be ready, after my wife chased your office almost on a daily basis as nobody was keeping us informed about the car she was then told it had been held at the docks and would not be ready in fact they couldn't give us a date, eventually the car arrived and on her way back from the airport she collected the vehicle, again she asked f the finance was paid off and told don't worry its been paid, she said so I can cancel the direct debit then and she was told yes go ahead and cancel it. You can imagine the upset we then had when a letter arrived saying we had defaulted on our original car, for a full week my wife and I kept contacting yourselves and you even spoke to the finance place to say you had sent the settlement, what a surprise, you hadn't sent it at all, My wife was extremely upset and wanted to give the car back eventually sometime later after I had spoken to the manager he said there had been a mistake and basically your team had lied to us. I think this is absolutely outrageous customer service, We were offered a full tank of petrol which we have never been for, It has taken my wife this long to allow me to complete this survey as she has been really upset over the lack of care and or consideration received from your company and I doubt very much that in two years when we trade the car in that we would return to Renault, its no way to treat a paying customer and then to lie to them is despicable, I await your response on all the above.

I picked up the vehicle on the 19th July - there was damage to the door and rear bumper and a scrape above the bumper on the paintwork which were not there when I purchased it. I was told by Gordon Collison that someone would be in touch about arranging a respray and arranging a courtesy car as I have a six-month-old baby. I also noticed when I got home that the MOT document was not present in the pack and that the service book had not been stamped and filled in for the most recent service done by Renault before sale. I contacted Gordon and he sent the mot promptly and asked me to send the service book though the post as I live about 20 miles away and he would get it stamped, and apologised. I sent the service book recorded delivery in July but have never received it back. By August I hadn't heard anything about the respray so contacted Gordon but he was not in the office. I spoke to another gentlemen who said the person who does the resprays is off for the whole of August and to ring back then, but he will pass the message on to Gordon about the book not being sent. He did also say to me, that, 'in all fairness, it's not that you have a mechanical failure, it is just the paintwork', which is true, but nevertheless I would like some attention paid to it, and was not happy with his attitude seeing as I picked up the vehicle not in the state it was in when I bought it. There were also still some dog hairs in the boot when I got it home, so did not think the valet of the vehicle was adequate. I phoned again at the start of September as I'd still had no reply regarding the paintwork or from Gordon Collison. I was told he was out of the office but would recontact me on Monday. It is now Friday and I have still heard nothing. Gordon was excellent during the sales and when I picked the car up, and perhaps he is not getting the messages I have left, but it is now nearly two months since I bought the car, I have no service book/manual even though it was sent recorded delivery and no one has contacted me about the paintwork, even though I have had to ring numerous times. I am a new mum and urgently needed a bigger car, and thought choosing Renault and going to a main dealer would be hassle free. I have no problem with Gordon, he is a credit to your organisation, but I am still in a position where I have had to give negative feedback because I cannot get issues sorted which should have been resolved two months ago. If someone could contact me I'd be grateful.

I came to the Bolton department due to me having a massive dispute with another garages vehicle and won the case after 62 days of not being with any form of transport and a terrible after care service. So I was very dubious on who I trusted to purchase my next car from. But when I first entered Bolton Renault I initially spoke to Reference Fez in the new car department for my first enquiry into prices and lease agreements etc and explained my situation to him which he was so sympathetic to and did everything he could to reassure me that Renault are passionate of keeping an excellent relationship with their customers as want to keep us for life as you have such an easy transition through you, which I thought was lovely as he was genuine and honest. With me being a manager for Thomson travel agents we look at customer service with everything we purchase and I can honestly say he was stand out. I then dealt with Reference Gordon in the used car department (only because it was slightly too expensive for me to purchase a new vehicle but then noticed on your website that you deal with used vehicles so I came back to you because of Fez's service but needed a cheaper cost) so I did my next enquiries over the telephone with Gordon and he was such a joy to speak to over the telephone as he was friendly, honest and used his personality which again we love to see as a retail manager as it is shows it is not just face to face service you recieve good service. He then matched a price that I had had with Arnold Clark and I purchased with yourselves purely for Gordon's service finally as he kept in touch and the transition was so easy.

We are absolutely disgusted with the treatment we have received, a deposit and paperwork was completed on two weeks ago we have received the warranty but still have no car. Despite several calls to Renault who told us that delivery could not take place as there was water in the rear end of the car. We have been promised a call back on five different occasions but no one had the decency to call us back to let us know what was going on. A lack of communication somewhere in Renault meant that I had to waste over an hour of my valuable self employed time returning to the dealership this week. When I arranged purchase of the car I specifically asked that the hill start assist be turned off when it was being serviced. This didn't happen. I have been a customer of renault Bolton for a number of years, and in the main I receive good service, otherwise I wouldn't come back. But it is annoying when I have to take time off work (which means I lose income) for something which should have been sorted.

My car had some faults (scratches and a torn seat), I bought the car under the agreement that these would be fixed before delivery, however this did not happen, the car was delivered with scratches to the body work and still with a torn seat despite having almost 2 weeks between purchase and delivery. Since then I have tried to contact the dealership every day by phone and sent an email, despite staff being very friendly, so far I have not managed to speak with anyone who can help me, so I am currently driving a damaged car which in its current state I have paid over the odds for.

