Went in for a routine service to find i had a puncture auto world fixed my puncture and charged me œ19 pound 3 days later my tire was flat.had to take my car to another place to be fixed only to find the seal was not on it was floating around the seal had not connected ??

Had car from new (2015) yet ended up spending œ100 on brake pads. They reckon they 95% worn because I have driven 18,000 miles in total. Yes I have driven 18,000 miles not used the brakes for 18,000 miles. They automatically said thats the time span so I needed new ones.

The only dificulty I encountered related transport to and from my place of work. I work around 5 miles away and previously, when no hire cars were available, someone had dropped me into Dudley and picked me up. However, this time this was no made available, which is disappointing for someone who is a regular user of Dacia Walsall.

Tony Facer was an exceptional sales person, taking the time to ensure every detail of our purchase was correct, to the point that on pickup, we had a slight issue with a scratch on our hire car, and he arranged for someone to help rub it out with the T-Cut cream we’d bought but didn’t know how to use. That’s what I call, after sales service.

We have been back into Autoworld as the Sat Nav does not take full postcodes. This is an issue as I will need to be putting in the postcode to get to different places. Have tried this to find National Trust properties but can not put in the post code. I do not always have the road name. It has been recommended that we down load an up-to-date Sat Nav to install into the car. We have tried to do this at home but have had no luck. We will be coming back in next week to see if the service department can help us out.

Looking online, people are indicating if this is the case you should approach the car with caution(!). Could you shed any light on this? Kal mentioned the car had 2 previous owners but no indication that it had been in an accident or needed repairs. Yet this sounds like the most likely reason for this sticker to be removed, leaving the VOID element behind. I'm conscious that I didn't undertake my own HPI check but assumed that you undertook this and would therefore know if it had been involved in a serious accident?

I was told the car would be fully serviced.The book is stamped but the service was not carried out as the fluids were low including oil and washers. I also had to put air in all the tyres. If a service was done these basics should not have been missed. I also had to replace one of the tyres.

When I viewed the car I was told it would be valeted the morning I collected the car so it looked it's best when I collected it. When it was given to me it had dead flies on the front and glue marks on the doors v where the seal stickers had been, it was sent back into valeting as was unacceptable however came out half an hour later no different, it had been hosed over only, in my opinion. This totally turned what should have been an exciting and enjoyable experience into a disappointment.

Nigel who initially dealt with me was superb and highly professional. I would rate him 5*****. However when collecting the vehicle the Scottish lady who dealt with handing it over to me was extremely rude to me and I was very intimidated by her. When asking simple questions about the paperwork she spoke to me as if I was a child which is not acceptable. I just wanted to get the keys and go. Also she didn't know what she was on about as she described the rev counter as the fuel gauge to me and when I corrected her she didn't like it. Such a shame as I previously had a great experience in dealing with Autoworld. However I would still recommend them to friends.

I was extremely disappointed by the service provided by Tony Facer. There were several things that I feel as a customer should have been offered or provided which were not! The at I originally inquired about was no longer available. I was told to look for alternative which I did to then be told that too was unavailable. Instead of offering me something similar, he proceeded to over me cars which did not have a similar spec. When I did see a car I liked, I pointed out that the previous driver was a smoker and asked if the smell and cigarette burns would be gone if I took the car. He said 'he would see what he could do'. He did not get back to me to tell be it would or would not be sorted out. When I collected the car, our conversation had not been relayed to anyone else. This caused unnecessary disruption at handover! Instead of lying to get a sale, I would have preferred he offered me a different car which as a good sales man, he should have. I would only recommend Autoworld because of the other staff I encountered. Poor face-to-face customer service. I hope that this does not happen to any other customers as it's left a sour taste in my mouth.

I was offered an email to show me "the video of the car before I turn up for collection" which never arrived. I turned up on the day of collection to be told after 20 minutes waiting that the person had phoned in sick and I waited another half an hour with my wife and mother in me to complete the transaction. I understand people are sick, but unfortunately, I never received a single "sorry"

I don't think there were any aftersales people on duty that day. I believe the car was valeted but there were still a lot of white powdery marks on the drivers door that we didn't notice until we got the car home but we managed to remove so maybe the valeting team need to have some training. They also seem to have removed the drivers floor mat (left the other three in place) but I can't imagine the mat was too damaged with just 5000+ mileage on the car, so we haven't got a driver's mat now. There are also a lot of fine scratches on the paintwork around the driver's door handle. I have cancelled my previous car's service plan and should be receiving one year's refund from you when it has been refunded to you, as only two year's services were used from the plan. Kal was very helpful with the sale of the car, we have now bought 6 cars from Autoworld as a family and are happy with the service we receive from you. Thanks