Hi, I have no questions but I have comments. I have had my new car for three days now because I had booked a weeks holiday just after I picked it up. Neil Hassall was my sales man and the sales process was good, Neil said I had to pay for my car before the end of the month to get the deal we agreed and it would be fully valeted and ready to drive away the following week but this did not happen. Neil said he was off for two days of that week but he felt confident that the car would be ready. I rang him on the Thursday and he they only deliver the cars to the showroom on a Monday so I had to wait till the following week. I rang him on Tuesday afternoon to find out what is there any news and he said he was waiting for an email to let him know where the car is and at that point I said to him rather than wait for the email please phone them now and find out where the car is.! I gave up waiting for a reply and called into the showroom at 5 pm and insisted on an answer. He then told me that the car was in Atherton at a lock up and i can pick it up on Friday. The whole process of buying a new car is that you feel excited, but once I had paid for the car in full, it looked like no one could be bothered to keep me informed and make me feel like I was a valued customer. I have now inspected the car and I can see that the car has not been fully cleaned, there was black dust around each door, the black dash board was covered in marks and main problem is the front windscreen has a large ring on the outside which is in your eye line while your driving. After I have submitted this to you I will ring the showroom to let them know.

Was sold a vehicle, a second vehicle I might add ! but the dealership has lost the log book so we cannot drive the van even though we have it sat at our premises, a shambles, wont be coming back.

I reported that my Capture was doing 36-40 MPG locally,which I am not satisfied with and also traveling to Scotland (motorway) a maximum of 51 MPG which is way out that given out in the specifications .I took it back into Bolton 10/06/16,Service said it was fine & that my mat was touching my accelerator pedal. It did not effect my driving ,I also said that car sluggish .The technician said it was fine,it is not my wife can tell this and she as noticed this & she as not driven it She as a Nissan Note,i have driven hers & noted the difference.The Captur I love I just want the car.

I was due to collect the car on Saturday 26 March but have not collected my car yet as the car failed the mot, parts had to be ordered in and I was told collection could be Tuesday 29th March after the car had been resubmitted for mot. The car needed paint work correction which could not be done as the paint sprayer sprained his shoulder then a specialist painter was called in to do the work which is being completed tomorrow Saturday 2nd April. I have just been contacted to say the V5 has not arrived as yet so I will not be able to take the car until it has been taxed and have been offered a courtesy car. It has now been 2 weeks since I placed a deposit on the car.

I am extremely happy with my new car and with the friendliness of the staff. Because Neil was ill when I came to pick up the car, unfortunately the continuity was lost. I am no nonsense when purchasing goods and knew what I wanted and Neil managed to source me the car. On collection, I was keen on getting in and out and this was achieved. I did however want and need a service plan or servicing details to protect my warranty. I am currently awaiting a call from Bolton following a couple of emails I have recently sent. Only a small criticism as I am very pleased and lucky to land with the very good price for the car. Kind Regards

This sale was done over the internet and I made it clear it would be a cash/part exchange deal. I live up in the North - East of Scotland so could not take a test drive. I had seen a same spec Clio up at Arnold Clark Elgin but got a much better deal - even with delivery costs through RRG Bolton. A couple of questions 1. If there are problems with the Clio during the warranty period - do I contact my nearest Renault dealership which is near Fraserburgh (35 mls away) or can my local garage liaise with Renault to fix the problem 2 You also offer breakdown cover but I'm around 400mls away. Can you do it through Greenflag or other National services or how would it work - not that I'm anticipating a breakdown. Alex

I would recommend to a friend based on the cars experience as it is a nice car however not based on customer service. I was offered a test drive however after i picked the car i was turned down for another test drive in the car that was chosen this was due to it being the same car but with a different registration. I would recommend the dealership renault to anyone purchasing their next car.

Surprised not to get an invoice for the sale. Apparently this get prepared later. Lets hope I get it soon. Did not ask for a Test Drive as I already know and like Renault cars. Did not need finance. Car is very good but surprised that the phone does not have voice recognition as this was extremely good on the Megane I traded in

I found the sales rep Gordon Collisson very personable. However, I was very disappointed upon collection of my new Clio to find it had several scratches and a dent. Gordon apologised and sorted the scratches straight away whilst my friend and I waited. He was unable to sort the dent as the "dent man" was not available. To enable me to take my new car that day Gordon agreed to put in writing that I could return to have the dent sorted FOC. Email to confirm this received before I departed. Having made an appointment I returned the following Friday 16th October. Much to my disappointment Gordon was in a meeting and dent man nowhere to be found! I had to travel back to Buxton, Derbyshire without even been offered a drink and my vehicle still not repaired. I feel my experience regarding your customer service was shocking.

The service was good although the information I was given at my initial enquiry was not very transparent as I was clear what car I wanted to purchase and was led to believe this was the car I paid a deposit on but when I got to the garage it was a lower spec car. When I purchased the car there was a rattle. The dealer said it was the exhaust and that it would be all sorted during its service. A week later I collected the car. I had to drive the car from Bolton to Oxford on my own. When home and taking the family out. The rattle was still there and had not been sorted all all. The valet was also poor and rushed. I am really disappointed and upset about it. I feel as though they were just looking to get the car sold and as soon as it was they were not interested. Not happy.