I said to Tony that I would pay the balance in full, then I was asked as to how I wanted to pay, but only after we had completed all of the paper and paid in the balance in full, WE then had to ask the Tony if he could arrange a road drive. Thats when we laughed and said that is the wrong way round, as we may not like the vehicle after we have driven it. But overhaul we were very happy with the service that we received, and especially when we were collecting our new car a fee days later, as Tony was very professional and took time to shown us around it. I was disappointed that the car could not be delivered to a more convenient location for a test drive, I was also disappointed that the specification changes from a '15' plate to a '65' plate for my chosen model were not explained to me so my car did not have the standard features I expected. I mentioned that the alloy wheels had bubbles to which I was told they would refurb them .. After having the car and checking it at home, I noticed that all that had been done was sanded and sprayed on the car,to which they oversprayed the chrome wheel nuts , centre badges and brakes with silver spray... I now have to buy new nuts and badges, A blind man on a galloping horse could of done a better job !!!! Shame the garage let itself down on the last part .... Sack the spray shop wasn't worth the money

The sales process was very good. The handover was poor in areas, when we arrived the car was still being cleaned. After it was cleaned it then needed fuel so we waited some more. We weren't shown around the car or how to use its many features. I also believe that during the cleaning or fueling an alloy was scuffed as it wasn't damaged when we first viewed the car. The sale was unpressured which made it a far more pleasant experience however we did feel that a lack of care at handover was a slight let down.

Comments: not pleased with car handover. Told lady would go through all controls with me - didn't happen. Car poorly cleaned and valeted - under spoiler very dirty - marks on back seat not removed. G3 coating supposedly applied - on marked upholstery? Don't think inside had really been cleaned properly or if at all. Now CD player not working and juddering on steering on motorway. Whether I recommend anyone else depends on how well problems/concerns are dealt with.

I just wanted to give some feedback about Clive Lawton, the Sales Executive who dealt with me. I was extremely impressed with the service I received, he was very informative and helpful. The additional warranty and insurances were well explained in a non pushy way. I decided they weren't for me on this occaision, but I was able to make an informed decision about this. The car I bought came with only one key, but he said he would source a spare for me - I bought the car late on a Saturday afternoon and by Monday lunchtime he had called me to say he had one and it would be available when I picked the car up. I had spent most of the day looking at cars in other dealerships around the Wolverhampton area and the service I got from him was head and shoulders above any of my other experiences that day. I have already recommended Autoworld to a couple of other friends who will be in the market for a car in the coming months, and I will definitely return when I am ready to purchase another car. The service I received when I went to pick up the car was also excellent.

Far better than Renault Solihull as they couldn't be bothered to sell us a car or give us any price for our part ex despite it being outside the showroom right next to where he was sitting think the sales person was called Luke. We felt the car we were after didn't give him enough commission for him to try and obtain one for us. We walked out. Auto world 10 out of 10 for effort.

One thing that I wasnt pleased with when I brought the car was that the car hadnt been checked over to make sure that the car had everything it should have. My car did not have a parcel shelf or a aerial for the radio. I was told that this was due to when a car is missing parts they take them off other cars so they can sell them quickly but these parts should have been replaced before i received the car.

Yes when I took the car for a test drive I pointed out there were stones chips to the front of the car, when I collected the car they had not been dealt with. I was informed they would order the pen relevant to the car which would take a few days I am still waiting 2 weeks later.

I had a pergeot 3008 from u in the first instance which broke down twice. I was given a 12 month guarantee as compensation but no mention of it since purchasing the Focus which is running well at the moment.

Wasn't offered a test drive as we over 200 miles to pick up the car so we had already paid the deposit and had every intention of buying the car. Plus it hadn't had any owners so I knew it would be perfect. Tony was incredibly helpful and I was very pleased with the service he offered and how quickly he managed to turn the deal around for me. Would certainly recommend autoworld as a great place to do business with

Overall have been really pleased with the car, up till today only took it on short journeys.took it to show a friend tonight and there are serious issues with the gearbox when warm to the extent it is dangerous, when driving foward or reverse from standstill it lurches you cannot control it

Salesman Chris Leedham was a credit to the dealership. He kept me informed throughout the whole process, delivered on all promises and his overall communication was excellent. He came across as honest and reliable and someone who you would want to do business with. A very refreshing change from the Salesman spin still prevelent in much of the car market. Really good service px my car and picked up m vw up the service was very good and easy exchange there was just one gripe and that was the left hand wing mirror was damaged which I had to get replace at a cost of 100 as it was chrome from inchcape Chelmsford at my cost . I didn't know about this before I picked up the car and there were some stone chips on the bonnet which I purchased a repair kit from the vw dealer again at my cost . I had driven over 300 miles to get the car from essex . I was A bit Disappointed that I was not offered a reduction to reflect the coat to me as I was not a wear of the damage untill I picked up the car and it was too late . So felt a little but let down by that

Unless the handover team are the after sales department then I was not introduced to the department. On the handover I was shown most of the instruments & usage of controls. The media system was connected to Bluetooth via my phone for me & channels were found on the radio & saved which was very helpful. Dylan Southey was very helpful & knowledgeable during the buying process.
